Technical Help

I want to start making my own original slide designs for like google slides or windows. I'm not all that technically savvy in this area, so I was hoping someone else could help me out. When I google it, it just tells me how to create a powerpoint presentation (which I'm well aware of how to do!) or it points me to creating slides with AI which, no thank you.
