Rewatching Captain America: The Winter Soldier just makes me think about how smart Steve is. I feel like he is often overshadowed by other Avengers, such as Bruce, Tony and Nat.

In WS, he has many moments that portray the way his brain thinks. My personal favorites are the elevator scene and when him and Nat arrive at the old army camp. He knows those agents are coming after him due to slight body language, such as a hand on a gun or a couple of beads of sweat while in the elevator. At the old army base, he is able to find the room with Zola with little information. He uses his knowledge on army regulations to find the old SHIELD office. From there, he is just able to notice little things that are off, such as the shelves that reveal the computer.

Sorry for the lil rant, but I just think Steve deserves more intellectual credit than the fandom gives him.

Obviously meaning it as a half-joke, knowing my mom, but to be fair, in the very vague glance we get of these paintings... absolutely looks like a lesbian couple

Can someone please explain to me what the enforcers Do. Like I was under the impression that they were the police force. So why the hell were they fighting in the war? Does Piltover not have an army? Are their police force and their military the same thing? Are you telling me each individual enforcer is trained both in police/investigative procedure AS WELL AS military tactics and strategy? 1) how the fuck do they have the time to invest THAT MUCH into each enforcer. 2) how fucking long is the training, especially considering how quickly Caitlyn joined the force 3) are you telling me the chief of police and the army general are the same thing? Are you telling me MARCUS was a trained tactician? A GENERAL?

Even if you argue they're all incompetent- are you telling me the Councilors were willingly paying what was probably exorbitant amounts of money to have a WEAK and ILL-TRAINED MILITARY? it's one thing for them to poorly train a bunch of cops, and maybe even carelessly allow a bunch of barely trained, "mindless gruntwork" soldiers- but eventually, the more they rise into the ranks, the more they'll have to scrutinize their skill. Are you saying their enforcers are structured like a standing army? Are you saying those pompous fucks wouldn't care if their military was actually capable of protecting them or not? How have they never been invaded before? How are they still around?!

One of my favorite moments from Naruto is when Naruto’s in the approximate area of Sasuke in that forest and sends out clones to find him and Sasuke runs into one and chidoris him right in the chest without missing a beat but as the clone poofs you can tell Sasuke is shaken (Was it seeing Naruto? Was it the way he attacked him without second thought, arm through his chest just like VOTE1?) and then it changes to Naruto’s perspective where he’s getting the memories of the clone Sasuke just merc’d and Naruto is clearly shaken as well and he touches his chest right where Sasuke’s arm went through it… then his expression hardens and he immediately runs off after Sasuke again! Naruto is actually so fucking crazy I love him. People love to act like Sasuke is so irrationally insane and unjustified in his actions but there is something so fundamentally wrong with Naruto.
