Is it just me or are Chenford fans like some of the most Toxic in the fandom. Not all Chenford fans of course I've come across some really nice ones but there's just the one vocal half of Chenford fans that are like Toxic as hell

Like I'm talking about the side that always hate on any character that isn't Tim or Lucy (Especially if a character has dated Tim or Lucy in the past) and they always act like having a storyline about John and Bailey is just the worst thing to happen for some reason

Like, I have access to a converter that can turn them into pngs for free no problem, but it's still annoying that I have to convert them in the first place!!

I absolutely adore the new Impmon line. Apparently so much so I wrote a wall of text gushing about it, but I'll put that under the cut to spare those who don't care's dash.

Where do I start, there's so much to love about this gift. The punk and reptilian ascetic blends perfectly into Beelzemon with his biker look and his lizard tail/claws so if you didn't want to go with the Megidramon mega you can swap in Beelzemon just fine. I honestly like it better thematically than the Wizardmon -> Baalmon line, (even though Baalmon is cooler aesthetically) it always bothered me that Wizardmon felt tacked on and slightly out of place since it wasn't a virus. I know the X antibody forms helped fold them together more design wise, and they're an awesome line, but that still doesn't fix the non-x line for me... not that all digimon need a clean and clear through line persay, but you know.

I've seen people call it "Just a recolor" and I feel like it's so much more than that. I've always liked the regional variants in Pokémon becuase they breathe new life into old designs while still making a unique feeling creature. It's the same principle here.

And while it's sad we didn't get a full canon Beelstarmon line, I like this so much more. And I feel like Impmon -> Witchmon -> LadyDevimon already fits Beelstarmon just as much as Wizardmon/Baalmon fits Beelzemon, so I don't really feel the need for a full new Fem line for Beelstarmon.

And the connections to Guilmom are just... chef's kiss. People have pointed out that Guilmon has a good sorcer line with FlareWizardmon -> Mistymon -> MedievalDukemon that matches up well with Impmon's Wizardmon line so Impmon getting a reptilian line to match up with Guilmon is just so cool. And it makes it all the cooler that Impmon was originally going to be Takato's partner, apparently.

I feel like I'm rambling, I just wanted to gush about the Punk Growlmon. After years of the Impmon line feeling rocky and incomplete on some levels, I feel like all is finally right with the world and my ocd with its line can finally rest. I don't like remembering the dark days where the best line we had was Meramon -> Skull/DeathMeramon -> Beelzemon. It gives me war flashbacks.

Now I need a Galletmon/Dukemon and Beelzemon jogress. Give it to me Bandai.

Phainon w imposter syndrome I feel like is a topic that could be explored more by the fandom like. He's just a country boy from hick nowhere that besides the rage in his heart and some tarot card that divinated he would be some grand "deliverer", he's nothing special really?

He's nothing like the demigods, who have lived centuries and have protected Amphoreus all this time. He doesn't even have a special curse like Mydei or Castorice, and some special lineage + companion like Hyacine. Professor Anaxa had the intellect to merge with a Titan himself too and discovered the (partial) truth of the cycle.

All he has is that he's taller than average and a better fighter than most. Hell, even in that, despite Mydei calling him his equal, he couldn't take on the trial for Strife despite promising he would. What took him weeks/months just to fail took Mydei so little time to succeed. How is he expected to take the role of the Worldbearer?

Aglaea (and even Mydei, behind his back) calls him perfect. How is he any bit perfect? He's so grossly aware of his own faults but the crushing expectation and responsibility is placed upon him.

Anaxa praises him to be his best student but he took more than 4 years to graduate while Hyacine and Castorice were top of the class. Sure he won a bunch of debates, but doesn't that just mean he just has a silver tongue? That certainly doesn't make him a leader like Aglaea is. Makes sense when he's faking it among all these incredible people. He doesn't really deserve to stand with them.

He always feels like he's trying to catch up, he wants to prove himself, but to who? By the time everything truly rested upon his shoulders, no one was left to witness it anymore.

I saw this guy talking abt bands you shouldn't listen to and he mentioned msi and said "the band members are very bad and the music is also very bad" and then in some other video he was glazing mcr like WHAT. That's genuinely the most generalized answer ever. you could've just said that you heard it was bad but you dont know jack shit about it. I think hating msi has become a trend because people will just see shit about a band they don't care about and go "uuhh...msi music good ✅️✅️✅️ but member bad ❌️❌️❌️"

Msi and mcr are so linked but people just ignore it??? It's so frustrating honestly. It just shows that you have no idea what your talking about and you're just following whatever the fuck people say

My stance on AI

Look, i know its a controversial topic, but, I just want to have my take on it.

I think ai is need when it's used for fun, just messing around and stuff.

What I don't support however is people passing off AI created content as their own.

Just because you told the AI what to do, dosnt mean you made it, the AI did.

I'm also not a big fan of certain corporations harvesting people's hard work to train their ai with.

I understand stuff in the public domain being used to train the AI, But What I don't approve of specifically is people scraping data from all over the internet, taking peoples creations and whatnot, and cramming it into an AI designed for profit.

It's never right to steal from someone, let alone using stolen content to train AI in order to replicate said content.

In all honesty, I belive there is a difference between recreational AI usage and people trying to profit from ai.

I'm fine if ppl make AI chatbots of my characters, use ai for fun, or just messing around with it

I'm not fine if people try to scrape all of my stuff to make crappy ai copies of it though.

Point being, AI can be cool, It can be scary

BUT Don't pass that shit off as your own bud, you ain't slick
