People always leave out the basics when it comes to trying to improve their looks. Prioritising health is so important before going in and tempering with your body. Your base is what you work with and you can definitely level up with what you've got naturally.
DIET
Your diet also depends on what your goals are. Someone who wants to build muscle will obviously eat differently from someone who just eats relatively healthy. So identify what your goals are and work your meals around that.

When you consume junk food, it can show up on your skin as breakouts or dullness. Your skin is one massive organ which soaks up everything put onto it and reflects everything you put inside your body. Fix the problem from the inside before getting confused about why your skincare routine isn't working.
FITNESS
Again, your fitness will differentiate from your goals. So work out your goals and make a plan around that. There are so many forms of fitness, some more intense than others and with different results. Working out in general is good for you, our bodies are meant to move. So even if you don't have a goal, staying active is always recommended.
HOW TO CREATE THE PERFECT WORKOUT PLAN
THE BEST WAY TO GAIN MUSCLE, SCIENCE EXPLAINED SIMPLY
Low-intensity workouts:
Yoga: Focuses on flexibility, strength, and relaxation through various poses and breathing techniques.
Pilates: A low-impact exercise method that strengthens muscles, improves flexibility, and enhances posture.

SLEEP
Sleeping is important for rest and recovery after workouts and energy-consuming activities. Sleep is needed for the brain to function, mood regulation and performance + productivity. Lack of sleep deprives you of all of these things, so getting your beauty sleep is absolutely needed.
School-age children (6-13 years): 9-11 hours per day.
Teenagers (14-17 years): 8-10 hours per day.
Young adults (18-25 years): 7-9 hours per day.
Adults (26-64 years): 7-9 hours per day.
HYGIENE
Upkeeping good hygiene is always needed anyway. Making sure you are clean (smelling good is a plus). Make sure you always wash your hands and take daily showers to remove any dirt on your body (clean those feet and your back well, don't forget them!). Taking care of your oral health must not be forgotten. Oil pulling and brushing your tongue for a healthy mouth. Make sure your hair is also getting the attention to keep it as healthy as you possibly can make it (this also depends on diet). Doing the extra things like spending time on your nails (making sure there isn't that stuff underneath them), making them pretty.

ENVIRONMENT
Having a stress-free environment is obviously the best to thrive in. But clearly not even being lucky enough to live like that constantly. So make sure you have that space to be on your own and have some alone time to really recharge. Keeping your space clean for a clear mind. Surround yourself with like-minded people and really set boundaries for those who prey on your mental clarity (energy vampires). Spending time in nature is one of the best ways to detach, rest time should not equal spending time on your devices. Let go and truly let yourself decompress. Mental health will improve how you carry yourself.

Mark Wears the Pants
A Weight Gain Story
I met Rob at the pool. I’d just finished my morning swim and he was walking out of the changing room.
I tell people that it was love at first sight, but that’s not really a thing. It was more… lust at first sight, you know?
Rob was exactly my type. He had shaggy blond hair and a long, lean face. His ears were slightly too big, but I found them very cute. He sort of had a swimmer’s body (like me), except his was just a tiny bit too skinny. I think that’s what really did it for me. Even though he had lean muscles all over his body, he looked underfed, like he needed a man to take care of him.
That’s exactly what I liked. Despite being pretty thin myself, I liked dominance. “Wearing the pants in a relationship,” so to speak. Muscly guys were hot, but they always had a bit too much swagger. I didn’t like that.
(I hope I don’t sound too picky. I just know what I like.)
I was going to take my shower, but I decided to stick around a little and watch Rob in the pool. He dove in beautifully, barely making a splash, but his swimming skills were… bad. Terrible, really. He didn’t know what he was doing. He did the breaststroke across the pool, never really settling on a rhythm, and stopped at the edge to catch his breath. He didn’t know how to time his breathing.
I watched him kick off and struggle to make it to the other side. It was obvious that he needed someone to help him, and I really wanted to be that someone.
I strutted over, sunlight drying my body, and crouched near him. “New at swimming, huh?”
He looked up at me, still catching his breath. His eyes glanced down at my bare chest before he met my eyes. “Is it that obvious?”
“I’m Mark.”
“Rob,” he said. “You, uh, swim here a lot, huh?”
“Every day. Maybe I can help you out a bit. You look like a natural swimmer. All you need to do is learn a rhythm.”
He smiled flirtatiously.
I stiffened a little in my trunks. He definitely noticed.
I got back in the pool and showed him all my moves. That meant I got to touch him all over as I showed him different positions in the water. He knew what I was doing, and he was definitely into it, too. His speedo didn’t lie.
By the end of our first swim lesson together, he was able to take several laps without gasping for air, we learned a little about each other, and we both decided to take things back to my place.

Rob and I went to the pool every evening that week. Afterwards, we’d have dinner at my place. He’d spend the night but leave in the early morning to get ready for work.
It didn’t take me long to realize that Rob and I were meant for each other.
He was a few years younger than me (23) and had always been “too skinny,” as he said. He had an anxious stomach, which meant he barely ate anything and almost never felt hungry. He was self-conscious of his body, so I always made sure to show him how beautiful he was, how every part of him deserved praise and attention.
Before that first day in the pool, he’d never really exercised and barely had any strength. He thought that swimming would be the best way to get healthier.
And with my help, that’s exactly what happened. Every day, he got stronger and more confident in the pool. Pretty soon, he was strong enough to race me. I always won, of course, but he got closer and closer to matching my time.
I felt so proud of him, especially because I knew that his improvements were because of me.
I also noticed that he was eating more at our dinners. All the time spent at the pool was finally giving him an appetite. Before, he looked a bit anxious at the dinner table. Now, we spent our meals talking and laughing.
After two months of seeing him every day, I invited him to move in with me. He was practically living at my place anyway. Rob was open to the idea, but because his apartment was bigger (and cheaper), we decided that I’d give up my place and move in with him.
That was a bit of an adjustment for me. I wore the pants in the relationship, and I didn’t want that to change by shifting things into his space instead of mine, but he had a point. His apartment was better.

Our dynamic started to change after I moved in. I was still in charge (making more money, choosing where we went in the evenings, topping him every night), but his newfound confidence had given him a more forceful personality.
It started with little things. Switching our roles in the bedroom sometimes. Pushing back against my plans. Surprising me with presents instead of the other way around.
I didn’t complain, because I still really liked him. And sex had actually gotten better.
But then he started beating me at the pool. I know it doesn’t sound like a big deal, but it was to me. I was the one teaching him, but now he was faster than me?
The first time he beat me, I thought it was a fluke. The second time, I actually got mad.
I’d always been the fastest swimmer I knew. I’d been swimming since high school. I know it sounds petty, but I started skipping some of our pool visits. I hated that he was showing me up.
And then, I noticed that his body was changing. He was still thin, but he’d packed on some muscle, especially in his chest and shoulders. His abs were more defined, too.
I was still bigger than him, but not by a lot.
Then one evening, while I was snacking on potato chips on the couch, Rob walked shirtless into the room. He was getting ready for the pool. “You joining me today?”
I wanted to. I really did. But when I looked up at him and saw his defined pecs, I knew that he was now officially bigger than me. He looked really hot (and I loved his new tan), but I couldn’t swim with him! He’d show me up again.
“Not today, babe. Thanks.”
“Seriously? You haven’t gone to the pool all week.”
I opened my mouth to argue, but he was right. It had been a week. Probably more. What was happening to me?
“Suit yourself,” he said as he slipped on his shirt. It was actually my shirt, and it clung tight to his broadened shoulders. He kissed my cheek. “Okay, Mark. I’ll pick us up Italian after I’m done.” Then he was gone.
I watched his muscular ass sway under his shorts as he left. He wasn’t wearing literal pants, but for the first time, I knew that Rob was the one wearing the pants in our relationship.
As that realization hit me, I shoved another handful of potato chips into my mouth.

I was so focused on Rob’s body that I didn’t realize my own body was changing until a few weeks later. We were in bed together. I felt wonderfully sore.
Rob curled up next to me and his hand lightly grazed my stomach. “I miss swimming with you, Mark.”
“I’ll start back up again,” I said.
He quirked his mouth to the side. He didn’t believe me. “I hope you’re not self-conscious.”
So he knew! He knew that I’d stopped swimming with him because I didn’t like how he was showing me up!
Then he said something that made me shudder. “A lot of chubby guys go to the pool. No one’ll judge you.”
Chubby guys?
What did he mean?
Then I felt him pinch my stomach. I looked down in horror, finally noticing the roll of flab that had formed under my belly button.
I was chubby! Now that I wasn’t swimming, I’d let myself go. While Rob was hardening with muscles, I was turning into a blob.
“Honestly, I think you look wonderful.” He let go of my stomach and slid his hand under the covers. I felt his fingers reach under my ass cheek and squeeze that, too. “More cushion for the pushin’, right?”
I wanted to jump out of bed and look at myself in the mirror. I wanted to scream, too. But instead, I just lay there, frozen, accepting the fact that my stomach and ass were now soft enough to squeeze.

In the middle of the night, I got out of bed, careful not to wake Rob up. I snuck into the bathroom and finally saw what I’d become.
I was flabby. My nipples were poking out and a roll of fat hung over my boxers. My arms and legs had lost their definition, and worst of all, my jawline had rounded out with the start of a double chin.
I didn’t look manly anymore. I looked… pampered. I looked like some fat, lazy guy who just sat around and let his boyfriend take care of him.
And honestly, that’s what I was. I’d lost all control of our relationship, and I needed to get it back.
I had to swim again. I had to push myself harder and faster than I ever had before. That way I could lose the fat, gain more muscle than Rob, and change our dynamic back to the way it was supposed to be.
The next morning, I cancelled my morning meetings and went to the pool alone. I was going to keep swimming until I physically couldn’t anymore. I’d be there for hours.
Unfortunately, I was only in the water for twenty minutes. My swim trunks felt uncomfortably tight. My stamina was gone. I used to enjoy swimming. Now, it felt like a struggle.
I got out of the pool, my head hanging in defeat, when I noticed three guys staring at me. Well, they were staring at my wobbling stomach.
I didn’t know their names, but I’d seen them at the pool a lot. They were regulars, like I used to be. One of them looked disgusted at my softer body. The other two just gave me pity.
I raced into the changing room, which caused me to jiggle even more, and had a complete breakdown.
I lost myself and didn’t know how to get back to the old me, the guy I was meant to be.
As I stripped off my straining trunks, I thought long and hard about what I was going to do. I loved Rob, but I wasn’t happy with what our relationship had turned into. And I definitely wasn’t happy that he’d gotten bigger and stronger than me.
That’s when I came to a realization: He wasn’t bigger than me. He’d grown more muscle, but I definitely outweighed him. I didn’t have to be soft and weak anymore. I could be soft and strong. What if I kept growing, if I tried to make myself bigger?
I imagined what I’d look like with twenty more pounds. Fifty. A hundred. It wasn't the body I’d expected to have, but the image turned me on.
I’ll always remember that moment in the changing room. That was when I decided that I was going to make myself enormous.

Instead of going to work, I called in sick for the rest of the day, loaded up on pizzas, and stayed at home stuffing myself. I ate more food that day than I ever had before. It was painful, but I loved it.
Before Rob came home, I dumped all the boxes in the trash and sprayed air freshener around the house.
When Rob came back after his evening swim, he brought home Chinese food for us to share. I felt like throwing up. I couldn’t possibly eat anything else.
I sat with him at the table, staring at the food and feeling my stomach throb.
“What’s wrong, Mark? Still feeling self-conscious?”
That gave me the motivation I needed. I pushed through the pain and ate two plates’ worth.
I didn’t push myself as hard after that. I’d gone way too far, and my stomach had gurgled all night.
I continued overeating, though. Pancakes or muffins every morning. Fast food for lunch. And a secret dinner while Rob swam before we ate our real dinner together.
I was proud of myself for how much I could get down, and extra proud that Rob had no idea what I was doing.
He never saw all the wrappers and take-out boxes, but he saw my body. He knew I was growing.
In the span of a month, my stomach went from soft rolls to a round gut. I developed a matching stretchmark on each side. My ass and hips expanded. My double chin grew.
I sort of sprouted moobs, but they weren’t what I’d expected. Rather than fleshy breasts, I developed a small glob of fat under each stretched-out nipple. Those were very noticeable in any shirt I wore, and the way they scratched against the fabric sent shivers through my body whenever I walked.
Rob didn’t directly mention my gains, but he still made comments.
“Maybe we should get you new pants.”
“Why don’t you sit on the couch? More room to spread out.”
“You look very comfortable today.”
My coworkers’ comments were much more direct. And unkind. Most of them had known me as a fit guy for years, so my rapid changes definitely freaked them out.
Whatever. I kinda liked the ridicule. In fact, I made a point of snacking in front of them just to see their faces. They just didn’t see what Rob saw.
Because Rob, despite his avoidance of the topic, showered me with affection. When we sat together, he always had at least one hand on my new belly. Sometimes rubbing it but mostly just feeling it. And when we were in bed together, he grabbed onto every part of me. He probably knew more about my folds and creases than I did.
As I kept growing, I started taking charge again. Rob was more than happy to let me. This happened in the bedroom, where we both loved my weight pressing down on him. But it happened in our normal lives, too. I picked out where we ate. I made the decisions and invited him to places. I surprised him with presents.
By the time I reached 240, there was no denying that in our relationship, I was the big guy wearing the pants while he’d gone back to being my smaller, doting boyfriend.

Then one evening, while Rob was at the pool, I sat on the couch with a tray of storebought lasagna in my lap. I was feeling pretty good about myself, proud of how fast I was able to shovel it in.
I was so caught up in chewing and swallowing, though, that I didn’t hear the rain outside.
Rob came home early and caught me! For months, I’d been able to binge in secret, but now he knew.
“Mark!” he said, acting surprisingly nonplussed. “Got rained out at the pool. That pre-dinner looks delicious.”
I gulped down the lasagna in my mouth. “Hi.”
“I assume you’ll still have room for our real dinner. We have reservations, remember?” (I was taking him to Senora Reina’s that night.)
“Uh…”
He sat next to me, draping his thick arm around my shoulder. His muscles hadn’t grown for the last couple months. (With swimming, there’s sort of a limit to how bulky you can get.) “Don’t look so embarrassed, Mark. I know about all your secret meals. I’m not an idiot.”
“But… How? I worked so hard to hide all the evidence.” The dumpster behind our house was constantly filled with all my empty boxes, and I knew he never looked back there.
“Not all the evidence,” he said, grabbing the bottom of my belly and jiggling it.
“And you didn’t say anything?”
“I thought it was hotter that way.” He kissed me, licking the tomato sauce from my lips.
“And, um, what do you think?”
He took the fork from my hand and scooped up a chunk of lasagna. “I think you’re big.” (He pressed the food against my lips and waited for me to take it. I did.) “And powerful.” (He fed me again.) “And so f*cking sexy.”
Why had I tried to gain in secret? All this time, I could’ve had Rob feeding me. This was so much better.
As he told me how handsome I was in a hundred different ways, he fed me bite after bite of the lasagna until the whole tray was empty. Then he kissed me, wiped the sauce off my face, and helped me stand up.
“You better start getting ready, Mark. Our dinner reservation is in thirty minutes.”

With Rob fully on board, my weight increased much faster than before. He fed me every night. He filled our nightstand with donuts so that he could surprise me with some sugar while I made love to him.
We even tried funnel feedings a few times, but that didn’t really work for us. Too messy, and I didn’t like how it gave Rob total control over me.
My most productive eating sessions, however, happened while Rob swam. I sat on a lounge chair by the pool, feasted on sandwiches or burgers, and watched my boyfriend race across the pool. I no longer felt jealous that he’d gotten so much faster than I'd ever been. I was proud of him, and proud of myself for teaching him everything he knew.
The other swimmers always gave me glares, but because Rob and I were loyal customers (and because Rob taught some swimming classes on the weekends), the owners never bothered me.

I’m 333 pounds now. A nice, lucky number. I need help dressing myself, but my mobility is more-or-less fine. I use the jacuzzi sometimes, enjoying the way the water pressure shoots ripples through my fat, but it’s been over a year since I swam. I probably still could. (God knows I’m buoyant enough.) But it’s Rob’s thing now, not mine.
Actually, Rob just got out of the pool, water dripping down his washboard abs. His wet, sun-bleached hair looks particularly golden. He smiles as he approaches me.
“Great job today!” I tell him.
“You, too!” He glances proudly at all the McDonalds wrappers on the lounge chair next to me. He leans over me, blocking out the sun, and we kiss. “Up?” he asks.
“Yes, please.”
He grabs me by the upper arms and pulls me into a sitting position. The bottom of my gut slaps loudly against my thighs. (Love that sound.)
Then, with a grunt from both of us, he pulls me to my feet.
“Beautiful day, huh?” I ask.
He takes a long look at what I’ve become. My tanned, sagging gut. My poky chest. My round, smiling face. “Beautiful,” he whispers.
Then we walk together to the changing room. Thankfully (and surprisingly), the stalls are big enough to fit us both.
I watch him change first. He strips off his speedo, giving me one last look at his small yet muscular body. Then he slips on a tank top and shorts.
Now it’s my turn. Even though I never go swimming, I always dress for the pool. (Mostly because it gives us an excuse to share the changing room.) He helps me pull down my own dry trunks. Then he slides on my underwear, playfully letting the tight fabric snap against me.
And he guides my feet into the legs of my 4XL jeans. He takes so much joy in feeling my wide, dimpled hips as he pulls up my jeans. I lift my belly so he can button them at the waist. He struggles.
“Looks like we need to go shopping again,” I say.
“Ooh! Can we?” He loves when I take him to the mall.
You know, it’s funny. I’ve gotten so fat that I can’t even put on my own pants without Rob’s help. But even with the added difficulty that my new body brings, I’m still wearing the pants in the relationship.

If you’ve ever admired Jang Wonyoung’s long, toned figure and effortless stage presence, you’re not alone cuz same . As one of the most well-known K-pop idols, she maintains a lean yet strong physique while performing intense choreography and balancing a busy schedule. While Wonyoung hasn’t publicly shared her full workout routine, we can get a good idea of what she likely does by looking at the types of training that help idols stay fit in some shows
This workout is inspired by a mix of dance, strength training, and flexibility exercises focusing on toning the body while keeping things light and graceful. If you want to flexibility ... this routine will help you build endurance, improve posture, and tone your body without gaining excessive muscle !

ㅤ۪ㅤ۫ ꪆ୧ Warm-up (10 minutes) – wake up ur body!
Before getting into the main workout, a proper warm-up is essential to prevent injuries and improve performance. This warm-up gets your blood flowing and preps your muscles for movement.
1. Jumping Jacks (2 minutes)
Start with classic jumping jacks to get your heart rate up.
Move your arms fully overhead for a full-body effect.
2. Dynamic Stretching (5 minutes)
Leg Swings – Hold onto a chair or wall and swing one leg forward and backward (10 reps each leg).
Arm Circles – Extend your arms to the sides and make small circles, gradually increasing their size.
Hip Rotations – Rotate your hips in circular motions (30 seconds in each direction).
3. High Knees (1 minute)
March or jog in place while bringing your knees as high as possible.
Engage your core for better balance and coordination.
4. Torso Twists (2 minutes)
Stand with feet slightly apart and twist your torso left and right.
This helps loosen up your spine and waist.

Dance is one of the best full-body workouts, and since Wonyoung is constantly performing, we can assume dance training is a big part of her fitness routine. This section will help improve stamina, coordination, and agility.
1. Dance Routine (15 minutes)

The clash of steel on steel echoed around the wide, open space, fighting for Nesta's attention. If Cassian was the fiery strength and the fury of a thousand armies, Azriel was the cold, calculating swiftness of an agent of death itself. Nesta had believed Cassian to be the stronger opponent, but Azriel was quick as hell, and fought dirty. Perhaps, as a spy, Azriel had no time for honour, just a competitive need to win, Nesta mused.
Cassian swore as Azriel tripped him, falling backwards and yet still managing to block the vicious swipe of the shadowsinger's blade. A single manoeuvre later, and Cassian was back on his feet, using his strength to overpower Azriel's swift strikes.
Perhaps it was the warm weather, or more likely the two males before her, which set Nesta's blood on fire. She watched intently, marking every gasp for breath, every flex of muscle, every taunting remark.

"What were you thinking about over there?"

It was only the subtle clearing of a throat that had Cassian breaking eye contact. A triumphant smile twisted Nesta's lips, even as she too turned her attention towards the source of the sound.
Azriel was at the edge of the ring, sheathing his sword as he collected his discarded shirt. Nesta couldn't help but admire the leaner curve of his body, the taught, sweaty muscles that contained so much violent killing power. He truly was beautiful, the ice to Cassian's fire, and there was no way she was going to pass up the opportunity to study the reclusive spymaster. Azriel cleared his throat again, and his words rang out clearly, despite the softness with which he spoke. "If you two don't mind, I have other matters to attend to. Thank you for the training. I may see you at dinner, though I haven't yet decided if I will be present."
He was always so unfailingly polite. He smiled slightly at Nesta, before levelling a look at his friend that Nesta had no hope of deciphering. Cassian seemed to understand it well enough though, because he let out a disgruntled snort and waved Azriel away, dismissing him. The Shadowsinger just cooly raised a dark eyebrow, amusement dancing in his eyes at Cassian's display of petulance. The expression was almost enough for Nesta to again indulge in her fantasies as Azriel left, moving with the silence of a wraith.

Gym Headcanons - Lisa & Ningguang x Male!Reader

Going to a gym? Lisa will pass, thank you. 
All the sweat and all the effort could, if she had to exert herself at all, go towards other things than gaining muscles. What would she use them for anyway? Her strength doesn't come from raw, brutish power, but rather from her brilliance and knowledge. 
For Lisa, getting some gains would be a bad thing as far as her appearance is concerned. She feels great as she is - of healthy weight with some delectable fluff on her belly, thighs and butt. A girl's got to have some meat on her bones, doesn't she? It's perfect for touching and resting your weary head on those plushy thighs. She won't ruin that especially since you're far from complaining about her assets. 
Even if she won't train, Lisa will care for her diet, and will keep an eye on yours too if you ask her to. She'll buy more of her natural yogurts, fruits, granola and other healthy foodstuffs. You'll be in good hands - Lisa will buy you shakes and foods with lots of protein to help build that dazzling body of yours. 
If at any point you find yourself tempted to cheat, she’ll gently remind you of your goal and help you resist. 
She's a vegetarian herself, but will not, to any extent of the word, force her views upon you. She just dislikes the taste of meat, especially when it's fried. The heartburn she feels after is straight up awful. Still, she won't object to making you hearty meals with all the love she has. After all, she has all the time in the world. 
Although she wouldn't ever come to the gym herself, it's different with you there. Lisa will gladly tag along to keep you company whenever she can. She won't hesitate to do her research, helping you in maintaining the proper position and form as you train. Need a break? She'll pass you the water and take away the weights (according to her ability). Feeling tired or bored? Lisa will be there, keeping a conversation or reading out loud to you - this way you train both your mind and your body. She'll get you whatever help she can offer. 
Is she accompanying you to gawk at your bare chest, your tensing, sweaty muscles, hear your masculine groans of exertion as you lift inhuman weights and give it your all? See you doing what men do, pushing yourself to the limit to become bigger, better, faster and stronger? Perhaps. Is that an invalid reason? Not at all. 
After a certain amount of these trips, the mage will start eyeing the exercise mats with increasing curiosity. Of course she wouldn't do any actually tiring exercises, but it wouldn't hurt to stretch a little, would it? Being flexible has a few uses Lisa can't think of, most of which involve you~
The first few times would render her limbs and joints crying in pain as years of “rust” come off. It would surely leave her grumpy the next day, but it's alright - you'll do your duty and massage her pains away, won’t you? 
When going at them, Lisa likes to do stretches that let her poor back get some lovely relief. Every time she begins the cobra stretches of the day, she can't help but sigh in satisfaction. The first one's the best, no doubt about that. On the other hand, those exercises that require her to lean down are the cause of her pains rather than the relief. Toe touches aren't easy, and things like forward folds are the stuff of nightmares, the mere thought of which is enough to make her spine ache.

Ningguang isn't one to work out either. She’s on a strict diet, planned out for her by the best dietitian and cooked by the best chef Mora can buy. Each of her meals has its calories counted to the letter, and - should the situation demand it - Ningguang is capable of counting them herself. Even when there's no label, she's able to judge it with impressive accuracy. 
It's thanks to this attentive lifestyle that she can flaunt her wasp waist. Even if a person's worth is more in merit than appearance, impeccable beauty can go a long way too. Oftentimes just her looks alone can charm an interlocutor, leading to favorable outcomes. 
Eating this little has a downside, coming in the form of low energy levels. She can push pencils all day long, but even short jogs can find her out of breath after a while. Ningguang gets tired and sore fairly easily, making it no surprise that she avoids straining herself. 
She avoids training, but that doesn't mean she simply sits around looking pretty. Each of her mansions is equipped with a rich and well stocked gym for use at yours and hers leisure. Before you came they were mostly gathering dust, but your interest in training reminded her of that purchase. It was nice to see they finally had a use. 
Sometimes, on a slow day, Ningguang will bring out her sport gear and join you in the training room. Most of her time she'll do stretches or use the treadmill, since these don't increase muscle mass that much - the high class canon of beauty doesn't include muscle girls, nor does she see the appeal if truth is told. She's the Tianquan, not some… sea captain. 
Besides, that would be threading on your territory. Why be muscular if you're the muscle man here? If you're strong, then she'll be swift and agile. Perfectly complementary, wouldn't you say? 
When it comes to date ideas, a gym date is a unique one to be sure, but she doesn't mind. It gives both of you a chance to show off your hard earned physiques and spend some quality time together. Ningguang enjoys you spotting for her, even if she won't do the exercises by herself. The attention is always appreciated. 
She wouldn't admit that to anyone, but she enjoys goofing around with you. Using her as a dumbbell or doing push-ups with her casually sitting on your back is both amusing and quite flustering - getting a first hand experience of your strength never fails to get her a little red. But don't tell anyone, or else…!
Sometimes when she needs to think, Ningguang visits you and simply enjoys your presence in silence. There's something hypnotic about you going about your business and the repetitive motions of the equipment. Many times she watched you in silence, only to mutter a silent ‘got it’ before getting up and thanking you with a kiss. Each time after she left the room you were left fairly confused. Confused, but happy to be of help nonetheless.

Ethan hesitated at the entrance of Herculean Gains. The gym was massive, filled with the sound of clanking weights and deep, masculine grunts. His friends had urged him to start working out to help with his depression, and this place had just opened nearby.

He swallowed nervously, adjusting his hoodie. The guys inside were huge—tall, broad, powerful. They radiated confidence, unlike him. Still, he took a deep breath and stepped inside.
“Yo, new guy!” a deep, commanding voice called out.
Ethan turned and nearly stumbled. Towering over him was Hercules Gold, the gym’s owner—a massive, bronzed alpha with thick, bulging muscles barely contained by his sweat-drenched tank. His cocky smirk sent a shiver down Ethan’s spine.
“You look lost, bro,” Hercules said, crossing his massive arms. “You wanna lift, or you wanna change?”
Ethan frowned. “I… I just wanna get in better shape. I get kinda down sometimes, and—”

GUIDE TO STARTING TO WORK OUT

The first step to working out is setting goals related to exercise, not physical appearance. Avoid things like fat loss, muscle gain, smaller waist, bigger glutes and so on. 
While you can make this a separate goal, the reason why I don’t want you to associate it with exercise is that we then allow the way our body looks to dictate whether we believe the exercise we’re doing is good enough. 
Exercise and body aesthetics are two different things. Exercise is a means of nourishing our body, soul and mind, while body aesthetics is how ‘good’ our body looks. 
On that topic, I want you to stop focusing on your physical appearance when starting to exercise and I want you to start implementing a new mindset shift about your body. Instead of seeing your body as something to look at, appreciate it for what it can do. 
For example, your hands create meals, hug your loved ones and help you with essential tasks. Your legs help you to get around, especially to your favourite places. Your stomach helps with digesting all the yummy food you eat. 
Some goal ideas:
Lift 15kg+ 
Be able to do a plank for more than 5 minutes
Learn how to do a push-up
Be able to run on the treadmill for 30 minutes 
Gain more stamina and exercise for longer 
Moving on, set a time each day in which you prioritise exercise. This can be for however long you want and the times can vary daily. 
So, during this period, you are not allowed to do anything else other than exercise. It doesn’t even have to be a specific exercise either, if you’re feeling lazy and laps walking around the house is what feels best, do it. 
However, avoid obsessing over working out and losing yourself to exercise. This kills motivation, in exercise starts to feel like another obligation in the day and not a privilege. 
Now, you have to choose what exercise is right for you. I don’t believe you’re limited to one exercise, if you want you can have more than 1. 
Gym – Perfect for a mix of strength and cardio, however not the best option if you want to exercise for free.
Yoga – Tones muscles while also being a mindful experience. Low low-impact, but recommend doing it after cardio. 
Cycling – Tones the legs and the glutes, but cycling may not be the best idea depending on where you live. 
running/jogging – Strengthens muscles and bones, however, if you don’t have flat areas, may not be the best idea. 
Pilates – Improves flexibility and tone, while still being low impact (still may be challenging).
Weightlifting – Makes you stronger and boosts your metabolism, best done at the gym. 
There are plenty of ways to exercise that I haven’t mentioned here, but these are just ideas so you can research the ones that suit you best.
I recommend talking to a doctor if you haven’t done exercise in a long time, as that can open up the possibility of injury. 
Then, once we have our goals, times and what we’re doing, we need to exercise. Implementing exercise in your life is best done slowly. 
Start with simple, and smaller versions of workouts, even if you think you can do more. Do this for about a week, then try to extend yourself with something harder. If it is too hard, don’t be afraid to go back a step. 
Make it fun, create a motivating exercise playlist or watch your favourite TV show while doing it. 
However, the main thing about exercising is that every day you are not always going to feel like it, but that is when we have to discipline ourselves, talk to the mirror and say; ‘Me exercising is a privilege, I get to nourish my body because I love and respect it so much’. 
This was the best way I disciplined myself into working out. Treating it like a privilege and something that is very benefical, rather than a painstakingly challenging activity.
Or, instead, you can visualise what you would look and feel like if you continue like this for the next 5 years.

Okay, first of all.
Nutrition.
As we all probably know, the more nutrients and the better food you get when you are a child the more fit and taller you will grow as an adult. Usually. Now looking at How To Train Your Dragon, consider that Hiccup was very short and scrawny when Berk was still being attacked by dragons. And then once the dragons stopped attacking and the village suddenly had more food instead of it being stolen all the time, Hiccup went from scrawny and tiny to a WHOPPING SIX FOOT TWO.
And yes, that is his actual height in the last two movies.
And that is largely on relatively little sun and poor nutrients from limited amounts of grains and meats and root vegetables (plus mildew's cabbage).
Training.
Whether you have watched Race To The Edge or not, you know this little shit can fight. Good. You think you gain that sort of technique by not living sparring ring?
While Hiccup is definitely more strategic in his fighting style as opposed to people like Astrid and Heather (who are both distinctly heavy-handed imo), his strong suit is his agility. Paired up with a high proficiency with a... long range of weapons (largely leaning towards swordsmanship). One, that takes a lot of practice, two he's doing it with a prosthetic leg. Consider the amount of pain and hindrance that would cause him throughout training. He is literally disabled. He needs to work twice as hard. His pain tolerance alone would be through the roof.
Sparring-wise the constant footwork and quick directional changes would vastly improve his balance and leg strength, while wielding a sword would build his shoulder, arm, and core muscles. The constant need for precise strikes and defensive maneuvers refines hand-eye coordination and grip strength, which would explain why he is such a good shot with things like his shield-crossbow contraption. And also sparring develops cardiovascular endurance due to the rapid movements and bursts of action, in other words - stamina. He's got plenty.
Now, here you may probably think "But his design for the Inferno is hollow. Isn't that because he can't lift a sword?"
NOPE.
That design was entirely afforded to him by Viggo Grimborn in Race to the Edge. It was a strategic decision.

Like first of all that is VIOLENT. That is a serrated blade. It's meant to GUT people. (Go on and tell me Hiccup doesn't have anger issues, I dare you.)
Secondly, I'd argue that has more metal than a normal sword.
And thirdly... proof of Hiccup's physical strength can be seen in the following scenes (I wish I had GIFs, I'm sorry I do not. Those are all moments from RTTE):

Knocks Astrid off her feet during sparring.
Exhibit B:
Knocks Savage off his feet while being chased.
Exhibit C:
Catches AND STOPS an axe going for his head held by someone thrice his size.

Shall I go on?
Blacksmithing.
Blacksmithing is a highly physical craft that builds strength, endurance, and coordination. Hammering hot metal requires po-wer-ful arm, shoulder, and chest muscles. Lifting and maneuvering heavy materials cannot NOT strengthen your back and stomach if you've been doing it for weeks, let alone years. Which he has.
The repetitive swinging motion of the hammer builds forearm and grip strength, which is essential for control and precision. And working in the heat of a forge is ... For one, a glorious sweaty bonus, for two, it basically serves as a sauna after an excruciating amount of physical labour. Ever wondered why people go to a sauna after a workout? The heat can help repair muscles that were damaged by exercise and it can reset your thermoregulation thresholds. In other words, hot temperatures feel less severe. And I wonder why HE of all people, would be in need of THAT.
TLDR; Blacksmithing is a FULL-BODY workout that not only builds physical resilience but also sharpens mental focus and discipline.
And Hiccup started doing it as a CHILD.
As a substitute for dragon killing.
And last but not least (in fact probably the most important).
DRAGON RIDING.
Have you ever been on a horse? Have you ever seen equestrians? I'm really grateful to have had the privilege to ride a horse and let me tell you ... Your whole body hurts after.
-> Core strength.
The constant flexing and contracting required to stay balanced in the saddle works your core muscles like there's no tomorrow, including your abs and obliques.
-> Inner thighs and pelvic muscles.
Speaking of maintaining-your-balance-and position-while-riding... Applying strength against the saddle, effectively squeezing it with your thighs, while maintaining that rhythmic back-and-forth-and-up-and-down motion CONSTANTLY if you don't want to get flung off... yeah, it destroys your inner thighs and pelvic muscles. Can confirm you walk like a penguin afterwards. It's grueling.
-> (I'm not gonna include the posture and trunk exterior muscles here because Hiccup rides like a hunch-back, therefore those benefits would not be applicable to him, cause he's a lil' gremlin.)
And lastly, staying in that saddle is not easy, even with the right technique. You need to have built your body a certain way to keep your seat if you want to move onto galloping (much like a dancer can't go en-pointe until they've strengthened their ankles). Until then, you're stuck with trotting for weeks. And trust me it still leaves you sore.
TLDR; Horse riding can: improve your balance and coordination, increase your flexibility, burn over 400 calories per hour, serve as yet another FULL-BODY workout, and improve your reflexes.
Now change that to dragon riding.
Now change that to riding canonically the fastest, smartest, and rarest of the known species of dragons in this universe?
Just the FACT our boy wasn't done flung off in that Test Drive Scene in HTTYD 1 is a cause for a standing ovation.
In conclusion:
Realistically, Hiccup Haddock wouldn't be a fishbone. HE WOULD NOT BE BULKY EITHER. THAT IS AN ATROCITY.
But considering all that we've listed, if you wanted to consider realistic expectations based on his levels of physical activity, nutrition, and his growth spurt in response to that, he would, at the very least, be tall as fuck, and absolutely built.
And as a bonus: Have you seen his parents? The genetics are THERE.
THAT SAID, everyone's allowed to have fun with Hiccup's design! That's just my interpretation. It does not and should not invalidate anyone else's.
I'm well aware that Hiccup Haddock is a huge representation for the disabled community. Particularly those with chronic illness, neurodiveristy and limb difference. So, I'd like to finish this off with: I simply decided to go on a deep-dive, but really it's not that deep. This was just the result of my three-hours-long hyperfixation.
We love all and any renditions of Hiccup Haddock the Third, because he is just that lovable.

In the mood to share controversial LADS headcanons again so here we go (body types addition)
I refuse to believe all the LI’s are built like models
Zayne canonically has an addiction to sweets, sugar more than fats make you gain more weight because your body burns sucrose faster/easier. So it will burn that first and store fat. (This also, to me, explains part of Why he likes sweets so much. He has a demanding job so eating something that gives him a quick boost is probably tempting)
“Oh but he’s a doctor and he knows exercise is important” Zayne is canonically a hypocrite about his own health. Again, shown by his excessive sugar intake and avoidance of bitter tasting medicine. He also spends all his time working. Even when he’s off the clock he’s reading medical journals. *when* exactly is he supposed to be exercising enough to have washboard abs.
This man is fat. Let him be fat. The girlies will still love him I promise just look at Senshi dungeon meshi and Harvey stardew valley.
Rafayel spends all his time painting, thinking about MC, or sleeping. He forgets to eat, *frequently*. Which aligns with his somewhat flippant attitude towards his own well being. He doesn’t even pretend he exercises he complains about it so much.
I don’t care if he is the Sea God. To me he is a twink. A waif. A strong breeze could knock him over. Made to be bridal carried.
Like sure he still has the magical power to destroy but he doesn’t have muscles. To me. To me you can see his ribs. At least until he reunites with MC and she makes sure he’s eating. Then he’ll put on some weight but he still won’t have a six pack I’ll tell you that much.
Xavier it actually makes sense for him to be muscular because he spends all his time (that he’s awake) fighting wanderers. Sure his evol helps but he still needs to be somewhat athletic
But athletes and models have different builds. He has muscles for practical use and not for show. He should have more pudge. Sorry to use dungeon meshi twice in one post but think Laois type build. His constant eating large portions backs this up to me. He’s burning a lot of calories so he needs to consume a lot of calories,
Ditto Caleb. I’m sure as a colonel he has a strict training regimen and even before that he was a pilot. He can also cook so he’s probably eating somewhat decently (I doubt he puts as much care into his own meals as he does MC’s)
I do think after the explosion but before homecoming wings he becomes more haggard though. He was resigned to never seeing her again and so he was on the path to self destruction. He’d still need to keep up with his exercises but he’d probably be eating and sleeping like crap.
Also mentioned in my queer headcanons post but to me Caleb is a he/him lesbian so uh. He should have tits. To me. (He does bind pretty often though because he likes to dress butch)
This is probably the most controversial one because again as per my queer headcanons post Sylus is an egg, to me.
So prior to her awakening I think she’s closest to her in game model to me. She has the money and time to put into looking like a male model, and I think she does put the effort in too. A lot of trans women pre-transition feel the need to put extra effort into being stereotypically masculine. And I think there’s a lot of pressure to keep up appearances as the leader of Onychinus as well.
After transition, though, obviously she’s going to have more curves. Again, she has plenty of money. So she can get whatever gender affirming care she wishes to. And I think once the pressure to perform masculinity is gone she’d stop being so toned; although she would want to maintain her physical strength because she likes being able to carry MC around with ease.
And MC? MC should not be that tiny. She’s a hunter. A trained fighter. She should be built. Buff. Stacked. Again, not built like a model but built for fighting.
She should have big old arms and legs especially. And in my heart, she does. There’s also one thing about Sylus talk about watching her row from behind and to Me that means admiring her back muscles. Anyway. That’s it I’ve said my piece am I kicked out of the fandom yet

Happy flappy Phoenix is so cuuuuute
I love the idea of him getting around on a Scootaloo-style scooter, it's so dopey and lovable.
Plz expand upon the "Edgeworth (or Maya but I'm shipping trash) starts teaching him how to fly" point because that idea is adorable <3
Also do you see him getting his wings/mojo back after AA4? Poor Beanix...losing something he worked hard on (being more confident with his flying) along with his disbarment hurts so good...
i will happily expand upon that !! :D
Phoenix blames himself for Mia’s death. He keeps thinking “if I’d hadn’t been late, if I could’ve flown, I could’ve gotten there faster”. This is what initially puts into his head that he has to improve.

He’s a bit preoccupied in the first game, so his practicing begins in full during Justice for All. At first, he tries by himself, but soon sheepishly asks Maya for help (slash, Maya notices him trying and offers) (while I personally don’t ship Maya and Phoenix, feel free to read this however you want :] ) (first session ^ )
He improves slowly but surely! he still sticks pretty close to the ground atp. Maya teases him constantly for his flying but she is ✨supportive af ✨when it counts. we love her. She gives him tips and cheers him on.
Edgeworth is surprised to find Phoenix flying in 2-4.

By T&T, Phoenix is a competent flier !! a bit shaky still, but flying higher and more confidently than ever. everybody is very proud of him :3
then Dusky Bridge 💀💀💀 big injury: it’s gonna heal, but it’s gonna take work. his disbarment takes away his motivation to put in that work 😔😔
Miles’ and Phoenix’s bond grows during the 7 year gap, so this is where Edgeworth takes his turn helping Phoenix. He gets tired of watching Phoenix live in his own misery and helps to push him out of it

In regards to your final question: i think he DOES get his mojo back ! He slowly regains strength back in his wings and muscles until he is able to fly again, AND! now he has a “i survived a fall from 40+ feet, how could anything hurt me ???” attitude,, which all but rids him of his fear of heights ! he gains so much confidence ٩( ᐛ )و

Top Surgery, Fatness, and Exercise
One thing I am glad about, on the waiting for top surgery front, is that I spent a solid year doing a very small amount of weekly exercise and I believe it made a huge difference in how I'm doing afterwards.
I'm fat, and I have chronic pain and chronic fatigue. Fibro, most likely. So exercise is hard, and between that and the mental health crisis of 2018-2023 I was in really bad fucking shape.
Youtube has lots of videos for seated bodyweight workout routines. I could only do five minutes at a time when I started. I also did weekly yoga - this is trickier to recommend because R is good at helping me find adaptive poses and I wouldn't have been able to manage the chronic pain issues without her help - but the key gains I made there were getting up and down off the floor, and bending down to reach things.
Any exercise that helps with those will be good. Standing forward fold, and various torso twists (mayhaps I twimst) which can be done seated in a chair, definitely did a lot of the work. Even just finding a sturdy chair, couch, or table, and using it to lower yourself to the floor and to get back up will help build those muscles.
The tit dysphoria was real, but working out at home and in low impact ways meant a lot of the time I could just ignore them as best possible and not try to wrangle a sports bra (my beloathed.)
I DO NOT LIKE EXERCISE. I have a lot of trauma around medical fatphobia. It's hard to want to do things that are tiring or uncomfortable. Seated exercise really helps because I don't have to expend energy on the standing portion and can focus on working muscle groups to develop strength.
Having a good ability to move my body around using core muscles was so helpful in the first few days after surgery when using shoulders and arms to launch myself was out of the question. And having some torso twists up my sleeve to help with how much my hips hate sleeping on my back is a real pain management help.
This is meant to be an encouragement to explore options. You deserve the nicest recovery.

Heroes of Olympus---fitness/body related hcs

Percy
Everyone lost some weight on the big Argo II voyage due to stress and all the fighting and everything, Percy is no exception. 
In general, though, he is still leaner than Jason and has slightly less upper body/ pectoral strength than he does.
However, he has THE fucking core strength ever
Unless he's been really, really exerting himself he normally has a cushion of belly fat over his abs but if you feel his abs they're wow so strong
Also bunch of shoulder strength, he does lots of climbing
He honestly needs some squish especially in scenes set After Gaea’s defeat. One of the reasons im writing these hcs is that I hate the fanarts that give the demigods six or eight pack abs and 0 body fat like?? Have u ever seen a 16-17 year old boy with chiseled abs. Especially one that eats like mr Jackson. His mother is feeding him good on seven layer dip and cheeseburgers and cookies and blue candy and he drinks blue cherry Coke and eats his fill of barbecue every day at camp you Cannot tell me he has no body fat arrgggh
He probably looked like that while he was in Tartarus though bc he was probably really dehydrated and exhausted lmaoo
V good sense of balance and coordination
Jason
Jason’s got more strength in his arms/shoulders/upper body than anything else
Big arm and chest muscles
Also naturally has belly--when he's not worried abt food--but he tends to stand taller so you can't see it as much
Probably lost the most weight on the voyage. Too busy making sure everyone else was okay and also healing from his various injuries. He also had to be absolutely sure there was enough food for everyone else so he was worried abt taking too much
Generally spends more time exercising and has hardly ever seen a junk food in his life and eats a lot of protein bc hes always lived at camp jupiter so he's very muscle
Piper
Piper didn't really start exercising until she came to camp so she's probably the least physically strong in comparison
More squish than Annabeth. Carries fat in hips and thighs and belly
Thinks/feels like she's fat and low key worries abt it
Was only mildly disappointed when she started demigod training and her belly didn't instantly disappear lol
Kind of jealous of how Annabeth is so thin and athletic but Annabeth wishes she had Pipers thighs/boob/curves loll the curse of being a woman
Piper also feels like she has baby face compared to Annabeth bc she has chubbier cheeks and it annoys her
She's got a pretty good sense of balance tho
Pretty good at running fast but she doesn't have as much stamina as Annabeth
Shes quite flexible also
Pretty good swimmer
Annabeth
Naturally quite thin
been training her whole life so she's got strong arms and legs and core
Really good at running and sprinting
Very agile too
Core strength and upper body strength 
Great at dodging attacks, less good at blocking
Tallest of the girlies
Climber shoulders/back muscles
Wishes she had Piper’s curves kinda. She doesn't care all that much but occasionally is like damn wouldn't that be nice
Frank
Arrgh I hate how in the middle of the series Rick took away all of his fat. Screw you sir. Put it back. Put it bacK
So Frank Immediately gets his tum back in the span of a few weeks
He's also really tired for the next however long after the Mars boy magic adrenaline wears off bc where's his fuel??? Gone!!
Very good at Lifting stuff. He had to carry stuffs for his grandma all the time bc she was old
Mostly strong in the arms and chest/pectorals
His growth spurt happened real quick so he's still not used to how big he is which is why he's all clumsy
Needs to work on balance and coordination lol
Although he got most of his chub back, his Babyface™ didn't come back quite so strong
Hazel
Hazel is the shortest girlie
Was really thin back in the 40s and then gained quite a bit soon after she came back to life. She was very confused and probably horrified
This was bc of a combination of having a growth spurt, pressure on little girls to be thin back then and the times having changed now, having enough to eat now, and changes in the amounts of additives and high fructose corn syrup and shit in foods
She was really distraught for a while bc much like Nico’s internal conflict with The Gay, decades ago being chubby was an unforgivable sin for a little girl
Obv not to Nico’s extent bc I don't think people were killed for being fat but still
It takes her a while to see it as not a bad thing but just a thing
She has pretty evenly distributed muscle strength because when she started exercise at camp jupiter they worked All The Groups
Leo
We love our tiny little shrimp man
He didn't get enough to eat during his growth spurt so he's kind of stunted
Even though he's a hephaestus boy he could not for the life of him build a lot of muscle
He's not that strong
He's probably pretty flexible though
Nico
Also stunted because he didn't eat enough in his growth spurt
Pretty strong though
Smol but he is still growing
Is getting taller and will almost definitely surpass Leo
Also is slowly gaining a healthy amount of weight as he stays at camp and Will makes him eat and sleep more regularly and now he's less tired all the time
Pretty good core strength and balance and agility
Looks more his child age now that his cheeks are more filled in
Reyna
Buff Girl
Girlie works out when shes stressed and now she's got muscles like steel cables
Im talking arms, shoulders, core, legs, glutes
Can arm wrestle Jason and win even if he does try his darnedest
Incredible sprinter
Does so many squats that she got the whole bakery lol
Really likes her muscles
Flexes in the mirror
Jason expressed to her how impressive it was a few times and it was partially why she fell in love with him lol
Will
Will has pretty good arm muscles actually and can lift heavy stuffs
Can lift his bf easily
He has a soft tum tho and padding on his arms
Does yoga and stretching and that works his core
Soft
Eats good proteins and veggies and gets good sleeps
Healthy boi 10/10

small Usopp-centric drabble I made myself finish, so I'm not too happy with it towards the end, but I hope you enjoy it nonetheless! also, sorry I couldn't resist throwing in a bit of implied sanuso too!

Usopp bounces his leg anxiously, habitually nibbling his thumb as he glances over at Chopper sifting through several papers scattered across his desk and scribbling notes every so often. The reindeer's stethoscope still dangles from his furred neck, possibly still warmed from contact with Usopp's bare chest, and the cuff of the sphygmomanometer lays just to the side of where Usopp's slouching on the infirmary cot.
He had been dreading this interaction ever since the Strawhats had reunited and Chopper had insisted he wanted to update everyone's medical files for posterity's sake, examining them individually and addressing any medical concerns. Usopp normally didn't mind Chopper's thorough prodding. He trusted the young doctor's knowledge and capability, but after he'd heard Chopper's brutal verbal beat down directed towards Zoro's apparent nonchalant reply that he'd knowingly neglected his established pain management, he was more than a little anxious about what the reindeer would say to him.
Usopp was very aware he had physically changed a lot in two years. He was, of course, proud of the amount of muscle he had managed to gain during his training on Boin, a testament of his own growth and dedication to his friends, but-Well-
Boin still had heartily rich foods, and even with daily exercise and mindful rationing, he couldn't lose all the weight he had gained during his time there. There's a generous distribution of fat padding his frame, most of which he's gained in his soft stomach and broad thighs. Usopp's not disappointed in the slightest at this development; no, far from it. He's quite proud of the fact that once he's dug his heels in, it's a formidable task to move him. He'd gladly throw his weight around, finally feeling the confidence of strength in ways he previously couldn't. Even roughhousing with Luffy has left the rubber man at least a little winded and sweating.
But just because he felt that way about his body didn't mean others would feel the same. He was almost sure someone would playfully tease him about having to borrow both Zoro and Franky's shirts in the meantime, since his old clothing obviously no longer fit him. The closest incident had been Luffy's crude, unfiltered observation of how big he thought Usopp’s backside had gotten (followed by Nami's swift smack to the back of their captain's head, telling him he can't just say that out loud).
Chopper hums, checking over his notes again before hopping out of his chair and retrieving the sphygomanometer.
"I'd like to take your blood pressure again, if that's ok with you?" Chopper asks, his blue nose twitching inquisitively. He must have notice the way Usopp nearly jumps out of his skin at the sudden question because he quickly adds, "It was a little high when I checked it earlier so I just wanna double check!"
The process doesn't take long, the same as earlier while Chopper was taking his vitals, the cuff snug around Usopp's thick bicep as Chopper listens with his stethoscope. Soon, he's done and beaming brightly at the sniper.
"Much better!" The little doctor praises, removing his stethoscope from his ears. He takes a few more notes before turning back to Usopp, still smiling.
"I think that covers everything! I'd like to get you started on a new antidepressant which I think I can have ready by tomorrow," Chopper explains, gesturing cheerfully with his pen gripped between the split of his hoof. "Oh, and I trust you know what you're doing with your herbs, but I'd prefer for you to come to the infirmary for your hormones so I can give them to you subcutaneously instead of orally!"
Usopp nods hollowly as he absorbs Chopper's words, absentmindedly rubbing at his inner arm.
"That's all?" He blurts out before he can even think about what he's said, immediately regretting it. He debates aborting this conversation and beating a hasty retreat straight to his workshop.
Chopper tilts his head curiously, ears perked as he squints thoughtfully. "Mm, yeah, I think so! Besides getting you back on track with your medication, there wasn't anything else. You're in good health!"
"Oh. Um, cool?"
The reindeer's blue nose twitches again, quietly observing Usopp's fidgeting and apparent discomfort. "Unless there was something else you wanted to talk about...?" He offers carefully.
Usopp hems and haws, his leg bouncing noticeably faster than before. "I mean-I just thought you'd, uh, you know. Wanna talk about my weight?"
The young doctor waits patiently for the sniper to elaborate further, the two of them just staring at each other for a moment.
Finally, Usopp breaks and breathes out a long, defeated sigh that ends in a weak chuckle, shoving strays curls away from his face before gesturing vaguely to himself.
"I got fat? You don't want to put me on a diet, or something?" The sniper grumbles, feeling increasingly silly now that he's voiced what he's been dreading for the last hour. Chopper seems genuinely surprised by this revelation though, his eyes widening for a moment before his brow furrows and Usopp watches a hoof begin to touch the edge of his presumed file contemplatively.
"I don't think that's necessary," The reindeer replies, hoisting himself up onto the cot beside the space Usopp currently occupies, the file resting in his lap. "I think you should keep in mind it's perfectly normal for fat distribution to change as you age, and there's a genetic factor as well!"
Usopp shrugs his shoulders, plucking at the fabric of his overalls disinterestedly. "I guess so."
“And,” Chopper continues with an indignant huff, “Hormones change how your body holds fat, so I’m not too concerned about it as far as that goes, considering you’re on testosterone. Plus, you have to account for your muscle mass now! Also–”
The doctor abruptly lets out a shriek of laughter, doubling over as Usopp tickles under his chin. Chopper shoves at his arm, trying to squirm away while he gasps for breath between snorting laughter.The sniper grins widely at Chopper’s reaction, amused. 
“I get it, Chopper,” Usopp says, clicking his tongue in feigned annoyance, then teasingly tugging the reindeer’s cap to obscure his sight. Chopper swats at his hand, snorting. 
“Good! You’re my patient, and I’d never lie about your health to you!” The young doctor replies, thumping his hoof against his chest confidently. 
With the tension broken, the infirmary feels less stifling and the earlier tension Usopp had been carrying dissipates. They finish up after that, Chopper reminding the sniper to stop by his office for his medication, and Usopp spends several productive hours in his workshop afterwards. That night at dinner he blinks in surprise as Sanji wordlessly serves him a dessert that looks suspiciously similar to what he’d also served Nami and Robin. He stares for a brief moment at the fancy bowl of sorbet before glancing back up at their cook, who’s still flitting around the table collecting the used dishware but Usopp can see him glancing over his shoulder every so often, like he’ll tell the sniper off if he doesn’t eat it. 
It’s the sweetest thing he’s had in a long, long time. He savors every bite.

since its pride month and im over 7 months on T, heres a quick overview of all the changes so far:
BODY HAIR my leg hair becoming thicker was one of the first things i noticed, specifically on my thighs bc my calves already had pretty thick hair.. my stomach hair also, ive got a proper happy trail now. my arm hair is pretty much the same :( also some chest hair but not alot
In a similar vein, facial hair! its there. not very thick or anything that could actually be a beard or moustache or whatever, but if i dont shave once a month its quite visible. especially on my neck annoyingly, i have to shave that abt twice a month :<
Ppl warned me again and again abt the horniness, saying it'd be worse than I'd ever imagine, and yeah i def became hornier but it wasn't nearly as bad as ppl made it out to be lol. maybe im just an outlier there. tmi but i went from jerking off abt twice a week to daily, occasionally twice a day. but its not that bad, its easy enough to distract myself from. maybe thats my adhd powers coming through though
tdick!! i had a relatively big clit before t, but it's definitely clearly a dick now. more than getting longer, its become thicker which is nice. ppl talked alot abt growth making it painful or overly sensitive, for me its occasionally irritated but its also not as bad as ppl said it'd be. it clearly gets hard now which is cool, i get a very very small bulge.. awesome 👍
body odour, definitely started smelling more than i used to. even after showering it lingers;; which isnt all too bad cause i like how i smell lol. ppl said the smell itself would change, hasnt happened for me, but yeqh its more frequent.
voice dropping has kinda happened ? my voice is a lil deeper but its def not masculine or anything. been told i sound like i have a sore throat once but thats abt it sadge. at first it felt like the way ur throat feels when uve talked too much, then it felt like an illness kinda sore throat, now it doesnt rlly hurt that much. i cant really raise my voice anymore, not that big of a problem since i dont shout much normallu anyway but when i try my voice just.. cuts out completely;; i havent had any voice cracks or anything
periods stopped months ago. i started T on my period, had another one, spotted for abit and yeah that was it. pretty cool 👍
ive grown an inch :] still growing so hopefully ill get another inch in... maybe more... unlikely but i want to believe....
the veins on my hands r more visible. its kinda on and off but more frequently theyre more prominent
i dont feel like my chest is any smaller but i did go from wearing a small binder to wearing an XS binder so it mustve ?
not sure if im stronger ? i mean i am but i started weight lifting at the beginning of the year so idk if that strength is from T helping muscle gain or just from regular exercise,, im prolly forgetting things but thats all i can think of now :D im impatient i need more changes nowowoowowowoowwwww
im more productive and generally feel better ^^ im still mentally ill and in chronic pain but emotionally im doing good more often than not and ive went from doing 1 thing every 2 weeks to doing abt 5 things a week... not ideal but much better than before, hopefully ill get to a normal persons level of productivity some day 🙏🙏🙏 ppl go back and forth on whether T makes u angrier or less angry, more emotional or less emotional, but im relatively the same outside of feeling happier,, i cry the same i seethe the same
