Prisons
So, we know the Justice system is all flawed and whatnot. Its hard to say whether or not we could ever have a perfect system. That said, I'd like to spew a thought: what if they have to keep a certain amount of people in prison? And not just so simply structured either; what if they had to keep just the right amount of innocent people in with just the right amount of guilty people to keep society just the way they like it? And what if, just to keep us on our toes, they let someone out occasionally, either guilty or innocent, based upon new evidence? Ugh someone write a book; I'm bad at it.
