hey guys! so long time no see lol, great news i did not gain any weight lol
i have been doing terrible physically but i’m keeping up with working out and fasting and i’m still on an intense cut lol. my parents keep forgetting to buy me groceries so that helps but i feel like i‘m losing it from no food 🙄
besides that, i’m 96-97 lbs (43 kgs) rn, only a few from my gw yayayay! think i’m getting leaner on the stomach every day too, thank God 🙏🏾

hate when my parents cook good food when i’m abt to fast 🥲
i usually eat anything during my fasting window too so i wouldn’t have minded if they made this at like 5-6pm, but it’s one of my fav meals they’re making, pasta and shrimp. it has a lot of nutrients i’ve been missing out on this past week too 💔
think i’m just gonna eat a normal portion of it and fast 30 mins later than usual, shouldn’t do too much damage since i only had breakfast and that was 200 cals. i’ll hit legs today at night at 12am maybe and yea, that’s the plan for the rest of the day.
update: i finished all the food fast enough to fast at 7:35pm as usual

hey guys, had a bit of a cheat day on friday, woke up on saturday 99.4 lbs 🥲 i’m back at 98.5 lbs tho, hoping that i’ll lose the last .5 and finally have a bmi of 17.9 by tmrw if i stick by my fasting
had a great arm day…or night, at 12am earlier and my muscles are still a little sore bc i pushed myself harder than usual.
ALSO that was my first time working out after like 2 weeks bc when i thought the migraines were gone, they actually weren’t and i was losing my mind but i’ve bounced back

just dropped another lb! ^^ i’m feeling pretty decent abt that since i’m at 98.5 lbs now, the intermittent fasting is working. and i’ve been getting enough sleep, i think the migraines are gone so that means i can finally train my body and start hitting U/L again.
i missed hitting abs and arms lol, my abs lowk disappeared since i’ve been sick and getting migraines

Hi guys, my name is Lili/Lisa and I’m on here making this to hopefully keep accountability for my actions and see how my WL journey goes with an app that’s surrounded w/ that stuff.
I’ve been trying to lw since mid 2024, and my highest weight was right around that time lol. I should’ve lost more and been on track rn since i think these are small gws in my opinion but I gave in to all my friends telling me I should gain weight and started trying to go for a fit physique instead…realized in my heart I truly didn’t want that and I just wanted to be thin so I’m back here again and have been trying to get back on track since February! Let’s hope I’m at my gw by June lol
