Day 8 :
I don't workout much. I try though. But I have absolutely no energy, sometimes I fall even though I've been binging all day. At the end of the day if I've moved too much, I can't stand and my friends have to help me stay upright. Even if I eat. This makes it almost impossible to train but I try. And I try to walk too. Even if it means seeing people, because I'm really afraid of people when I'm alone.
