my go-to ankle mobility drills

great for warm ups, active rest days and bodyweight sessions

- calf raises from a kneeling lunge (the further forward you go into an increased dorsiflexion, the more challenging these are. you can also add a kb or db on top of your working leg to make more challenging)

- ankle rocks from a kneeling lunge (the further forward you rock the more challenging it is, just make sure to keep your heel on the ground)

- kneeling lunge dorsiflexion hold (find the closest angle possible between your shin and your foot and hold while maintaining your heel on the ground, i recommend doing these barefoot or in your socks)

- calf raises (great mobility exercise especially when you try to go as high as possible in a controlled manner)

- alternating marches (one of my favorite dynamic stretches that works on dorsiflexion, plantarflexion as well as calf flexibility)

- point to flex (a lifetime ago when i used to coach recreational gymnastics we used to do similar drills to warm up but we would also point the toes, you basically alternate between pointing your foot away and towards the body)

- ankle rolls (you can do these assisted with your hand as I am or bodyweight, and they can be forward, backward or a mix of both)

I finally got the missing piece in my holy Trinity of official Adachi merch: the Primaniacs cologne. I've been on the lookout for years for deadstock of this (also harassing ppl who owned it to send me some sprayed on a handkerchief for $100 because I am pathetic and racked out 💦💀💸 and that is NOT a flex, it's just sadgirl realness ahahaha (⁠；⁠^⁠ω⁠^⁠）

...It's a beautifully crafted scent; all the Primaniacs I have are honestly so thoughtfully blended as an olfactory representation of the character - I can tell the way the notes were chosen to unfold is how they mean to evoke a multifaceted personality or the personal journey of their story.

“hey, thanks,” lips formed a smile while she was given her time slot for the night by one of the locker room leaders, digits absentmindedly twiddling at the ends of her dark tresses. donning a white button-up shirt, she’d tie the top above her belly button while only buttoning enough to show off cleavage. her stage wardrobe gave every school girl a run for their money, matching blue mini skirt that rode her thighs freely.

the top piece of clothing was gone now, lost somewhere on the stage, leaving nothing but bare skin underneath the dark blue flickering spotlight. acrylics gripped the cool metal of the pole as she arched her back, rolling her hips slow in gyrating motions towards it, skirt barely clinging to her curves. the crowd leaned in, money flashing in eager hands, lustful hues locked on the way she moved. with a smirk, she turned around, pressing her back against the pole, sliding down slow until she was low … with that came circular twerking motions, piece of a lace thong playing a game of peek-a-boo with the front row. her backside bounced to the beat, the clap of her curves in sync with the music. the room erupted—a rainstorm of bills hitting the stage. seven was no longer the nervous girl from backstage, she was the main event now. and from the way the crowd was reacting, they were already addicted.
