Genuinely one of my favorite things about the maruaders fandom that is widely agreed upon:

Regulus is trans. Everyone assumes Remus is trans because werewolf behavior can look suspiciously similar to having a period. Shenanigans ensue:

My Mauraders era headcannons!

Starting off strong- Ships:

• Platonic moonwater and/or fake dating to make James & Sirius jealous (and vise versa for prongsfoot)

• Bartylus was 100% a “horny teenagers figuring shit out” type of relationship, basically fwb with strong platonic love. Regulus also played a huge part in Rosekiller getting together

• Wolfstar being incredibly PDA for the bit, being obnoxiously all over each other in public, I’m talking aggressively horny & absolutely filthy, but in private being gentle & slow

• Jegulus where James never really got past the butterflies faze, being married for years and still freaking the fuck out when Reg flirts with him. Transmasc Regulus being confident/demanding and cis James absolutely melting for it
