• Chloe can't help but steal glances at you when she thinks you're not looking. Whether you're laughing at one of her sarcastic jokes or simply zoning out, she catches herself staring and quickly looks away when you notice.

• She’s very protective of you, even in subtle ways. If someone so much as jokes at your expense, Chloe’s quick with a sharp remark or a glare that could kill. She’ll play it off like she’s just sticking up for a friend, but it’s more than that.

• Chloe goes out of her way to do little things for you, even if it’s completely out of character. She’ll fix your bike, burn you a custom playlist, or pick up your favorite snacks without asking. When you thank her, she brushes it off with a “It’s no big deal.”

• If you talk about someone you’re interested in, Chloe acts completely uninterested—leaning back in her chair, crossing her arms, or making some sarcastic comment,inside, though, she’s burning with jealousy and wondering what they have that she doesn’t.

• After spending time with you, Chloe lies awake at night replaying every word and gesture in her head. She curses herself for saying something dumb or not saying enough, wishing she could just be brave and tell you how she feels.

• Chloe pours her feelings into her graffiti and sketches, creating cryptic designs that only she understands. Sometimes, she’ll leave pieces of her work in places where she knows you’ll see them, hoping you’ll notice the deeper meaning.

• When you’re not around, Chloe feels like something’s missing. She constantly scrolls through her phone, debating whether to text you but ultimately chickening out. She’d never admit it, but your presence is the highlight of her day.

• Chloe will suddenly get super competitive around you, whether it’s showing off on her skateboard or trying to one-up your stories. She wants to prove she’s worth your attention, even if it means embarrassing herself in the process.

• You're the only person she trusts so much—she shares pieces of her pain with you, her dreams, or her fears. Afterward, she feels exposed and jokes about it to cover up, but deep down, she hopes you don't see her as annoying.

• There’s always a moment where Chloe feels like she might finally tell you about her real feelings. Maybe you’re hanging out in her favourite secret spot, sharing headphones, and laughing about something stupid. She opens her mouth to speak, but the words catch in her throat. Instead, she mutters something sarcastic, masking the ache in her chest.

• Chloe may not have the words to confess, but her love for you is in everything she does—fixing your things, walking you home at night, or staying up late just to listen to you rant. Her feelings are written in the spaces between her actions, waiting for you to notice.
