Summary:

Wei Wuxian had spent months planning, months reading and researching. He was supposed to be ready once his baby was ready to be born. He was going to slip off to some quite town and deliever it in secret, coming up with some excuse to explain it when he came back. No one was supposed to know, especially not the golden eyes he'd been avoiding for months.

But his baby took after him, and had to make his entrance into the world at the worst time.

"My baby boy,” He breathed as he felt a beaming smile take over his face. “My light.” He hummed gently, rubbing his fingers over his face. Committing the tiny wrinkled face to memory. He pressed his lips to his head, sending out a thank you prayer to whoever listened. Who gave him his baby boy. He watched that tiny little face scrunch up. The hands flailed as they stretched. He pressed a kiss to one as it hit his lips. Slowly the baby's eyes began to open. A perfect pair of golden orbs.

Concern, Hennessy, and Jackson Wang

The matter of Jackson Wang and his drinking problem was a cause for concern, at least for me. Despite the discussion dying down and it not being 2023 when Jackson was heavily promoted (and promoting) worldwide, I want to make it clear that the topic was not unwarranted, especially considering what happened to Suga. Safety in one's brand, image, and overall disposition should always be a priority. While no celebrity is perfect, there were arguments among fans who didn't appreciate when people raised concerns about Jackson's possible drinking problem, especially when he was visibly drinking on stage. Given what has happened to Suga, the discussion about Jackson and his drinking should not be dismissed. Yes, Jackson is a grown man, but he's a public figure, not immune to problems, and a drinking problem is a drinking problem. It does seem like Jackson is in a better place now, and I hope it remains that way.
