Been thinking about some angsts lately and randomly thought about shadowbringers and what if g'raha was successful with his self sacrifice plan during the final lightwarden fight.

How devastating would it be for those wols who have a very close relationship to him and even more devastating for past haurchefant/wol going into exarch/wol wols who were just about to heal with that trauma and reliving that moment again.

Imagine poor ryne too,the scions would most likely return to the source soon after that,leaving her abruptly behind,seeing the wol breakdown and the crystal exarch basically just die in front of her not knowing what to do while an ascian is still looming around still plotting.

Emet would require changing his plans a bit but I'm sure he wouldn't be against kidnapping the wol at that point being as vulnerable as they are at the moment.

What would y'all's wols would do in that situation?

i could never be a demigod because quests are literally only for morning people. like why do i have to wake up at the ass crack of dawn just to head to my imminent death with a side of eternal damnation. waking up that early is already punishment enough for paying the debt of my half-godly existence.

EPIC fans: what else was Odysseus supposed to do?! Scylla was the only way home!!

Me, an intellectual: there WAS a way for Odysseus and crew to get past Scylla without one crew member dying. They previously had a bunch of Sirens at their mercy, so if they so wished, they could have used six sirens to satisfy Scylla’s price.

After all…ruthlessness (to others) is mercy upon ourselves

oracle of scams is back

my sincere condolences to anyone who mains the og3 because oracle of scams is back and worse than before

the fact that infold brought it back despite the massive amount of backlash they received from cn and global fans were going (rightfully so) nuts about it is so insane. on top of that they restricted it to no free spins… baffling

for new players, unless you are a whale or a completest for your main, i would advise to not waste your diamond on this especially when myth reruns have returned and we have so many multis coming (plus possibly new myths)

but if you do go for it, i wish you the best of luck on it and pray that demonic system doesn’t eat up too much of your dias

for sylus mains, thank fuck sylus isn’t in this, we are saved. on a personal level as someone with 100% of sylus cards, i would have to get his card but it won’t be ranked. we have to continue saving for his next multi event

for caleb mains, y’all are spared with us and may they never repeat this event with sylus and caleb in gatcha gods name… amen

Dick Grayson dies alone.

A drug bust, a rogue show off, a gang war. It didn’t matter in the end—it should have been simple but a well timed explosion or gunshot or gas fucked everything up.

And Dick Grayson is left to die alone.

Well not truly alone.

He can hear the rest of his family in his ear piece; Oracle’s yelling instructions over the comm lines as everybody scrambles to wrap up their fights and find him before it’s too late.

Dick is bleeding out, he knows it and they know it too, but despite their worries they have hope. Because it’ll work out. It always works out.

Just hang on a little longer.

It’ll be fine, you hear?

Just keep talking. Don’t go to sleep, we’re almost there.

Dick entertains them, cracks poor jokes between bloody coughs and shallow breaths.

The realisation eventually sets in after a moment, when Oracle curses the trackers and the team looks out at the vast expanse of damage they have to cover.

Dick falls quiet too, listening to them come to the same conclusion he did.

Jason is the first to start speaking again as they begin their search through the city for their brother.

You did good, Dick. Don’t worry. We’ll find you.

Not a promise of how or if or when.

He will be found.

Softer words followed after Jason’s first, still reassurances but no longer the same promises of safety they were frantically making before.

Dick dies alone, listening to his friends and family speak to him softly over the comms.

They do find him, hours later, after his body’s gone cold and his blood as drained from his skin. They promise that they’ll keep him dead, let him rest in the grounds behind Wayne Manor, where he gets to find and rejoin his parents once again.

I feel like people who are fans of the Hero of Legend from the Legend Of Zelda should know this-

The Hero of Legend has forcefully been turned into a Baby before.

It is very cute and very scary mainly because this is the last dungeons mini boss in Oracle of Ages (if I remember correctly)
