Can we talk about how the Watchers probably hate Scott and Grian at least a similar amount? But for like completely opposite reasons.

Scott basically embodies the exact opposite of Watchers, what they want, enjoy believe in etc. He could and would never be a true Watcher even if they forcefully turned him, he's the equivalent of their natural enemy. Plus, at least from what I've noticed he very rarely expresses negative emotions even when being hunted down by the whole server. But they won't get rid of him because plenty of players have felt negative emotions due to him (i.e. hunting him down when he's the last green/yellow)

On the contrary, for all intents and purposes, Grian could've been the perfect Watcher. He creates and enjoys chaos, is great at causing negative emotions when he wants to, had already had a small taste of 'power' (being an admin) and yet he refused to be what they wanted. I can't remember if he ran away or just doesn't do what they want, but in the life games Grian wasn't even supposed to ever be there and only joined to try to help the players and at least partially ruin their plans.

In conclusion, the Watchers hate Scott because he's the opposite of them and they hate Grian because he should've/could've been like them but refused to be.

Also, I feel like last life shows the start of the Watcher's hatred for Scott plus how fast he was killed after winning and double life feels like they purposefully did something to make Pearl go crazy. And, while he doesn't really have any one life game that shows how much the Watcher's hate him, the curse Grian has, especially earlier on, where his allies die before him/at his hand (can't remember which of the two or what the curse is called) really shows how much they hate him and, maybe, are trying to make him leave.

Caligosto Loboto makes very detailed papers and journal entries about his day and the experiments/operations he's done. Quite a few of them were destroyed when the Thorny Towers went up in flames, and again when his lab in the Rhombus of Ruin exploded, but the ones that the Psychonauts were able to recover help shed more light on the extent of his experiments.

The only problem is sorting them, because even though the papers *are* dated, Caligosto has long since lost his grasp on what time is anyways, and would date his papers based off ~vibes~

Otto ends up getting really into the eccentricness of Loboto's papers and spends waayyy too much time reading and sorting through them. He sees a lot of merit in Loboto and thinks that, maybe in another life, Loboto would've made a good addition to the science side of the Psychonauts.
