i think the thing that really gets me about all the "we've got to kill this guy kabru" meme redraws with mithrun is that in the very first conversation mithrun has with laios, he trusts him with, essentially the fate of the world and his life long revenge quest against the demon

if dorian didn't show up, do you think louis would have shot minnie?
I do. I know some people think either he wouldn't have or he would've missed so that's why the writers had him shoot Dorian instead, but mmmmmm no, I don't personally think so. I like to think that if he had taken the shot, his shaky hands would've caused him to shoot her fatally.
Mostly because I'm already so normal about the fact that of the Ericson crew, Marlon and Louis are the only ones with a body count. Well, that we know of, but shown to us in the game, at least. Plus, we know it's Louis' first kill.
Like yeah, Clementine and AJ become part of the crew and they have bigger body counts, and if we're counting indirect kills caused by actions, then Tenn has a count... and I guess everyone has blood on their hands for blowing up the boat... but I'm talking about killed directly with a weapon like....... I lied, I'm not normal about that at all, Louis and Marlon are the ones who have killed someone in Louis' route. I'm also not normal about the fact that Louis kills Dorian and then even as he's clearly in shock, he tries to go with Clementine to get AJ, and then later on when they talk about it, he says it feels like bile but not quite and he's glad he has it in him to do it.... listen, listen, listen... I'm obsessed with that.
Anyway, so if Louis shot Minerva, I think he would've accidentally killed her and can you imagine? He's already enough of a mess after killing the woman who pinned him down and tried to cut his finger off [or succeeded] but he knew Minerva, they were friends before the twins were taken. Even Violet couldn't kill her even though that would've been the smarter thing to do, and we know thanks to meta knowledge that killing her would've saved lives, but Violet couldn't, and I don't think Louis would intentionally either.
Speaking of Violet, if Louis killed Minerva, I hate to think about what that would've done to Vi. I think she might've actually left at that point, like what was planned before it got changed to her being burned. I don't think she would've attacked Louis over it, though, like yeah she attacked Clementine in the cell but Louis? I don't know, but I don't think so just because it's Louis and he'd be a mess about it anyway.
Though if he did kill her, it would be a neat parallel to draw... y'know, because Louis forgave AJ for killing Marlon even though he was pissed and heartbroken, and Violet was annoyed with him the entire time... but could she ever forgive Louis for killing Minerva? Y'know? We already have a similar parallel with AJ shooting Tenn, but still.
If Clementine killed Minerva in that moment, though, then I could see Violet attacking her since in her eyes, Clem proved her right.
So yeah, I get why they added the Dorian kill to his route. It adds another compelling element to Louis as a character, but we also need Minerva alive for episode 4; Louis can't kill her, he can't miss, and he's not going to stay with her because we need Violet to stay on the boat and him to be on shore for all routes.
#asks#twdg louis#twdg minerva#twdg clementine#twdg violet#twdg marlon#twdg tenn#honestly whenever i see someone say louis is the boring option i'm just like '.......that's your opinion but also how can you say that??'#then again i'm sure other people look at me saying violentine just isn't for me and they say the same thing so y'know... i can't talk haha#also time is such a weird thing because i look at the entire cell scene in louis' route and like... i'm not even mad about violet anymore#like yeah i still don't believe she was brainwashed like i'm sorry y'all only believe that because kent said something about it#not because there's all this evidence toward it in game like vi being pissed at clementine makes sense she doesn't need to be brainwashed#for it to work like her being vulnerable and easily manipulated into submission makes perfect sense especially with minerva there#it's like everyone was pissed that she attacked clementine and people needed a way to excuse it so it's not violet's fault when like...#that's literally what makes it interesting like calm down it's okay if violet is pissed and scared and behaves accordingly#also my controversial opinion of the day that i'll hide here in the tags so maybe people won't find it sksksk but#I personally find the concept of vinerva and the doomed tragedy of it more compelling than anything violentine did#like i'll defend violentine and i do believe it's an important and good ship it's just not my personal favorite#anyway but then the whole thing with lilly and minerva is so good and louis screaming FUCK YOU at minerva?? amazing love it so good#i love when the soft character who never chooses violence is so pissed off that all that anger they have boils to the surface and it's raw#like... he's SO mad he's SO furious he's SOOO UPSET like he wasn't even like this when marlon died or anything like he hit his limit#and then shooting dorian through the mouth while an accident is just well done i love it and i love his reaction of mortification#and apologizing and YET he still tries to go with clementine he's trembling and can barely string together a sentence but he wants to go#he wants to help her he wants to save aj THAT is the gut reaction he has after everything that just went down#'louis isn't loyal or good for clem because of the vote' babe tell me you don't understand any nuance of louis' character without telling m#it's fine IT'S FINE you don't have to agree and i just have to remind myself that it's fine not everyone likes louis we're okay#this drives me crazy in the best way like y'know what? i love the cells scene in louis' route all of it even the stuff i used to rant about#even the stuff that used to piss me off now i'm just like 'no wait past cj was dumb she wasn't looking at it this way aaaaaaaa' sksksks#that was my tag ted talk about the cell scene thank you

❛ we make each other alive . .
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
does it matter if it hurts? ❜
I’M COMING, WAIT FOR ME.
PLOT you enter the hunger games a proud weapon of your district, only to find your sharpest blade is the boy beside you, and you’re not sure which one of you the capitol wants to break first.
CONTENT prologue, best read in dark mode, rafe cameron x reader au, blood, violence, murder, manipulation, grief, hallucinations, intense survival situations. HUNGER GAMES EEKEKEKEKEEK
main masterlist | tag list | next
Tumblr media
you practically volunteer for death with a smile on your face.
the sky is too blue for bloodshed. but the flags flap like they know what’s coming. red, black, and concrete gray, colors that mean order. control. victory.
your boots hit the stone square in time with a hundred others. it smells like sweat, steel, and the stale echo of war. no one cries here. they only clench their jaws tighter.
the stage looms. peacekeepers gleam like statues. the man with the mic is already smiling with his perfect teeth, slick voice. the reaping bowl is silver and deep, shimmering like a trap.
they call a name. not yours. but you step forward anyway. you say it loud, “i volunteer as tribute.”
your voice cuts through the silence like a blade. cheers erupt, not for you, but for the performance. and you grin.
you take the girl’s place, step onto the stage. raise your chin like your mother told you to. and then they call the boy’s name. and that’s when the blood begins.
another boy shoves forward. bigger. older. louder. he doesn’t want to wait to die. he wants the glory, the blood, the roar of the crowd.
but the name already belongs to him. the quiet one, the one with the sharp collar and colder eyes, the one whose father whispered into the right ears.
he doesn’t speak, doesn’t ask permission, just moves. and when it’s over, the bigger boy is choking on the stage, teeth cracked like glass, blood puddling under his skull.
the real tribute stands above him, bruised, breathing like a machine, lip split open and dripping down his chin.
you watch it all. you don’t blink once. this is what you signed up for.
the man with the mic stammers something patriotic, something rehearsed, and then,
“rafe cameron and y/n y/l/n, this year’s tributes for district two!”
you reach for him. he wipes his mouth with the back of his wrist, smearing red across the curve of his hand. then he grips yours with that same hand, tight, unflinching.
you raise your arms together. blood paints the space between your fingers. the cameras catch it all.
the crowd goes fucking feral. you’re smiling like you’ve won already. he’s not smiling at all. and somehow, that’s worse.
you don’t look like heroes. you don’t look like victims. you look like monsters. and somewhere far away, on a train bound for the capitol, other tributes watch this moment play on a screen, and feel the first true pang of fear.
district two is coming. and it’s already soaked in red.

THIS SERIES will have literally teasing psycho rafe & silent killer reader probably. i wanna make it brutal, bloody, violent, but also raw and vulnerable eventually! theyre still humans at the end of the day. there are just a few things to know:
ONE theyre obviously from district 2. rafes dad is a peacekeeper, or something related to that. for the reader its undecided tbh but u guys can give me ideas if u want!! rafes family exists but i doubt we’ll hear much from them.
TWO reader is unfortunately one of the careers who are brainwashed into training to volunteer someday and represent their district. rafe has his own similar reason that we’ll get into in this series soon!!
THREE i might put up a poll for u guys to decide whether we pull the “lovers who die together”, “lovers where one dies and the other wins”, “lovers who win together because fuck katniss & peeta i guess” cards, so the ending is entirely up to u guys!!
LET ME KNOW if u would like to be part of this tag list, i’ll take a break from shameless to rewatch or reread thg idc. im having sm ideas now that SOTR came out LOL

You know, the cookies of darkness is kinda like a cult. Cause most of them were taken in at their lowest of lows or had no other choice but to join. So here's what I think of em. (under the cut)
Tumblr media
And I'll name most of em off.
Licorice Cookie: Dude was literally an outcast in every sense, it's assumed that his tribe literally fluffing DIED and that the magic he was good in (necromancy) is relatively frowned apon. He was an outcast, and likely starved of attention due to having no peers around him that he could really connect to beyond VERY surface level things, and Dark Enchantress probably took advantage on it, I could see him being given praise for his magic early on, but never getting any of that attention later. That very want for attention from one of the few who actually expressed any interest in his talents being the only reason he's still around.
Poison Mushroom Cookie: That's a child, probably an orphan, possibly alone because of their poisonous shroomies driving most away. Similar case to Licorice, the kiddo got attached to the ones around them and doesn't want to leave.
Red Velvet Cookie: He was born into this, came out the oven without an arm, and is (what I'm assuming) part cakehound, he was born an outcast, and likely has nowhere else to go. Red Velvet clearly cares about the cakehounds and soldiers more enough to keep him to stay. He has little other choice at this point.
Pomegranate Cookie: She was literally trained to be a high priestess to her village, and then learned that she was fated to effectively destroy it. I'm betting my right leg that she was probably DEVASTATED when she learned that, to learn that everything she has worked up to, she would betray. She trusted the mirrors vision over her own wants, and so she left to serve darkness, and (like Licorice Cookie) was given praise at what she done to her village, but that praise became less and less frequent over time. the combination of her having no other place to go, effectively destroying all allys she could have, the same starvation of praise, and her blind trust in Dark Enchantress Cookie leaving her unable to leave, not without a fight.
Dark Choco Cookie: I think this one was pretty simple. He was already pretty vulnerable and broken down on his own after losing everything to a sword he's stuck with. He got manipulated and brainwashed into thinking he had no other chance and that he was stuck forever. No lovebombing, no praise, just manipulation from somebody with a silver tongue. (His abandoning of the C.O.D. is something that could happen to any of the rest, but his already fragile connection made it a lot easier for him to break ties.)
Strawberry Crepe Cookie: A (possibly robot) child who thought they were abandoned by their kingdom(and which they sadly kinda were). They were alone with only robots to comfort them, do I even need to explain this?
Matcha Cookie: Like Red Velvet, but kinda worse. She was deemed a failure and had EVEN LESS TIME TO GROW OR DEVELOP BEFORE BEING THROWN INTO WORKING FOR THEM (At least, I'm guessing she didn't), plus she didn't have cakehounds to connect with, just her plants.
Butter Roll Cookie: Dude was kiddnapped. Need I say more?
Affogato Cookie: If he didn't join, he would probably be dead. Again, need I say more?
So far, I think this kinda matches up with a cult, but if anyone has a better definition for it, do tell in a reblog or comment.
That's about it, if any more of these guys come out, I'll update this.

the illusion of free will
Tumblr media
people say shigaraki is responsible for the deaths he caused, and while i don’t completely deny that, it’s way more complicated than just “free will.” what people miss is that he was groomed from the age of five, when he was at his most vulnerable until he finally broke free from afo’s grasp. afo deliberately took him in at a point where he was completely dependent on others for guidance, then shaped him into the perfect successor.
to shigaraki, his master wasn’t just a villain, he was his savior, the only one who “understood” him, the only one who gave him a sense of purpose after the world abandoned him. and that’s exactly how manipulation works. afo didn’t just take him in, he rewired his entire mind, fed him lies, reinforced his hatred, and conditioned him to believe that destruction was his only salvation. shigaraki never had a chance to form his own worldview because afo made sure to mold it for him.
look at shigaraki’s reaction when he was separated from afo, it wasn’t just anger, it was pure desperation. that’s the reaction of someone who has been so deeply conditioned that he doesn’t know how to function outside of his abuser’s influence. shigaraki was entirely dependent on afo, and when you’re raised under constant manipulation, you don’t suddenly “wake up” and realize you’ve been controlled your whole life.
it doesn’t work that way. when he saw all might trying to save bakugo while attacking the league, he felt betrayed by the world all over again. to him, it was proof that heroes will never save people like him. but that idea wasn’t his, it was something afo planted in his mind for years, reinforcing it over and over until shigaraki believed it as an absolute truth. so when afo was no longer there, what was left? nothing but the doctrine his master forced onto him. if he wasn’t groomed, if he wasn’t brainwashed into thinking destruction was his only option, then he would have taken another path. but that was never an option for him because he never had the freedom to choose in the first place. as afo himself admitted, shigaraki never had free will. none of his choices were ever his own.
compare this to dabi and toga. they were abused, but they never had an outside force controlling them like afo did with shigaraki. they became villains on their own terms, dabi out of revenge, toga out of rejection from society. but shigaraki? his entire ideology was forced onto him. if afo had gotten to shoto instead, then shoto would have ended up just like shigaraki.
and here’s the worst part; nobody in the story even questions it. if horikoshi wanted us to humanize the villains, then he should have given them a humanizing death, something that forced people to acknowledge what they went through and how they ended up like this. but instead, nobody even stops to ask why afo had to groom a child into being his successor. nobody wonders why japan’s greatest villain was so reliant on manipulating a mentally ill, traumatized young man into doing his bidding. they just see shigaraki as a monster.
shigaraki never had a choice, but the world acts like he did.

Chishiya Yandere Alphabet | AIB ♤
Tumblr media Tumblr media
TEMPLATE CREDIT
Note: Can be read as them being in the Real world or Borderlands.
Some parts are divided and show how he would act in both worlds.
Affection: How do they show their love and affection? How intense would it get?
Chishiya its know for being bad with feelings and even more with affection. It would not be intense but you would notice he does tell you how you did something right and does not taunt you or mocks you as much as he does to others.
Blood: How messy are they willing to get when it comes to their darling?
As much as he needs. Chishiya its never the cultrip. No he plans everything so another person takes the blame for his actions. If he needs to physically hurt someone for you then he plans that other person does the job. No one would ever be able to connect it to him.
Cruelty: How would they treat their darling once abducted? Would they mock them?
I see him more of someone who would manipulate you into a relationship with him or at least at being close to him rather than abduct you. He would appear as your only option or savior. His taunts and mocks are tone down for you.
Darling: Aside from abduction, would they do anything against their darling’s will?
Yes. You wont notice it but Chishiya will go against your wish and slowly wrap your mind around his own ideas. Maybe you want to help others like a good person, well Chishiya would remove whatever empaty you have in you and leave it only for himself.
Exposed: How much of their heart do they bare to their darling? How vulnerable are they when it comes to their darling?
As I said he cant be difficult with feelings. In fact he knows this is not love but something darker and far more twisted. Chishiya has accepted he cant love in a traditional way. Even if he has you on your knees for him he wont ever be able to show his true colors to you (these are even strange to him) or be vulverable in front of you.
Fight: How would they feel if their darling fought back?
Dissapointed. He expected better from you than to go against his will. If its at the start then he blames himself for not being more careful with how he was approaching you, but if its after sometime you two have been together then he is just...void. Its going to give you the cold shoulder till he notices you cant do anything without him. May let you get hurt so you cry for his help.
Game: Is this a game to them? How much would they enjoy watching their darling try to escape?
Yes and No.
For him every person its a game he can play with. You included. He wont mind seeing you try and escape him at least at the start. But he also finds you too...addictive. Like from all the toys he has you are his favorite, so he cant let you go.
Hell: What would be their darling’s worst experience with them?
Insilation caused by him so you would only depend on him, and if he is mad at you then he leaves you alone.
Emotional breaking, he breaks your feelings till there is just space for him in you. You will end brainwashed and clean of your old persona.
Ideals: What kind of future do they have in mind for/with their darling?
Depends. He may want to keep things without a name. In the Real world his family may Force him to marry you and he would do it. Better you than a stranger. In the Borderlands he looks out to survive and since he has a strange care for you then he keeps you alive.
Jealousy: Do they get jealous? Do they lash out or find a way to cope?
No. Chishiya knows thats a sign of weakness at least to him it is. He wont get jealous if someone its with you because he knows you only have eyes and mind for him. He may appear besides you and wrap and arm around you just in case that other person has notice that he is basically making you his puppet. Its a warning to back off.
Kisses: How do they act around or with their darling?
Chishiya its a bit softer if that possible. When he is alone with you he lets you touch him and caress his hair and face. He even smiles around you and loses that calculated and playful look he usually has.
Love letters: How would they go about courting or approaching their darling?
Real world: He may meet you at the Hospital or at a random place. He is slow about approaching you or courting you. He may only try to end being close to you if he finds you interesting in his own twisted way.
Borderlands: May approach you after a game or at the Beach. You are the perfect victim for him. He may try and appear helpful but in reality he just wants to use you.
Mask: Are their true colors drastically different from the way they act around everyone else?
Yes and No. He is softer with you but he also likes to keep a good facade. He does not want you to be used to a extremely different way than is usual self and start to question him later.
Naughty: How would they punish their darling?
Mentally. Insolation and mental torture. He does not want you to have physicall marks that may get attention on you. Besides the mental torture will make you think twice about you doing something.
Oppression: How many rights would they take away from their darling?
Real world: Lots but it also depends how deep your relationship goes. Chishiya would prefer to toy with you himself. Its what he wants, you away from friends and family. If he is forced to marry you it get worse. He demands you to leave work and be at home. You are not allowed to have Friends over or visit family unless its necesary to keep up the happy marriage facade.
Borderlands: Not a lot. He may tell you to stay away from problems at the beach but apart from being someone who sometimes takes care of him when he allows it then he will let you do as you wish as long as you dont cause him any problem.
Patience: How patient are they with their darling?
Patient enough. Like this Man believes everybody is under him, so he has developed a level of patience thats beyond human...
With you he is even more. Maybe he its a firm beliver that you are dumb (and that makes his life so much funnier). May treat you like a baby if you are dumb enough....or leave you.
Quit: If their darling dies, leaves, or successfully escapes, would they ever be able to move on?
Yes. Why would he ever be truly attached to you ? You were his toy and he failed on keeping you. For him you are a broken thing he could not keep. And thats it. He may miss your soft touches but that passes quickly.
Regret: Would they ever feel guilty about abducting their darling? Would they ever let their darling go?
First, he does not abduct you so no. Second no. You are his favorite toy and maybe just maybe he loves you but he knows nothing about feelings so it may as well be is brain and human nature looking for company. Still he wont let you go that easy. Unless you piss him off or he gets tired of you.
Stigma: What brought about this side of them (childhood, curiosity, etc)?
Since he was young he was a strange kid. Being left apart by his parents did not help. He does not understand feelings and feels a big detachment from others. Probably caused by his parents non interest on him. He sees others as less and as things he can use. Why not use one of them (you) yo try and live that "connection" others seems to form so easily.
Tears: How do they feel about seeing their darling scream, cry, and/or isolate themselves?
No. He feels nothing when that happens. Borderlands or Real World. In the Borderlands he may get worried if you dont come out from your room...if he is still interested in you thats it. But for crying...he does not know how to deal with it.
Unique: Would they do anything different from the classic yandere?
While a classic Yandere either hurts a lot others or is 100% in love. Chishiya justs keeps you by his side because you make him feel....well less non human. And also because he founds it funnier each time you two pass time together. Why ? Because you are so dumb love with him and he finds it funny.
Vice: What weakness can their darling exploit in order to escape?
Honestly? Nothing. This Man leaves you himself if he loses interest and the tables may turn because he left you so broken and depend on him that you are the one who ends seeking him.
Wit’s end: Would they ever hurt their darling?
Mentally ? Yes. He is ready to break you and pull you back together so he can use you as he pleases.
Xoanon: How much would they revere or worship their darling? To what length would they go to win their darling over?
It may sound cruel. But he does not find whatever you do that special. He would only feel different when you take care of him. But he knows you do it because he pushed you into it. So even that its not something he would worship.
Yearn: How long do they pine after their darling before they snap?
Depends on how you are. He may find you interesting for some reason he cant figure out and thats what makes him act. He would not really use lots of times on looking into your past. He is able to know someone by having a few words with them.
Zenith: Would they ever break their darling?
Yes. He will destroy your mental state, leaving you to be fully depend on him. He will ruin your life, work, Friends...no one will look for you and will lose interest in you. Leaving you alone with only him to be there to pick up the broken pieces.

You just remembered something your alien friend said about the big old book downstairs, and trusting words written by your own hand. What the heck did she mean by that?
Tumblr media
Is your friend suggesting that you were the one who wrote this inscription? You find that idea a bit hard to swallow. Still, your friends are always babbling about time travel... You always thought this inscription was written to your poppop by his nanna, who was your great great grandmother, founder of the corporation you'll inherit in a few years.
I don't blame Jane for being confused, as the messaging here is all over the place. The Nannalore was intended for pre-Scratch John, but she can only interpret it as a message for old Poppop, which raises questions that don't have answers.
Just like Jake, she can't arrive at anything close to a correct conclusion without knowledge of the Scratch.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
That said, she should know that something fantastical is going on. One of her friends is actively pirating Sburb's source code, another lives a stone's throw away from the Frog Temple, and they've both been completely open about everything. For crying out loud, she's already dreaming on Prospit, and she's still skeptical!
Tumblr media
I have to assume it’s that damn tiara. It's brainwashing Jane, compelling her to ignore the realities of her life. Jane might literally be incapable of recognizing that she's not a perfectly ordinary corporate heiress - and thus, she becomes vulnerable to further manipulation by English's faction.

SKZ Mate: Chapter 18
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Trigger Warnings: Violence, trauma, underage sex, coercion, childhood trauma, manipulation, grooming, implied non-consent, death, grief, magic, obsession, paranoia, abandonment, betrayal, forced breeding, torture, brainwashing, sacrilege, sacrifice, judgement, uncomfortable themes
The room was silent. No one uttered a word at the revelation. They were stunned into silence. Some of them even frowned, if not glared at the thought that Hyunjin was their omega's alpha. It made no sense. If Hyunjin was her alpha at some point it meant Hyunjin must have abused her too. He must have tormented her, assaulted her, abused her. There was no way he could justify it now, it was impossible. There were still so many questions. Why did Hyunjin not save her? Why did Hyunjin abandon her? Why did Hyunjin not confess to Chan at the beginning? Did he know that Y/N was Chan's mate? All of these questions were flying around the room silently. Some of them were accusations against Hyunjin. Most of which he did not want to answer nor did he feel he had to. Hyunjin had already explained his story once before to them so why should he reveal it again? They all knew why Chan had stolen Hyunjin, he was Chan's childhood best friend's half-brother that was given to Hongjoong because he was a bastard. Before he died he had begged Chan to find him and to save him. The older half-brother regretted every day what his mother did to Hyunjin. The younger alpha never deserved to be treated the way he was. It was never Hyunjin's fault his parents committed adultery.
Hyunjin was someone who didn't take it lightly when he wasn't trusted. It was an insult to him, but right now he didn't have much of a choice. Either way, he had to confess the truth and accept whether Chan would exile him or not, but Hyunjin was smarter. There was a way he could make Chan accept him and that was by threatening Chan with his omega. Chan would never let anyone take his mate away but Hyunjin couldn't abandon her now since she was back with him. No, she was Hyunjin's in more ways than one and Chan was about to find that out very quickly. Hyunjin could see it. The minute he revealed that it was him and not Wooyoung, Chan had pulled the omega into his arms. He feared the other alpha. If he let her sit there, Hyunjin would grab her and she would never be seen again. It made Hyunjin laugh to see the head alpha so worried. For someone who had such a high status in the werewolf community, he was actually quite vulnerable. Chan had an obvious weakness. Y/N. Without her Chan was nothing. He had the elders of the werewolf council but it was never enough. Chan was a stray who was kicked out of his pack for helping his uncle kill his older brother to be a more powerful alpha. Except that wasn't entirely true. Chan's uncle had coerced Chan as a young boy from the age of ten. He groomed Chan. Gave him everything he ever wanted. Mentored him. Helped him. Everything. It was also the reason why Chan could not stand to be seen as weak. He hated being dominated and he definitely hated being manipulated when he was out-casted by his pack. Still, Chan's older brother had died and Chan was blamed for it because Chan's uncle had to disappear right at the scene. There was no way of proving Chan was innocent so he left as a lone wolf and saved those who were exiled. He saved victims who were accused like Jisung, Minho, Hyunjin and Seungmin. The others chose Chan for his politics. Jeongin chose Chan because he trusted Minho and grew up with him. Felix and Changbin came from similar werewolf packs who left because they heard who Chan was.
Despite all that he has achieved, the need for a soul mate was the root of the problem that fueled Chan's early corruption. His uncle promised him a soul mate if he became an alpha. A soul mate so pure and virtuous. A soul mate who would breed for Chan and provide him with pups. A soul mate who would provide him with an apex. That was the sickest thing Chan learned as a boy of ten. He learned about breeding at such a young age. Even when it came to sex Chan learned it at the ripe age of fourteen with a female omega in his pack who was around the same age. He had to learn, that's what his uncle taught him. He needed to know how to please his omega. This was the reason Chan had such a bad obsession with finding his soul mate. He raided several packs trying to find her but all he did was cause more damage, and he became a threat to werewolf packs. He became a monster. It was only his best friend who could get the alpha to snap out of it. It was only him who could break it gently to his alpha that he was obsessing over something his abuser told him as a child. Minho was another wolf who knew some of the story and promised Chan's best friend he would protect the alpha from his uncle. Minho was the only wolf who had seen Chan break down at the sudden realisation there was no omega. Except his uncle never told a lie, because he found her and Chan would always protect her no matter what. Chan would fight to the death if he had to. He lost so much in life that all he wanted was one ounce of happiness and now that he got it, he wanted to consume it, with or without Hyunjin there.
So now Chan was left with a very easy choice. Banish him. Chan had already made up his mind and Hyunjin could read that, but Hyunjin wasn't going to walk away. Oh, he couldn't. Y/N was soul-bound to him. Her soul was linked to his. His soul was hers. Her soul was his. Hyunjin had used dark magic behind Hongjoong's back to keep her safe because he loved her. In spite of Hyunjin's actions towards her at the beginning, he loved his favourite little omega. His omega was the smartest omega he had ever met when she was his omega. His omega was the one who had found a way to block Hyunjin from her mind. She could even prevent him from feeling her. The reason was because of her perseverance and mental strength, but that wasn't how he fell in love with her. It was the fact she had annoyed him into liking her. Hyunjin was a strict alpha with her. Hyunjin was in charge of the omegas, Jongho, Yeosang and Y/N. To teach them, look after them, care for them. Hyunjin was even colder than he was now, his words were sharper, if not harsher. His defiant female omega had broken his ice-cold heart with her shameless attitude. Every time he made her stay with him as a punishment she would do something obnoxious. Steal his paintbrushes. Swap his books out. The worst she had ever done was swap one of his photographs with a naked one of her. Hyunjin was filled with rage that day and her shameless behaviour. He had never met a woman like her but there she was. It didn't help that Hyunjin was a massive prude back then. Still, Hyunjin learned to love her, which was why he wasn't going to let anything happen to her. He knew she wasn't Hongjoong or Ateez's soul mate so to protect her he bound her soul to his. Hongjoong learned Hyunjin was keeping a secret from him. He knew Hyunjin adored his omega more than anything so Hongjoong had him tortured. Hyunjin was beaten several times with wolfsbane and injected with mistletoe (a slow but deadly poison). Hyunjin was then dragged into a graveyard and was cursed with a dark aura that would be passed down through his bloodline if he did have children that was. The dark aura is the essence of evil that binds the werewolf to both life and death. The nature of their soul is used to feed lycans. Lycans were cursed werewolves who ate people, but there were very few left as most were killed. Hyunjin's soul was supposed to be damned and changed into a lycan but it never happened, much to Hongjoong's confusion. The main reason this never happened was due to the fact half of his soul was Y/N's. Y/N's half prevented the evil from being absorbed, however, the dark aura that was cursed upon him was also engrained into Y/N. She too had a dark aura inside of her, but she didn't know that.
Now that she was bound to him, Hyunjin couldn't leave her. Not ever. The only reason he abandoned her was because he was a selfish, angry coward. He wanted to use her to anger Hongjoong. He wanted her to breed Hongjoong's pups so they would be infected with the dark aura. That anger had eventually faded and then Hyunjin buried his head in the sand all those years as he waited for the pain of her death. He waited and waited and it never came. Which was why he reacted the way he did when he saw her. He was afraid of her reaction. He was afraid she would tell him she hated him and that she never loved him. He was afraid that she regretted binding their souls, but it never came. Y/N never knew who he was. To an extent he was relieved but deep down he was distraught. His little defiant omega was gone and was replaced with something Seonghwa had ruined. So now the story takes another dark turn. Something sinister is about to arise and now Hyunjin cannot leave Y/N. Chan cannot banish him, but that still leaves Chan and his pack of stray kids with a burning question. How the fuck did Hongjoong know Y/N was his mate? And what the fuck is coming for Stray kids.

Just saw a dudebro post on YouTube: “Dutch Van Der Linde is Misunderstood.” No. No, we understand him quite well, actually; people that say he’s manipulative and a bad person aren’t misunderstanding him or his character; you are simply not understanding that Arthur is an unreliable narrator when it comes to Dutch and his flaws. Dutch is not some savior; he’s not a man trying to keep his family together the best he can; he allows his “family” to fall apart; he betrays this “family”; he overall is neglectful of this “family” throughout the game. Arthur is brainwashed; Arthur is unreliable when it comes to clocking Dutch and his poor behavior until much later in the game, when even he and John say that Dutch was probably always like that; they were blind to it or he hid it better. Dutch is not misunderstood; he’s a bad person who manipulates the vulnerable into doing his bidding in a cult-like atmosphere. Let’s not make this another Joker situation. Dutch isn’t misunderstood—he’s just a bad person.
Media literacy and character analysis in this fandom are dead, and the dudebros killed it. (They don't understand the concept of an unreliable narrator… or that white men can just be bad and not misunderstood... they would not defend a POC character that makes the choices Dutch does, just saying.)

Yandere MBTI: Sunday
Tumblr media
credit: Yandere MBTI System created by the amazing @ddarker-dreams! used with permission. words: 1,046 cw: yandere themes: abduction, brainwashing, manipulation. a/n: happy birthday to me! here’s my gift to all of us :>
Tumblr media
Final Assessment: RDMS
Reverent
Sunday holds you nearly as high as the aeon he worships. He adores you, and your endless happiness is one of his primary motivators for pursuing that perfect world. It’s because of this that he keeps you locked away in Dewlight Pavilion; the world is an unforgiving place, and he’s already lost so much. As long as you’re safe and by his side, where he can shower you with affection and make sure every single one of your needs is met, you won’t have to know suffering the way he has.
Any material possession you ask for is left outside your bedroom door the next morning. Exquisite dishes are served to you every night, no matter how much the imported ingredients may cost. Every single article of clothing in your closet is made from the finest materials and fitted to perfectly suit your body. He’ll give you anything your heart desires, darling— just not your freedom.
That isn’t to say that Sunday can’t be cruel, though. As is evident in the Penacony story at times, he enjoys toying around with others and does possess somewhat sadistic tendencies. If you resist him too much and for too long, he’ll feel justified in putting you through some type of punishment: trapping you in the miniature display city, locking you in your room for days and ensuring that none of your attendants speak to you, or warping your dream to be something more of a nightmare. The slight satisfaction he gets from watching you suffer just a fraction of how agonized he’s been without your love is enough for him to brush off any guilt he feels, and the way you cling to him when it’s all said and done makes it even sweeter.
Delusional
Though he does fall under this category, he’s not blind enough to convince himself that you love him unconditionally the way he does for you— no, he can recognize that you begrudge him for taking you away from your home and the people you once called your family. However, he is delusional in the sense that he believes he can get you to love him.
After all, not too long ago you were falling for his charm, blushing at his delicate touches and clinging to his arm as he walked you through the hidden alleyways of Penacony. Back then, you were always eager to rendezvous with him when he could make time and find a place out of the public’s eye— certainly, you’ll be able to feel such tender emotion for him once more. You just need time to adjust to your new home, your new life.
However, his patience is not endless, and he will use more drastic measures if it means earning the love for him he knows is sleeping somewhere deep within your heart. At times where he feels particularly paranoid and vulnerable— such as after losing Robin, or when leaving Penacony with the Astral Express— he may resort to using the brainwashing power of The Harmony to make you more docile and willing to bend to his whims. It does hurt him to do this to you, but the few moments of you peacefully sitting in his lap or holding him in your arms makes it worth it.
Manipulative
Sunday needs you like a dying man in the desert needs water. That being said, almost nothing is off the table for him when it comes to winning your love.
As the Oak Family Head, it’s incredibly easy for him to get into the good graces of your family and friends. If you’re able to see through his carefully crafted mask this early into his pursual of you, then he’s pulling at the strings of those in your inner circle, commandeering them like puppets. They do his job for him by challenging your hesitation over accepting his affections; this is the most powerful man in Penacony you’re talking about, and he’s such a gentleman who’s so clearly smitten with you! Why would you possibly turn down a man like that?
If you’re not able to see through his facade, though, he’s doing everything in his power to make sure he shines like gold in your eyes. Unexpectedly, things in Penacony start falling apart for you: you’ve been kicked out of your residence, your friends have turned against you, and the sweet dream you’ve found here is rapidly unraveling before your eyes due to the will of some unknown higher being. Not to worry, though— Sunday is here for you, and he’s more than happy to help you rebuild everything lost, making sure to root himself into the foundation of your new dream as much as possible.
After becoming part of the Astral Express, though, his means of trying to coax you into loving him are a bit different. He knows he’s pitiful after his fall from grace, and he’s willing to swallow his pride and appear more pathetic and subdued if it means you’ll pardon his previous actions against you and comfort him.
As mentioned in the previous section, he’s not against using more unsavory methods of manipulating you in the name of keeping you close. Using The Harmony on you is a last resort, but he will if he must— the end always justifies the means.
Strict
As is obvious, he’s keeping you chained by his side. As the Oak Family Head, he’s got you locked inside Dewlight Pavilion at all times. During the few instances you’re permitted to wander Golden Hour, two Bloodhound members are glued to your side if he can’t escort you around himself. You’re never alone, and you’re never out of his sight— the nightingales that lurk in the shadows just a few feet behind you are a testament to that.
As a member of the Astral Express, he’s still hesitant to let you out of his sight. He may not possess the same means of following you around or trapping you, but that doesn’t mean he can’t guilt you into staying with him after everything he’s been through. If anything, he’s even worse now than ever before; you’re the only familiar thing he has control over in the uncertain, vast journey before him, and he clings onto your love and those last shreds of power like a lifeline.

Note
Yandere villain Deku concept please 🙏
Sure! In this AU, Izuku is Quirkless. Since, y'know, no All-Might
Yandere! Villain! Izuku Midoriya HCs
(Quirkless Civilian! Darling)
Pairing: Romantic
Possible Trigger Warnings: Gender-Neutral Darling, Obsession, Manipulation, Possessive behavior, Kidnapping, Isolation, Coercion, Brainwashing, Sadism, Stalking, Stockholm syndrome, Forced relationship.
Tumblr media
This AU would be an alternative telling of how Izuku deals with his bullying.
Due to being Quirkless, Izuku has often been told he doesn't matter.
No matter how much he aspires to be a hero, he can't.
Even All-Might, his idol, tells him it's unlikely.
Izuku has been told the world is better off without him.
In this AU, he never feels the need to save Katsuki.
Which means he never gets All-Might's attention... and never gets a Quirk.
Instead, Izuku ends up focusing on his negative emotions.
If the world doesn't want him...
He'll force the world to pay attention to him.
Later on he's probably even scouted out by Tomura Shigaraki, someone who happens to like his outlook on life.
This is what leads him down the villain path.
How I imagine a Villain! Izuku is a manipulative man who wants to change the world due to the treatment he's gotten.
I can see him being much different from the way I usually write Izuku, he's not the typical shy student, after all.
He's far from shy now, actually.
Izuku has learned to not show weakness around others.
He knows others prey on the fact he's Quirkless.
So he's found other ways to be strong.
Weapons... drugs... research into Quirk canceling....
That or he just has other people who work with him do it.
He happens to be good at putting together plans because of all his note taking.
Izuku comes off as cold since he doesn't want to be vulnerable.
Yet him having an obsession... throws a wrench into things.
Izuku may actually find having an obsession annoying.
Or at the very least distracting.
You make it very hard to focus on his goals.
He no doubt met you on a raid he had put together with his cohorts.
He needed supplies... and accidentally met you.
Since then he's been unable to get you out of his head... you looked so scared.
He isn't sure what to feel.
He's not soft... At least, not compared to his original version.
He's hardened and only somewhat vulnerable when around you long enough.
In fact, Izuku may not like his obsession because he feels vulnerable with you.
You make his stern and hardened facade crack....
Just what makes you so special?
Izuku may be driven enough to figure you out to kidnap you.
Whenever he meets you again during a job, he orders your capture.
Then, when you're tied up in a chair at his mercy...
He can finally figure you out.
At first, Izuku is considered mean, sadistic towards you even.
He experiments with you emotionally, wondering why you make him feel so soft.
In reality, you aren't the problem...
It's him.
He's the problem because he's isolated himself for so long.
Sure, he's surrounded himself with fellow villains and criminals...
But he doesn't really have friends.
Let alone anyone intimate with him.
He didn't think he needed anyone.
He's fine being alone and strong... No one messes with him.
Except you by... existing.
Over time I can see Izuku trying to get used to you.
You remain with him as his captive, but he treats you less like that with time.
He soon allows you to roam his hideout/base of operations with surveillance.
I doubt he ever takes his eyes off you, green eyes latched on you as he tries to figure you out.
He's just as good at note taking and observation as his original self.
He no doubt stalks you and notes down things about your behavior, even in captivity.
He often brushes it off... but others can tell you're close to him.
Other villains who make comments about you are often dealt with, Izuku acting like a mob boss at times.
While usually cold, stoic, and sometimes sadistic... I can see Izuku getting softer with you in private.
At first he hates it... but you make him relaxed.
He doesn't force you into the same bed... he'll wait.
He becomes surprisingly nice when you're alone.
I don't think he falls in love as fast as regular Izuku... but when he does, it's intense.
Imagine a Villain! Izuku who buys you gifts, trying to get you to like him.
He understands it will take time... he's captured you, after all.
You, a normal person, have no business dealing with him.
However... What if you're also Quirkless?
Then... maybe you should deal with him....
If you're Quirkless, he wants to make you feel at home with him.
This world casted him out for the very same thing you're afflicted with...
With him... He can make you feel powerful.
Maybe a union with you is meant to be?
Izuku would love a Quirkless partner....
He'd convince you no one else will take you... using some of the emotional manipulation of his past.
I can see Izuku brainwashing his obsession to make them stay by his side.
He'll bribe you with gifts... slowly easing you into kisses and touches... maybe even sleeping in the same bed....
For someone who's normally quite feared, he's surprisingly gentle with you when alone.
He's never loved someone... never had anyone that close...
Yet now there's you... and he'd be a fool to let you just run.
Izuku would kill, it comes with his profession.
If someone felt they had a say in who he pays attention to...
Izuku isn't afraid to just have them slaughtered.
It doesn't matter if you have family or friends... Izuku would even eliminate a hero to continue chasing his greedy feelings.
The blood on his hands doesn't matter, why would it?
The world doesn't care for people like you and him...
Which is why he needs to keep you as his.
Izuku as a villain would push his obsession to Stockholm Syndrome, convincing them that he'll make the world a better place for the both of you.
At times... he's similar to his original self... a man soft around the one he feels he loves...
It's just that this world has corrupted him...
Leaving a more sadistic and cold man... one who isn't as nice as he once was... unless he has you.
Hopefully having you will make things more bearable... for him.

Just thought of something, let me know if that makes sense -
I was just reading another "Tav is not a spawn to Ascended Astarion because he calls them consort" type of argument and something struck me.
I remember reading somewhere before that Astarion insists on not using the name "spawn" and use "consort" instead much like Cazador avoided the "s-word" and used "family" instead.
Because.
Of course he would call his spawns his lovers. Of course he wants a harem of consorts, he thinks his only talent is sex. As ascended he never really got to the other side of thinking about himself, he never left the form his trauma molded him into, this hypersexual, emotionally avoidant (teasing and alluring) type of seducer. He never let go of the notion that his only value is his body and what it can provide in terms of sexual services.
I also think of the way ascended Astarion is dumbfounded when realizing he doesn't have all those powers Cazador was supposed to have. Perhaps those will come with time, but I think there's a real possibility that Cazador never had/was supposed to have them to begin with. He just lied to his "family" to keep them in check, to add another layer of control over the very real physical control he already had over them.
It has been brought to my attention by @starryjuicebox in the comments that ascended Astarion DOES in fact get his powers. He can summon ghouls and wolves in the final battle.
But all Cazador ever did to his spawns at the height of his cruelty were things a mere human could do: bury someone alive, starve them, imprison them, isolate them, brainwash them. None of those are mythical and exclusive to powerful vampires.
What breaks my heart even more for Tav-spawn is that they'll never be The One. They'll only be the first. The first one, much like Astarion was one of Cazador's first. Cazador's very first is not even in the game to be found or mentioned anymore. Perhaps they got away, but more likely they became a liability, as they saw Cazador's vulnerable beginnings and became a threat to the "all-powerful influential vampire" myth he was weaving around himself.
Tav is just the beginning. They're just a test drive. A trampoline for ascended Astarion to help him learn manipulating his future consorts and pitting them against one another. Pull them just right and push away at the perfect time. Just enough to give them a taste and leave them wishing for more.
And seeing how many fans of ascended Astarion there are in real life, it's already working. His harem is in the making.

Yandere Short Story- Shoto Todoroki
Tumblr media
Being raised in an abusive household, Shoto never knew how to properly love someone. He believed that relationships were a waste of time, often distancing himself from other people who indulged in the idea of having one. "I have other matters that are more important", he would say to himself. He carried this mindset up until he met you. Your beauty and aura possessed him, making his state of mind change. And that's exactly what led up to your disappearance. The love Shoto developed for you is possessive and obsessive. He was willing to do anything for you, including hurting you if you even dared to look at another person. This possessiveness would lead him to isolate you from the rest of the world. He was obsessed with having you completely in his control.
"I'm doing this because I love you", he said. That statement was true to a point. He did love you, but a twisted and obsessive version of love that lacked healthy boundaries. He wanted to keep you all to himself, and couldn't bear the thought of you being with anyone else. So, he resorted to extreme measures, like tying you up and locking you in his room, all in the name of "love". "You don't love me", you would say. Shoto would be confused and angered by your statement. In his eyes, his actions were nothing but proof of his unwavering love for you. He would say, "How can you say that? I've done everything for you. I've sacrificed so much just for you.", trying to convince himself as well as you. He truly believed that what he was doing was for your own good and because of his love for you, not realizing the harm his actions were causing.
Todoroki was willing to go to great lengths to maintain control over you, even resorting to physical violence at times. His love for you was possessive and obsessive. He would apologize after, but deep down he believed that he was doing it for your own good. He was convinced that being tough on you was necessary to keep you from straying away from him. His comfort and whispers of "I love you" after were his attempts at soothing his own guilt and proving his devotion to you. As you spent more time with Shoto, his twisted way of loving you became all you knew. The constant isolation and manipulation made you dependent on him. You started to believe that this was what love was supposed to be, that his possessive and abusive nature was a normal part of a relationship. He had successfully brainwashed you into loving him despite the toxicity.
Even in bed, Todoroki had the upper hand. You would lay underneath him, hands tied to his bed frame. His sweat would drip onto your tits as he fucked you mercilessly. He would bite into your neck, leaving bruises on your soft skin. You struggled to take his cock as he thrusted in and out of you. Your tears would mean nothing to him as you begged him over and over again to slow down or stop. He was hypnotized by your beauty. You looked so vulnerable under him. Your weakened state gave him power, making him want you even more. “Stop crying”, he would say. Sometimes it got so bad to the point where he would cover your mouth, or even choke you. “Please stop, it hurts”, you cried. He flipped you over onto your stomach, fucking your tight ass. As he penetrated you from the back that brought even more pain you couldn’t handle. You croaked and whined into the mattress, feeling blood trickle down your thighs. “Don’t worry” he comforted you. “I’m almost finished”.

My Analysis and Theories about Demetrius, Melinda, Donovan and Imperial Scholars
I hope you like reading because this is going to be a long one, I'm sorry. But I'm hoping to hear your ideas about these.
The Desmonds, aside Damian, are definitely weird, but I think there’s a high chance that Demetrius, alongside Melinda, was brainwashed and their minds are manipulated.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Demetrius seems to have empty thoughts aside from his constant belief that he doesn’t understand anyone, not even his brother and his father, despite spending a lot of time with him, as Damian stated. I think these thoughts have been instilled in him through brainwashing and mind manipulation.
Tumblr media
That's likely the reason why Donovan spent a lot of time watching Demetrius when he was a child, forcing these ideas upon him since childhood.
This is the same idea he shared with Loid when they first met, that humans will never truly be sympathetic to each other because, at the end of the day, we are strangers, even to those who are our blood and flesh.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Melinda is the same too. Based on what we’ve seen of her so far, she seems to have conflicted feelings about Damian.
Tumblr media
However, I think she was genuinely concerned for her son, but her husband is trying to instill those dreadful ideas onto her. (It might not be Donovan who was doing the mind manipulation, but based on the stitches on his head, there’s a possibility that he had been experimented on and had gained a mind ability somehow.)
I think that’s why she’s scared of Donovan knowing that she came for Damian at that school bus incident. Donovan doesn’t want her to care for anyone, not even their own sons (These poor kids).
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
But I believe she truly wants to be a good mother, and she wants Damian to break the cycle going on in their family. (If she didn’t care, she wouldn’t race through Eden just to check on Damian’s safety at the bus arc.) And I think that’s the reason why she wanted Damian and Anya to be close, for Damian to have someone that would make him break out of the expectations he had set for himself and be finally free to be a child since it’s what her son deserved. (But still, this theory of mine still doesn’t make her not suspicious to me; right now, all I’m giving these newly introduced characters is the benefit of the doubt)
Why does Donovan want to instill these ideas that humans can’t truly understand each other, not even those who are family? Because that’s the reason wars happen—people not trying to understand one another. It occurs when they don’t strive to meet in the middle. Assuming he does indeed plan to wage war against Westalis, then instilling that idea would benefit him.
Of course, it’s hard to instill the same idea in every citizen in Ostania, especially when the current government is trying to establish a diplomatic relationship with Westalis. So, how could he encourage these ideas? Where are ideas usually taught? What establishment is so respected that these ideas would be very much welcomed and widely taught in a subtle manner, making individuals unaware that they are being influenced? Oh, right—educational establishments, schools, and universities. And which is the most prestigious school in Ostania that could assist in achieving this and influence the children of Ostania to acquire nationalistic ideas so that, in the future, they would carry these ideas for the sake of Ostania? Eden Academy.
This is where the hidden agenda of the Imperial Scholars, I think, plays out. Kids like Demetrius, I believe, are being brainwashed to adopt the same thoughts and ideas as Donovan. Children are the most vulnerable to manipulation, absorbing ideas like a sponge. That's my guess about what’s going on with these Imperial Scholars in Eden.
Why do you think they choose the cream of the crop among these students? The geniuses—won’t they be useful in terms of war? The other talented and athletic students could boost Ostania’s economy, and when they become famous celebrities, they could be influencers, shaping public opinion in line with the ideas they hold. The heroic and helpful ones could also be valuable in times of war, willingly risking their lives for Ostania.
When I was a Humanities student in my senior year of high school, I remembered studying a case in my country where athletes and geniuses were brainwashed by rebel groups into supporting their ideals regarding the government. In the end, these students did join those rebel groups, believing they were doing the right thing. They left their families, not even caring about their feelings, because they firmly believed that what they were doing needed to be done. They were first introduced into these societies or clubs, usually inviting geniuses and, take note, scholars. As they associated more with these clubs or organizations, they became more and more exposed and influenced. I can’t help but think that this could also be true in Eden Academy. I think this could be confirmed or debunked once we meet more Imperial Scholars or former Imperial Scholars and have their minds read by Anya. So for now, this is purely my speculation. But I'd like to know your ideas about it.
Operation Strix, I'd say, challenges Desmond’s ideas about people not understanding one another. Remember, Twilight’s goal was not to assassinate him; it was for him to determine if Desmond was engaged in any suspicious activities that might lead to war between East and West and to prevent it from happening. I think, in a way, Operation Strix could really achieve that because at its very core, it disproves Donovan’s ideas about people. These three individuals bound by Operation Strix, who barely knew each other and hadn't even spent a year together, have a lot of secrets and differences in terms of nationality, behavior, upbringing, and ideals. Yet, they managed to live peacefully as a family. They may not understand each other completely, but that doesn’t stop them from trying.
Tumblr media
Twilight, despite Anya being a stranger to him, strives to always humor her no matter how weird her statements are. Even though he couldn’t fully understand her, he wanted to and he always tries to, because he’s not just a spy; he’s a parent, her father. That’s what parents and families do—they always try to understand one another. This connects back to the inside cover theory I talked about before, regarding the Forger family understanding one another.
It was fascinating to see how the Desmonds and the Forgers are alike in terms of being not a normal family but very different, especially in how they treat each other. I would love it if Donovan, as a character, symbolizes the idea of war, while Twilight and the family he built for his mission are a symbol of peace, proving it to be possible despite all differences.
What do you think about this?

my take on the ending, especially aziraphale’s behaviour.
all this fandom talk “this couldn’t be our aziraphale”, “metatron put something in the coffee”, “everything in the end seems odd” really weirded me out. for me it’s equal to “i dont want all that complicated writing, for me the simple one is easier to process” like. i get it, really. but from writer’s point of view it sounds kinda… debasing. neil just gave us an amazing social problem analogy with organised religion slash abusive family and how it brainwashes & manipulates people who are so desperate to make any difference that they reach out to religion, their last instance. people abandon their loved ones for it, because they’re “unholy” and “sinful” and don’t want to join them.
there is that aziraphale/heaven parallel with nina and her ex. nina just realised that her ex was abusive and now she needs time to heal, but maggie would not abandon her, she would be right there.
it’s exactly what is happening and what will happen with azi in season 3.
aziraphale never truly left heaven, not in his mind, at least, and now, when he was the most vulnerable, heaven waved in front of his face with “you can come back, change everything and be with the person you love the most, so you can be all happy together” and azi just couldn’t say no to THAT. to his memory of angel!crowley, being so joyful and cheerful and happy with just bring able to create, to make beauty. what he didn’t realise is, that he was being manipulated. as a victim of brainwashing by my own parent for DECADES, I can tell you that azi couldn’t just “open his eyes” randomly and realise without something really PROFOUND happening to him. (that is remains for neil to tell us, what it will be).
for me it was separation, my parent’s fast decreasing mental health, and a LOT of outer influence (talks with my other parent, friends, discussions about the abuse of my other parent). the last straw was one of my visits.
we are yet to see it in s3.
aziraphale being an analogy for a victim of brainwashing by organised religion (“parents”) is a genius writing, something that you don’t see often in tv shows. but explaining his behaviour by “metatron just drugged him that’s why our angel is acting weird” is SO DEBASING and for aziraphale’s whole character, and for neil gaiman, and for me, as a victim

FYODOR’S LIFE WITH HIS LOVER
Life with Fyodor is bound to be peaceful, harmonious, and serene.
However, it is also likely to be lonely, as long as Fyodor is focused on reaching his end goal.
It is essential for you to have your own interests and activities to pass the time because Fyodor won't be around all the time.
He has taken upon himself a great responsibility and goal, and he expects you to understand and cherish this when he steps down for you, declaring his undying love by showing you his vulnerability.
Accepting this means being comfortable with being by yourself for weeks, sometimes even months.
He will keep you in a vast mansion, circled by seemingly unending fields and private land, surrounded by thousands of security guards and cameras.
Only those he has brainwashed will be near you, as he doesn't trust anyone else.
Remember when Dazai said he doesn't trust anyone he can't manipulate? This rings very true for Fyodor.
Morally, you need to be at peace with his methods of ensuring your security. Beyond that, having a rich inner life is crucial to avoid boredom.
Fyodor would not like to see you fall into a depressive episode; he wants you to be joyous, always smiling prettily at him.
In his absence, you might enjoy indoor activities such as listening to music, reading, painting, or baking.
When he returns, he expects you to welcome him with open arms and an open heart. When he is there, you both feel complete.
You would spend intimate moments together, whether under the sheets, against the wall, or in the bathtub.
You would relax, read, and have meaningful, heartfelt conversations.
He would play the cello for you, his eyes meeting yours now and then, a warm and fuzzy feeling forming in his very soul as he meets your adoring, loving, almost lovesick gaze.
He would explain various topics you wish to hear about, and you would share in these discussions deeply.
Fyodor would love to taste your cooking, missing the scent of your homemade meals whenever he is away.
Contrary to what one might think, I believe Fyodor is prone to touchiness when truly, utterly in love. Not a clingy or overwhelming touchiness like Dazai or Nikolai, but a soft, gentle, heartfelt, and thoughtful touchiness. Sometimes even mildly mocking or wildly teasing.
As his partner and wife, you would hear his amused, deep, and intense chuckle now and then.
You would genuinely make him laugh and feel carefree in rare moments, moments he would deeply cherish until the day he dies.
Your life would become fuller when you finally have a baby (or babies).
You would become a loving mother, tending to your children and giving them the love they deserve.
You would compensate for Fyodor's occasional absence, but he would visit as often as his situation allows.
And when he reaches his goal, everything will be perfect.
He would rewrite reality to make his idealistic world worthy of God, including living as a loving husband and father, serving God as intended. ❤️
