Maned Lioness and Maneless Lion pride flags

Pride flags for anyone who identifies as, or with the concept of a maned lioness or a maneless lion, for any reason, including But Not Limited To: being intersex, gender nonconforming, trans in any way (and of any gender), or alterhuman/otherkin!

The colors were picked from photos of real lions and lionesses, and are completely symmetrical to represent how there's no "wrong way" to be a maned lioness or a maneless lion. There is no gender requirement for either flag.

Other people with completely different genders to you might identify as the same one as you, and this is a good thing. Have pride in your community. There is no wrong way to be a maneless lion or maned lioness. There is no gender requirement or policing.

These pride flags and icons are Public Domain, meaning there is no copyright on them, and you can do Literally Anything you want with them, at all. (Because there's no point in making a "pride flag" if no one is allowed to actually use it as a pride flag)

It Finally Happened

I was sitting down and scrolling through Tumblr. A caption came up that was like "you envy that I'm a woman and you're not" next to a beautiful woman in lingerie.

I really sat there and thought about it for a bit. Would I rather be a hot, sexy guy or a hot, sexy girl?

Now, I'm not someone who's ever really had a legitimate problem with being a male. I haven't always liked my appearance, but I've also never really cared that I was called a male.

With that said, after I thought about it, I honestly think I'd rather look like a hot, sexy girl. The idea of looking like that is more appealing than looking like a hot, sexy guy.

I think the real problem for me at the moment is that I don't think I'm a hot, sexy guy and I doubt I'd transition to a hot, sexy girl. Especially not at my age.

Wayhaught Gender Fics

It's been a minute but alas, I make my return to Tumblr. Today's random topic is Wayhaught Gender Fics. Now, if you've been a follower of my own AO3 account, then you may have noticed that a lot of my fics are mainly Wayhaught written in not, cisgender fashion. I've got a trans Nicole fic, a non-binary Waverly fic, and an intersex non-binary Nicole fic (WIP). I love the fics that push the boundaries of canon and don't just write Wayhaught in random scenarios like one of them being in the military or being a teacher, photographer, tattoo artist, etc. But people go out of their way to write non-binary, trans-man, trans-women, or gender non-conforming fics.

I typically enjoy these the most because I'm non-binary myself and I love the representation and gender euphoria that these kind of fics bring. There's 2 authors I would just love to shoutout for being such huge advocates for writing gender-inclusive Wayhaught fics and that's BlueJayBoi whose written one of my absolute favorites series on the site, everything you need to know and odaatlover who wrote a beautiful fic that centered Waverly as a trans-woman called The Truth About Being Transparent

Although I have a couple of cisgender Wayhaught fics in the works, I make it my main mission to write lots of non cisgender Wayhaught fics just because I have met so many enby and trans Earpers in the fandom that I feel it's so important that if they one day find themselves on AO3 like I randomly did, they can find fics that represent a version of Wayhaught that they can better see themselves in. Alright, that's my ramble for today. Hope everyone's been well lately!

I see a lot of ‘cis’ women say they wish they were androgynous in the way men were or they wish they were pretty in the way men were. This is your sign to go try to do that. You may find you enjoy being an androgynous woman. You may find you no longer identify as a woman. You may find you don’t like androgyny. You will not know until you try. Cut your hair if you’ve always wanted to but have been afraid to. Shop in the men’s section if you’ve been too nervous to. Wear clothing with an androgynous  silhouette. Experiment with binding, take baby steps with compression bras if you want. Wear unisex scents. Live life. Try things you want to try. A lot of cis women do not understand the joys of mens pants and mens deodorant. I think everyone should try both of those things.

Re-introducing Dr. Monica Blied

Allow me to re-introduce myself: I’m Dr. Monica Blied. I am a clinical psychologist, adjunct professor at Pepperdine University, 2025 Chair of the California Psychological Association's Division of Education and Training, app creator, wife, and mother of three auwesome kids.

In my private practice, I provide neuropsychological assessments for ADHD and Autism for both children and adults in California, and specialize in supporting twice-exceptional, AFAB, and gender non-conforming individuals in testing. With my therapy clients, I focus on mind-body-spirit whole health care and managing chronic illness.

In 2022, I created the "Faces of Health" app, which teaches mental health and stress management skills through short, educational videos, all led by women of color. Building on this work, I launched online courses in 2024 on adult ADHD & Autism, and neuroscience-based stress reduction training, along with the "AuDHD Strong" app, which offers research-backed tools to help you improve executive functioning and better manage stress.

My approach is deeply rooted in both scientific expertise and my personal experience. In 2012, I was diagnosed with systemic lupus (SLE) and fibromyalgia, and I’m also a late-diagnosed neurodivergent individual. Navigating these challenges myself has shaped my practice in a way that blends evidence-based techniques with empathy and real-world understanding.

Question for Wynonna Earp fanfic readers. What are you interested in reading? My main focus has been to write Wayhaught in different gender variations and sexual preferences. ie; non-binary, transgender, gender non-conforming or pansexual (lesbian/bisexual which is their preferences in cannon). Is there any specific way you’d like to see Wayhaught written? Even if it’s written as a cisgender pairing. What prompts are you interested in reading? Trying to get an idea of some ideas for when I wrap up the fic that’s currently being written and published. Your input would be much appreciated if you have any!
