Looking at the notes and I want to just say: OP never said you have to leave the room. Just that you shouldn't be doing nothing in your room! All the time. They're reminding you that you need enrichment! You should rest when you feel the need to, but you don't have to exert much physical energy to do enriching things!

And to the folks who say everything fun is too expensive...

You're on tumblr. Start blogging weird ideas you have or write little snippets of story based on what you see on the day to day.

Find a discord server that has jackbox party game nights. As long as someone else is running the game you don't have to pay to play. Try a ttrpg server. Many game masters run games completely free of charge and almost all the rules/content are free.

Find a server that does movie nights for outlandish B rated movies you've never heard of.

Binge weird music videos on youtube.

Reading/writing fanfiction is free.

Learn something new: find a streamer who teaches you something like history facts that sound more like a cartoon episode than reality.

There are free library apps like Libby. And hundreds of novels for free.

You can learn a new hobby or skill without taking any expensive classes. Just search for tutorials.

The point is, in this day and age we have plenty of free things to do on the internet for enrichment.

guys it turns out if you wanna have fun and be a fun and interesting person you like have to fill your day with fun things and not just rotting in your room …… need a moment to process
