I do fw that headcanon. I can imagine--

Months/years in isolation destroyed Leafy.

She hated herself. She punished herself. She pushed everyone who tried to help away. She told herself that she deserved it.

Yoyleland had very little food sources. She turned to yoylebushes and their budding fruit: yoyleberries.

Fresh, ripe, unprocessed yoyleberries.

The cool smell of the leaves, like mint, while the fruit was balmy. The initial sweet flavor on the tongue, followed by sour the longer it sat in her mouth. The metallic aftertaste.

Sometimes, she can still smell and taste it. Nobody will bring it up and she can feel it on her tongue, in her nostrils.. she HATES it.

Now, in the romance department!!

I am not that much of a romantic myself,,, but I know a thing or two about writing it!! And I've confirmed romantic attractions for several characters.

I think it's a wonderful idea!! Part of the redux is presenting different dynamics and relationships. Healthy, unhealthy, or otherwise.

I think Match had feelings for Pencil around BFDIA-IDFB. It began to die down in BFB, especially after both of their eliminations. They suddenly had problems. (Six years of trauma) Doomed toxic one-sided yuri!

I also considered Needle and Pencil, which would also be toxic and probably doomed because of the way Pencil was with Needle in BFDIA and how she is with her whole team in IDFB. (inspired by this tiktok)

I toyed with Golf Ball and Tennis Ball but I find it didn't go anywhere, I didn't like it. I ended up giving the flirtiness between them in BFB to Lollipop. The old character proposal I made for them is getting a huge overhaul!

Lollipop flirts with every friend she makes but she is a lesbian!! If Teardrop stuck around after BFB ended, the two of them would've kissed. TD is demiromantic!!

Pen, Blocky, and Eraser as a polycule mayhaps? With Blocky splitting off following BFB post-split and maybe doing something with Woody. I like queer relationships I am queer

Price Tag and Book could be worth something. They're both in a good headspace for it in TPOT!

If the audience has any suggestions, I am all ears!! They do not have to be healthy. They can be toxic and doomed.

Part I: Exteriors | Part II

So after the long-awaited addition of Infants and Ceilings to the game, I realized I should probably update my one furnished build (so far) for these features. Unfortunately I got carried away again and just ended up revamping the whole build from the exterior, to each individual room + some new ones! This version has also been more extensively play-tested over time with all age groups and pets, with some extra fire hazard and accessibility issues addressed.

Portal in the tower/Collections room also makes potential burglaries more threatening, but if you’re an occult you’re expected to employ practical DADA techniques to avert this

Redid terrain paint. Twice. Why tf does it just vanish randomly sometimes

NEW Magic Bean Hunt! Stump is located where the magic realm portal used to be and beans are strategically hidden around the lot. I'd love to see how long it takes for you to catch them all!

Washbasins for rooms without bathrooms now look like washbasins and are actually useable, both on and off grid

Added privacy hedges and lattices to backyard and fenced in chicken run

Potions Crafting Table added to Spell-room

Crafters Supply Cabinet added to Kitchen

Pocketed pocket doors

Secret Cat Room color scheme updated and cat-approved artwork added

Companion and NPC Edits

Starting to edit NPCs now, and Isabela is first up. This mod gives her a new outfit and retexture to match her favourite colours.

Works with any Izzy face retexture, and I highly recommend the Rivaini Isabela - Redux Version pictured here to give her back her darker skin plus some extra wrinkles, given that she's in her mid 50's now!

willoughby hair overlays redux

pre swatch update, i made these hair overlays. now those are pretty much obsolete, except for old cc hair, so i made some new ones! the original swatches are included in this untouched, so you can just delete the old version from your mods folder

as i said last time, it won't work perfectly with every hair, that wouldn’t even be possible

hair bows, clips, headbands, and other hair accessories will likely also change colors

not intended for ombre hairs. but it actually looks pretty cool sometimes tbh

versions located under brow ring (left), mouth crease, and tattoo (upper chest)!

doesn’t affect eyebrows or facial hair so strictly maxis match ppl look out

highly recommend using a custom hairline

works for all ages and frames. won't work well with infants, though (the non-cc hairs at least)

the black is for when the ea non-blue black is grey for no reason 🤢. the original black overlay is ok but sometimes i find it makes that swatch too dark and you lose detail in the texture. this black is just a little less intense. so i recommend that one for the non-blue black and the original for the blue black swatch!

Voodoo Veve Rugs as Floor Lights

I redid my first veves to be glowing floor lights, which I've been wanting to do since I made glowing veves from Cyberpunk 2077.

You get the veves for Damballah/Zombi (snakes), Baron Samedi (coffins), Papa Legba (pineapples), and Marie Laveau (heart); but I added 1 extra veve for Ogun (diamonds).

And that's that!
