Prythian’s Olympic Roster

Rhysand - Pentathlon: if he can’t be the best at them all he isn’t the best at all.

Feyre - nothing: let’s be honest, you all thought I was going to put Archery but Feyre has been a little too preoccupied with Rhysand ever since they got mated to really hone her skills to that next level. Not to mention that she is freshly postpartum.

Nyx - baby: His parents take full advantage of the Olympic Village Nursery (thank you Allyson Felix and Pampers) for some playtime between sporting events. Favourite activity, carrier naps during every single one of his dad's events no matter how much Feyre tried to keep him awake. He only wakes up to watch Auntie Nesta, much to his parents dismay.

Elain - Artistic Gymnastics: On a team with Gywn, after all that’s what those “pliable bones” are for right SJM? Nuala, Cerridwen, and LoA round out their team of five. Elain’s best event is bar. Gwyn is beam. Nuala and Cerridwen are Vault and beam respectively. And LoA is the star of the show, winning All Around as well as Floor finals. Team FAAFO.

Cassian - Rugby: this man loves a good team sport and personally helped most of the other males who qualified for the team. First all Illyrian team to make the Olympics.

Nesta - Synchronized Swimming: Taking those dancing skills and eight point stars to the pool. All Valkyrie team. Wings and water, who knew it was such a good combo. She also qualified to be the female fencer for the Night Court due to the hours of practice put in being Azriel’s partner but declined in favor of participating in something that she could do with all of her friends. She recommended a Hewn City female , one of Mor’s younger cousins that she met during a Solstice Ball.

Azriel - Fencing: Being completely covered for his event only adds to the mystery of the Shadowsinger. His shadows like to do funny dance routines on his shoulder while he is in a match to distract his opponents. Truly he loves surfing but didn’t want to be in a different location than Eris for the duration of the Olympics. He caused quite the upset when he announced he would be competing under the Autumn Court his new place of residence and home of his mate.

Eris - Cycling Road: Of course he won both Road and Timed. This is coming straight off of his fresh Tour De France Bronze a month prior. (Please look up Remco Evenepoel, he actually did that this year.)

Lucien - High Jump: This boy is tall and gangly and inherited his daddy’s thighs. He plays on the Olympic Refugee team because every court was fighting over wanting him on their team.

Tamlin - Climbing: Boulder and Lead. If his claws pop out and help him get just a bit of a better grip no one is the wiser.

Helion - Weightlifting: It’s all in the thighs.

Thesan - cheerleader: For his lover who is the team captain for the Dawn Court Male volleyball team. Thesan always wears long layers, hat, and sunglasses in hopes of not being noticed but he can’t help but emitting a soft glow every time his lover encourages and hypes up the other players on his team.

Kallias - refuses to participate in Summer sports off of principle but is the biggest fan during Viviana’s event. As soon as she is done competing he whisks her away to see the sights and sounds of Paris.

Viviana - Beach Volleyball: on a duo with her sister. She prefers sand to snow and Kallias teases her relentless about it.

Mor - Equestrian: Her secret manor is actually a horse ranch. She is a horse girly at heart and despite the Night Court uniform being black and silver hers is obviously blood red. Everyone keeps mistaking her for Autumn Court in interviews which makes her unreasonably angry.

Tarquin - Swimmer: preferred stroke is breaststroke but he is the IM king. Think Summer McIntosh/Leon Marchand.

Cresseida - Swimming: long distance queen, world record holder in the 800 and 1500. Oh and she does open water swimming too. The stamina and determination, yep. The Katie Ledecky of Prythian.

Varian - Synchronized Diving: tried to get Cressedia to do synchronized diving with him and Amren eventually had to break it to him slowly that they don’t have mixed synchronized diving events. He cried for a week after that because he loves his cousin and didn’t want to go to the Olympics without her. Aodh, Vanserra brother, is now his partner in the 10m platform.

Amren: sits in the stand and cheers with Feyre. Refuses to hold Nyx. The only time she gets out of her chair to stand and cheer is during Varian and Aodh’s diving. Everyone assumes it is for Varian but really it’s for Aodh. If Amren were to ever admit she had a best friend Aodh would claim that title.

Jurian - Penathlon: Actually a professional boxer but decided to do the Penathlon just to bother Rhys. Obviously he wins gold.

Vassa - Rowing: Women’s Eight. Team leader for all of Koschie’s girls. Koschie lake is secretly the most elite training ground for rowers. Koschie is the encouraging dad coach.

Alis - Kite Sailing: Because she is literally cooler than anyone else. Never wins but she has the best time. Her nephews can be heard cheering even from all the way across the water.

Briar - Judo: Tamlin is her trainer and she beats him every time.

Bryaxis - tried joining the rugby team because he heard Cassian was the team leader. Really just wants to be BFF’s with Cassian but the general keeps running away and Bryaxis can’t figure out why. The Night Court loses their game when Cassian spots him in the stand during their final and is frozen in place for hours after their game until Nesta can come collect him after her and the Valkyries are done their event for the day.

Nuan - Hurdles: Girl is fast and she’s got the jumps. She and Lucien poke fun at each other during their training on the track.

Madja does not compete and is a medic for literally every event.

Mirrell and Clotho are the judges of gymnastics, diving, and synchronized swimming.

Kier and Breon were on Male’s Double Badminton team. They switched which court they would play for each Olympics. The only opposing team was the Bone Carver and the Weaver. Upon their deaths Badminton was been removed from the Olympic roaster and their “legacy” was wiped from the ledger.

Aodh - Synchronized Diving: Emissary of the Autumn Court living in Summer and has temporary citizenship. Agreed to dive with Varian in hopes of catching the eye of a certain Summer Court fae. He really could not care less about the Olympics.

Caradoc - Shooting and Skateboarding: 10m Air pistol. He could outshoot Feyre with his eyes closed. His style of shoot is exactly the same as Yusuf Dikec from Turkey. Skateboarding is a skill he learned from a very special someone and is competing in their memory. Everyone is absolutely terrified of him except for Gwyn.

Matthan - Trampoline: The boy has springs in his feet and his head is permanently in the clouds.

*special note from game hosts - the inclusion for Breaking this year is in memory of Andras who bravely sacrificed himself so that Tamlin would have a chance of breaking the curse and set into motion the events that has shaped Pythian today. High Lord Tamlin was adamant about honoring his sacrifice as “we would all be dead if not for him.” Break dancing was one of Andras favourite hobbies. Who knew that breakdancing to the fiddle could be so fun?

To all those we have lost in the past four years we honor them.

Tamciendras

wowowow omg they have been running around in my mind for AGES now, ahem anyways

Tamlins and Andras met when they were fairly young, most children of the high lords have personal guards, Tam being friend to be a soldier, Cernunnos didn't see the need for one for tam, his mother tho, insisted. Tam at that point was pretty fucked up by his father, dead on the inside, little emotion felt and stuff right, and he's like 'idrc, but what's the point, I can protect myself just fine' and so, Cernunnos was like 'hey! There's some people I wanna punish, let tam fight them to death, if they lose, they lose, if they win they get the honor of being the third prince's retainer'

Stuff happens there's all the pomp and glamour and stuff in the end, be luck, skill or both, maybe tam is tired, (magic isn't allowed btw) maybe Andras is just better, maybe he got lucky but all in all, he becomes Tam's retainer. Andras originally joined BC he doesn't have much to do, hr lost his family to the war and was just kinda floating around, so be figured at least this might be something interesting to do

Tam at this point is pretty closed off and didnt run off to the warbands yet so he's just doing dirty work and studying right so there's little interaction b/w the two. Andras hates this, he thinks tam hates him, and tries to be friends and stuff not much progress is made unfortunately (mostly thanks to Cernunnos). Tamlin also thinks Andras hates him, I mean who wouldn't hate him (smh Cernunnos, manipulation? Not cool)

Then tam left for the warbands. Andras, instructed by tam was to not come, and so Andras was like ykw, im pretty sure ya don't need me to be ur personally guard and also went to the war bands, just a different one (could be the same idk) they're pretty awkward around each other, they start from the bottom as soldiers and work they're way up, slowly tam is kinda coming out of his shell, and he's no longer so detached from reality and they're sorta friendly w/ each other

After tam became high lord, they have more chances to interact w/o outside pressure of acting a certain way or smth, tam is still pretty cold and shit right, he's currently drowning in this guilt for the crimes of their forefathers as rulers. So he's working himself to the ground disappearing in his office for days, and like Andras was like, this won't do, so often he would bring dinner or smth up for tam, and Tam's like, bruh this is not ur job why are u doing this, Andras would just smile and say that's what friends do, but also that he should make sure tam is still alive and stuff

And they just kinda are like this for awhile, then one day, eris sent a note, and they rescued Lucien, at first Lucien was pretty depressed and wouldn't see people, Andras became his first friend from spring. For a good while Lucien was just kinda there healing from trauma and making new friends, one of which being tamlin, tam having this habit of keeping heir traits under glamour, continued this trend. So it was only after awhile that Lucien realized his new friend 'tam' was really the high lord of spring. After a couple of months or so, Lucien could keep up with a charade that he was fine, he isn't really, but it's just that now he's kinda more functional. He doesn't want to sit around and do nothing and hes offering to help and get a job and stuff, something something he becomes the spring emissary

time passes and tam kinda lets go of his more... Colder? And more pessimistic? Mindset, smiles and becomes more friendly with people, the trio all kinda have crushes on each other, Andras became pretty aware early on, BC ofc it's the pretty lil ice Prince he's been around for so long, Lucien also caught on pretty early, tho he still has some hesitations abt it, buts he's kinda chill with it after the initial panic. Tam on the other hand was oblivious to his own feelings for the longest time, when he did realize he's all over the place, thinking there's no way, he's not gonna ruin this friendship, ( still not quite understanding that he'd pretty and desirable and people genuinely like him)

I don't think there is much panic about the fact that it's poly BC it's lowk pretty normal, they live so long and stuff, and generally there's open communication and all that. So soon enough, Andras and Lucien was flirting with him pretty regularly, poor tam is pretty flustered most of the time, they get more comfortable with each other and gets more physically affectionate, casual touches hugs, cuddling never more tho. BC when it comes the subject of their relationship, it's a fucken mess, technically Tams the HL it's really hard for a relationship tobe public while not be attack and his lovers not being seen in certain lights and it just kinda sucks for them

it takes quite some time and a lot of convincing themselves and each other, they get together. It'd pretty good for them for a couple of years, they're happy and cute and all that, it grew from less of an infatuation and lust, and it kinda settles down to fond affection and love, a deep connection and all that sap, but it all comes crashing down after the curse and amarantha, at that point, one night tam asked for things to end between them, he's can't try to break the curse with that, it's unfair on all of them, the innocent party, Andras and Lucien understand but it just really hurts them all and slowly chip away at their spirits

Between the years, there was a couple of candidates that fitthe bill, but thensomehow one way or another they didnt last, some died, some left, one figured it out and left, it really wore them down and so tam stopped. Around the end of the 50 years, it was pretty terrible, there armt really anymore options, and so Andras was sent out, other sentries were much younger, and tam and the others didnt want them to die, or they were pretty dam strong and were needed if there are anymore conflicts. and so he went

and mother above it was terrible on them all, technically they arnt together, but like its not like they just stopped loveing each other, it was especially terrible when they found Andras' body.

after everything, after lucien left with feyre and after hybern, tamlin started having hallucinations, sometimes its andras, sometimes its his brothers, sometimes even his father. they would talk to him, insults, blaming, sometimes echos of comfort from this brothers and andras, sometimes he sees andras but he would often hear his father instead blaming and wearing him down

When lucien first came to the spring court, it was when tam recently became the high lord, so the spring court was pretty isolated, people outside of the court rarely met tam, he has this reputation of being grouchy and tactless, so lucien, didn't know what tam looked like or what he looks like. lucien was unconscious after the fight with his brothers and the majority of spring citizens are shapeshifter,he didn't immediately assume it was the hl who saved him. when he first woke up, he didn't realize the pretty blond who was reading (working) at the bedside was the hl andras realized pretty early on and absolutely loved putting them in situations where tam inst addressed as HL and has them interact, he dragged this on for as long as possible Even before they got together, Andras liked teasing tam and calling him 'princess' BC he's pretty and all that, (andras is not that much shorter than Tam, and almost as muscled) he eventually got Lucien to join in (lulu is almost half a head shorter and nowhere near as much muscles, tam doesn't not look tanky BC if inhuman proportions elongating limbs and stuff Andras dual wields swords,(hes proficient and very skilled but those are his fave) before he left over the wall he game one each to tam and Lu. they have promise rings three each, two representing the others and one with elements of all three, Lucien wears his as earrings or rings, tam keeps it around his neck on a delicate chain, Andras has his imbedded in his swords and wears one as an earring i have more ideas but this is getting wayyy to long, maybe I should actually start writing than just thinking 😔

Plantonics

Other heirs

some older ideas often involved the former summer and winter heir, eris the the spring children. Bc there was mention abt how the heirs knew each other and stuff. (Including my spring family HCs) The twins and eris was allies/acquaintances (that's a lie they're besties) and so BC they are all from the seasonal courts they're sorta familiar right, then at some point through some evtns and coincidences, like catching the others plotting against their parents (beron and Cernunnos) ect

They sorta just started bonding and stuff, then the twins and Tam improve their relationship, and he joins the friend group and stuff, he's the youngest so they kinda treat him like a younger brother, in return there's just this small period in time where he gets to be silly and a kid and a gremlin hehe

After becoming the high lord, despite the twins not being around anymore, tam still hung out with the others, they would lowk help him with stuff he didn't learn and just overall very wholesome and cute until it's not

the summer heir once tried to teach their group how to fish in more open sea, eris got it pretty quickly, the winter heir on the other hand kept didn't have much luck, and so the twins (I really need to find some names for them 💀) kept teasing till he froze the whole area skewering all most fish out, while this was happening, tam was practicing more aquatic forms in shapeshifting he too, was skewered (not severely off) They tried to come up with combo attacks, w/ magic it was majorly destructive, and so they stopped. It was like a snowstorm typhoon fire poison and all sorts of stuff all mushed together and very chaotic they had lots of fun tho Their next attempt was something like that thing in voltron(?) where they became a giant, the frame was the spring brothers W/ branches, minerals and stuff, while the more elemental ones were the limbs there was an ongoing prank war, where they would pull stuff during important meetings and shit, spring brothers vs the others, tamlins often being very trusting after getting over the initial fear and stuff often fell for most of the pranks During utm, tam never got a chance to say goodbye before the winter and summer heir died, he only heard the news weeks afterwards Later after UTM, he gets to know kallias and Tarquin, tam and eris sometimes finds shadows of their former friend in them

Thesan

Personally, I HC that Thesan became the high lord after/during the human wars, when he was around 500-700 ish, he was the heir and was trained for this position since forever and something something tamlin being not the heir went around other courts for education and stuff, where he eventually met thesan

Sometimes they met normally like he was going around the capital and theyre both in a store/looking at an invention at a booth or smth, chatted & became friends, other times tam walked in on Thesan and his lover. At that time it was a secret bc the older and more narrow minded didn't like that his lover is lower rank (plz they're fae, gender means nothing to them) and so they kinda became friends and stuff

Lowk I first thought of this connection bc of how their courts both sorta represent rebirth and new beginnings

When tam became high lord, one of the first things he did was go to thesan for help BC he trusted the other to be an ally, at first thesan being raised an heir was lowk sus of tam at first ( jus a lil) but then he quickly realized, becoming high lord didn't spontaneously change his friend and they have some cute bonding moments :D Knowing tam has a thing for music, thesan often gifts tam instruments and teaches ABT dawn culture and stuff, they teach each other lots of stuff, cultural exchange being hl, and for tam mental stability and being at peace with himself Tamlin sometimes jokingly calls thesan the chill and cool older brother he never got IN HIS HEAD, but then he'd feel really guilty abt it bc he knows his brothers would feel really bad for letting him feel alone and suffer, it just got worse after they died, and he never told thesan

I have similar ideas for Tarquin and to an extent nesta (but this is for tarquin), as in lowk tam is to Tarquin, what thesan was to tam in this HC, except more grouchier, more pessimistic, but still chill and overall a really good friend and ally and like FEELS YKYK??

Children

This is sometime after hybern, tam is quietly rebuilding his court, going around village to village, (or maybe clan/pack/region? Cuz village feels kinda... Missing something?) anyways, sometimes when visiting and fixing and helping reestablish & check in w/ local government, orphans would follow him around

More and more followed him around village to village, and like tam is kinda closed off at first right, but then he's a softie so he slowly warms up to them (and they do to him) and so it's like a cute lil family

They sorta motivate him to be more social, and less cold and broody. BC at first, when going around his court, he's helping yes, but he's kinda detached to reality and really just not in a right headspace, when they start following him, he's gets more alert and pay attention BC he worries ABT them, then soon he bonds w/ them and they sorta heal each other

There is a this pair of kids, one a really small fae like a lil flower fairy (think Tinkerbell or smth) who's inseparable to a ... Reptilian fae(?) I thought half dragon at first ... But Imma let that drop for now, the smaller one is much older, almost a parent to the bigger child (in size, and I'm probs actually thinking a toddler) anyways, the toddler loves tam, refuses to seperate from either of them. Pretty much imprinted on tam like chicken do or smth follows him around everywhere At first, tam was kinda cold to it toddler, but he's not just gonna be mean to him, and naturally they just slowly became family Small problem tho, the small fae, the older one, absolutely despises tam, they can't do much so they just do everything in their power to make teams life a bit more inconvenient, Singular sock, constant buzzing, being a huge pain in the ass Heh found family's amirite

Imagine tam winnowing away after reviving Rhys, tryna hold everything in, he feels betrayed seeing Lucien like that, then he feels guilty, coz he shouldn't feel that, after all he betrayed Lu first.

Falling forward, balance off, he catches himself on one knee supporting his weight on Andras' old sword. He could almost see his face, his figure floating in front of him, his voice- Slowing his breathing, he doesn't cry- the instinct long beaten out of him- but dam does he hate it. Not even able to show a normal reaction to his death. He stares at the ghost of the past, fading in and out. he was to reach out, he wants to follow but he can't. Arms heavy on the sword, he let his other knee fall. He can hardly lift his head. Please- please just don't go, he whispers he feels weak, clinging on the sword like its an offering, kneeling in front of a shrine, begging for the mercy of someone thats not there, not really. hazy figure visible his eyes only. mother why- what did I do? ill do anything, anything to stop it from hurting ........

........ anyways thats as far as i can write, heheh maybe i should practice it more than just thinking of it 😮‍💨

Eris gives me girl dad energy.

I said this in a previous post about giving baby andras friends to play with but the more I think about it the more it makes sense?

Like we can assume Eris’s childhood has been dog shit, Beron has seems to have made his life miserable since the day he was born. So I think it would make sense that if Eris accidentally had a kid, (or one of his brothers had a kid but can't or won't take care of it, either way eris ends up with a kiddo biologically related to him) that he would give this kid anything and everything that he could to make up for his own shitty child hood and because eris can be distant with his emotions and affection to maybe just getting them everything is how he shows he cares? Atleast at first.

And the girl part is just my own preference because so far I have andras, nyx will probably be a part of it, I have a boy from the dawn court I'm working on, so it's a little bit boy heavy at the moment. (Also after presumably two generations of all boys the vanserras were due a girl in the bloodline.)

Like imagine a little girl, she's got dark red hair, looks JUST like eris like no joke could be twins if she wasn't 5 and he wasn't 500+.

Eris would buy her anything she wants and this part of him finds so much joy at seeing her happy and content. And despite her being spoiled she's not rotten if that makes sense? Like she knows she can have practically any material item she could want but u think eris would make sure she knew why that was the case and that it isn't the case for others.

Like she has a fifty dress maximum.

"Daddy I want a new dress from the spring court."

"alright but your closets full, so go pick a dress or two you don't ware anymore to get rid of before i call a seamstress. "

I also think he'd a single dad I don't know but I just can't picture a mother figure? Maybe the kid is some kind of magic close grown from his blood or something maybe he a sexualy reproduced or something 🤔 🤣

Anytime people comment on Lone - my Andras/Clare Beddor as ghosts fic. I am always a little surprised. Basically like, uh, how did you find this and why did you want to read this little rare pair? XD But it delights me, of course. It was for sure one of those stories where when I posted it I thought that if no one read it it would be fine because I needed to get it out of my system.

Okay I answered this but I will answer again because I really do have so many. This is from Pull Me In Deeper. I think it's one of the more romantic kisses I've written.

Eris kissed him without hesitation. He didn’t care who might see or what they might think. He kissed him with a heedless passion that reflected the need that toiled inside. Alexius gripped his vest to hold on tight, afraid if he didn’t, he might crumble to the ground. Eris’ firm hands secured his lower back, pulling him even closer until they were wrapped so tightly around each other, Alexius thought their bodies might fuse together, the heat from Eris’ flame melting them to liquid gold. He summoned his wind as he deepened the kiss, the gusts tickling up their legs as fallen leaves danced on the crests of the swirling breeze. Time stood still in those moments, and they hoped that maybe they could find forever in the stillness.

My personal ranking of Acotar males from favorite to least favorite

1. Lucien (The goat. I would die for him. He deserves better, even from my #2)

2. Tamlin (My sweet traumatized baby. They just don't understand you. Free him from the narrative)

3. Tarquin (The best high lord. I wish he would have stayed petty and not taken back the blood rubies)

4. Kallias (I wish he would have stood on business and not let Rhysand lie about the winter children but I love the way he loves Vivianne)

5. Eris (He intrigues me and I'm choosing to believe he wasn't involved in any real harm to my baby Lu)

6. Thesan (Neutral like him. Wish he would have controlled the meeting in his court better but he's not a bad dude. Love that he showed up holding his lovers hand. Show him off my dude)

7. Jurian (He has his moments. I don't dislike him. Glad Lucien has a friend.)

8. Helion (Refusing to help Tamlin (I don't think he even tried) and being friends with Rhysand all along, earns him this spot.)

9. Azriel (Ranked higher than the other bat boys because he is sometimes a good friend to Nesta and stands up to the dictator- I mean Rhysand- sometimes.)

10. Varian (Traitor.)

11. Rhysand (Never trust a manipulative abuser, who threatens everyone he doesn't like, just because he cries but never apologizes. But he does at least love his mate unlike SOMEone)

12. Cassian (Rhysands little bitch boy. Questioning why Nestas sisters still love her, laughing when she fell down the stairs, telling a depressed female that everyone hates her because she said Rhysand was an asshole (he is), the ick that is forcing his tongue in the mouth of a girl who was just assaulted by the kelpie, his weird relationship with Mor, the sexualizing of Nesta (shes gaunt and rail thin but look at those tiddies🙄🤢), the punishment hike, never saying he loved Nesta and never standing up for his mate would earn him the bottom spot if the last 2 weren't really bad. Convinced he doesnt even like Nesta, he just wanted a mate.)

13. Keir (For what he did to Mor and what he does and let's happen in Hewn city. Evil man)

14. Beron (Abuses his wife and children. He did bring up good points at the HL meeting but that does not forgive the abuse to LOA and sons and killing Jessminda)

Shout out to Andras for being the best boy

(If you love any of the characters I do not, I love that for you and respect your differing opinions. Different strokes for different folks and all that. I also didn't include every man/male in the books because alot of them are unnamed or I just don't care about them enough lol)

I headcanon that Lucien does this little hand thing where he rubs his fingers when he's touched something that leaves residue. It's not an elitist thing, it's a sensory thing! It won't stop him from doing things.

Azriel saw Lucien do the finger thing while colouring on the street with children and their chalk in the Rainbow Quarter, that's how he knows. I headcanon Cassian also knows the answer to these questions because he's always at the Spring Court.

I’m like 95% sure that the modern/non-magical version of ACOTAR would be one of those fuckass mafia dark romances

The Archerons are American, and the fae are all from the Uk. Instead of fae courts in Prythian, it’s mafia faction thingies on Britain that all have a loose alliance. Hybern is the foreign mafia (Ireland, surprise, surprise it’s SJM and her anti-Irish sentiment)

The entire plot tracks if you just tweak minor things to make up for the setting and no magic

Instead of visions of Feyre, Rhysand saw headlines of the Archerons when they lost their money when Feyre was a child (yes he is still too old for her in this version, it’s a fucking mafia romance what did you expect)

Feyre still kills Andras causing Tamlin to come investigate and find her, taking her to Britain with him

The whole UTM stuff still works if you just stick it in the night life and random warehouses or night club basements idk

the fae wine is literally just roofies

all the trials are just Feyre breaking through Amarantha’s operation location ig

Rhysand is still “the most powerful mafia head” ig but no one understands how because his mafia is seemingly the least lucrative and is just drug shipments or smth

Wing clipping likely turns into some sort of branding, I would hesitate from actual fgm because of the time and setting but idk

I suppose Illyrians are Scottish?

many of the working members of Rhysand’s mafia are underpaid and with poor conditions but they can’t really leave cause it’s yk, a mafia. The rich members don’t actually do anything, they just benefit from everyone else

do not ask me for the equivalent of Nesta and Elain getting thrown in the cauldron, I do not want to think about it

Feyre still gets mad at Tamlin for explaining that there’s not exactly a female equivalent of his position because he’s literally just the leader and because mafias are inherently patriarchal

He still keeps her in a house, because she keeps trying to join him in his dangerous night plans with random thugs, where she has a panic attack

His outbursts translate as panic attacks. I don’t consider his canon ones to be the same as a man throwing a glass or smth, because that’s still a choice, but the magic just reflected how Tamlin was feeling without him intentionally doing anything, so I leave that open

Mafias are historically male led, but feminist king Rhysand gave Feyre a seat at the table and a title despite her not knowing anything about mafias or the interworkings of Rhysand’s mafia

all the character tropes and the rest of the plot still work

Mor and Eris still had an arranged marriage, she was still abused by her dad, she still used Cassian, etc.

the whole “other daemati” killing Winter children bs still works

Nesta was still considered an alcoholic for going to less luxurious night clubs ig and was still locked up in some random property

Cassian is literally her physical trainer

he shoots guns

they’re really big because he’s very secure

azriel does actual espionage

I feel like I need to give Andras friends to play with? Like there’s nyx but I think I should make more characters for that? Just to play with how Andras would interact with other people who arnt his parents. I feel like being friends with only nyx would be complicated(but I do think that if their kids were friends it would kinda force them to work atleast a good bit of shit out) but like I want Andras to have more than one friend, I want him to have a friend from autumn, (Erin daughter? Idk he gives off single girl dad energy) I want him to have a friend from the dawn court and maybe even an Illyrian from Illyria?

Like maybe the friend from the dawn court is Theasan and his generals adopted child, an orphaned peregrine or something so nyx has people to fly with. (An i like bird people don’t judge me?)

Maybe eris is a single father to his daughter alone and she’s really scary and has trouble controlling her power so she keeps close to her father.

About the Autumn Court…

I swear, there is so much drama in the Autumn Court, it could be its own series!

Beron desperate to keep his power and respect using fear and underhanded tactics.

Eris, the tortured eldest son, playing the role of the ruthless villain in everyone’s stories for survival and to one day hopefully take the crown from his evil father.

The mystery of the Lady of Autumn’s past and her love affair with Helion, High Lord of the Day Court. We don’t even get this woman’s name! What is her name, Sarah! Tell me!!!!

Lucien. Literally everything about him could make a story. His time with the Band of Exiles. His past with Jesminda. His time when it was just him and Tamlin as best bros living in a manor together for centuries before the curse. His entire childhood and dynamic with his birth court! He is main character material! Plus also a little curious about his relationship with Andras cause with how devastated he was over his death, I have a feeling Lucien, Tamlin, and Andras were like best bros at one point.

Eris and Lucien’s 5, well now 3, unnamed brothers! All we know about them is when they act like Eris’s henchmen! Give me more detail! Also if High Fae give birth so little, why the heck is the Autumn Court’s royal family so big?! Poor LoA! You know that probably wasn’t easy on her given how cruel Beron is.

What’s the political landscape in Autumn like in general? The political drama alone would be juicy. Watching nobles and courtiers falling over themselves to stay in Beron and Eris’s good graces. The alliances and enemies!
