Hello!! I know it's been a while since I last posted on here :') since I've been busy with school and summer school. But anyways,

I am wondering if any of you guys would be interested in joining a Marvel rp discord server? My friend made it a while ago, and we really really need more people to join the discord server. (We only have like 5 people, and it was made lastcMarch) I am currently asking my friend if it is ok with me sending out the link to people who may be interested in joining. Okay... I've had enough.

A few days ago, someone from my one of my servers made a post specifically targeting me and called it 'constructive criticism' when it was most definitely a post made out of frustration and impatience. I can't say that it didn't bother me. It most definitely did because they missed the mark on what the server is actually about.

There were screenshots of conversations between me and these individuals that are very cherry picked and not even what was claimed. First, I didn't appreciate screenshots shared from the server at all, it was a breach of privacy for everyone else in the server. I don't like inviting drama in because I build the server to be a safe place for everyone. It's a Roleplay server. I designed it to be like the world the RP is set in. Like in D&D.

It's new, and I'm still working on it, but damn we have a lot of fun in there.

I'm also splitting my attention between everyone in there. Trying to include them into the story as much as I possibly can. And it's not just me; my mods are doing the same. We don't want to leave anyone out. We are also working against time zones too. There are people from Europe in the server, so the most active time is going to be in the mornings for me. That's bottom line why a lot of issues are happening. We are working on it, but since that post happened, I'm gun-shy about letting people in now. Because they may not understand what is going on in there.

I want to bring in more people. I want that particular side of the community to thrive on storytelling and fun, but not if there is going to be drama about it.

I have two rules...

If you have to vent, you do it through roleplay with someone else and through your character.

and the other one is to have fun. Enjoy yourself.

That's what I encourage. It's therapy for me and I feel like it's done so many people good to get their emotions out through writing. That's subjective, but you know.

Still, the main problem that was stated is that I am responsible for something that I don't understand completely, even with all the research I did. That... is not the truth. I am not responsible for your disability or condition. I don't know enough about it to say anything, and I should not be stating that someone I don't know has *insert condition here* when it is really none of my business, or anyone else's.

If you know ADA laws, you know that a disabled person does not have to disclose their medical condition if they don't want to, even if asked. This is also in accordance with HIPAA; therefore, it is not my job to announce your condition. I can announce my own until I'm blue in the face, but I would never ask anyone to tell everyone in the server that I have Fibromyalgia/CFS if they don't understand it. That is not anyone's business. If you want me to add in an app to help you out with something, absolutely, I will. But it's up to you to explain everything to everyone else.

Again, I have my own problems, and I don't need to go into detail about them.

I know I probably sound like an asshole, but I've had enough. I'm stressed, exhausted, and I have more than this going on in my life. I am frustrated too. So just take this as it is.

I want people to be able to talk about what they go through, but I don't want others to get hurt from it too. At the end of the day, I'm going to protect those who do choose to be here and enjoy being in the server. I'm their advocate because most of them are younger than me.

And so what if there is an obsession with Bucky! Have you not seen the Bucky Barnes tag on Tumblr? My God! Do you live under a rock?!
