Hey guys, sorry for not being active. I was admitted to the hospital, i was actually doing fine, but i relapsed again 😭😭, okay but here are some tips!
1. Eat protein->Idc if its high in caloroes, protein keeps ur muslces and makes your metabolism faster which means that youll loose weight easier
2. As hard as it is, eat 3 low calories meals a day (i usually settle for oats, a salad and yog)->once again it boost up ur metabolism, which means:weight loss
3.eat smaller portions-> less likely to consune too many calories
4. Protein powder is actually worth it.-> keeps you full, and keeps ur metabolism running
5. Do exercise, but do not overdo it-> crushes your metabolism
6. Eat atleast 500 cals->once again metabolism stuff
7. vitamin C serum-> ana can make ur skin age faster, votamin C serum keeps u lookinf young and beautifull <3
8. Buy vitamins(usually 0 cals) ->keeps your body running
9. Wear baggy clothes
10. Please for the love of god dont puke->, it ruins your digestion, your teeth, hair and face, a better way to purge is def exercise. We wanna be skinny, not ugly😭
11. Fiber, Fiber and Fiber! - >You need it to poo, and to stay full.
12. Drink green tea and pepermint tea->helped me stay full than any cig or coffee ever could
13. Take care of yourself - > now, to be skinny and gorgeous, you must look presentable, right? Take care of yourself, and dont workout every day, youll end up in a weight plateu..
14. Dont fast-> honestly it just fs up ur metabolism, and you lose muslces.. Which means youll gain all the weight back, so get that protein ig
15. Eat nuts-> high in protein and healthy fat, which means your nails and hair wont be as weak!

How do you stop binge eating? How many calories should I be eating daily?
hey babe! so honestly it’s a slow (and most times really hard) process. my tips are: put in your head that you can restart after a binge and not everything is ruined. we usually have this all or nothing mindset where we’ll binge and then say fuck it cause it’s already “ruined anyways”, and that’s the biggest lie that slows us down. keep in mind that if u binged you just need to move on and go back into your diet.
start with a 1000 cals intake (with healthy but yummy food) and SLOWLY work your way down (don’t do extreme or you’ll gain more again, it sucks but the slow way works better). exercise daily, 10k steps, u don’t need much, you just need to walk everyday. therefore your mind will feel the relief of accomplishment even tho it’s not a really hard workout. drink. that. water. she’s your best friend! and remember that even tho 1k may sound like a high intake you’re actually in a big deficit. keep in mind it takes time but it will be worth it.

I have really big boobs and its bothering me soo fucking much, I always had big mommymilkers but now, where I am losing weight they are just staying massive, they look unproportionaly big to my body and I hate it. I made appointments (sadly next year) to get breast reduction surgery. I am just so scared that my insurance is not going to pay for my surgery. I am a college student and wouldn't be able to pay like 6000€ for the surgery out of my own pocket.

restriction rules for me 💗
1. aim for a total of 2723 cals a week
2. 250 cals on week days; 736 on weekends
3. avoid any fried food, corn, cake, white bread, and pasta for a month (30-31 days)
4. it is scientifically proven high levels of stress cause cravings for high calorie foods. if you feel like binging, indulge in specific foods you’re craving such as peanut butter, cottage cheese apples, (food with actual nutrients). REFRAIN FROM BINGING ON FOOD RESTRICTED FOR A MONTH
5. you demonstrate control not only by restricting but also by indulging in your cravings without binging. it’s better to go over your calorie limit by 100-200 calories rather than binging unhealthy foods
6. LOG YOUR CALORIES EACH DAY. IF YOU GO OVER YOUR LIMIT ONE DAY SUBTRACT THAT FROM YOUR REMAINING CALORIES ALLOWED FOR THE WEEK TO MAKE UP FOR IT.
7. if you must binge/take a metabolism day, once again refrain from eating the food restricted for a month
8. KEEP TRACK OF YOUR WEIGHT—log in every morning on Saturday morning after using the restroom.
9. LOOK AT TH!N$P0 TO REMEMBER WHY YOU’RE DOING THIS. TO BE HAPPY, TO DANCE, TO FEEL LOVED BY OTHERS AND YOURSELF. ONLY YOU PREVENT YOURSELF FROM ACHIEVING YOUR OWN HAPPINESS. YOU ARE NOT AN ANIMAL. YOU ARE IN CONTROL. YOU DECIDE WHETHER YOU FAIL OR SUCCEED.

i hate the fact that when im in high restriction i become the most productive bitch ever like all the things i complain about not having time for (cleaning my room, skin care routine, meal planning, etc) when im binging i get done with time left over when im not eating
it bothers me bc i have to suffer in order to take care of myself

everyone has that one memory of when your 3d finally felt successful.
I remember I was the happiest id ever been, I finally didn't feel fat in what I was wearing, I looked in the mirror and shocked because I finally saw results. I walked out of the bathroom and my mum said to me “well, you've lost weight” and I was like “um what no” and then went back into the bathroom and jumped up and down with joy. SOMEONE noticed. Literally the best feeling in the world and I haven't felt it since. 
Im now 10kg heavier and so fking disappointed in myself. But this year is the year! I will get down to 51kg just like I was in that very first happy moment.
