Double Life Pearl is being discussed a lot recently so I'm putting forward the following song as Double Life Pearl propaganda:

Especially the following lines:

Just the truth of a dulling sickle's edge"

While I associate sickle's as a limited life aspect drawn from fanart of Pearl's hoes from the woodland mansion reimagined as sickle's, they are a motif associated with her. The Scarlet Witch isn't some monster that Pearl hid deep within herself, she is a result of isolation and loneliness, her deadly nature a mistaken conflating of Pearl's natural skill in PVP with the tragic character.

"Thank the martyr, live on, be happy

So the good one's have spoken - well ,amen

Hearing that, I snap childishly

I swing my foot back, then put it down again"

Scott is unsurprisingly the martyr, giving his life at the end of double life. The aborted kick represents the violence Pearl has inflicted on him him as penance never being on her terms, she as such feels conflicted on how much she actually forgives him for his behaviour in Double Life versus the lack of recognition of her hurt.

"I've tricked too many too into thinking I was strong

Oh doc, it's not a game I wanna play alone"

Pearl's nature as the Scarlet Witch of Double Life was I believe most will agree was self defense born of her loneliness, but the rest of the lifers doesn't see it that way, most notably Gem who frequently calls Pearl pathetic for not living up to the reputation of the scariest red. As many others have noted Gem will never have the red Pearl she seeks as by seeking Pearl out she gives Pearl the one thing she lacked in Double Life that created the Scarlet Witch, companionship.

"My stars burn a red unpleasant hue"

While stars most commonly represent Scott in the Life Series and Double Life Scott is from Pearl's point of view unpleasant, I actually believe this to be about Pearl. Red giants are dying stars that have exhausted their supply of helium and begun thermonuclear fusion of their helium, representing the beginnings of death for a star,red giants are most commonly know to the layman as an evolution of the Sun that will expand to encompass Mercury, Venus and Earth, representing the probable death of all life on Earth. Red dwarfs in contrast are the smallest main sequence stars in the universe and have an estimated lifespan longer than the current age of the universe. Double Life Pearl is a red dwarf being red far longer than the other reds of the series switching to her red skin for much of her green and all of her yellow life and lacking in truth the association of death that red giant's/ red lifers had(past tense as limited life would change how red lifers were understood within the framework of teams)

Finally the chorus(which probably isn't the right term for it but I quit music theory classes for a reason)

This is, I feel, about Pearl's autonomy. She should have been able to leave to the Nether with Martin without having to look for her soulmate first and to stay with Scott once she knew the truth. She should be allowed to sing of her triumphs and cry over her losses and pain in Double Life. The final 4 lines are about suicide and self harm, Pearl frequently engaging in the latter to harm Scott.

So Scott has a unicorn horn from his mascot, deer antlers from ESMP, stars floating around his head from LL, how much more stuff can we put there so it's just absolutely ridiculous I had the thought of a halo and antenna from one of the times he played on an origin server but that's where I'm running out of ideas

Almost all of these animals have visible ears, so I will be avoiding mentioning ears. You can put any pair of ears on him or every pair of ears on him! I will bring up wings and tails, though.

Given how much Scar’s character knows. (From him connecting series that we don’t think he should know about to his character. And him knowing things he shouldn’t…) I’m on the band wagon that Scar is some sort of Eldtrich God.

Righttt like, my best guess is he's some sort of dimension-hopper or something... a traveling trickster god.. mentally i'm at a corkboard w/all the red strings connecting to different scars trying to piece it all together, holding my head in my hands

It's like. Okay. He had an encounter with s8 tycoon scar where he stole his hat, and he killed him (?) but today he said he simply broke a wheel on the wagon and stole the hat? He says each hat has a story. Does Jellie's hat also have a story. Jellie obviously travels with him across every universe. He seems not to mind when people don't remember who he is but he gets VERY upset when people don't know who Jellie is; just thought that was interesting

Did P!Scar travel to the hermitcraft season 8 universe? After the moon hit the server? Did tycoon scar travel to the pirates universe? Or are they the same person and it's just a lie? When he first spawns in Pirates SMP he makes it a point to mention a mysterious flower crown in his inventory. He says it's an important crown, and it's the only one on the server. Buttercups??? (Sidenote he also spawns with some blocks of cyan glazed terracotta. Not sure what that's about but it's dangerously close to being light blue glazed aka the vex magic. I would have lost my mind)

At the very beginning Scar says his ship was called the Flying Jellie. The Flying Jellie. What if it wasn't a boat. What if it was a space ship. He calls it a pirate ship but that doesn't necessarily mean a boat, ti could be a space pirate ship. (He's done loopholes with his phrasing like this before, like today when he sold michela a sword that was "nearly full" durability, only to later clarify it was "nearly full-y depleted"). He says he won an important battle with the ship, but he lost the ship and the crew. I've seen people say that the crew is supposed to have been boatem, not sure if that's canon? Is the ship story even true?

He made references to both Pearl and Grian today, are they his Pearl and Grian from the pirates universe or is he referring to the hermits? He mentions Pearl by name to Sausage, who says he doesn't know who that is (and yet Sausage goes on to casually mention the moon at the mention of Pearl, either Sausage is also a dimension-hopper and he's bluffing or he has a subconscious connection to his other lives). He doesn't say Grian's name but he talks about a man on his crew who sunk with the ship that's very obviously meant to be Grian (says the man's head looked like a loaf of bread, that he wore red, would have been a Kite). He doesn't seem too upset about the loss.

He greets Cleo, Scott and Martyn when he first sees them even though they don't know who he is. Cleo flat-out says "I don't believe we've met" after he greets her by name. Interestingly enough when he first calls Martyn by name, Martyn doesn't question it (I know Martyn also has some Lore going on, maybe he recognizes Scar too) Also I saw someone point out that his pants resemble mayor scar's pants. Possible season 7 reference, season 8 reference with tycoon scar and a possible? season 9 reference?? with that flower crown???

I literally can't tell if he has this planned-out intricate lore that connects all of his minecraft SMP characters like Martyn does or if he's literally just saying random stuff for fun. His character could be lying about his entire backstory, we don't know. i have no idea what's important to the lore and what isn't. this man is such a trickster god its not even funny. tldr WHAT IS GOING ON

The camera shifts, “there’s Ash and their family over there! Ash is the one in the bright red and blue! Then right next to them is Mo and Talison.” Sylph leans it “I think they’re dating! Oh! And theres Elwood, see Elwood, Mo, Erin, and Atlas are like siblings, I think, like how Rune my brother and then theres Ava who is Rune’s sister!”

The camera adjusts again as Gav walks up behind the colorful hummingbird, “This is my dearest partner Gaverin! Oh, oh! Over there is Virgil and Pietro their like bio brothers or something Pietro was an owl but some shit happened… but on the bright side they can see in the day now!” Gav chuckles as Sylph goes through the rest of the people on the island then suddenly a little magpie with a golden string lands on their shoulder ( @stringthief )

“This little magic guy is Jasper, he fuckin awesome dude!” After another minute or two of Sylph talking and people popping in to say hi the video ends with… “I hope whoever sees this has a good life, and remember don’t give up everything will workout… I promise! Sylph out!”}

okay wait two more for today

so with Icarus it would be angsty if they were afraid of heights or something. and (for my headcannon) they sort of are,, like metaphorically. being associated with so many powerful beings (Fable, Quixis, Enderian that one time, Isla counts i think) they're put on this pedestal. they come from greatness, so greatness is expected. and unlike Rae's and Centross' views of "there was a better way," with Icarus it's just, "this is my best." and sometimes doing lots of good work and bad stuff happening anyways is worse!! They fear what surrounds them and the chaos they create without meaning to. They aren't the danger, but something wicked this way comes,, y'know? you feel me??

also some thoughts on Caspian- he fears being forgotten. that's easy. but also consider that his boyfriends were shaped with some image of a god in mind, his best friend is the literal world, and he walked into the wrong place once and ended up an experiment. he only got out of the end prison because the group was rescuing Athena and he was also there. and to be clear, Caspian is so so important as a character in the story with all the relationships he's built to others, but if mans has anxiety, it's along the lines of 'always the fighter, never the fought-for'

The Sea Prince: The ‘Red King’, Noblemen, and Hunters.

After exactly 3 months(?) of posting the first batch of designs, I’m finally able to send the second batch! TIES and their lore would be last, since they aren’t hunters- it feels right to finish up the Canaries, especially with the prologue coming out soon.

Closeups and lore under the cut as always, hope you enjoy!

They were so much fun to design! I wanted to reference other smps they were involved in, and try to make them stand out! While I am taking from Pirates SMP as inspiration, Cleo and Scar’s designs come from my interpretations before Pirates came out <3

Let’s start out from the individuals!

‘The Nobles’, children from high places.

A fun fact about all of them is that they come from relatively rich families! Be it in how they dress or act, they have a sense of formality. It was also a way to ‘separate’ them from the other hunters since they weren’t in the latest series :D

‘Ren Dogwarts.’

The suave and charming former leader of the Kestrels, Ren’s heart is as golden as the jewelry he wears. He claims to be related to the King, and dubs himself as the ‘Red King’ to take down the sea monsters in his name. He loves his crew, and loved Martyn much more. His feelings begin to waver when the blonde’s loyalty changes. He knew Martyn loved his former crew, but… their relationship tensed as the fateful day arrived. Now that he’s dead, Martyn’s heart is pained with guilt.

The red coat he wears is a supposed gift from the King, the hat and feather a gift from the Kestrels. The tie he wore is similar to the bandana Martyn wears, as if it were the same item.

‘Mumbo Jumbo.’

A nobleman and childhood friend of Grian’s, he spends his time researching about the different monsters they come across and report his findings to the Doctor, the royal inventor. He is very analytical, coming up with theories for certain creature behaviors and is very much not a fighter compared to other hunters. Due to his connection to Doc and his time in the military, the crew found themselves personally hired by the King.

He has a telescope he keeps with him at all times. It was a gift from Jimmy. Mumbo used to joke about throwing it away, but it’s the most precious item he owns.

‘Lizzie Shadow.’

The inheritor of her parents’ pearl industry, she’s taking her time away from all of that to be with the Canaries. It’s not that she wants to run away from her responsibilities- but she’d rather face her fears of the ocean and truly conquering it before coming home. She acts as a pseudo captain to the crew, and is grateful for all the support she’s been given.

She wears a coat similar to Grian and Joel, and is decorated in pearls. She wears her engagement ring with pride, and ties some of her hair up in a braided hair tie. She taught Jimmy how to make those when he was younger.

‘Clockers’, the hunter-born.

Found family! All of their parents died when they were tweens, so they stuck by each other ever since. They’re a little chaotic, but they have essential roles in the crew.

‘Cleo Zombie.’

Level-headed and headstrong, they’re the stable wall in the Canaries. She uses her previous naval experience as an advantage against the vicious sea monsters. She feels linked to Martyn, being someone to ground him in his messy thoughts, but her focus is on Scar and Bdubs. Those two always get into trouble, and there are times she’d want to join in on the fun.

Her scars are stitched and healing, and she has a Heron necklace from her time in the group. She has a big pocket watch she keeps on her at all times, tied to string on her waist.

‘Scar Goodtimes.’

Living life to the fullest means you have to be ready to face the consequences head on. Nicknamed for the many scars on his body, the man embraces it all with a smile and a hunger for more. Nothing keeps him down, and with his boundless energy, nothing ever will. He keeps the morale high and uplifts anyone in times of need, but even he was distraught when the third captain died.

He wears a bandana as a gift from Cleo and a big pocket watch as a gift from Bdubs. He wears a small parrot feather earring from Grian, and sometimes absentmindedly stares at it with a sense of longing.

‘Bdubs.’

The feistiest of the Canaries since Jimmy, he has a bit of a rebellious streak. Either by sneaking out to meet with Impulse, or coming up with outlandish ideas, he’s a bit unhinged but his heart is in the right place. He’s brave and tough, but sometimes he worries he isn’t doing enough. Whatever- if his crew appreciates him for who he is, that’s enough.

He, like Cleo and Scar, has a big pocket watch he keeps on his belt. He has a knife at the ready and a sword necklace he got as a gift from Impulse. He treasures it dearly.

Everyone has their place in the crew, and together they are the Canaries. Favored by the King and thrusted upon the opportunity of a lifetime, their only goal now is to show they can do the task given despite how crazy it sounds.

They’re determined to give it all.

But what will happen if their target was right in front of them all this time? Will they ever see him the same way again?

Or were they nothing but playthings?

The prologue, ‘Hide & Seek’, is coming soon. Ready or not, here they come.

Part Twelve of: Show Your Fangs

A Superhero AU of Empires SMP/Hermitcraft/The Life Series

It’s a lot for Scar to process, one of the people that he’s closest to is a pop idol and an avian. Now he just doesn’t know what to do, he could reveal his identity as a hero to Grian, that would be fair after all, or he could keep it a secret. Grian speaks up, “You won’t tell the GFHA right?”

“What? Sorry I spaced out.” Scar says to Grian.

“Hotguy, are you going to tell The GFHA and as a result, the government that I’ve been hiding my status as an avian mutant?” Grian asks.

“No I- you’re my… I won’t do that. I don’t want to cause you any more problems.”

Grian gives him a weird look, “What problems have you caused me exactly?”

“Well I just stumbled in on your secret, and I-” Scar’s perfectly tailored Hotguy personality starts to break and a look of recognition flashes in Grian’s bright purple eyes. Were they always purple? Wait no- they aren’t even purple right now. They’re just their normal dark brown. Scar looks around and starts to head for the door, “I gotta go- I have to make a report at headquarters… bye.”

Scar closes the door behind him and dashes out of the empty stands in the arena. He gets into the indoor area and runs into the bathrooms, he closes the door behind him and pulls off his visor. Scar’s friend, his best friend just got stabbed by a villain and he couldn’t stop it. He stands over a sink and cries, If I had just been faster. Scar hears a door creak open but doesn’t see anyone, Just the wind.

Grian waits a few minutes after Hotguy, or if his suspicions are correct Scar, leaves before silently flying after him. He flies through the now empty arena and over the lifeless stands. He opened his incorporeal eyes and found where he went, a small bathroom in the indoor part of the arena.

As carefully as possible Grian opens the door and sees Hotguy, mask off, and crying over the bathroom sink. He sees Hotguy’s reflection in the mirror and his suspicions are confirmed. Scar is Hotguy and Hotguy is Scar. Grian ducks behind the wall as Scar whips his head around.

He flies back to the room that they gave him backstage and starts packing up his stuff. He can’t believe that he didn’t put together the pieces before as it seems so obvious in retrospect. Grian shoves the last of his things into his backpack and walks back outside. He takes off and flies back to Hermitopia.

The flight only takes Grian about twenty minutes and he lands on the fire escape. He pulls his wings back into his back and puts on headphones to hide the ones on his ears. He opens the door and slips inside. He walks through the apartment still in shock from his evening, Grian goes into his room and changes into his pajamas. He lays down in his bed and makes a decision, he has to talk to Scar tomorrow. As Cuteguy to Hotguy that is.

Grian takes off from the roof and flies as fast as his wings can carry him to the GFHA headquarters. He’d been woken up at three in the morning by a mycelium thread starting to circle around his hand and freaked out. Grian had jumped out of bed and checked to see if Scar was home, he wasn't. So he had frantically thrown on his costume and grabbed his cuteguy gear before rushing up the stairs to the roof. He assumes that Scar is at The GFHA headquarters and he keeps flying there. He was going to wait till the morning to talk to Scar but the mycelium is an issue and Scar’s clearly awake so this is his best bet.

As Grian flies closer to the building he sees the glowing suit of Hotguy on a nearby roof. He swoops down and lands next to him, “Hotguy. We need to talk.”

“What?!? Cuteguy?” Scar exclaims.

“Yeah, I have to talk to you and-“ Grian gets cut off as a string of mycelium yanks his leg up. “What the-“

“What the, indeed.” Grian freezes his struggle to get out of the web of fungus. He watches as a person with a pair of bright red mushroom glasses walks around to face him and Scar. They highfive a person with a large blue mushroom hat on and grin. The person with the mushroom hat snaps their fingers and Scar and him are bound together with the mycelium.

Scar speaks up, “What do you want? Also who exactly are you?”

“I am Mycelium, this is Psudoshroom.” The first person informs them, “And we want to get rid of you corrupt heroes.”

“I’m technically a vigilante.” Grian says.

A mycelium thread wraps around his mouth, “Same difference.”

“Are you working for someone?” Scar asks.

“Why yes they are.” A woman with moth wings and a red cloak walks around the corner along with a person in a renaissance dress and half a mask walks with her. Grian’s breath catches in his throat, so the Red Witch has escaped from prison. She pulls a pouch out of one of her pockets. Grian doesn’t know how but he recognizes the pouch as a spell. One that grows mind controlling mushrooms specifically, the same spell that caused him to get possessed in the first place. He uses a wing to rip the mycelium off of his mouth. “What the heck are you going to do with that?”

She stares at him, “I think you know.” The Red Witch walks towards him and lays down the spell while muttering under her breath. Grian starts panicking and feels something brush against his hand. He looks down and sees Scar’s hand, Grian takes it in his own hand. He attempts to summon all of the energy that he can muster, If I can just- His thoughts are cut off by someone shouting. Grian looks up and sees a bird mutant tackling the person with a renaissance outfit over and a cat hybrid slicing at the mushroom mutants with a sword.

okay so i've been just absolutely brainrotting over this for like weeks now and its time to finally post it!

i've basically just been compiling songs that i think fit each of the life series winners, and they're either songs i've seen work really really well in animatics already or songs that would probably work really well, but are less popular or not associated with this fandom (yet)

i'll be linking+listing them here as well as providing little snippets of explanation for why i think the song fits, but i don't feel like making actual spotify playlists or smth, so if anyone else wants to do that, be my guest.

2. A Big Day for Grimley - AJJ: this one is because of this animatic, and also the lyrics fit the characters almost too well

I came back to the desert, and the desert came into me And now there’s a quietness, and it’s deafening (returned to the desert for the final duel, and now that he's the only one left, the absence of his partner is deafening)

i could go on much longer about this song, but i feel like the animatic sums it up really well so GO WATCH THAT GO GO GO

3. Take Me to War - The Crane Wives: i know that everyone and their mother has done desertduo crane wives, but i've yet to see anyone use this song, which is a shame since its one of my favorites!

I've earned myself a reputation That my bark is much worse than my bite But I keep snapping at Goliath's hands With all of my tiny might (technically, he's not red, and also his traps keep failing, so the threats are pretty empty, but that will not stop him from being a menace)

4. Community Gardens - The Scary Jokes: this is watcher!grian again, sorry not sorry- i do have a really vivid image in my head of an animatic for this song tho (the brainrot goes deep, i cannot escape)

Full disclosure, I am a monster A creature of despair, not that that should be a cause for concern (its so watcher coded im gnawing on the walls)

(ok so remember when i said i had an animatic idea about two sentences ago? ya. so i imagine this part as watcher!grian going through and causing the final deaths of all the winners (except scar we'll get there i promise) for instance, smiting scott at the end of LL, severing pearl's soulmate string in DL, and checking the time left before killing martyn in LimL)

The culmination of man's mistakes came the day The sun ran so hot, it turned the desert to glass (this is the whole "hail mary" thing where they blew up the whole desert and still didn't kill anyone)

If there's something to be learned from all these losers It's that the price that you pay For arrogance and a false sense of immunity Is to face the wrath of a dying star (false sense of immunity is scar's no kill passes, reputation points, etc., which really didn't mean all that much in the end (see: Bdubs))

5. Passerine - The Oh Hellos: aside from the obvious bird symbolism (passerine are songbirds), the overall theme of this song fits the character pretty well! (i think it could also apply to DL jimmy if you squint)

You were the song that I'd always sing You were the light that the fire would bring But I can't shake this feeling that I was only Pushing the spear into your side again (3L typical desert/light/sun/fire imagery, with a bonus helping this time of 3L typical self doubt and/or survivor's guilt! you love to see it)

My palms and fingers still reek of gasoline From throwing fuel to the fire of that Greco-Roman dream Purifying the holy rock to melt the gilded seams It don't bring me relief, no it don't bring me nothing (more arson what can i say- also the hollow existentialism that comes with killing your friends)

When he comes a knocking at my door What am I to do, What am I to do, oh lord (ok i like to imagine this line as grian realizing that scar's SL win means he goes to hang out with the winners now, meaning uhoh reunion time! that's about to be awkward!)

6. Do It All The Time - IDKHBTFM: yeah i know it doesn't seem like it fits at first, but i think parts of it captures the spontaneous silliness of 3L pretty well

No reason why I'm only doing anything I want to do Because I do it all the time We're taking over the world A little victim-less crime (making monopolies (or trying to) really just because)

Now we're so young But we're probably gonna die It's so fun We're so good at selling lies (this one's pretty on the nose, but you get the idea)

So, someone has requested - double dog dared me in fact - to show the world of tumblr my post in which I show you my red string cork board which connects all of the deities, entities, literally anything from the general Minecraft fandom. - This uses things from WitchCraft SMP, Evolution SMP, to the Paranormal Order Universe (Despite it not actually being properly in this ‘genre’, but there were some things I could not ignore, so I wanted to put those in - it’s mainly used as themes (plus I think it’s a cool concept)), so do be warned about the variety of things. Plus, sorry if some of this seems strangely paced, I got distracted multiple times throughout writing this. 

I firstly want to discuss the types of entities that exist in the world - and what different beings fit under what different categories. Secondly, the varieties of these entities, and finally tying up loose ends + any finishing notes that didn’t fit into the other sections. 

Welcome to a hell of a lot of Worldbuilding around all the concepts we have been given.

Firstly, we will be talking about how I classify the different types of abilities/powers. The easiest way to do this is with the use of the Paranormal Order Entities. So; Blood, Death, Energy, Knowledge (and Fear - Although no one can have this as an entity). 

The way that I think of these is that these are an amalgamation of all the abilities of every entity that falls under the umbrella, and the worship of these beings. This is dubiously correct? I did some looking into it, I swear. But I’ve been writing for like a while now so I’m forgetting things. 

Firstly, in the Wiki, it states that the God of Death takes many different forms and can be in many different places at one. This certainly reflects the narrative of how there’s a Death God in both Hermitcraft - Zedaph (Technically) and in QSMP(Kristen), and in the Philza Hardcore Worlds(Kristen again). 

So, this is where I go into the WitchcraftSMP lore. There were multiple different magic types. - Illusionistic, Earth, Death, Time, Nature, Fire, Ice, Storm - Now whilst most of these are nature or element based, and a pretty good basis to look at for what the different types of magic their are in the world, with Gem from Empires having Fire, Dapper from QSMP having Death magic. 

However, the gods, as I have stated, I believe are more predominantly based around the other Four powers - at least the more powerful ones. 

That was a mess. I didn’t really know how to properly form my thoughts on this bit.

There are quite a lot of different species/beings in the Minecraft youtuber universe, and I will be attempting to file them all under (hopefully) five different things - In order of hierarchy. 

Secondly, there are Gods/ God-like entities. This covers gods, demi-gods, Watchers, and anything else I think of while writing this :D. - Examples of this include Philza’s Hardcore Demi-gods (I’m pretty sure they’re demi-gods, I checked.), the Goddess Santa Perla from Empires SMP Season 2, the Goddess Mine from the QSMP, Bdouble0100 the Sun God of Empires Season 2. These are entities that either have full domain over their thing, whatever that is (aka. in that world they are the only being that controls their special ability fully, whatever it is.) 

These Entities are not capable of fully dying either, or it being a near-impossible task, depending on how powerful they are and whether they’re a demi or full god. The other thing that can define a being as a god is whether they can create a world on their own or not. For example, the Watchers are able to create the life series on their own - making them god-like beings. 

(I would like to say a quick note here about the Listeners. I don’t know that much about them, I swear I looked into them but I forgot almost as soon as I did. So I sort of see them more as a movement of sorts, a conglomeration of ex-watchers - thank you fanon for that influence - and of players that are aware of what the watchers are and wish to help against them. So, an ex-god would not be able to create a stable world, and would make a sort of mess. I saw a couple of people suggest that Real Life was created by the Listeners, and I really liked that idea - it helps paint a line between the powers of a Watcher and a Listener, a God and an Ex-God) - Gosh that was a long side tangent.

The second rank in the hierarchy are angels and demons, which there are actually a surprising amount of. I still don’t know exactly how their power structures work, but I think that it’s safe to assume that if you’re born an angel or a demon you’re more powerful than if you were turned into one. (However if you turned from an angel to a demon then you’d probably have the same amount of power as the og demons. - thanks Bad for that scenario) On servers some examples of this might be - Xornoth from EmpiresSMP Season 1 and Witchcraft SMP (Like a second cameo, but I loved that series.), Tina from QSMP. We don’t actually know much about demons, less so about angels, but I put them here because I wasn’t sure about it. If anyone wants to correct me on any of this btw, please do, that would be very much appreciated, or add on your own bits. This is mainly an ideas dump that I bravely attempted to organise. ANYWAY. The reason I mentioned not really knowing where to put these is because I’m now coming to the realisation that there is overlap with the next category, but I already went over this paragraph many times so screw it. 

Third rank is what I call Prophets and Chosen. Now, a Prophet example could be anyone who carries the message of their Being/Entity(s) - Cellbit might count for this due to the way that he helps introduce people to the elements after he made the rooms on QSMP. However, a Chosen is anyone that is gifted powers from an angel, devil, god, demi-god, or watcher. Basically anything higher above this hierarchy. (The confusion here is with Phil. He’s the Angel of Death. Kristen is a god, and he is used as her vessel + is gifted powers by her apparently - but still calls himself an angel. So thank you for ruining my perfectly organised system /j) Now, these are the most common out of all the categories, they get more common as they go down, just like in any typical power structure. For examples, we have - Scott, Empires Season 1, Chosen Warrior of Aeor. Martyn, Limited Life, Vessel of the Watchers. Mike, QSMP, Vessel of Mine - (Yes I keep on using it but I think it’s cute and I already did something a bit ago about Phil and his stuff). Now, if you know these well, it will be immediately obvious that some of these are more parasitical than others. So, when I say Chosen, it doesn’t exactly have to mean that the two people in the link chose each other - just that the higher up one did. (Insert a majority of possession arcs into this box)

The last two I’m going to wrap up into a single one, as they’re pretty simple. Players and Mobs. Players are just any person, although a person can be a mob. Player - Mob hybrids are definitely a thing. This is the mortal box that the higher entities don’t really care about as much.

Sitting on the floor of the beach cabin, Tango began his admin magic routine.

First, he placed himself in his Decked Out 2 storage room. Deep breaths and a concentrated effort were needed for the walls and ceiling to begin to form, then the myriad of chests. He could still hear and feel everything, but instead of darkness he could clearly see the storage room before him. 

Grinning, Tango glanced down at his metaphysical hands. They were bare of gloves in this world, since fire could never harm anything inside his own head. Stretching his arms out, he spun in a circle to make sure everything was properly in place, then moved on to the next step.

He imagined that his body was a redstone machine, almost like a droid or a robot. It materialized in front of him as a diagram of circuitry. Glowing red light bulbs indicated where sensations were coming from. Carefully reaching out, Tango located the first glowing dot on top of the diagram’s head. His fingers touched the red light bulb, gently unscrewing it. The minute the light went out, he could feel the heat from his hair disappearing, the sensation vanishing. Satisfied, Tango reached for the next lightbulb, which was located by his face. 

It took a few minutes of unscrewing light bulbs, but Tango could feel himself starting to drift. With each carefully removed lightbulb his body became more detached from sensation. Temperature, sound, taste, the feeling of his heartbeat, all of it was unscrewed and carefully placed in his “inventory.” Then, once the diagram was dim and devoid of lightbulbs, Tango folded it up and carried it to his storage system. The diagram and all the lightbulbs were carefully stored away.

Properly detached from his body, now, Tango could start to feel the chaotic weight of code pressing in on him. His head began to ache. Tense, Tango walked away from the walls of chests and towards the open, cave-like portion of his storage room. In the real room, this cave opening would lead to the interior of Decked Out, stairs leading into the absolutely beautiful system that was his carefully color-coded redstone lives and painstakingly crafted tunnels. Here, in his own mind, the cave opening led to the rest of the world.

As per usual, the first glimpse at the world code was agonizing to look at. Xisuma had described for him one time how he saw code: to the voidkind, he’d said it was like shifting, moving nebulas; beautiful and colorful. Every player saw code differently as it needed to be interpreted by their individual minds. Tango, for this reason, didn’t see nebulas. Instead, millions of scarlet zeroes and ones stared back at him, each strand of code displayed as a string of glittering red binary. Each string laid flat against a surface found in the real world. If Tango looked hard enough he could see how they laid against the flat plane of the floor, or curved around soft bed mattresses and even made up the exterior of his friends. 

Grimacing at the confusing sight, Tango began to walk forward. He envisioned a bridge stretching out in front of him, a solid and easily visible pathway for him to walk on, and so it was. The pathway stretched across the coding of the beachhouse and out through the wall, out across the sand. He winced at the sight of the ocean; shifting, chaotically swirling numbers that sent stabs of pain through his eyes. Steeling himself, he imagined his bridge stretching over the waves and kept his eyes firmly fixed forward. 

There had to be something beyond the ocean. Even if it was just another few islands, perhaps they would be safer than the one they were currently on. Doing his best to suppress the pain in his temples, Tango stepped out over the water and began his journey.

Y'all, let me tell you, if I ever draw a "1" or a "0" again... it will be too soon XD that binary was BRUTAL. However, I think the effect came out quite nice!! And I've never drawn a bridge like that before so that was quite time consuming but also quite fun :D -Imagine

ROUND 2-B: Team Confidence VS Team Musical Number

About Wataru: President of the Theater Club and one of the Three/Five Eccentrics. He is extremely dramatic, and very talented in multiple music/acting related fields, including mimicking others' voices, magic tricks, hypnotizing, and (what he as claimed to be) sentient hair. He nick-names most people he meets, along with being known as "Masked Freak" himself. Others' believe that he lives in his own world, meanwhile he's normally hyperaware, not letting let his act down and always ensuring that everyone isn't bored.

About Lyer: A demon-like creature who seems to enjoy confusing and teasing World, who he attempted to kill in their first encounter. He shows a lot of confidence in both the way the way he talks and acts, along with often dancing and singing. He has a set of red strings that he uses to manipulate others (mainly World) and grab things, he can also shape-shift and has repeatedly appeared and disappeared out of nowhere. While it has not happened in the comic yet, it has been heavily foreshadowed in the animations that Lyer is going to use World to kill Mia.

About Oli: An isekaied bard, the first player on Empires SMP, and the sole survivor of Afterlife SMP, having found himself in Empires SMP after trying to find his version of Sausage and instead finding Pearl, he quickly noped out due to the large amount of both Pearl's and Sausage's heads and him wanting to be alive. During his first day/episode on Empires, he named his new home the Olipoligo, built a "mega base", named his wolf after Sausage, found and raided an ancient city, outran the Warden, speedran killing the Ender Dragon, kicked the server's first mystery, stole Gem's horn, got deemed a bard, and got arrested by Fwip. He has also; gathered a bunch of Ender Men via Ender Rail (In Afterlife), fell into dept with Fwip and the Goblin Empire, tried to return to Afterlife which failed, organized the Rift Festival, and accidentally hatched the Ender Dragon Egg.

About Doofensmirtz: An "evil" scientist with ambitions to take over the Tri-State Area. He has a giant building/house/lab with "Doofensmirtz Evil Incorporated", which is also sang every time it's first seen per episode. Everything he creates ends in -inator, with their purpose ranging from the previously mentioned taking over the Tri-State Area or at least minorly inconveniencing it, to getting petty revenge on someone, to some kind of weird revenge related to his awful childhood. He named an evil organization L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N., which is technically an acronym the full name isn't much better as it stands for "League Of Villainous Evildoers Maniacally United For Frightening Investments in Naughtiness". After he retired from evil he temporarily joined O.W.C.A partially thanks to him being legally an ocelot, and made an time machine shaped like a taco stand with no option for day; as it was replaced with a cup holder, and diverged a major world-saving plan to get his favorite orange soda.

I'm rambling about this and no one will care but WHATEVER

Smp The Odyssey (more so epic the musical) au (Scott centric)

Basically it all starts with esmp s1 with Scott, and all canon events there happen all pretty much the same EXCEPT jimmy gets killed in front of Scott, and that after life doesn't last. All ESMP S1 leaders become the Greek pantheon

(Scott is Athena, Pix is Zeus, Joel is Ares, Lizzie is Aphrodite u get the picture)

The reincarnation of Aeor and all that doesn't stop , cut to ESMP 2 Scott hundreds of years later lives in the small empire of Rivendell (it's rulers died and hasn't been stable sense) and adapts to a life of crime to survive and gets his baby llama, Owen. before quickly realizing Owen was a shape shifter disguised as a llama to get free food.

He has Esmp s1 Scott who for simplicity sake I'm gonna call Tundra following him around throughout his childhood, and gives him the test in his teen years to steal the skull without dying, Tundra takes his eye and trains him from there on out. Pressuring him into becoming an king of his own nation and constantly eluding to Xornoth without outright stating it.

Scott however, hates this role. It's not him. He's a free spirit who can't be bothered to rule a kingdom. So he leaves with Owen and doesn't look back, only for months later to be confronted by Tundra (cue my goodbye from epic)

He takes back Scott's new magic eye, and tells Scott he basically ruined everything, and Scott doesn't understand, insulting Tundra for stringing him along and implies that Tundra only does this for his pride. Meanwhile tundra was trying to make sure Scott didn't repeat his mistakes

He shows Scott that all the other empires were attacked in his disappearance, that Jimmy, sausage, everyone had died to Xornoth while he was absent. Then, Tundra with the blade I can't remember the name of from ESMP 1 kills Scott, sending him to an after life with Owen, and stepping over him and sheriff Jimmy's corpses and through a portal

Hundreds

Years later there's a old abandoned museum of the ESMP 2 empires, that's built on top of a similar one of the ESMP 1 empires. Witch Smp Scott (who will be called Witch for simplicity) finds it and is exploring it with his lover pre deathification. Tundra now starts following him around. His test being the witch competition itself. He sees Joey summon Xornoth and rushes to introduce himself to witch. Witch knows of him and finds him super cool and looks up to him as a friend.

He follows in Tundra's orders. Making his own empire with his lover, having a kid (who I haven't. Made many decisions about yet I just know I want him to interact with Esmp 2 Scott's ghost at some point tho)

Witch trains under Tundra for awhile, before finding red vines creeping out of the ocean and Tundra deciding it's time.

Other scenes / stuff is I want A LOT of the other Scott's present.

Teleporter Scott as Hermes, Life serise Scott teamed up with Xornoth, Id love to include vampire Scott cause he's a favorite but I have 0 clue where. Cleo from witch Smp is Witch's BFF, (gets killed)

I LOVE THE IDEA OF GOD GAMES W Tundra Lizzie and Joel all ESMP 1 it BANGS.

Also imagine witch slowly as it goes own growing antlers from his little horns as he becomes more ruthless. During god games I like the idea of Jimmy being one of the easier ones Tundra has to convince, I like the idea of witch getting trained outside of time in a completely fixed Rivendell only when Tundra leaves him to be left in the real ruins of Rivendell.
