New Original Project in the Works

I had some big new to share. Currently, I am in the process of turning my original webtoons comic Rachel Raven into an indie animation series! I have a full team working on this and supporting my girlfriend's YouTube channel & my new channel where we will be posting the episodes would be much appreciated:

For those of you who are unaware, Rachel Raven and her team are original characters I've been using in fanfics for years now. But I had always planned a spin-off with these characters in their own story and I attempted to do that with my webtoons comic, Rachel Raven:

But it hasn't gone well popularity wise, but I haven't given up on this series and I won't be any time soon. You could say, this story and its world is my second child. Those of you who know that I'm in a stressful time right now due to some irl issues might be wondering why I'm starting a project like this now? Well, Indie Animation has been picking up steam and I feel like if I was gonna pitch my idea again, it would be best to do it now. In this particular format.

As for the story itself, I have everything planned down. From the start to the finale. I have voice actors, a script writer, and a background artist. The crew is all the same from my webtoons series: Star Chaser, Geog, Spartan, & myself. We might change things around as the story goes on and when we'll be able to afford more people to help out. I can't promise it will be the quality of other indie animation projects, I CAN promise it will be animated, not made in gacha life 2 unlike my comic was. Remember, we are a team of four people working on our first real fully animated project. This will take a lot of time and resources which we are all limited on at the moment, but that won't stop us from putting our all into it.

Now, after all that rambling. Some of you don't even know the plot of this series! Well, it's about a girl named Raihel Ashcroft or- as her friends know her as- Rachel Raven. Raihel is a noblewoman born into one of the highest noble family and because of that she's forced to stay by and watch as innocent people are hurt, die, and suffer, and she isn't allowed to even talk to them, but when she puts on the hood, it's like she's someone different. She IS someone different. Rachel Raven. A hero. A protector. A strong warrior. She lives a double life and is constantly having close calls with being exposed, especially when her vampiric spirit takes over and controls her body without her having any memory or control. It's scary, but things might just work out in her favor, if she plays her cards right.

You might have already seen this coming, since I'm so vocal in my author's note about LGBT+ representation in the media. But most of the characters will be LGBT+ in some way shape or form. Rachel for example is aromantic but not asexual. There will also be a lot of disability representation because of the rules in this world where due to conflicting mana' types half breeds like Rachel for example will always have a disability. These disabilities can be physical, mental, or magical. Rachel is blind because she's half human and half vampire. However, not every child born from two different species is a half breed, yes genetically they are half one parent's species and half the other parent's, but they won't always have both parents' mana types.

Say a werewolf has a child with a vampire. They have 2 children. 1 is fully a werewolf, the other is a half breed. If you were to DNA test both of them both would have the vampire gene despite one not showing any physical or magical traits of said vampire gene and therefore this gene can be passed down and later down the chain of family members two werewolves have a vampire because one carried that recessive gene from an relative. But with the halfbreed, they will often physically like a mix between their two species. Like said a elf has a halfbreed child with a werecat and the disability is magical, the child may only be able to transform their hands and feet into their werecat form instead of all of their body.

I've started a trend in my fanfics and no one has noticed yet

So, I've started shortening the title of my fanfictions as much as possible as well as I've started putting the name of the fic in a random chapter for almost 2 years now. None of my followers have noticed or if they have the haven't pointed it out.

I have a new comic series on webtoon!

Rachel Raven is a series written by me and Spartan. Backgrounds are hand drawn by Geog. Both Spartan and Geog are irl friends of mine. I created the characters in GL2. It's about a freedom fighter who lives a double life trying to keep her secret identity from people on both sides of her life, while helping the innocent. There will be a complex magic system and a detailed lore and story!
