You have a really good understanding of Elijah and Hayley's characters, and of course, haylijah. So I'm kinda curious, because poly Mikaelson fanfics/discussions are quite popular in this fandom, but I've always wondered if haylijah could be polyamorous which it's frustrating because there's so little talk about it.

Like, I definitely see Hayley and Elijah as bisexual so I don't think the gender of the other person would matter to them, but it always makes me wonder how they would feel with "another" person in their relationship (especially if the three of them love each other equally).

You know I love talking about haylijah.

So I discussed haylijah being poly or even having a throuple with Jackson before.

I agree that they are both queer. To me, Elijah is more pan than bisexual, but I agree Hayley is bi. I feel like Elijah doesn't care about the gender, he definitely is just attracted to kind of arrogant, badass individuals.

I love to think that haylijah would be together forever. But I also don't find it that unbelievable that they would introduce other people into their relationship every now and then. I don't think they would want to be ENM (ethical non-monogamous) since I think they would want to be invovled. Elijah isn't a jealous person, but Hayley is. She wouldn't want to see Elijah even casually seeing someone else if she wasn't invovled. Elijah would be alright with it if that's what Hayley wanted, however, he would have conflicting emotions as he never gets to be the priority in anyone's life. He already isn't for Hayley because of Hope (as it should be), so having someone else would concern him that he was being pushed further down. Again, he would do it for Hayley, but wouldn't fully enjoy it.

I also don't see them introducing a permanent member into their relationship. So it wouldn't be a full throuple/poly relationship. But I could see them bringing in someone for a period of time. Elijah and Hayley would be the anchor partners, but that doesn't mean they wouldn't love the third member. We see from both Hayley and Elijah that they are capable of complex love for multiple people at a time. If the show hadn't been so scared of anything outside of a heteronormative relationship, we could have had some great poly couples.

But their familial paranoia would complicate any relationships. They both have trouble letting people outside of the family get close (as they should since a lot of people want to kill their family, justifiably). It would have to be someone who has been around the family for a long time and has earned their trust, both of them.

But knowing both Hayley and Elijah's luck, that person wouldn't last too long. They both have terrible luck.

Ok, let's go: If Elijah and Hayley decided to try a polyamorous relationship (with one other person) what do you think it would be like? Would they be more dominant in the bedroom and outside of it or would it be evenly matched?

I don't think they would want a polyamorous relationship permanently, but eternity is a long time and could definitely see them trying it out.

I always see Elijah as the more dominant in the bedroom while Hayley is more dominant in everyday life. That being said, they definitely trade off and both have a lot of respect for each other in both situations.

If they invited someone into their relationship though, it could not be a dominant person. That would be too much. They both already have such strong personalities. I could see them inviting someone with more submissive tendencies to join them temporarily. I honestly think they would both enjoy watching each other. It would allow for both of them to be dominant at once instead of trading off.

If they ever got to a place where they were in a relationship for any period of time, they would be very secure in their relationship and neither of them would be overly territorial as they would trust each other and would make all of the decisions together.

I don't think it would be a full polyamorous relationship as the third person would very much be a third and not become equal partners to either of them. Jealousies may start to come out if the person was fully integrated into their relationship. Neither of them let people in easily so it would be difficult for them to both let the same person in.

They also both have serious trust issues which would severely limit who they would invite into their relationship. Additionally, they would both be concerned on how bringing someone else in would affect their family as a whole.

Basically, I could see them inviting someone into their bedroom before I could really see them inviting someone into their relationship/life.

Abilities: Smack - will do about 20 damage to the phighter

Smash - will do knockback and adds 25 damage to the other phighter and depletes 35 shield

Baller - uses the stylus pen paintball gun, shooting about 75 worth of bullets that are paintballs, adds about 50 damage

Chocolate? - will do a massive splash of brown colored paint water, known as 'forbidden chocolate milk', it heals about 45 health to themselves and their teammates

Phinisher: "THINK FAST CHUCKLENUTS!!" - will summon a huge mache paper ball and use the large paint brush as a bat, smacking it at phighters within a near or far range depending where the target is.

This adds 70 damage and depletes 75 shield from the phighters in the targeted area, hits about 3 - 4 phighters

Pros:

very adaptive once you get used to their mechanics

hits tons of damage and is useful against higher shielded phighters like Boombox

funny audio when phinisher plays

higher strength + higher heals

Cons:

speed is lower than average, jump height is pretty low

reliant on teammates to help out

will be unavailable for 5 seconds after doing phinisher

Lore: Canvase had two mothers and one father, she knows about the topic of ployamory. her father died due to an illness and her mothers died in ifferent phights.

she is both homeless and factionless, they made a make-shift home somewhere secluded and calls themselves an "Outcaster", joking that it's their solo faction.

she did come from Playground but no longer associates themselves with the place.

Misc Info:

Canvase is best friends with Vinestaff and Subspace, enjoying both of their companies. they see Medkit as an older figure of sort, mentor most likely.

Canvase is 2nd least best at chess, she does get lessons from Medkit and is slowly getting better

Canvase does about anything that is seen as artsy, this includes baking, she's not as good as Slingshot is. they often help him out by adding art decor to the cafe or cleaning it!

Canvase only has 15 - 20 bux in their wallet, Scythe gives them most of their art materials by stealing. Canvase wants to return the favor but Scythe told the only payback is that she is their muse (Scythe seems to enjoy Canvase's paintings of her and keeps them hanged up in lost temple, sometimes asking for Canvase to paint the other members as well)

nobody knows Canvase is factionless and homeless, they just think she lives in their own small home cause thats how Canvase describes it

A headcanon that my fiance and I have for steve is that he likes frogs and butterflies. He has dedicated sketch books of frogs and butterflies.

He also has a butterfly jacket because he does and rhodey got it for him.

Headcanons for ultron when he is a child, he likes soup. Like soup is a focus for him.

Tony and Steve shit talk each other and also will bully a villian till they cry. Which isn't a headcanon but can be definitely facts.

Tony if he could, would not go to meetings.

Steve is a good guy, follows the rules until it interrupts his time with rhodey. Then the rules become optional once again.

Steve would play animal crossing and Tony would play outlast. Steve would play mahjong and Tony would play spades.

Steve and Tony are essentially the mean girls of the avengers. Please be advised they have bear boyfriends (make of that as you will). If loki, Bruce and clint are around please be advised to avoid them. They get caddy.

When a guy has more than one wife- you’re thinking of polygamy which is something I don’t really vibe with because it’s usually only the men who get to have more than one partner. I believe it’s often for religious purposes but I’m no expert on it.

But people with more than one partner is ployamory which is just relationships involving more than two people that are fully consensual amongst all parties.

If you have issues with that then I recommend you don’t read my next comic.

(General Information: Doctor Phlox is a character in Star Trek Enterprise. He is loving, gentle, patient, lightly formal, and comes from the Denobulan culture of community and ployamory.)

I'm jealous 😭

Denobulans are extremely patient, and Phlox doesn't see your dyslexia as a flaw. He probably blames it on his (doctor's) handwriting, jokingly. If you are okay with it, he might tease you with it here and there.

He doesn't much care about height. Phlox's actor, John Billingsley is 5'9", so I am going to say Phlox is as well. He doesn't go so far as to manhandle you, but Phlox would most likely carry you around. Teasing about your height isn't common, but if you both live together, the tops of shelves look oddly barren compared to the cluttered bottom ones. He does it all in the name of helping you, a way of showing his affection.

He doesn't mind you being bossy, on fact, he finds it cute! And helpful, too, at times. He'll do what you ask of him to show how much he loves and respects you. He also will have you do menial tasks if you have extra time to step by Medbay. If he likes you a lot, you get to feed his animals.

His favorite part about you is definitely the dark humor! One thing he found to be very isolating on Enterprise was the expectation on him, and some people's odd offense at dark humor? With his spouses he often would joke, no matter how crude or gorey, especially as a doctor. He finds out-of-pocket jokes help him wind down and process events, and joking with you about any serious topics will always be his fondest of memories.

Phlox understands completely that the most patient of people often repress many emotions, and therefore need to decompress. If you are angry and not hurting anyone, he will do whatever you need. Let you rant, find a way to safely deal with the anger, leave you alone. Whatever you want, just as long as you don't repress any of it.

He'd respect your boundaries no matter what, but finds himself rather happy with your opinion on PDA. He doesn't like being touchy in public, but if you are comfortable, he will use a few endearments.

I just see you as someone that wpuld have Phlox sitting in the cafeteria, head resting in his hands, staring, kicking his feet. You'd have him down bad.
