9 WAYS TO TRAIN YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND
“Whatever we plant in our subconscious mind and nourish with repetition and emotion will one day become reality.”
1. PRACTICING AFFIRMATIONS- when you make a clear, definitive statement about yourself as if it is already true, your subconscious mind will take over and act under that belief. in order to reprogram the subconscious mind you must provide it consistent messaging that aligns with the new program you want to install.
2. VISUALIZATIONS- visualization is a powerful tool to retrain your subconscious mind because it allows you to feel and experience a situation that hasn't happened yet - as if it were real.
3. MEDITATION- meditation is a particularly powerful brain retraining method because it transcends any form of conscious thought.
4. DO SOMETHING YOU'VE NEVER DONE BEFORE- when you do this, your mind has no choice but to make new connections in the brain. in the unknown is where we can create great change and miracles.
5. WIRING IN A NEW THOUGHT/HABIT WITH REPETITION- brain neurons that fire together, wire together. the more consistently you wire in a new behavior, action, thought, etc the more it becomes apart of your new autopilot mind. when you forget that you were supposed to do that new thing, don't beat yourself up about it, your brain is designed to take shortcuts and revert to what it knows best; we call these shortcuts mental heuristics. what you could do then instead, is stack the new behaviour above the old one to remind you of the new habit/behaviour you're trying to ingrain.
6. SLEEP- it's the most essential step in consolidating new memories and facilitating neural plasticity. getting good quality and deep sleep means you release growth hormone, and getting enough sleep (7.5-9 hours) means you release testosterone, both are key molecules for learning and memory.
7. as you drift off to sleep, feel the emotion of what you want to experience. the subconscious mind speaks in the language of feeling and as as you drift off to sleep you are going into the theta state which is where the subconscious mind operates.
8. surround yourself with images of things you want to influence you.
9. mimick archetypes or role models.
++ practice positive thinking.

I'm starting to get really lonely not having people to discuss all sort of Philosophy, Physics, and Astrology(True Astrology, not this mainstream 'Oh I'm a Libra' stuff), and Ancient civilizations with. I want to have true discussions and study sessions and grow with someone who's willing to learn with me and rant about our favorite aspects of such topics. Having no one within my immediate vicinity to talk to, or to have people look at me and not understand a word I just said has started to make me not want to talk at all, I feel hella lonely.

The Illusion of Objectivity: Challenging Traditional Views of Reality
Donald Hoffman's groundbreaking research and theories fundamentally challenge our understanding of reality, consciousness, and perception. By positing that consciousness is the foundational aspect of the universe, rather than a byproduct of physical processes, Hoffman's work has far-reaching implications that transcend disciplinary boundaries. This paradigm shift undermines the long-held assumption that our senses, albeit imperfectly, reflect an objective world, instead suggesting that our experience of reality is akin to a sophisticated virtual reality headset, constructed by evolution to enhance survival, not to reveal truth.
The application of evolutionary game theory to the study of perception yields a startling conclusion: the probability of sensory systems evolving to perceive objective reality is zero. This assertion necessitates a reevaluation of the relationship between perception, consciousness, and the physical world, prompting a deeper exploration of the constructed nature of reality. Hoffman's theory aligns with certain interpretations of quantum mechanics and philosophical idealism, proposing that space, time, and physical objects are not fundamental but rather "icons" or "data structures" within consciousness.
The ramifications of this theory are profound, with significant implications for neuroscience, cognitive science, physics, cosmology, and philosophy. A deeper understanding of the brain as part of a constructed reality could lead to innovative approaches in treating neurological disorders and enhancing cognitive functions. Similarly, questioning the fundamental nature of space-time could influence theories on the origins and structure of the universe, potentially leading to new insights into the cosmos. Philosophical debates around realism vs. anti-realism, the mind-body problem, and the hard problem of consciousness may also find new frameworks for resolution within Hoffman's ideas.
Moreover, acknowledging the constructed nature of reality may lead to profound existential reflections on the nature of truth, purpose, and the human condition. Societal implications are also far-reaching, with potential influences on education, emphasizing critical thinking and the understanding of constructed realities in various contexts. However, these implications also raise complex questions about free will, agency, and the role of emotions and subjective experience, highlighting the need for nuanced consideration and further exploration.
Delving into Hoffman’s theories sparks a fascinating convergence of science and spirituality, leading to a richer understanding of consciousness and reality’s intricate, enigmatic landscape. As we venture into this complex, uncertain terrain, we open ourselves up to discovering fresh insights into the very essence of our existence. By exploring the uncharted aspects of his research, we may stumble upon innovative pathways for personal growth, deeper self-awareness, and a more nuanced grasp of what it means to be human.

Me and my friends are facing a lot cancelations from multiple communities [Read below to know more]
So me and my friends are facing lot of cancelation from a lot of communities. We had spiritual brainwave entrainment project. It combines two types of view point, neuroscience and spirituality. It brings a classic debate of science vs spirituality where ever we are invited to talk. Keep in mind, we don't go to various communities and look for approval, they first invite us because we have done extensive research on the area. But when we are invited by a neuroscience community, yes the science nerds.. yes they see us with speculation, even though impressed with seeing with results they question the validity of how the research was done. They then berate us according to their country/university, laws, regulations and ethics. Which hey? We don't belong to your country. Not every country laws, regulations and ethics are like USA. There are other much larger democracies that exist in this planet. Sure, spiritual terms and concepts are not in your science books, doesn't change the fact that there are such experiences observed by spiritual people, and they have defined explained those concepts and processes. On the other hand when we are invited by spiritual communities, they devalue our work and say these science tools can never give us enlightenment or help us in spiritual progress because spirituality is beyond those tools. We can never measure the quality of work with quantitative approach. Okay? Then tell me this, when man discovered fire, it was a scientific discovery and we use it for all sorts of spiritual purposes, should we stop using fire all together? At the end of the day brainwave entrainment spiritual tools are tools any tool requires a bit of skill to be used and it depends on the user how they use it. Such as a knife is a tool, you can use it to make a salad or kill someone. Both requires a different style of skill and intent and purpose of user changes the outcome. Then comes the part of big tech such as google forcing us to register as an organization in play store console account because hey, spiritual meditation falls in "Health and fitness" apps category so it medical software and medical software can only be made by organizations not individuals? Then another issue with big tech comes is that since they are so big they think they are above everybody and can dictate things technical side of things? Well hello? Your big systems and expert / specialist reviewers can make errors too. Doesn't mean you make your erroneous decision absolute and walk over others. Our app used play asset delivery for android but apparently google play console reviewers are unable to utilize that system because hey? guess what, the play asset delivery of google during app review time doesn't work. So what we should do? We should go ahead suspend the app, and remove it from the play store. Because we are "Google" we are so big WE KNOW EVERYTHING! yeah as if? But people chose US! Nope, you just brought your way in to everyone's availability and accessibility. That's it. You are monopoly, you SHOULD BE BROKEN UP! In niche game dev communities we face cancellations from other game dev such as the character is not dark enough, you are white washing the character. WTF? There are all sorts of colors in human race with all sorts of skin tone!! We are not required to include every skin tone humanity has with couple of characters a game has. And yes some countries' regions do have dominance of one skin tone over other. Stop making this a USA culture issue. No we didn't included LGBTQ characters because guess what? Not all countries have that big or vibrant communities of LGBTQ, some country cultures are more traditional and see it as inappropriate to show these to children.
Have an open mind the world and universe is bigger than you know or believe!
I guess that's the end of my rant.

The Key Strategies that Helped Me Overcome PTSD
Affected by severe PTSD, I was trapped in immense emotional and mental pain. I used to sit by the window every day, waiting for time to pass, waiting for my life to fade away.
Now that I've recovered, I'd like to share with you the key strategies that helped me heal, drawing from both neuroscience and energy healing (also known as spiritual healing):
Energy Healing PTSD occurs when the brain associates too many harmless items or situations with a fear memory, causing them to become fear-inducing. From a spiritual healing perspective, energetic connections form between these benign items or situations and the trauma. To resolve this, I used spiritual healing to clear both the emotional energies tied to the root cause of my PTSD and these energetic connections. As the same time, I reminded myself again and again that these items and situations were safe so that my brain would rewire its associations.
Mindfulness Practice PTSD can often lead to pessimistic, negative thinking. To counter this, I practiced mindfulness to monitor my emotions and mindset. Whenever I noticed myself spiraling into negative thoughts or engaging in harmful self-talk, I made a conscious effort to shift my perspective to something more positive. Yes, it was very hard, but I kept pushing forward.
Reflecting and Forgiving the Past I spent time reflecting on emotionally-charged events from my past, and worked on making peace with them. I worked on releasing the emotions tied to those experiences, and forgiving both myself and others involved. Letting go of guilt was a key part of my healing.
Releasing Negative Beliefs and Past Wounds Past wounds and negative beliefs can fuel PTSD by stirring up negative emotions that feed the condition. It was vital for me to release as many of them as possible to prevent them from worsening my PTSD.
Please note that this is my personal experience. Everyone's healing journey is unique, but I hope my story can offer support and inspiration for others on their path to recovery. If you'd like to learn more about these strategies in detail, check out my free well-being book here: [x]

“The Self is really a collection of several distinct neural networks, all existing simultaneously within the landscape of your brain. So if there are different versions of yourself, floating around inside your skull, which one is the real you?”
The thing is, all of them are you. But beneath it all, the real self is the one who puts on the various masks and costumes, while remaining whole and perfect beyond your perception. The task becomes to integrate all the parts of yourself, by accepting and embracing that all of them are versions of you — even the ones that contradict themselves.
Reality really is what you perceive it to be, your subjective worldview is intricately influenced by the objective reality, which in turn is how you continue to create your own. You are the world within the world. And you are here to fully embody all that you are, be shamelessly authentic in order to align your reality to the one you truly desire — the reality that only you, with all your unique traits and experiences could create.
Authenticity is accepting your multidimensional self — that who you are cannot be labelled and fit into distinct categories.. When you are a microcosm of the whole universe in this tiny human form.
You get to choose who you choose to show up as. This time around, choose to show up as your whole divinely magnificent Self.

It's All Bullshit
Science tells us that what we perceive to be solid is actually made up of 99.9999% empty space, along with a few subatomic particles and a quark. Therefore, our perceived environment is simply a result of how the brain organizes raw data. Everything is energy, and, is constantly vibrating. Therefore, our concept of reality is an illusion.
The reason we can't put our hand through, say, a table, is that our electromagnetic charge is identical to that of the table. Therefore, the table resists our hand (opposite poles attact, like poles detract).

Why Fear Spreads Beyond Trauma: The Hidden Impact of Stress on Memory Shaping
Ever noticed how, after being hurt by someone, a person might start distrusting an entire group of people with similar traits to their aggressor? For example, someone who was assaulted by a man or a woman might begin to believe that all men or all women are dangerous.
Recent scientific research sheds light on why this happens. A study by Lesuis et al. [x] found that stress can lead to the overgeneralization of fear memories, blurring the distinction between safe and dangerous situations. In other words, even though only one person was a threat, intense stress may trigger the victim’s brain to overgeneralize the fear to a larger group.
This is also deeply connected to PTSD, as it arises when the brain associates too many safe or benign items with a fear memory. Since life-threatening events create intense stress, this can cause the brain to overgeneralize, linking fear to numerous irrelevant cues. As a result, even harmless stimuli can trigger a fear response, leading to PTSD’s debilitating symptoms.
If left untreated, this cycle can worsen over time. Each time the fear memory is triggered, new irrelevant cues may become associated with it, making the fear response even broader. Over time, the memory can become deeply ingrained, making it increasingly difficult to resolve.
From a spiritual healing perspective, as PTSD worsens, its energetic impact intensifies, creating more energetic connections that link benign items or situations to the fear memory.
To heal, not only does the energy of the initial trauma need to be released, but the connections caused by overgeneralization must also be released and disassociated.

The Eudaimonic Imperative: A Trans-Philosophical Convergence
In my last book, The Stoic Buddha, I say that “Stoicism and Buddhism converge on a singular truth: that the path to true flourishing is paved with virtue, ethical mindfulness, and disciplined practice”. This convergence is not merely coincidental but rather points to underlying epistemic and ontological commonalities in the human condition and the most efficacious methods for navigating…
