100 days, Lads!!!

We've trended every day since cancellation, and that's, to be honest, friggin incredible. A huge round of applause to everyone who's posted, tweeted, tiktok'd, and interacted in any other way that we (the mods) are too fandom-grandma to know the lingo for.

LockNation, you continually astound and impress us. Your talent, dedication, meme prowess, and kindness are nigh-overwhelming at times, and we've seen just how powerful these forces are.

100 days have flown by with twitter campaigns, fan projects, fun interactions with cast and crew, and above all, love for this show and a determined faith and hope in its future. We can do this because we believe in it. We can do this because we're working hard for it.

We can do this, full stop. Here's to our future success -- and possibly 100 more!

Stars, like seeds, are abundant.. But there is also the isolating distance between them as they've spread. It can be lonely but hope you feel safe and loved and there's beauty in the homes we've made all over.

I have very strong opinions about disaster preparation as someone who lives in a tornado zone, where evacuation is NOT an option for anyone and the only way to definitely survive is to 1) be in a building that WON'T just get picked up AND 2) have a basement, cellar, or specialized tornado shelter.

The simple fact is that the majority of fatalities in tornadoes are people living in mobile homes/trailers and those deaths could be reduced massively if the government built tornado shelters in high risk areas. But there's been very, very little effort to do that and tornadoes are just getting stronger and more deadly while poor people are left to huddle in our bathtubs, listening to the sirens and thinking about easily we could die.

dear mutuals, friends/followers, and other assorted enablers:

please send me what you would consider the most frequent SPECIFIC complaints you see people use wrt RHATO, in particular anything you, who may or may not have read it, would like to see analyzed for either challenged or have some kind of more tangible supporting evidence for why you are "objectively" correct.

I.E. "Lobdell sucks" not useful or specific

"Everyone is mischaracterized!" Closer but I need you to be more specific than that. How are they mischaravterized, can you give me an exact complaint (i.e. Kori being an airhead bimbo. Obviously, this is already on my list)

"Jason shouldn't be the leader because the other two have more experience than that snotty punk!" NOW we're cooking with gas. This is a tangible, specific complaint that I can (and will) respond to one way or the other with actual tangible discussion & citation.

*additionally I will accept things directed towards Red Hood/Arsenal

I made paper stickers of my pomegranate drawing to put in public spaces to share some positivity. I originally made them for the purpose of covering swastikas I see.

They're 3". 10 for $5 packs or singles in my shop. Can't use em all by myself and thought others might like them too. :)

I know that those tik tok trends where you prank your partner are supposed to be jokes, but if someone did to me what half of those people are doing to their partners, I'd never be able to fully trust them again.

Sending them into shops alone to get products that don't exist? Spilling water on their face while they're asleep? Telling them they smell bad, or the outfit they picked out isn't good, or that you're mad at them without telling them why? Groping them in public despite their multiple attempts to get you to stop? I don't care whether it's funny or not, and I know that to a lot of people I'm most likely sucking the fun out of it, but I just think it's mean. Some of it even borders on abusive at times.

Having no empathy and limited sympathy is so thankless. You can sit here doing equations in your brain trying to figure out how to not upset people and they still get mad if you make an "obvious" social mistake. But they don't see the amount of thought that goes into every damn interaction to make sure you're not unintentionally being hurtful, so if you make too many "obvious" mistakes, you're evil and a bad person.

You have disorganised thinking and can't see every outcome for a social interaction? Evil. You have no/low empathy and struggle to see how others feel and can be seen as cold even if you try to seem kind and be compassionate? Evil. Cut us some slack, it's not innate to us to function "perfectly". When I'm in a psychotic episode I can hardly think at all. Chill out.
