I feel like working with Nibbly would have a lot of Little Shop of Horrors vibes. I feel like working with him on an individual basis would probably involve having a Seymour/Audrey II-type relationship with him, you know?

Saw some ppl talking about Reverse Robins and i had thoughts
Talking abt u guys @eldritchdreamss @brucewaynehater101
Why kill Tim when you could kill baby Jason? What I want is for all of them to keep their own backstories and personalities (Developed in line with the story of course) So ofc i had to write a 1,000 word brainrot abt it.
(Also i'll only be going over the main 4 batbros for now i will add more later but these guys are the ones im most passionate about so here we go)
Damian
Let Damian come in, desperate to be of use and be worthy of his father, only for a softer, less jaded bruce (since jason hasnt died yet) to help him open up his heart and let him act as a kid. With no competition for so long, I imagine he and Bruce get along very well while he works with him. Yeah, they need to work on the no killing deal and Damian's... i guess impulse control? But i think it would be easier with very intensely focused reparenting; no distractions of other kids you know? No favoring or anything.
I see Damian growing up as a stoic, jaded adult. He's had a rough life. Maybe he sticks with the vigilante business. but I really love headcanons where he gets out of it, and focuses on something calmer, like his art. (I do appreciate and love the veterinarian Damian AUs, but im going for FULL calmness, you know? And doctor/vet work is Not calm lol)
So yeah, maybe he grows a real passion for heroism, maybe he doesn't? Maybe he goes on to be an artist and that's just what he does. Bro is ready to settle down as a scarred, veteran trophy husband and i adore him for that.
(Sorry lol i just love Damian and i love the idea of him growing out of both of his parent's legacies. Let him live his own life!!! He fights so so hard for at least 15 years. ALL 15 years of his life. He deserves to have some peace.)
Tim
Tim i think would need a much different story to join the Batfam. He still starts out as a stalker who follows batman and. . . . . . . Redimar (meaning Redemption iykyk (I just spend 17min researching names rip)) at night, takes photos, etc... Since Damian doesn't die, maybe he finds Tim? and like, tim is like 11 and Damian is 17 or 18. He's started going out as Redimar less and less, not that B really minds? In fact hes probably happy for his son so...
But then Damian finds Tim, and now he has to keep going out because he can't let this kid get himself killed like this. He would hold himself accountable since hes the only reason Tim keeps going out so much- also i imagine Tim follows Redimar more than Batman.
Cue a classic Tim Joining The Batfam plotline. They get to know each other better, get a grasp on Tim's situation, Damian finally introduces Tim to Bruce... (Probably something like Dami: "Father, this is my new brother. Timothy, say hello to Father," Tim: "Hello, Father," Dami: "Perfect." Bruce: "*falls off the batchair*)
Anyway, so, Tim ends up kinda just merging with the Waynes. They start training him, its all good and nice, and Tim makes his own little hero team unlike Damian, which is actually pretty interesting here; its Tim who made the first young hero team. Damian only ever had Jon (Superboy 1 in this!!) and he finds Young Just Us and becomes a great leader and its all fine and dandy.
Tim and Damian get along well. Damian is the sage older brother whos kinda distant, but only because he has such high emotional walls (but secretly a softy). He is very much like Bruce- nope, nevermind, hes definitely worse than Bruce in this AU, since Bruce is depicted as being much more agreeable before Jason's death, you know? So yeah, Damian is the emotionally constipated bitch in the fam and we love him for that. But hey!! Tim does manage to get through his walls! And Bruce does sometimes too!! (Tho i imagine Bruce and Damian's relationship to be very.. idk let me try to expalain. Dami: "Father." Bruce: "Son :)" Dami: "Tt." Bruce: *nods* "Hrn." Dami: "Hmph." Bruce: "Hm.") DO U PICK UP WHAT IM PUTTING DOWN--- lmfao. They hardly need words.
Tim ends up growing up very very capable. Once his parents die, he gets a little jaded, but hes still Tim. He and Damian become kind of an... ice prince duo? If you get what I mean. But Tim is the one whos actually the ice prince, Damian is secretly a HUGE softie. He is Delicate and Tim protects him lmfao.
Jason
Jason comes along like he does in canon. Has the same backstory. Tries to steal the Batmobile's wheels. Tim is sleeping over at Damian's flat for the night, so its just Bruce. They bond. Shit happens. Jason joins the fam.
I don't imagine them not getting along, but they don't immediately hit it off either. Jason is wary of all of them for a time, but he ends up warming up to Damian pretty fast after realizing what a softie he is. He pokes fun at Damian and Damian just freaking takes it lmao. Hes an adult he cannot be disturbed. Bro has seen too much and he finds Jason adorable. (Dami: "You were never this cute, Timothy." <- he is lying. Tim: *offended* "What the fu- flip!?" Jason: "Lmao Tim just say fuck." Dami: *deadpan stare* Tim: "JASON NO DONT SAY THE FUCK WORD-") ahem.
anywho and then Jason dies rip skill issue ratio.
The whole batfam is heartbroken. Genuinely shattered. Jason was a light in their lives. Not that they were WITHOUT any light, but Jason was the epitome of a sunshine child.
It's been too long since Damian has killed someone. Bro's god oodles and oodles of trauma. He can't bring himself to kill the Joker.
but Tim can.
It's a whole dramatic thing; Damian feels awful that he made his- now only- little brother kill. Bruce is hella upset but feels responsible for not seeing how badly both of his kids were handling the death of their brother. Tim goes a little off the deep end.
Things turn out.... okay. sort of. but not really. Tim changes his hero name to Red Cardinal. He feels pretty lost. Maybe he stumbles into Ra's al Ghul or smthn idk maybe smthn happens there perhaps. Maybe Damian has to put on Redimar again and rescue him? But its less of a rescue and more of a "Stop joining the dark side Tim jesus christ-" (and it does work).
They go home. Tim gets a boyfriend or two. Damian falls into his art. Bruce is throwing himself into work. They're all kind of a mess, but they keep moving.
and then
Dick
(lmao that sounded wrong)
ahem; and then the circus comes to town. The batfam- well, Tim, Damian, and Bruce- all decide to get together to do something fun. Take the opportunities given, yk? So they go to the circus together.
Wham bam rip the falling Flying Graysons.
They see Dick, breaking apart, and they know they have to do something. Bruce is the first to move. Then Tim. Damian is the last.
It's pretty quick getting Dick home, since Bruce is already a foster parent cuz of Tim yk. So Dick doesn't have to suffer in Juvie at all really. But that doesn't change the fact that he is ANGRY.
Dick is SO angry. he wants to kill the person who murdered his parents. He knows what he saw.
The fam of course do their best to investigate. Mostly Tim, who feels unworthy of being around an innocent little kid after his whole.... villain era, i suppose lol. (ofc Dick thinks Tim doesnt like him lol misunderstanding arc GO)
The whole "Dick accepts that justice is better than murder kinda maybe FOR NOW" storyline happens, and Dick becomes the conniving, bright, little Robin we all know and love. (Thinking of the Young Justice Cartoon Robin (but not the characters- just Dick's character) aaaand
Womp womp GUESS WHOS BACK
Jason's Back
but i'll leave that for later.

Curious what you'd say about Soap for the character ask game. You haven't really spoken about him as much as the others so I'm curious :O (id love to hear about every single character tho i wont lie to you but i have a feeling you'll get asked about those lol)
@nekrosmos asked for Soap too.
Honestly? There is unfortunately a reason. I lingered around fandom for a good few months before I got involved at all. I saw some behaviour from his fanbase that I didn't like and so I made the conscious choice that he's not a character I'd probably be creating much for. I love the art, happy to support creators, etc. Besides, there are so many delicious, delicious rarepairs to love and create for and plenty of gallant, productive, devoted Ghoapers.
He's quite compelling though, and I've got quite a few thoughts and headcanons, and I'm happy to write prompts with him. A few friends on Discord really love him and I like to create for them too, cause happy friends give me the fuzzies. So, you know, a story idea might grip me by the balls and I'll wack out a long form thing.
favorite thing about them
His journals.
Reading those finally gave me a connection with his character that I hadn't developed previously. But they really show how driven he is, how much he wants to be the best he can be, so he's not a burden, so he doesn't let anyone down. He's constantly striving to earn his place to the point that it kills him in the end.
I think he genuinely struggles with wanting to be liked (as part of 'earning his place'), and I think he is often too much for people. Ghost giving back as good as he gets is a comfortable relationship because the line for Ghost is way, way in the distance; Johnny doesn't have to worry like he does with 'normal' people. Neither of them is fuckin' normal.
Price giving him a chance would have been the first step towards the hero-style worship he has for him. "What? Me? Ye want... me? Aye, aye I will be the best fuckin' dog ye ever had, I will bite my own leg off for ye." Everything Soap does is to prove that Price didn't make a mistake. That he was a good investment. And Price, the sly fucker, knows it. He sees himself there.
least favorite thing about them
I wish they had given him a stronger accent and leaned more into that in the games. In fact, I wish that for all of them.
I also think that Soap has capacity to cause great harm without even realising it. Like, we get glimpses of it; he's nearly court-martialled for punching out a copper. In his single-minded pursuit of something, I reckon there could be a lot of collateral damage.
He lacks confidence but will cover it up by being an arsehole and doing arsehole things (such as smuggling a girl on base to impress The Guys). I say I like "least favourite"; I think this makes him compelling as a character. He's not all sunshine and rainbows. He's just as gritty, professional and flawed as the rest of 'em.
favorite line
"You sick bastard..."
"My kingdom for a suppressor..."
"Price?... This belongs to you, sir."
brOTP
Gaz & Soap
OTP
Uh... none really. Ghost/Soap?
nOTP
Don't have any strong feelings on any.
random headcanon
He's really bad at team sport. He showed no interest in any when he was growing up. Gym? Running? Swimming? Anything where the only competition is himself and his own limits? That's where Soap's head is.
unpopular opinion
Honestly? I don't know which of my opinions would be unpopular. Probably the 'not sunshine and rainbows' one, maybe?
song i associate with them
favorite picture of them
#johnny soap mactavish#cod#call of duty#dunno is this too negative for his tags?#let me know i guess

Hey there! I absolutely love your art style!
I was wondering if maybe you could draw something ghostblossom related? Or share some of your ghostblossom headcanons (if you have any)? Or both?
You don't have to, of course, but I'd just love to see it. Have a good day :)
OH MY GOD GHOSTBLOSSOM ASK FINALLY LETS GOOOO ‼️‼️
im still working on their designs for my au and i unfortunately cant give u any art (that i'll like) rn so i'll just give you some scripted dialogue along with some of my hcs <33
they only met because specter was dared by two passengers to enter the forest and try to challenge cagney.
specter didn't actually SEE cagney for the first half of their first encounter. rather, he challenged cagney to a fight, lost, and only saw him after cagney assumed he was totally blind.

cagney HATED specter for about a month and a half, and simply refused to befriend him for another two weeks until he decided specter wasn't that bad. after that they actually built a super solid friendship until it progressed to something more lol
once they got together, cagney developed a habit of occasionally coiling around specter, who actually started mimicking said habit from time to time. none of them are aware they do that
also back to their first encounter cagney most likely would've hated specter a lot longer if he didn't ever say this

and finally cagney found out by the end of their second encounter that specter had feelings for him. he only started feeling the same after they became close friends, but refused to admit to it because he's "supposed ta' get love confessions, not give 'em".
can you tell i'm not very normal about them

Werewolves AU yapping
Uuh a little context for that. This AU is solely inspired by my favorite song of Korol i Shut "Lesnik" (Forester) and pretty much all I want to do with it is to create an animatic some day (good luck to me with that because this idea has been rotting my brain for like 4 years now), so I'm not planning to develop it too much beyond that, even though I do have some headcanons on the bunch members, on which I'll elaborate further. If you get inspired by it tho, I'll leave it to your imagination.
So, basically, in the song a traveler meets a forester and stays at his place till the night comes and the forester drags him outside to feed the man to his wolf friends because he's a werewolf. And that got me thinking "what if I've created an AU where Willi is a forester (maybe a werewolf too) and feeds his werewolf friends aka the bunch."
Initially, I wanted to make each of the guys a different unholy creatures, but, like, united with one theme of transformation. However, I'm stupid with folk creatures, so I've finally decided to say "nah fuck it, they're all werewolves now." Yeah also sorry if you are informed about this stuff and I speak nonsense to you lol.
Well, as far as I'm aware, werewolves are not only about wolves, they can be any other animal basically, sooo...
But to make it more interesting, I came up with some ideas with how they became ones in the first place.
For Markus it could be a family curse. We all know that his dad is a piece of shit, so it's believable that he crossed a road with some witch that cursed his entire bloodline.
Forgot to mention that it happens in a late medieval ages or even a bit later than that, so shit like that is a thing to people and also for the vibe.
Marlon and Leon could also be cursed, but for a different reason (idk which) and it's the reason they live on the outskirts of the village very close to the forest.
Jojo and Raban could become werewolves after a bite of the other alike creature.
Deniz' family, specifically his father, is famous for hunting unholy monsters, werewolves included. And even though Erol trained him to become a good witch hunter (or whatever it's called), he wouldn't take him on any actually dangerous events. Deniz, however, felt like he's ready and wanted to prove it to his dad. One night he sneaks out from the house in order to catch his first unholy creature and comes across with a werewolf, who was one of the bunch btw. He doesn't kill it of course, but he gets bitten. Deniz tries to hide it from his dad for some time, but naturally Erol finds out about it. He's baffled and conflicted, cause it's his duty to kill him, but he loves his son too much and just couldn't do it. He lets him stay, but told Deniz to keep it a secret.
And now Vanessa. She could be a runaway from the other village, that almost died in a fire of a fierce crowd. Her parents disowned her and she had no place to stay at, except her grandma's that lived far away. She's the only person that took her in, despite knowing her curse, but the girl had to keep it a secret too.
As for Willi... He could also be a werewolf that found a convenient way to cope with his curse - live in a forest and be a forester. And once he meets the bunch, he warmes up to them and becomes a mentor for them that teaches them how to live with this curse in their blood. And feeds them people. Or any other scenario that suits you more, my imagination is too poor when it comes to fantasy stuff.
Maybe I'll draw some concepts, but I'm really not too enthusiastic about developing it. If you have some thoughts on the topic I'd be glad to hear them tho.

I feel like it would be more cool for dragon raja to have the protagonist a female Luminous is a very boring useless protagonist that really bugs me. The fact that he finally reached a character development is still lame to me. He is powerful by blood is not like he worked hard to achieve something which is really important to put into the Mc because it inspired the reader.
In my mind, is Korra girl and the whole Amazon concept origin, stunningly attractive, incredibly tall and muscular curvy~ exuding health, vigour, and confidence. Being loud, outspoken, and feisty, she knows what she wants and how to get it. She is good-natured, fun-loving, and compassionate, but also extremely prideful and at times manipulative. I love asking you for some headcanons or characters reactions about this.
How is your mc like?
So this one took me a while to think about how they'll, obviously the dragon raja chract, would react. (Only because my brain decided to be slow as snails 🐌)
-
Dragon Raja Reaction
-
Caesar:
- He loves when someone is confident, compassionate and straight up a go getter.
- So when he met Korra, he straight up new that he had to make her his ally and friend.
- Heck, these two would probably end up as besties
- Of course he would notice her moments for when she's being or is straight up manipulative or too prideful.
- Does he call her out for being prideful? I feel like he would at first for the first three times whenever it has happened but then stop once she makes a comeback about him having his prideful moments too. But just doesn't notice.
- But he definitely does comments about her being manipulative. Which she would at first deny but maybe later down the line, she slowly realized and accepted that she is, or was, manipulative.
Johann:
- He would be the first actually to call out on her during those manipulative moments.
- Only because she had tried to manipulate him into doing something she didn't want to do, but failed as he notice...right as soon as she made mistake during her words phrasing, to manipulate him.
- Of course after a while of going on missions together and/or working at Takamaghara(if that's spelled correctly) they got close.
- And learnt that despite her flaws, she's actually a great person who's outspoken, feisty and very fun-loving.
- That's also when he learn that she isn't manipulative in a bad way as she doesn't, or barely, does that at all.
Luminous:
- He's probably wondering how or what she did to be able to be this confident during fights. Not afraid to be loud and outspoken when it comes to things she doesn't agree with and all of that.
- But he does appreciate how good-natured Korra is and how she's willing to listen to him rant about games, anime or well...about life and how he just doesn't understand how he's an s-rank and yet so...powerless.
- They also become besties and play video games together. And even introduced anime and manga to Korra as he thinks it's important to know about in any person life. And to watch/read of course.
-
I'm only doing the main three, but if you would like more characters reaction, leave a like or a comment and I'll continue from here with the others reaction.
Though I hope this is to your liking, if not, deep apologies (˚ ˃̣̣̥⌓˂̣̣̥ )
As for my mc, Cocoa. Well she's like...sweet and kind but is somewhat the quiet type but also isn't afraid to share her opinion at least once in awhile. She will talk to the guys one she's out of her shyness mode. Strong, I like to imagine that she trained a lot, while studying, at Black Swan Bay because she always wanted to be able to protect those she loves and cares about. Though as you can see how it went at black Swan Bay...the minute she woke up, rest and all of that on her first day at Cassell college...she trained A LOT.
Oh and, in this AU, Caesar is either single or still is with Nono and that Cocoa either ends up with Caesar or with both...all depends on ...me, lol.

Flips Whitefudge Headcanons:
So um, since I decided it be really interesting to ship Flips with my BB oc, Willow I thought it would be fun to list some headcanons. The more I can develop his character, the better it is for hypothetical shipping art. So here we go! 1. Flips Whitefudge's is not his legal name, only his rapper name. His legal name is Philip J. (James) van Tripp
2. He's 29 going on 30 soon. Hip hop became his and his mother's whole thing when he was 11 1/2 years old. 3. His favorite snack is white chocolate covered pretzels (big shocker I know!)
4. Flips lives with his mother until his dancing and/or rapping career takes off. He's not a complete slacker though and does try to help around the house when he's not completely distracted with his hip hop aspirations (which is admittingly almost all the time).
5. He's desperate for dance battles during his mom's hip hop classes because any time he's tried to enter a dance battle on the streets, no one takes him seriously.
6. Whitefudge was originally an insult from his younger years that made fun of his cringy attempts at being street that Flips reworked to being part of his identity in a positive way.
7. Even though hip hop dancing is his main passion, he also dabbles in beatboxing, rap battles, and is a graffiti appreciator.
8. Shelly is a single parent and got her son and herself deeply invested in hip hop 18 1/2 years ago as a trauma response to Flips' father leaving them (can't decide if I want it to be abandonment or death though). That's right, I'm making the cringy humor of Shelly and Flips linked to angst. Why can't I let just things not be that deep?! 9. "Malibu's Most Wanted" is Flips' favorite so-bad-it's-good, guilty pleasure movie to watch every now and then. He will deny any resemblance to him and the main character though. (Any time I see Flips I think of that movie even though I haven't seen it in years. So I might as well connect it to him.) XD
10. Shelly and Flips love watching "The Fresh Prince of Bel Air" and "Living Single" together. (Full disclosure, I never seen "Living Single" I just picked 90s sitcoms that were centered around a hiphop/rap artists. I love Fresh Prince though.) In general, their tv majority of the time stays on the BET channel or MTV (though they still mourn the lack of music videos on the channel). 11. Shelly bans Flips from practicing any breakdancing moves that involves his head being upside down to avoid potential neck breaking. She will lift the ban when she sees her son be able to do other intense break dancing moves without literally breaking anything. 12. Flips often thinks about joining Jairo's capoeira classes to help improve his hip hop/break dancing skills but has yet to have fully commit and finally join.
13. Flips and Shelly are one of those people that unironically dab, unfortunately. 14. Flips tried to be a disc jockey a few times in his life but he never got passed doing more than small events like school dances. 15. Despite appearing confident and charming, Flips is not so great at the dating game. Most potential partners find him way too extroverted or too focused on hip hop that it's basically his only character trait, which makes him annoying. He tries not to let it get to him though because he likes himself and that's all that matters. Someday someone will be able to handle all of him, he hopes so anyway. Okay, that's all the headcanons I can think of for him so far. I hope you find them amusing or potentially useful. Maybe I'll edit this post later to add more headcanons. Only time will tell. Thank you to all who read my ramblings. lol

Kazuichi for the ask game ;)
oh my goodness.........KAZ MY BELOVED. i've spent well over 2 hours non stop writing all of this out lol help me😭 i love him so much, he is my favourite character of everything ever, so thank you very much for asking about him!! i hope this is enjoyable to read, and to anyone who doesn't like him all that much, maybe reading this will change your mind! :) <3<3<3
favourite thing about them: so many things, he is so so so special to me!!!! he also partially reminds me of myself, and i am very attached to him :) i love his character design (and i love that it's explained yknow? it's not like oh yeah he has naturally pink hair for no reason), i love his voice and speech patterns, i love how clingy he is, how realistically scared he is compared to some other characters considering he took part in a literal killing game, how smart he is, how 'normal' his talent is (it's a realistic talent idea for a school like hopes peak, its a normal talent someone could develop after years of working in their family's shop, and its academic so the school would want him yknow? like no offense to e.g. mondo, i love him but why would they want a biker gang leader in a school like that lol😭) anyway i'm already rambling and im only on the first question oops lol. final favourite thing to mention is his tiny braid. soooo cute n silly. and i love his earrings. and how one sleeve of his jumpsuit is cuffed higher than the other. okay no i need to stop rambling now
least favourite thing about them: i don't like how he's so often dismissed as just a comedy character or a pervert or whatever. i wish he'd been written in a little more depth so he could be given a chance by fans who automatically dislike him. i love him so much and i want everyone to experience the joy of loving him!!! he is a sweetheart inside i promise
favourite line: engines revving!!!!! ✊😛✊ lol i also like i'll bury you and your hamsters 6 feet under!!!! and general gundham insults they all make me giggle
brotp: literally EVERYONE omg, i love his friendship potentials with the whole sdr2 cast! buuut some i particularly enjoy are ibuki, fuyuhiko, akane and mahiru :) kaz and ibuki would be so SILLY together i love them, i wrote a pekobuki fic with her and kaz being bffs and it was so much fun to write! she would love to put his hair into fun styles and paint his nails :) fuyuhiko aaa i love them together (also love them as a ship) i like the idea of fuyu being the voice of reason between them, telling kaz off when he needs to and keeping him grounded in reality! akane would sooo be like a sister to him i love her, they would get into lots of mischief together, have food fights, wrestle in mud etc lol. then mahiru aww also so like a sister to him, but akane is more like a twin and mahiru more like a big sister :) mahiru would help him look after himself, help him comb chewing gum out of his hair if hiyoko sticks it in there lol etc. also love him and nekomaru as friends too and ughh i could literally list every character here with a specific headcanon for their dynamic
otp: i'm gonna have to say soudam!! i absolutely adore them, they're so sweet and i think about them all the time :) they could be so good for each other if they settled their differences. one of my favourite dynamics is that gundham has feelings for him but kaz is just too silly to notice lol. i've published 9 fics on ao3 so far, 4 of which are soudam, including a 5-chapter fic (i normally just write oneshots, and the only other future multi chapter fics i have basic mental plots for are also soudam lol so you can tell i love them) they are just so special to me :) some other kaz ships i enjoy are him with fuyuhiko(!!), hajime, and i also quite like him with nekomaru too! :) and my fave non sdr2 ship for him is leon, their ship name is bubblegum rock, isn't that just the cutest name ever?!
notp: if there's gonna be a notp it's gonna have to be sounia, i love them both dearly as characters but just not together. my interpretation of his crush on her is that he is gay, and uses her as a fake crush to hide his sexuality to avoid getting bullied, and his reasoning is that she's a very conventially attractive blonde PRINCESS, nobody would question him for having a crush on her, right?? hence why he finds her hobbies weird etc and doesn't show an interest other than "wow she's so hot" lol. i don't think he realises at ALL how uncomfortable he makes sonia, he's just glad that she doesn't like him so he doesn't have to actually be in a relationship (my 5 chapter soudam fic started with this idea by the way!) and i like to think that if she sat down with him and properly explained why it's not right, he'd cave in and come out and apologise a lot and cry :( also think his treatment of her is partly just, he doesn't understand social cues and social norms very well (me too kaz me too) so he just is doing his best to appear normal :'(
random headcanon: when he listens to music, he sings and dances around his room with a hairbrush!!! but he would be VERY embarrassed if anyone found out :) i have lots of silly little headcanons like this for him that im probably going to post one day! i just think about him 24/7 so i have lots of things like this to say
unpopular opinion: i've seen quite a few people headcanon him as having adhd before, but i personally see him closer to being autistic! not sure really why, i just do! :)
a song that you associate with them: even though he's my favourite character ever i still found this super tricky to answer, song questions don't come easily to me i guess. but! my favourite artist right now is poppy, so "immature couture" by poppy! she has lots of different genres of songs but this one is SO girly and camp and i think kazuichi would love it and secretly listen to it a lot and dance around his room with his hairbrush microphone :'))) here's a link to the song!
favourite picture of them: SO TRICKY ummm my favourite sprite is the engines revving one lol with his tongue out but also love the beanie down over the eyes scared one. i love so many pictures but as a soudam shipper i suppose i will say this one bc ughhh they are just too cute!!:

some honourable mentions are his chapter 2 diner picture looking out of the window, his pictures in the chapter 1 party, and all of those anime screenshots like there's one of everyone on the beach where he's being buried by sonia and chiaki, one where he's at the top of a christmas tree next to gundham a picnic one etc. i love them all (i haven't seen the anime so no idea where these bits come in but i haven't seen scenes surrounding them just singular pictures?)

A portrait study turned into a portrait of Matt. Can't say I'm too pleased with it or that I'll actually finish the drawing...
(Also yes I added the curl because why not it adds charm don't mind me pls)
Appearance, fashion and demeanour:
What if?? Matt was actually???like veryy handsome and good looking?? But??? Isn't vain at all?????
In my mind, Matt is a sight for sore eyes. He looks nice from every angle. This perfect overgrown French-Canadian twunk (twink/hunk lol)! I love to contrast that with the fact that he doesn't care much about his looks. Unlike his father, Francis of course. While Francis is very prideful about his appearance, Matt just can't be bothered.
I headcacon that Matt ties his blond, shoulder-length hair almost all the time. He likes his hair (It's the one thing he will actually admit to liking about himself the poor bastard baby) and refuses to have it shortened.
Matthew has high cheekbones, fuller lips and a delicate nose. These features would make him look almost androgynous if his physique was smaller. But alas, he is a big boy indeed!
In Arthur's opinion, Matthew looks way too much like Francis when it comes to his face and hair. Just that fact alone made Arthur deeply dislike the boy when he initially took him in after the Treaty of Paris in 1763. Things have changed of course, and finally Arthur sees Matt as his own person after a while of living under his roof. The fact that Matt didn't act anything like Francis also helped a lot.
His eyesight was damaged by poison gas after the Second Battle of Ypres in 1915, so now our boy needs glasses. He doesn't wear them always, though most of the time he will have them on. He has deep blue eyes, but you hardly get to see them in their full glory due to his glasses.
Matt wears whatever is comfortable. He has a very plain style. A white-shirt-and-jeans kind of style. Not to say he doesn't have a sense for fashion. He does know what looks good on him, but rarely goes out of his comfort zone in regard to his clothes. His style is also very Canadian... I'm all for the denim jacket and jeans combo for Matt. Also, of course our boy has a closet full of those plaid flannel shirts in every color.
As for his personality, I don't see Matthew as shy, just reserved. To me he is the perfect type of person to be involved in the medical sciences. In my mind Matt always wanted to help people and was always interested in medicine. In modern times he would be an excellent doctor, and during war he would make an amazing war medic.
Family and Friends:
Buckle in lads, My headcanons for Matt's early life are somewhat different.
Since he was born (and I headcanon that countries are actually born, and they don't just appear), and up until Canada was traded in exchange for some sugar colonies, he was living in France with his papa (though I'm hesitant to call Francis that). His whole life was that of a little French noble. And although he didn't know better, he knew that this was not what he wanted. He liked the outdoors and Europe was always just a tad too warm for him. In his early days he would have visited his own land maybe two times, and would be swiftly returned to France after a short while.
As any colonizer, France liked showing off his overseas colonies. And even though he may not like to admit it, Francis kept Mathieu in France mostly for that reason. Of course he loved the boy, but with his lifestyle, being a parent is not really an option. Not to say that Francis treated Matt badly, in fact, he was very spoiled as a son of a nobleman. Francis loved him in his own distant and very selfish way (he was kind to the boy but rarely actually spent time with him).
After moving to England and having 'Mathieu' changed to 'Matthew', our boy finally met someone whom he grew very close to. Alfred was a ray of sunshine. A spoiled brat with huge ambitions and a need to just absorb information at any given opportunity. On one hand they didn't understand each other for at least 1 to 2 years (until Matt learned English), but on the other hand, they were inseparable.
That changed of course when he was abandoned for the second time in his life, when Alfred left to lead a revolution against his old man. It would be a while before he opened up to another person again.
At least after Alfred left, Arthur finally let Matthew live (at least for a while) in his own land. Québec was a fairly cold place but it was home after all. He was the happiest during those times when he was allowed to return home.
When Australia and New Zealand came along, Matt was still very guarded but opened up a bit later on. Their relationship is another very interesting thing for me. It developed into a bond after the first world war and just strengthened after the second one.
Since Matt is very easy to talk to and is an amazing listener, he has very few nations whom he can argue with or generally be on bad terms with. Throughout Canada's history, he has formed some strong friendships around the world. Be it with The Netherlands, Germany, Slovakia or any number of other nations. Canada is just very well liked, compared to his brother in the south.
I'm sorry that this was more tragic than fun, but I just needed to get my thoughts sorted about this absolutely beautiful boy who deserves some damn peace and quiet. Also sorry If this doesn't make much sense. This character is one of my absolute favourites to draw. Even write about, though I'm still learning English lol
#my poor sad french nature boy#please be kind to him#hws canada#hetalia#my headcanons#myart#i dont like the shading i might post the drawing without the shading aghhhh

hello i am back .. for the uncommon questions meme, for mae 👀 4 5 22 34 40
(Uncommon Questions for OCs and their creators)
O H B A B Y
I was pasting the question into Notes to start filling them out and man. 34????? I can’t be normal about that one, so buckle the fuck UP. I'll admit, I answered 34 first and then fizzled out on all of the other questions, oops. thank you for all of these! 💖😘
4. How easy is it to earn their trust?
Surface-level/coworker-level? It’s conditional. She tends to trust people unless given a reason not to. On a very personal/intimate level, it’s a little harder. It’s that lone wolf/Hunter personality, man. No one is really aware of how much she’s struggling until Season of the Hunt, so… 8 years into all of this?
5. How easy is it to earn their mistrust?
For her to full-on mistrust someone, they typically have to put someone else in danger intentionally or through gross negligence. Putting innocents in danger is a hard limit. Otherwise, if she doesn’t get along with someone, she usually just maintains an “I don’t like this person” mentality. Mistrust is something much more serious.
22. How does jealousy manifest itself in them (they become possessive, they become aloof, etc)?
She isn’t really jealous of much. There is sometimes some envy, which is a question I'm working on for another ask, actually! :3 But I really can’t see Mae being jealous of others.
34. How hard is it for them to shake a sense of guilt?
OH BOY. This one sent me straight into orbit. Can I monologue for a second before I answer this? It's a bit of necessary backstory imo but idk lol I started playing Destiny 2 in mid-2018 just before the Forsaken expansion. The tl;dr of that expansion is that a fan favorite character (Cayde-6) is murdered by Uldren Sov, who you then hunt down to exact revenge. Uldren was in Destiny 1, which I did not play. I was also entirely unfamiliar with the lore of the game. So I hated Uldren. Maybe it was a normal amount or maybe it was extra because I knew nothing else about him before this. Nothing was more satisfying than reaching the end of the main story and killing that sonofabitch. The screen goes black, and it’s left intentionally vague as to whether the player or the person with them kills Uldren in the end. I have always headcanoned that my guardian did it, as I’m sure many have. I didn't even have an OC at that point, even. I just wanted to be the one who killed him. Fast forward a few years and Uldren is revived as a guardian—Crow. I missed ALL of his character development in my hiatus and am skeptical of him when I return. Sure, he’s a new person now because guardians lose all memories of their past life when they’re “reborn.” Regardless, to go straight from Forsaken to current day, it's an understatement to say that did NOT love him. It is also forbidden for Guardians to discuss their pasts. So early on after being revived, Crow ran into many guardians who recognized him as Uldren and killed him. By the time we meet him, he has been beaten and killed numerous times and has no idea why. Before the last expansion, Crow regains Uldren’s memories and now understands why people hated him, but he obviously struggles with this knowledge. He doesn’t want to be like Uldren; he wants to be good. A few seasons after that, in Season of the Haunted, he must make peace with the Nightmare of Uldren Sov and confront his fears about “his” past. The first time he attempts a “severance” ritual to deal with the Nightmare and get rid of it, he fails and is even more guilt-ridden than he already was. At the very end of the mission, he’s kneeling on the ground and in tears. He looks up at the player and says “I’m sorry I let you down.” And boy lemme tell ya. That is what did it for me. That’s literally the moment where it all finally clicked with me and I was like “I will protect this man with my life.” I mean I actually said something horny but we’ll ignore that for now. And then I felt inspired to start building an OC to romance him. I have also started to craft her personality and thoughts on previous expansions solely to fit my Crow-loving narrative. So uh anyway... The Nightmare I mentioned above for Crow? Mae faces one on the Leviathan as well. Unfortunately for her, she assists with everyone else’s Nightmares first and has to deal with her hers hanging over her head for at least 6 other excursions on the ship. However, hers seems to take multiple shapes. Sometimes it’s Cayde (“I wasn’t fast enough to save him. It’s my fault.”). When helping Crow with his severance, it’s Uldren for her too (“I acted out of rage and vengeance. I regret the person I was then. An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind.”) Sometimes it’s her late mentor (this is in development but also a murder—a “mercy killing” she did not want to do). But when it finally comes down to her own severance ritual, it isn’t actually any of those people. The nightmare is revealed to be herself, her own self-doubt. Her own guilt. So uh, 600 words later, the answer to this is just… “not very easy.” Lmao
40. How sensitive are they to their own flaws?
Inwardly, very. She blows every perceived flaw out of proportion and wonders why the Vanguard trusts her the way they do. Little slip-ups just prove that she’s a failure—why is she here? We are always our harshest critic.
#sorry I just uh#I can't help it lol#there's probably typos and shit idk#I'm just posting the dang thing#long post#ask game answers#maezi

hi! i've been looking through ur eoa posts and i really like all your ideas/hcs! maybe it's a dumb question but what are ur general thoughts about gabe? do u have any hcs or fic ideas for him? that's okay if u don't reply to this ask tho lol
Thank you so much for this ask! And I'm glad you enjoy my ideas <3 This question is definitely not stupid and you really made my day by asking this!
Generally I think Gabe is an amazing character, even if his growth is subtler than the other characters. When you think about it though, his career was the one that developed the most, since he went from lieutenant, to captain to general in the finale! I really like his personality and I think it balances really well with the rest of Cuatro Amigos, and his relationships with them and other characters like his parents and his troop are all very diverse and do a lot to develop his character.
When it comes to headcanons, I have a few major ones, like: Gabe is an excellent chess player and really enjoys it as a past time (stolen from @lieutenant-amuel to be fair >:>), there's this general idea in the fandom that he loved stories about brave knights when he was a child, and I love it too! Another not-really-headcanon is that Gabe plays the trumpet, which we actually saw in the show, but I headcanon that he learned it from his fencing teacher (the one he mentioned in Princess Knight) and he plays it every morning to wake up his troop (they really hate him for that lol). I think my favourite headcanon that I came up with is the one that Gabe was friends with lots of younger kids in his neighborhood. He was always either babysitting the younger ones or playing with them outside. That's why he's really good with kids and storytelling, and generally likes to get silly sometimes :3
Also I'm not sure if it's a headcanon or just a thought, but as an Avaloran born over 20 years into Shuriki's rule, whose parents weren't the most rebelling, Gabe... never really had much against Shuriki. Sure, he knew that she banned music and many holidays and festivals, but the thing is, he never really knew them. I headcanon that he first heard actual, instrumental music when he was 15! He wasn't pro-Shuriki in any way, he disliked her in a way but also... generally didn't think about her a lot. His anger was more directed at the guards and their general, because that's the oppression he experienced. Of course he knew that Shuriki, as the ruler, was allowing that, but he didn't know enough about ruling to have any opinions on her...
Maybe a little sadder headcanon is that in his teens, before he joined the guard, he used to fight with the guards a lot. He always did it to protect other people and generally only in good cause... but he often came home bruised or with minor wounds. One time he was so beaten up, he couldn't get home by himself, luckily one of the guards (one of the few that were genuinely good people, but still too cowardly to actually prevent the beating) came back for him and helped him. He still has bruises from this day, but usually hides them...
And now to the good stuff! I have actually a lot of ideas for fics about him, but given that I actually want to write them some day, I'll try to describe them as spoiler-free as possible.
A platonic Gabe and Elena fic, involves dragons
A Gabe and Rico fic, Navidad
Three (3!) fics planned with @ducksisthebest
Another Gabe and Elena fic, post The Last Laugh
Wow I do have a lot of Gabe and Elena fics but this one involves Chloe
The gosh darned chess set!
Gabe, Gabriel and Gabe/riel (Yes, I WILL write it HDB, you can't stop me)
And finally... *drumroll*... an epic multichapter Gabe and Guapo fic that I'll probably never actually write but my honor is it EPIC
Again, thank you so much for the ask! I love talking about my ideas and it turns out that I think about Gabe a lot XD
#my post#answering asks#eoa#elena of avalor#gabriel nunez#gabriel nuñez#gabe nuñez#gabe nunez#should i make an actual appreciation post for Gabe#i probably should#but ridjirjd i just can't ever get my thoughts coherent enough#also guapoverse is so epic my goodness i love it#yes i know im talking about my own au let me be narcissistic#anyway gabe is best boy and i love him#thank you again!#a-much-greater-destiny#please don't ge me wrong#Gabe definitely joined the storm on the castle when Elena lead them#and would probably joined another revolution if he deemed it possible enough to work#but he also was raised under a dictatorship rule so of course he was affected by all the propaganda#i dont mean it as blaming him or his parents just as an aspect of his story were not really thinking about

Decided to rewatch the whole series after seeing the finale, here's my thoughts as they come along part 3
There was an old He-man reboot that was cancelled after two seasons, season 3 was being set up as the horde conquering Eternia with He-man and his kingdom being forced into hiding as rebels. Apparently She-Ra would also appear, though knowing that show she'd be lucky to be 1/4th as interesting or engaging as our Adora. I'm saying this because, even though that cartoon was cancelled before it could finish it's story, we were lucky enough to see ours to it's end and in a way that story they wanted to tell exists here with us now. Plus I always disliked that they called themselves "The Rebellion" when they weren't really rebelling against anything, but they are now!
Poor Adora, even after all this time she still has that hero complex eating away at her, telling her she's useless unless she's serving others.
Entrapta's ramblings about space this season are very relatable.
Catra's face when she sees Glimmer be manipulated, you can see so much behind her eyes. Fear for her standing, flashbacks to her own manipulation, shock at how unprepared Glimmer is for this. Love how Horde Prime sees right through her afterwards, she has no power over him.
Poor Entrapta, she hasn't been with the other princesses since season 1, they're opinion of her has been soured by her betrayal and appearance to not care. We know she loves her friends and is trying her best, but the wound is still sore.
Horde Prime using Glimmer's dad as a bargaining chip is extra horrible when you remember that this is when she discovers he's alive.
It's great that the show takes a moment to allow Adora to come to grips with no longer having a clear destiny she can follow. She's so used to being told what to do, this is the first time she's truly making her own decisions. Agency that Shadow Weaver begins to take away from her later.
I love Catra's internal struggles in these first few episodes. She's trying to do what she's been doing, working her way up the ladder, but she can't. Not anymore. Her heart isn't in it, she knows this isn't what she wants, she's just going through the motions. Spending time with Glimmer is the only thing she enjoys, she finally slows down for a moment to just enjoy someone's company and really bond. Her turn to good isn't a 180, we see her mind working and how she comes to the decision of sacrificing herself. Seeing that Horde Prime is a complete psychopath helped of course.
I love how Horde Prime's ship has star themed beds.
I don't know how they did it, but they made Hordak recognizable among the other clones. It's like twins, once you get to know them the difference is obvious. You can look at a clone and see he's Hordak, yet he looks identical to the others. It's remarkable.
These flashbacks Catra has, wandering the empty corridors that her decisions have left her in, it's a testimony to how far she's come that they don't reaffirm Adora's betrayal to her anymore. She wants to absolve herself of her sins, and she decides a sacrifice is the best way. She wants to go out on one good grace, redemption by death, but that action and her apology is what makes Adora sure she still has good in her. Catra has shown she is willing to be good, and that alone is enough for Adora to give her another chance.
This is the first time the best friend squad has been together since Glimmer pulled the queen card, a lot of the wounds are still fresh. I definitely think this is the point Bow and her truly realize they love each other, they probably had a schoolyard crush but the realization of where they are without each other and how much they mean to each other, something really deep sparked here.
The Star Siblings are here to show what life under Prime is like, but also as a quick show of the Rebellion's message expanding. That's a little underdeveloped though, which is mostly a product of time.
Adora's little "she's not my friend" bit is adorable but a bit out of place imo, Adora hasn't really been this outwardly lovestruck over Catra before, and while Adora has decided to give her another chance I don't think that reignition of love would have happened yet.
The thought that Entrapta went out to find that LUVD crystal to bring with her in the slightest hope she would find Hordak and that he would recognize it. Plus the noises she makes and the fact she immediately adopts Wrong Hordak and that we get to see her without her mask, ah she is so cute!
Hive Mind Catra is terrifying and tragic, it feels so violating. He talks about how she wanted Adora to save her, how afraid she was when she was assimilated. We see that numbness and how it would seem appealing to her, but under the cracks Catra is still suffering, and Adora promises to bring her back, tells her how much she cares about her, transforms into She-Ra to save her. And finally, they are together again.
I love Adora constantly checking on Catra, this is the first time in years she has been with her, she just wants to be with her. Catra starts falling back into her old ways though, that anger still persistent, and Adora's honeymoon phase is over already and for a second we're all afraid nothing has changed. You can see Catra doesn't want to make that mistake again, and she finally lets Adora help her, and likewise Adora finally steps back and lets Catra help her too. They've both grown so much, and that growth is what allows their relationship to blossom.
It's great that Spinnerella and Netossa get their time to shine this season. Their arc here parallels Catra and Adora's earlier, and I would say it's unfortunate they have to go through this, but I love the angst.
Double Trouble! Back for a five minute appearance where they admittedly don't do much, but hey they're fun to watch and have some great lines so it's worth it.
Catra in a healthy relationship, with friends that don't fear her and people she sees as equals. People she can just joke around with and be teased by. You love to see it.
Melog is a pretty important addition, as he gives Catra someone that she can fully trust without the baggage from before. He's literally her therapy support pet, and he's the one that stops her from running away again.
Shadow Weaver's little speech here is great, she's been told that the First One's made the magic stronger when they did the exact opposite. It's a commentary on colonialism, "we brought you civilization, our conquest was good actually" is a very common lie.
Catra holding Adora's hand, Glitra kiss, Best Friend Squad hug, Catra's smirk when Adora says she's right. You love to see it.
I love how Noelle made a self-insert character and also decided she should be evil. "So the only person I'm fighting here is... My own wife" is a mega ouch.
I love Wrong Hordak so much, he not only shows how the Horde Clones are just regular people without the influence of Prime but he is also ridiculously cute.
Did I mention how much I love the new She-Ra look? I liked the old one but damn this blows it out of the park.
I will admit the Heart having a failsafe a d Mara having a rebellion of her own is a bit out of nowhere, but it was a nice reveal of the origin of Grayskull.
I'm a huge sucker for friendship saving the day messages I admit. Not the rainbow lazer kind, but that love and kindness reaching through Prime's control is beautiful. Plus it's wonderful for Catra to see what real friendship is like.
This is a great little moment with Castaspella and Glimmer, this is the first time they've seen Micah since his death.
I love Shadow Weaver so much, she sees Adora and immediately shifts into child manipulation mode. This is the first time I'm actually getting pissed at her though, obviously because she's starting to drive her chisel between Catradora but also because she's reversing all the development Adora has had up until this point.
Hordak: "Go, then maybe these memories and imperfections will leave me " Entrapta: "Remember, your imperfections are beautiful!" The fuck I'm crying in the club again.
I love this Catradora moment, "what do you want Adora" "I have to do this". Obviously their relationship isn't going to be easy after all these years, and both these girl's flaws and insecurities are flaring up again and driving each other apart.
Adora tells off Shadow Weaver for good, she ruins people. This is a huge moment for this character, SW has convinced herself she is the good guy and that she is making the necessary actions to save the world, but this is the one moment she really looks back at herself.
"Adora chose Shadow Weaver, not me. Adora doesn't want me, not like I want her" oof ouch my soul. That with Adora's memories, it's clear they can't just go back to the way it was anymore. They're love is too important to them now.
My headcanon is that Shadow Weaver is drunk here. She's slurring, she's drinking, her daughter is going to sacrifice herself. Maybe her decision to die was one she made totally wasted lol.

Catra promised Adora she'd look out for her, and the soft version of the promise song in the background. Ow ow ow ow my heart.
Glimbow canon!
Mara is here, telling Adora the same thing Razz told her in the 3rd episode of the entire show. Stop looking for what other people tell you to do, you have a choice.
Spinnetossa, Seamista, Entrapdak. It's cliche, but love conquers all is a message I'll never tire from.
I started tearing up with the Glimmer Micah fight, and full on sobbing when Angella appeared. Something that didn't really stop.
I was mixed on SW's sacrifice, but I think it works. Each of them were trying to take the selfish way out, to die for the ones they love. So it's fitting that SW is the one that does it.
Fuck yeah Hordak! What a monumentous but short lived moment.
CATRADORA!!! God, the confession, how Catra whispers it but how Adora hears it as a scream, how it wasn't Catra that made Adora weak but infact the exact opposite, how they're both so surprised and relieved that these feelings they've felt for years are real and strong and true and reciprocated. It's the best conclusion possible for them and it makes me cry so much.
This beautiful moment, where Adora saves Hordak, the ultimate repayal for him saving her all those years ago. He remembers her. Fuck I'm sobbing again.
Scorpia sees Catra again after leaving her, and of course she hugs her.
And it's over. The best show ever made. Netflix automatically resets your watch history and here I am looking at the button to play Season 1 Episode 1 again. This 1 and a half year journey feels like a millenia, it feels so long ago that Adora first picked up that sword. This is a show I will cherish forever, I can see myself binge watching in the retirement home already.

To be fair I only posted this 15hrs ago lol.
But the reason there is no chance for this type of development to happen in the wc is because Saitama shuts the door on Garou and bullies him. Because WC Saitama is out of touch with himself, like his empathy, to resolve the situation otherwise when he is pressured to do it and regressed back to behaviour he had learned at early age. Neither was dealt a good card and so, the chance of mutual growth was gone.
In the manga, Saitama instead of shutting the door on Garou's face and breaking his ego, opens it by showing kindness. And if he was to extend a hand further, there could be a massively beneficial room for personal growth. Self-awareness.
Anyways, I'm going to go on a long musings about various stuff that I've noted when I've been thinking about this more and more and dive into some headcanons too.
I'd like to take a note of the lyrics in season 2 ED which I noted in one of the fansubs.
"Our dreams of future feats, our sorrows of the past, that we all have etched deep down inside our souls Will they help us along or will they hold us back (cue garou, orochi, gyoro and saitama silhouettes dancing in the iridescent soul flame Im assuming) We may never know until the end of time Still, we hope that finally days of serenity will come When we'll find it in ourselves to forgive each other's sins Even if we tried to split apart, we're so important to each other That we never could forget, no matter what Our bond can teach us our kindness is another kind of strenght That you can use just by reaching out your hand (cue silhouettes of other characters) It's something dear to us we couldn't bear to live without So I swear I'll make it back to you I swear that I'll come back here to you"
Basically, it all comes down to parallel worlds and choices being made. They can help each other along or they can hold each other back from personal growth. That and Garou is a kindred spirit, figuratively and maybe even literally. Souls exist in the OPM universe so...
Soulmates? More than likely, not that anybody will know until the end of life's journey.
It is poignant then that it was Garou then who essentially helped Saitama's to grow in power and reach into that inner universe of his, powers etched deep in the soul and then came back one last time as spirit and then disappeared into the aether. But that it was also Saitama who pulled Garou out of the moon with him and back towards Earth. Something Garou had suggested earlier in the fight.
What Garou represents in the series is basically the shadow of Saitama.
The shadow of the soul and the psyche. Everything that Saitama does not want to acknowledge about himself.
Including the dark aspects of becoming a literal God.
--
When we look at it from writing archetypes and character study perspective, since both OPM versions are basically a large character study how this type of persona would develop when put into different kind of circumstances...
This personality type that Saitama appears to be, INFJ, has the capacity of becoming the greatest philantrophists to exist...or the worst possible dictators. It's a personality type that can go into high extremes of black and white personality aspects, namely morally. If you just throw em into right kind of circumstances, give them or deprive them the right kinds of tools and start mixing around a fair amount.
Chilling eh?
--
For instance, the parts where Saitama felt so strongly emotionally that he threw away his moral compass and tried to explode Garou AND the Earth into oblivion? Those parts yea. That he has the capacity of doing that, which he still does not and cannot acknowledge because of time travel because he does not consciously remember this.
Something he could be able to though, if he reached down deep, with something like idk...meditation. *Looks pointedly at Garou*
--
In analytical psychology, the shadow (also known as ego-dystonic complex, repressed id, shadow aspect, or shadow archetype) is an unconscious aspect of the personality that does not correspond with the ego ideal, leading the ego to resist and project the shadow. In short, the shadow is the self's emotional blind spot, projected (as archetypes—or, metaphoral sense-image complexes, personified within the collective unconscious); e.g., trickster.
"The shadow personifies everything that the subject refuses to acknowledge about himself" and represents "a tight passage, a narrow door, whose painful constriction no one is spared who goes down to the deep well." [If and when] an individual makes an attempt to see his shadow, he becomes aware of (and often ashamed of) those qualities and impulses he denies in himself but can plainly see in others—such things as egotism, mental laziness, and sloppiness; unreal fantasies, schemes, and plots; carelessness and cowardice; inordinate love of money and possessions... The dissolution of the persona and the launch of the individuation process also brings with it "the danger of falling victim to the shadow ... the black shadow which everybody carries with him, the inferior and therefore hidden aspect of the personality"—resulting in a merger with the shadow.
Saitama did want to kill Garou for killing Genos, but he still had that flailing grasp on his own moral compass. He did hate himself though, for lacking these qualities of being a true hero and thinking of lacking moral virtues. They made it out though, by looking into the sun, while being intrinsically linked.
The Apollo archetype personifies the aspect of the personality that wants clear definitions, is drawn to master a skill, values order and harmony. The Apollo archetype favors thinking over feeling, distance over closeness, objective assessment over subjective intuition.
Individuals who resemble Apollo have difficulties that are related to emotional distance, such as communication problems, and the inability to be intimate… Rapport with another person is hard for the Apollo man. He prefers to access (or judge) the situation or the person from a distance, not knowing that he must "get close up" – be vulnerable and empathic – in order to truly know someone else….
When it comes to the INFJ personality, they tend to be quite reclusive because they value their own boundaries and solitude as it allows them to process all the daily information, but they are also often misunderstood personalities because their inner workings of the mind are fairly mysterious at times, especially to the person themselves. They are deep philosophical thinkers. They value authentic connections over acquaintances and are very secretive about their core, personal thoughs, feelings and information (such as not sharing personal information or accomplishments on the internet or to outsiders).
Because they can sense someone not being sincere and authentic from a mile away with their introverted intuition and extroverted sensing, they have a really difficult time forming these really intimate, emotional bonds with other people. It's not that they do not want to, far from it. It's just difficult to really open up to people for them, because they also want to appear as their best selves to other people, being highly critical of how other people act due to their integrity and their own worst critics as well and it causes the personality type to feel lonely and like an outsider, because they crave these really rare and intimate, authentic connections.
Below a great moment in character study, again. That Saitama feels like he hasn't formed the connections he sought out to get when he became a hero. That by becoming more aware of himself and his true personality, he's noticing what he is missing out on his life and how he is truly feeling.
This personality type is also habitually searching for one, true love, who shares all their values and complements them to be their true selves. Their soulmates.
(It's funny how Genos is like a needle in a haystack find but Saitama doesn't realize it LOL. But that fates had to intervene just to get them together may indicate something more.) (This is why Saitama has romance manga and watches romantic movies and talks about intimacy in cd drama)
That Saitama even bares his innermost thoughts to King, is really rare occurence and it means that Saitama truly trusts King and has deemed him authentic among the heroes.
--
Now that I think about this scene, it's starting to make even more sense why Garou has the body type and dainty limbs of a ballet dancer and why King makes a reference of finding friends outside of his hero life from a dance hall, HAH.
That is, if Saitama became friends with Garou.
And why I've noted a references to Black swan of Tuonela in Garou in previous metas of mine when Garou appeared atop a lake as avatar of God, which is also a ballet name. But also how important King is as a friend of Saitama, because Saitama shares deep, personal thoughts with King.
All I can think about now is how much Genos would want to murder Garou if he actually taught Saitama how to partner dance out of necessity. Because social dances like partner dances, that one uses when they dance waltz and other types of social gathering dances, are intimate in their nature.
*wheeze*
Imagine like...Saitama's PR being trash, because someone tries to slog his reputation into the mud intentionally and being forced to attend an event to rectify this. You hearing this Amai-mask? Our resident PR specialist?
It's not like Genos nor Saitama know how to dance though lmfao. But Garou is a martial artist who knows how to move his body, how his body works and knows how to imitate movement. Cakewalk basically. It's also something he might be interested in as a hobby, because he's graceful in his movements and it would lean well to dancing.
But yea, jealous Genos will also go into extremes but also make it actually obvious that he is romantically interested in Saitama. Since it has to be beaten to Saitama's head with a book because otherwise he stays obtuse, willfully ignorant or oblivious and plain scared to take the leap of faith.
--
Yea their dynamic would be just perfect slice of life. I never knew how much I wanted Genos to be jealous of Garou before I thought about these ahahah.
It has all the marks of a love triangle.
Except everyone thinks about what the other represents to them in different light and so makes parody out of it.
Saitama who's afraid of being intimate with anybody and so keeps his distance and keeps to familial bonds, then Genos who is romantically interested in Saitama and hates Garou as his rival to being Saitama's disciple and friend to Saitama and Garou who can look up to Saitama as a role model and pseudo-parent.
That is, after Saitama shoots down the budding infatuation because Garou is too young and he does not swing that way (omegalul) but Saitama is practically everything that would attract Garou in a partner if Garou is about as gay as it's being hinted. Garou values kindness and heroism as virtues practically over anything and he has worked hard to attain his own ideal body type and his own ideal for strenght. And he loves food too.
A direct reference. That's the tea. *sips*
Garou stands no chance of resisting Saitama's charms he does not even know he exudes if he and Saitama were to actually become friends and have closer connection and a chance to develop their dynamic.
I can't wait for little Garou to have a crush on our resident Baldy and his hopes to be crushed. It would be downright hilarious how much Garou would also hate himself for having a crush on Caped Baldy of all people and become aware of it.
True tsundere reaction. Then he can be directed elsewhere like towards his own age group lol. And figure out the other person who also resonated with him and his core values, like an ahem...soulmate and inner universe and getting a power boost from that...*coughes hard*
Gay awakenings have the potential of getting pretty real.
Just like the actress in Wizard of Oz who played Dorothy is considered a gay role model. That the road Saitama walks on, the reference to Wizard of Oz where they walk to the city of Emerald, is no longer a straight crossroad is a pun too. When one takes out the goggles, rose-tinted and those obscuring people and their true nature.
Judy garland is considered a gay role model. decades ago it got spread that 'friends of dorothy' were gay people, calling themselves that as a way to recognise each other in ways that would be safe

Saitama shooting down possible suitors who are his disciples because they are too young and he does not swing that way, would be the funniest running gag "No homo" ever. Not to mention make parody of harem tropes (and soulmate tropes).
In true INFJ fashion, Saitama does not seem to actually swing gay NOR straight either, which makes it even funnier. But demi- and sapiosexuality are common in this personality type and Genos is the person he happens to be the most emotionally connected to in the manga verse, who is technically non-binary (read:queer) and who has very high IQ. That's why there's so many parallel worlds in cd drama also exploring these possibilities and what makes it a fantastic parody of soulmate and harem tropes too.
Also great for shipping ahahaha. ONE is not against shipping because he's a goddamn troll, he's secretly shipping hard and Murata-sensei is the biggest Saigenos shipper in the entire community.
(I'm reminded that there's some high school Saitama x Fubuki cd romantic comedy as well that ONE has written and nobody can say Fubuki is not smart)
(Saitama saying he does not swing that way means he's not romantically interested in Genus, random dude he does not know at all, but he never shut the door on Genos in this avenue)
Once his true personality actually emerges when he becomes more self-aware of himself, he can start figuring out this stuff.
Some romantic comedy, self-awareness and peacefulness and slice of life to cheer up the rising, ominous feeling of uncannyness and bad shit, corruption and horrible angst and emotional upheavals and finding true self and the things that will go down, is exactly what we need to strike some good balance in the storytelling, in my honest opinion. So it does not become too dreary and far too dark because of the circumstances. I just want some funny wholesomeness slice of life.
All it requires is for Saitama to reach out a hand to Garou when he needs it. For personal growth on both sides. Infinite possibilities await indeed.
(Please for the love of god make Saitama and Garou dynamic happen PLEASE IT HAS SO MUCH POTENTIAL FOR EVERYTHING)
Garou and Saitama: The potential for mutual, personal growth
Garou saga is over and I thought the mutual growth period for Saitama and Garou was just over and done. That we'd say goodbye for Garou for a long duration.
But on a second though...
I'm not ready to give up on the Saitama and Garou dynamic yet.
The more I think about it, the more I want it.
What was so "slowly and surely" becoming indispensable part of Saitama's character growth anyway when the moon fight happened instantly? Garou got drugged by monsterization and brainwashed by God. It was forced, it should not have happened normally. Then Saitama forgot everything that happened and no growth was technically achieved.
This is not it folks.
No, no, I want-
Actual, indispensable, mutual personal growth. For these characters.
It is honestly, more important than ever, that Saitama actually reach out to Garou and has that chat. Because of what Bang is about to do again.
Break his trust. Making Garou feel like he's all alone in the world again. That he really has nobody he can turn to with his problems that are something he wants to spare Tareo from.
Never forget that Garou has been pushed to the point of being suicidal. And there really is no better character to relate with this and help Garou heal than Saitama, who has so far successfully helped his own disciple Genos not feel like he wants to or has to self-destruct anymore. Saitama has one mark on his sleeve now, what is one more?
But this kind of help needs time, patience and close contact.
Essentially, Garou would have to become Saitama'd disciple and move in.
Even if Bang made a change of heart and suddenly stopped trying to make Garou into a hero in his stead and tried to do the exact same thing, Garou can no longer trust him.
Not completely.
Bang trying to order him around will only ever remind him of God who imposed his will onto him and so, it is in Garou's nature to resist, even if the intention was good. He does not like being ordered around. He is very willful character. Mind does not forget bad memories easily or the emotional connections.
Bang breaking his trust again, after trying to mend the bridges only serves to reinforce the notions that Bang can no longer be trusted with on a personal level, because he would just betray Garou again.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.
The trust has unfortunately been broken on a subconscious level and will take more time and effort to mend. If it will ever mend when Bang betrays him again. It's not going to be fully Bang's fault, but its not like he knows what happened to Garou exactly and what was being used against him, his own visage.
Garou does not have time to mend this relationship. He needs help asap.
Saitama still owes Garou both Genos and King's lives. The lives Garou saved on his own volition. Saitama does not like to be indebted to anybody because he's highly independant.
I wonder if anybody has ever sincerely thanked Garou before for a job well done. Or valued something he has achieved. Or seen through him and who he really is as a person. It honestly does not look like it.
But this heartfelt thanks is enough to return some life to Garou's eyes. This sweet sentimentality, as much as he despises it, came through.
Saitama thinks Garou will be fine, but this will change when Bang does a major error again and parachutes him into the Hero roster without asking. And all the issues that arise from such a thing, like Garou being shown favouritism and taking the blame from other heroes for special treatment. It's not something Garou will be able to stand and he will just run away again.
These pictures tell me a thousand words about how badly Garou wishes he had someone to actually be a guiding, parental figure. Something Bang does not want to be or is not capable of being, because he has always shied away from that responsibility.
Garou ran away from his own parents who don't give two shits about him and disowned him and then found Bang. Who he thought could understand him and whom he thought he could emotionally connect with fully. And maybe be a parental figure unlike his own parents.
But Bang can't just seem to understand where he is coming from and what he actually needs or how he actually feels.
That's why when Bang asks of his girlfriend choices, Garou tells him a white lie. He's not sure of how Bang would react if he knew of his true orientation and so he can't trust him with his closely guarded secrets.
Very much in parallel to Saitama who is very much alike him, when he tells a white lie to not get caught, afraid of getting into trouble.
It plainly tells me that the emotional trust just is not there between Garou and Bang anymore and he can't tell him things he might be able to tell to a parental figure.
Enter Saitama, who has already forged one familial bond with a younger character, because it was what he thought Genos needed to heal.
Saitama has very deep ingrained paternal instincts, even if he is not otherwise motivated to do anything and he's great with guiding kids in general. He's hardwired in this direction. Paternal instinct is rooted in development, rearing/discipline, and overall guidance and Saitama has this down to a pat.
It would not only be a wholesome development, but a really funny one too, because Saitama and Garou can have a really hilarious dynamic.
They are both trolls. Garou is abrasive and smart and Saitama is witty. They both like to poke fun at other people. Both are tsunderes about things they care about. They complement each other well. Garou is more active and extroverted while Saitama is more passive and introverted. They would get along really well.
I can easily imagine Garou calling Saitama "Baldy baka" and Saitama losing his shit over that. Garou would just absolutely love to needle Saitama just to get a reaction and Saitama would answer back with his dry wit and murder Garou on the spot with words.
(I just want Garou to fondly call Saitama Baldy or Baka, sue me)
They both love food too.
In case Saitama actually took Garou in because Garou really needs a place to stay and so they can be in close contact and personal to work through their issues, at least for the time being. Saitama would go broke trying to feed 3 people however, so he would tell Garou to find a job. Garou would get motivated just because it would seem unfair to him that Saitama has to use his money to feed him. Especially because he can eat a ton.
Other types of scenarios I can easily imagine happening is Garou picking up on the fact that Genos is ultra jealous of other disciples or anybody trying to seemingly take his spot and if Garou lived in the household, he would easily see just how much Genos does for Saitama daily. And call it out plainly as the love language that it is that Saitama is so obtuse about.
Garou: This guy is totally jealous of me being here. Garou: Does he do all the chores here every day? He doesn't need to. Saitama: Huh? Whadduja mean? I do chores too. *sips drink* Garou: I bet he's just trying to get on your good side. He has the hots for you, it's so obvious. Saitama: *spits out drink* Garou: Wait, you didn't know? PPfffff, you really are a Baldy. Saitama: *catatonic*
(baldy is a word for stupid too in japanese)
Not just that though. It is not just a potentially hilarious dynamic, but a mutually highly beneficial one.
As much as Saitama can help Garou actually get back on his feet, motivate him find his own wants and needs like finding a job and finding himself, enjoy his life again and provide guidance and empathy and temperance, Garou can offer Saitama his unfaltering moral compass even at the peak of emotional high, teach him how to take criticism, share the lessons he knows in mindfulness like meditation for emotional regulation and most importantly, help motivate Saitama to actually seek personal growth for his own sake and not for other people's sakes.
He is so far the only person in the series who has managed to teach Saitama anything, when he is unmotivated and unwilling. Just by convincing Saitama with his own motivation and a look.
The inner drive is something Saitama really needs to learn too, lest he give too much of himself to other people and forgets his own needs. And Garou has self-motivation to share in spades.
Then we cannot forget the fact that Garou can teach Saitama martial arts. Or because he's that smart that he can do quantum physics on the fly based on feel alone, make Saitama figure out what his powers can actually do and help him become more in touch with himself.
If Saitama is to ever falter because his empathy and his extreme emotions get the best of him and cloud his moral judgement, I want Garou to be there as the inner critic and moral compass that he needs to get through those emotional upheavals.
Garou's inbuilt injustice radar can also help Saitama a long way to actually make the world a better place, because Garou can sniff out unfairness like a hound for everyone to see and hear about.
And he's not afraid of raising hell over those issues. Meanwhile Saitama is very non-confrontational. Issues won't disappear unless confronted.
Like true yin and yang, their mutual co-existence can complete each other to be their true selves.
That's why Saitama needs to find Garou and give him the table talk. Find out all the things that bother him since Saitama can read Garou so well. So he's able to help him and in return, Garou can help him as well.
Squandering this great dynamic feels like extremely wasteful, with the way they've been developed too.
It's not an easy road to raise an unruly teen-barely adult when you're just 25-years old yourself but hey, that's just another lesson in road of life.

Nsfw Headcanon 1
It's only been a few chapters and I'm already dishing out the kinks. I wasn't sure if I should because I feel like it's a bit too soon and wanted to marinate the characters in a bit. Yes, I said marinate.
Just to understand their personality and physical appearance a bit more. I'm slowly working my way through the sketches and once I'm done with all 5 characters I'll redo them again. At least, that's what I'm planning.
Their physics are kind of close to what I want them to be but not exactly so ill keep working on them until I'm fully satisfied with their look. Also, sharpening my skills to draw them properly and realistically.
Mimi
Although she has never done it she is curious. Not a sexually-driven person. Well, not yet…
Mimi always wanted to have fun and go out experiencing new things and is too distracted to really care about her sexual needs.
Not saying she's outright oblivious. She has heard a few things from her friends and searched online for some terms out of pure curiosity. Needless to say, she was flustered but didn't really get what the big deal was.
She hasn't been in a relationship long enough for it to get to that stage of intimacy. Heck, she hasn't even been in a relationship yet. Not until she met him.
The first time the topic of sex between Mimi and him was brought up by one of her friends. They both turned red in the face and she quickly denied it, trying to change the topic.
Their first time doing it was at his house when his parents weren't home. I know, pretty cliche. They were both extremely anxious and embarrassed but also excited.
Y'all gonna be in for a SHOOK because this is where the characters start to really DEVELOP. Ahem, in other words, she has a penis. Yes, I said it. A penis. And it's natural.
After their first time, they did it more frequently and became more comfortable with seeing each bare.
When I said 'frequently' I meant A LOT. They did almost every day. Since they're the first time, Mimi became very sexually active. Well, they are still young after all.
In general, her sexual drive is pretty high.
She gets turned on easily and her being a naturally touchy person does not help.
He could just be next to her with legs touching and she would get excited.
Tries to control her hormones but just ends up mounting him.
Has a scent kink no cap.
During sex, she can become kind of aggressive…more like animalistic.
Growls unconsciously.
Into humping.
She usually does it at either his house or hers and when their parents are gone but doesn't mind getting a little experimental. Maybe doing somewhere public twice or thrice but prefers on a bed where both he and she are comfortable.
Speaking of experimental doesn't mind introducing toys into the action and is pretty turned on by the idea. She likes trying out new things after all. Overall, it's exciting for her to see him so pleasured but prefers pleasing you with her own hands and mouth and DIC-
Doesn't really like the idea of having a threesome or more. She'll come to agree if she sees he's really fond of the idea but only with someone they both completely trust.
Doesn't really mind being watched as long as he's comfortable with it and also because once they start doing it together, they are in their own world and doesn't care for who's watching.
Doesn't mind him experimenting on her with blindfolds handcuffs and a cock ring but gets really riled afterwards.
Likes a bit of bondage on him here and there. If he begins to whine about taking them off she would be tempted to either give into his pleads or deny him a little more to see his reaction. Wants to give into him because the warmth of his arms around her neck while she's thrusting endearing yet refuting him and knowing how badly he wants to cling onto her turns her on even more.
If she is being tired she would a be restless most of the time and pout. Not being able to do anything frustrates her but seeing how he's using her dick to make himself feel good is incredibly sexy.
After he cums she would beg him to let her touch him.
Him teasing her would just be so easy. She would be very red and depending on the situation she'll try to tolerate it as long as possible and pleading him to stop, lightly scolding him with a frown.
If he teases her a lot while they're in public then she'll just pull him over to a bathroom or the most private corner she could find and do it there.
Likes to do quickies. The acceleration of thrusting into him turns her on. These are usually done when in public.
Still loves taking it a slower and appreciating his body and this can only be done when they're at home.
A biting kink, I kid you not. Gets a little bloody. She does it unconsciously and when it's over she would finally realise and apologize about it several times. Probably suggest going to a doctor lol.
He told her he doesn't mind but she feels really guilty. Still does it, it's like on instinct or something. She just has an urge to bite.
If he bites her, that would surge her on even more.
Basically, she's like a wild dog.
Goes for many rounds and has great stamina because of her fitness.
Since she does go for multiples of rounds probably has an overstimulation kink without even noticing. Not hardcore about it but seeing him spilling tears because of how pleasured he is encourages her to it do more.
A praise kink. Loves it when he praises her. Knowing that she's making him feel good makes her happy.
Loves both receiving and giving oral.
Rubbing his penis or eating him out while observing him arching back in ecstasy.
Finds it very cute when he tussles at her hair trying to feel more of her tongue.
Him giving her a blowjob makes her extremely flustered and it feels ridiculously good. Hands-on gently gripping his soft hair and trying not to hurt him. The whole visual stimulate her even more. Won't be able to stay still because of the bundles of pleasure so she'll finger him in the middle of it.
Very vocal and can't control it at times because he feels so good.
Has a fantasy of cumming inside of him and creampie.
They use a condom when doing it though. Unless they do plan on knocking up a child then she would do it. Makes sure she's got clear permission.
Finds it sexy when he wears lingerie in the bedroom. She likes them all. Anything he wears is cute, of course.
More into the cute style like mini bows and lively colours. A simple pink or bright blue undergarment is enough to get her active.
Has trouble take off bras with mini hooks. She wears sports bra most of her growing years so when it came to taking off his, she was embarrassed by how clumsy she was fiddling with his hooks.
She fondles with his chest a lot. Loving how small and cute and soft they are. Probably into nipple play. Touching and sucking on them constantly for hours. He is going to have a sore chest the next morning.
They usually do it in the basic position like missionary, doggy style or the riding position.
When he's not around and she has the urge to do it, she would try to wait for her dick to calm down or just relieves herself quickly.
Being in a relationship, she doesn't masturbate often because doing it with him feels ten times better but even when she does do it she would feel ashamed afterwards and probably unable to look him in the eye for a few hours.
After finishing, she's pretty burned out from using her energy so much but is still stable enough to walk to the kitchen. She lays next to him and rests for a few minutes.
She would make sure he's okay after recollecting herself and ask him if he needs anything like water, food, a bath. Would be willing to drive out and get him things if he requests it. So cute.
Usually, people would be really tired and sleeps after sex but Mimi just gets hungry instead. The energy she has is-
Although, she would want to get something to eat but seeing him so calm and soft next to her shoulder makes her want to stay and hold him instead.
He'll probably hear some stomach growls at night though.
She doesn't mind the mess too much and snuggles up close to him as possible, holding him by the waist.
She would stare at him for a bit and finally sleeps after he does. She just can't believe how beautiful he is.
Likes to tuck her face between his neck and shoulder and hug his waist when they sleep.
Overall, she's a vanilla type of person and loves to please her partner a lot. She can also be experimental and is very open to new things but prefers to use her own body to satisfy her lover, and knowing that he feels good because of her and not some toy.
Okay, so I decided to just keep this as a headcanon because it's long enough and saves the scenarios for a different time or perhaps a request. There are many things involved so I wouldn't even know where to start.
