These guys are just awesome; and while reminesent of Mumford and Sons, they conjur a completely different image for me through their music.   My favorite tune of theirs, "Kickin' Da Leaves" doesn't have a video, but give it a listen, you won't be disappointed.

I love Youtube's tribute to videotape.  Click the 'tape mode' icon and watch 1080p transform into fuzzy, jagged, 1980s-inspired, sometimes scrambled video that we all grew to love when we first rented Jim Henson & George Lucas' 1986 masterpiece, "The Labyrinth" to copy and add to our collection right next to Ron Howard & George Lucas' epic "Willow".

happy to see brian wood open a new northern boy AKA northern designs shop.  just in time for some fall fashion!

Wood: Northern Designs = Awesome

The store is open, offering the new Northern Girl Joan Of Arc Signature and the Northern Boy Ernest Shackleton Endurance Tribute tee.  The private sale over the weekend depleted the stock by about 20%, which means less than 20 in each design remain.  I also found some original Northern Boy deadstock tees and they’re up there as well.  The Jennie Army muscle tee also remains.
