My A03 handle is Sh33tMeDead336 ,, it's super edgy ik I created my a03 account when i was like 14, the fanfic mentioned was probably my most recent one 'favours gone wrong' but like all my fics I haven't updated in forever, I do have a few others on there, 'The Alpha Timeline' is my longest but fair warning I started writing that when I was 14 too... but feel free to have a look no promises on anything but have been lowkey thinking about getting back into it, will see how I go with school and work and everything else lol.

UF (Boss): Explodes. As soon as your hands reach out for him he stiffens like a board, his first instinct is to push away from the sudden contact, but as soon as he realises what you're doing he practically topples over as you pull him down to the couch. His skull is illuminated so red you could probably forgo any lamps in the room in order to see. Lackly his jaw clacks in a loss for words as your arms are curled around him. He will be at a loss of what to do for the first 10-15minutes until his brain resets, but as soon as he notices your slip into sleep he will find himself staring, taking in every aspect of your face, and only when he is absolutely certain you are dead asleep he might return the gesture and wrap an arm back around you, breath caught in his throat as he keeps having to remind himself to breath. By the time you wake up in the morning he will be long gone, and will not say a word about it, as if it never happened.

US(Slim): he's surprised, enough so to send a jitter of nervousness through his body, but he'll play it cool, even though internally he's sweating. He'll laxly throw an arm back over you in return secretly panicking about every and each placement of his arms, he might make a quick joke or light comment to break the mood but upon noticing your sleepiness his tone will soften as he stares gently down at you. He won't say anything after that but it will take him a long time to fall asleep himself, both from being in awe at your closeness and the nervousness of accidently fucking it up. He'll run his fingers through your hair until he's fighting sleep himself, Soothed by the sounds of your breathing, but you best be prepared for relentless teasing when you wake up.

SFG(Coffee): he'll probably squeak at the sudden motion and then practically melt into the couch out of embarrassment but he will have no problem sinking comfortably into you back. Everytime you breathe differently or make a small motion he'll hold his breath praying you don't wake up because frankly he isn't ready to let go of you yet. A million thoughts will race through his skull and you best believe this boy is not getting a wink of sleep. You will wake up with his skull a breath away from your face, sockets wide open in surprise at your awakening as he quickly gets up and disappears like the wind. When you next see him, He will fake pout and make comments about if you wanted to sleep with him that bad you could just ask until you are just as much of a bashful mess as he is.

SF(Cash): bold of you to assume you will be the one to initiate the first nap cuddling session, this man will find any and every excuse to lay on top of you, the first time was probably when you were just lounging watching TV and next thing you know you've got the air knocked from you as you've now got a big ass skeleton sitting right ontop of you until minutes later he's snoring and you've got no choice but to accept it until you've slipped away into sleep yourself. That being said the first time you actually go to initiate he will be oddly quiet, processing that fact that you didn't actually hate how on top of you all the time he was and actually want to be close to him. His auto response when nervous is to make stupid little jokes or teases, he will probably tell you to take a guy out to dinner first or something as he makes a show of getting comfortable. Internally his chest squeezes uncomfortably. The lax and unperturbed image he is trying to desperately convey is not reaching his eyes, in fact his eyes never leave your face, not even for a second. He can't help but stare and process if this was really real. Every instinct in him is telling him to push you away, despite how handsy he could be, something about this felt...vulnerable, which was not a feeling he was used to. But despite he cannot find it within him to pull away from you. You will wake up with him almost entirely ontop of you, hogging most of the couch but clawed onto you , you will just have to wait until his stirs himself or wake him up yourself if you have any plans of escaping.

FS(Mutt): he won't even budge, as soon as your arms reach up and around him his footing doesn't even stutter, instead he just turns to look at you lowly with a quirked bonebrow and ask you if you wanted something , a smirk curling at his teeth. If you hesitate a response he'll grab you back up by the shirt himself and promptly pull you back down right utop him, a arm laxly resting over your stomach and tug his hood down over his sockets to kick the sack himself. If you squirm his grip will tighten loosely until you slip to sleep yourself. Despite his fake snoring he's wide awake, his soul humming a beat quicker than it usually does. He will make no indication of it but he can't help but melt into the feeling of your warmth, a threat of orange dusting at his cheekbones arise but he will just as quickly swallow it. You are right where you belong, and for the first time in a long while he will sleep more comfortably than he can remember ever doing.

UF (Boss): You will know this man likes you when you can start to get away with little things you couldn't before, instead of threats of violence when you sneakily "taste test" dinner he'll shoot you a side eye with a tap of his heel, or a pinch of the bridge bone when you've done something dumb. He has absolutely zero clue on how to initiate affection, but will subtly position himself in ways in which require you to brush past him or interact with him in some manner, craving your touch. When he gets bashful it often manifests as silent glaring, but you know him well enough that he isn't really angry. He is very cat like when pining over someone, in the sense that he pretends not to care for your presence at all but conveniently always ends up in the same room as you, and oh, he brought you food but not because he thought of you but just because it would go to waste otherwise definitely not any other reason..

US (Slim): Slim is a bit of a romantic, which surprises a lot of people as he isn't often very open about it, but he's the type to rock up to your work with a coffee and a baked good just to chill with you on your lunch break. He'll find out your star sign so he can read your zodiac love compatibility analysis online and looks for your initials on those "your initials your cats" tiktok slides. That being said he's still a bit of a hard one to get to know, sometimes you may catch him staring but if you go to say anything about it he'll just a quickly go to give you a quick ruffle on the head, call you pal and make a quick escape almost like he's shutting down any attempts to return affection. Secretly he's nervous to fuck things up, everyone expects him to be the laid back, no worries guy but letting someone in is letting them know he's got some baggage to him, and feels as though it will drive them away.

SF(Cash): If Cash has caught feelings for you, the first sign will be the fact you will be his new favourite person to annoy the fuck out of. Oh? You thought you were going to be able to quietly wash those dishes with nothing but your thoughts? Think again cause he's already leaning his full body weight against your shoulder pestering you. Cash hates sharing things but for you? You want it, it's yours now. Oh, you really like the bracelet he's got on? No sooner has he pulled you by the hand and transferred it from his wrist to yours. He always has an excuse to drag you along to some shenanigan or midnight adventure, but really he just loves having you around. He's a teaser, will tease you to no end, play the right card and tease him back and you might actually be able to fluster him. He's already a bit of a 'no idea what personal space is' kind of guy but if he's caught feelings he's always looking for opportunities to touch you, whether that's throwing his arm over your shoulder as you're walking or outright sitting right on top of you.

FS (Mutt): very protective, prefers to walk slightly behind you, always watching for any kind of threat and will challenge any stare with a twice as chilling one in return. is the kind of guy to silently notice that you're cold walking at night and without even asking he's draped his coat right over you. He's a little bit more bold in terms of how he behaves when he likes you, if you go to tease him he'll pull you in by the collar until you're a breath away and tease you right back. he's not the type to fall for someone easily , or even actively search in the first place, so if he ends up catching feelings know that he's set on you. The patient type, you don't need to return his feelings or like him back right away, but he'll wait, until it's the right time to have you. If you smoke he's always inviting you outside to share a late night smoke where the two of you will chat all night. Reliable and immensely loyal, will drop everything at any time of day or night to come help you with whatever you need if you so much as shoot him a text asking, though often times you won't even have to ask as he's often already lingering around uninvited.

FS Gold (Coffee): a nervous mess, and the definition of handsy. He is naturally very touchy with his friends so you might not pick up on his little crush immediately and you best believe he will fully well take advantage of that to constantly be all over you. He loves art and you will quickly become a big subject of his works, little squiggles in his notepad to full pieces of digital art. Can become a little jealous if he feels like you don't dedicate enough time to him despite not even being in a relationship with him. He will try to hide his crush from his brother as long as possible but once it comes out you better hope you're in his brothers good books.. that being said he won't stop gushing about you to Wine, you're always on his thoughts, and you're always his favourite thing to talk about. He's a lot more mischievous when he feels comfortable with someone and uses his more innocent and unseeming persona to drop subtle little compliments or semi-flirtatious lines to rile you up and then pretend like he had no idea what he said could be conveyed any other way.. if you do the same back he will 100% blush until his skull is another colour and will probably need 10-15mins to do a full reboot though.

Papyrus & Sans Character descriptions!

I thought it would be cool to write some descriptions on how I characterise the boys and their alternate versions since I'm doing an ask blog for them, to give a little bit more insight on their personalities :]

Swapfell Papyrus (Cash):  laid back and goofy, has a dangerous edge to him however. He's materialistic all the way, money rules the world especially in his underground, theres a lot of things you can get this man to do for $20... Also very much the trouble maker and that includes the law, little to no respect for authority, fuck 12. He's a man the deeply believes in earning respect rather then something that is inherently given. Somewhat of a klepto, above ground he attempts to be a little more graceful with the five finger discount after a few scoldings but there's always a certain itch he just has to scratch... Actually very fashion forward, he's always in that drip. Does IT for work and likes coding little games and listens to darktrap and funk mostly. Enjoys betting and gambling alot along with his brother because they are chronic cheaters lol. Somewhat of a flirt/tease. Sweet chilli is the sauce of choice.

Swapfell sans [Poison]: Brutally honest, nearly never lies. Somewhat eccentric, likes odd and off-putting things, such as taxidermy, you'd have a good chance finding him at one of those oddity festivals. Charismatic but calculating and manipulative, more by lies of omission than direct lying. Big devils advocate, finds a certain thrill in trying to push the right buttons, see what people really think and believe. Hes the kind of guy that expects to the worst from everybody that isnt his brother, its just a matter of when it will come out and as such it takes an extrodinary amount of trust to break down his walls. He is someone that enjoys prompting people to think a little on the deeper or more out of the box ends of things. Enjoys spicy food a lot, will turn his nose up to anything too bland. Is the kind of person to just wander off and do his own thing if he is disinterested in whatever conversation he's in and has little regard for social ques. If he actually likes you, you will be the first person he comes to rant about whatever little thing he has found interesting and is actually a big yapper.

Fellswap Papyrus [Mutt]: cold and guarded, somewhat of a mean sense of humour, quiet unless he likes you, loyal to a fault particularly to his brother. Protective and possessive. Has a more dry sense of humour. Can come off as reserved but it's more that he is very selective with who he chooses to give his time too. Has a sharp tongue when angered or shown disrespect, his name might be Mutt but he's no bark and all teeth. Ever watching. He's the kind of guy who just knows things, things from the niche people you might need to know to hook you up with something or that small passing by comment you made two weeks ago that you didn't think he was around to hear.. Has a somewhat pessimistic viewpoint on life, and uses the people he cares for deeply as a driving point to keep going. Struggles to let others in despite, perhaps unknowingly, deeply craving to be understood. Actually has a major sweettooth, big fan of anything red Velvet flavoured.

Has a knack for robotics and engineering, will whip together little drones or robots of mass inconvience.  A real softy with his loved ones, very affectionate and gentle but can teeter on possesive at times. Listens to a lot of rap and metal.

Fellswap Sans (Lord): quiet, but plotting. Has a very quick and cunning mind, is the type that leaves you feeling as if you were two steps behind the whole time. Can be easy to anger and thus is the only time he is impulsive in his actions. Enjoys things such as chess and other strategy based games and activities. Can be seen as very cruel but unbelievably soft to the people he loves but will only ever display that side in private. Fears intimacy however, afraid that he could not be gentle enough with them and end up hurting them. Ambitious,. Enjoys reality Tv and watches them often. Definitely a bit of a shit stirrer, will pretend to be uninterested while others gossip but secretly lives for it.

Fellswap Gold Papyrus [Coffee]: very very quiet and reserved at surface level, also comes off as very rude in the sense that if he doesn't know you and you sit near him/stand near him he will actively move away and will avoid you/ignore you but it often comes out of a place of extreme social anxiety but is relatively good at masking this. Loves art as well and uses digital art as an escape. Very very playful and handsy when he likes/trusts you, big gamer, loves small open world indie games like stardew valley and Minecraft & enjoys romance and fluffy movies/stories. Has to be pushed to get to this point but isnt afraid of violence to protect those he cares for in situations where he feels like he has to protect his loved ones. Low self esteem and can get snappy when something he is insecure about is brought up even if it was well intentioned.  Enjoys most sauces but drink of choice is actually a drink (surprisingly) being (unsurprisingly) Coffee.  Listens to a lot of rap & indie. Collects music CDs and cool stickers.

Fellswap Gold Sans [Wine]: gives major CEO energy, always right never wrong vibes too, has a way of making you double guess anything, could convince you the sky is green if he wanted to. insanely protective over his brother but really just wants what's best for him. Huge fan of wine hence the name. enjoys art culture and history and thus often visits art museums and galleries, coffee's #1 fan in terms of his art. Likes to read & watch documentaries, loves to learn. Cunning & cutthroat. This one will happily lie to you and knows all the right words to get you to fold like puddy in his hands. Power hungry as hell as in his world, position was the only thing keeping you safe and by extention his brother safe. Does work as a lawyer and is very passionate about politics but will happily cut the law to get what he wants. Is the type to follow the "You must knows the rules to break them properly" saying.  Ultimately craves security for him and his loved ones, and will do so by any means he knows how.

Underswap Papyrus [Slim]: super laid back and unjudgemental (except for the things that matter). always up to trouble with his schemes and chaos. Practical joker but has a respect for puns. Chemistry dork, do expect to find random potion like concoctions around the house, whether they're explosive or not is always a 50/50 and there's only one way to find out.. Huge sweet tooth, drinks honey but enjoys most sweet things. Can bake a couple things if he feels up to it but is P lazy. Since transferred to vapes instead of Trad monster cigs since coming to the surface as they're sweeter, mango is his favourite, smoking is a thing he does to relax as he struggles with a lot of stress.  Big fan of creative writing but is one of the few things he is kind of shy about. Also into horoscopes and zodiac signs and crystals and that kinda shit. Likes smelly shit like sweet perfumes and incense. Enjoys gaming from time to time as well but not very competitive he just likes sabotaging everyone else lol. Can be a bit awkward at times particularly if he's a bit nervous. Naturally a bit untrusting but usually still friendly unless given a reason otherwise.  

Underswap Sans [Azure]: very energetic and charismatic. Always looks for the best in people but refuses to be ignorant to the bad, is far more perceptive then he lets on. Will never judge someone without first giving them a chance but can be surprisingly harsh and cold to those he believes to be bad people. Despite his golden retriever energy he loves more rebellious shit like motorcycles (which he rides and loves) and metal music. Loves a good puzzle but prefers practical puzzles like escape rooms, obstacle courses and even video games over things like jigsaw puzzles and crosswords. Loves riddles however. Pretends to hate puns because of his brothers dramatic overuse of them however on rare occasions he pops a pun himself from time to time. Always picking up baked treats and little crystals/incense etc for his brother and is naturally very generous towards his friends. At times can push himself a little too far to sort of 'prove himself', is often infantised and can often pressure himself into things in order to prove his competence and sense of independence.

Underfell Papyrus [Boss]: Stern and by the book, somewhat self obsessed and ruthlessly ambitious in terms of self improvement, constantly grinding to be stronger, faster, smarter etc. by far the best cook in the house and has a ginormous passion for cooking which he views very much like an art form. Loves upper class dining and enjoys food critiquing.  Also very much enjoys reality TV lol but kitchen nightmares is his favourite. Has a cat named doomfanger who is an asshole who hates everybody. Impatient and irritable with strong boundaries and a large need of personal space however all is mostly a defence mechanism, has a rocky but very close and unbreakable relationship with his brother that they are working on together as messy as it is between these emotionally stumped brothers. Loves luxury cars and vehicles.

Underfell Sans [Red]: Crass and flirtatious but respective of boundaries. Mean in general but often comes off even more so then he intends as he's got a very mean humour at times paired with being blunt and honestly isnt the most considerate. Struggles with a bit of anxiety himself but it manifests mostly as outbursts and irritability. Big drinker but is mostly getting it underwraps with his brothers support. Enjoys metal music primarily but also enjoys mainstream music but would rather dust before he let someone else know about that. HUGEEEE softy but you will rarely if ever see it, has the thickest stone walls up but all he wants to do is feel safe and be soft with the people he cares about but doesn't know how to go about doing that or the process to get there. Has a mix between a very blunt and a very teasing sense of humour depending on his mood. Likes physics. Enjoys helping people out but you only if you stroke his ego a little first, it makes him feel useful though he'll still pretend to be a dick about it. Very reliable and loyal to those he trusts and will always have your back, huge sweetheart even with his mean edge to his friends and family particularly as he develops emotionally and becomes more intune with his emotions. 

Undertale Papyrus: bubbly and brave, always striving to make the world kinder everyday but still learning to how to set stronger boundaries and not allow himself to be walked over. Despite his big persona he struggles with his self esteem to a degree too though he tried to keep those feelings from his ever perceptive brother Sans whos always right there to cheer him back up. Somewhat oblivious but it mostly comes out of his infectious optimism. Has a natural charm and gentlemanly feel to him, and is a lot more down to earth and calm as he gets comfortable around you as he often amps up his big personality out of need to try and present himself as being more likeable as he struggles with rejection and not feeling needed/wanted. Very hard to not get along with even with those that view him as more annoying due to his persistent kindness. Very patient and slow to anger despite his playful frustrations towards certain household members. The monster mascot. Very sociable and loves getting to know all kinds of people, one of the most considerate and accommodating people you will ever meet and is always very mindful of his friends and family though sometimes can get ahead of himself when particularly passionate about something. Very brave and loves a good challenge and adventure, goes hiking/camping often occasionally with Sans and other friends. Is the type to watch those 'wilderness survival tips' tikoks and is always diy-ing some survival item out of random things he's found in the backyard.

Undertale Sans: Dad energy for sure. Goofy and cheesy ass humour, a huge nerd and lover of all things science but especially drawn towards physics and astronomy which he will nerd out about if he feels comfortable with you. Chronically stressed always worrying about something but especially his friends and family. needs to learn to prioritise himself and his needs from time to time as he often neglects his own health and happiness especially for his brother. Very caring and gentle but trust issues is strong with this one particularly around humans, though a general distrust of humans is pretty much universal in monsters and honestly warranted lmfao. Enjoys lazing around and goofn but always feels burdened by the huge responsibilities on his shoulders and is attempting to develop healthier coping mechanisms around it but it often manifests as escapesism.

Papyrus Au Headcannons

UT(Papyrus): big dnd player, Collects all the custom made dice, fancy table throws and custom ordered figurines, regularly hosts a game night with all of his friends (and occassionally drags sans into the mix when he has the energy) .

US(Slim): despite what a down to earth and laid back guy he is, he's actually super into crystals and tarot and horoscopes and all that more spiritually kind of stuff, he finds it super interesting and even though he might not be 100% invested into the belief of it all, he thinks it's super fun to learn about and engage in (aka, his extensive collection of little crystal tumbles)

UF(Boss): upon reaching the surface, albeit not immediately, he finds himself in therapy, which after much convincing on his therapists behalf, he learns knitting, he'll never admit it, but he's actually quite good at it too. His brother is the only other soul who knows about it and he'd have Red's skull if he ever told anybody.

FS(Mutt): big on scent, he's a perfume guy, the ones that have a bunch of fancy perfumes with every kind of scent possible, and can deduce the different layers of a perfume through smell alone. He's not the snobby kind of perfume guy he just likes to smell good, typically likes really smoky, bitter or sharp type of scents, such as tobacco or coffee.

SF (Cash): Has a huge fashion sense, typically very alternative style streetwear, his taste in clothing was particularly hard to come by underground so he developed a knack for making his own, has sketchbooks full of outfit designs of big baggy jeans with lots of hoops and pockets and poofy oversized jackets. Will unapologetically tell you your clothes are ugly if he thinks they're boring.

FSGOLD(Coffee): huge fanboy, fanart, fanfiction the whole lot. Keeps that tadbeit of information under lock and key but if you get close enough he'll nerd out about the fandoms he's in, he might even make you an oc in one of his fanworks if he really likes you.

What would the main boys favourite soul trait that they look for in a s/o be?

Sans: Kindness definitely. He has a soft heart at his core and appreciates someone who can match that energy, he also has a few things he struggles with (such as depression) and really needs someone who can hold room for him and who he knows he can always find a nurturing and safe place in.

Papyrus: Bravery! (Just like himself) He is super into people who inspire him, and who he can admire as much as himself (lol). He likes people who he can count on for always being up for an adventure, someone who is exciting and courageous.

Stretch: Kindness, he has a huge respect for compassionate people, he definitely has a healthy distrust of humans and appreciates someone who he can know for certain is always holding good intentions and someone who looks out for other people and his brother.

Blue: Justice! Blue lives by his morals and refuses to budge for anybody else, he will always look for the good in people but will not allow himself to be blinded and ignore the bad, and he absolutely needs someone who matches his sense of morals and has a strong sense of character to stand up for what they believe in.

Jupiter: Perseverance! Having lived through incredibly hard times himself he definitely admires someone who can stand the test of time, who can get knocked down and find their way back to their feet. He wants someone who he knows is committed and doesn't give up easily. Jupiter has a very low self esteem and thinks of himself a lot like one big problem needing to be fixed, he wants someone who he knows won't bail on him, and will stick by him during the hard times.

Mars: patience! Mars isn't all like he used to be, especially after his head injury, in the process of his recovery he has taken upon a more slow, stable lifestyle and desires someone who can create a cozy, stable home with him and can be understanding of his disability- and loves him just as much for it and doesn't see him or his injury as a burden.

Mutt: determination/Bravery, Mutt is super attracted to people with bold personalities, people who know what they want and don't let fear rule them. Mutt himself has a bit of a coarse, icy exterior and can be quite intimidating to many, he's super into people that aren't afraid to challenge him and aren't easily intimidated.

Lord: integrity, coming from a universe where deceit and manipulation is all too common, he needs someone who he knows is reliable and sticks to their morals, he despises wishy-washy and unreliable people.

Red: Kindness, though he will never admit this (and honestly might not even be fully consciously aware of this either). Red at his core wants to feel safe, he wants someone who he can trust and will nurture all his wounds-both emotionally & physically. He has an incredibly hard time opening up and very little experience with kindness, but he's lived his entire life with a hard shell to protect himself from cruelty to cruelty- he just wants someone that makes him feel soft.

Edge: Integrity/Perseverance. Edge similarly to Lord appreciates someone who knows themselves and has the confidence to stand by what they believe in, someone who has a strong sense of character. He respects strength incredibly and has little respect for the weak-willed.

Razz: Bravery! Razz is all about the freaky eccentric things in life, he needs someone who is equally as much of a freak and isn't scared of the unconventional. He appreciates people who push limits and is all for exploring in uncharted territory.

Cash: Bravery/Justice. Cash is an absolute mischief maker and practical joker, he has strong morals and doesn't particularly care if those morals align with the law or not, out of all the main Skellies cash is the one with the least respect for any kind of authority and is going to be super attracted to anyone who can team up with him in his trouble making.

Coffee: Patience! Coffee is supppeerr socially anxious, and takes a long time to come out of his shell, his more mild and tame outer shell is often deceiving as he actually has major trust issues and tends to assume the worst in people, any potential s/o's would need to have the patience to get him out of his shell and reveal his more deviant & affectionate side.

Black: Determination, Black is incredibly cutthroat, he knows the challenges and cruelties of the world and knows them well. He's insanely ambitious and needs someone who is just as so, he very much is looking for an equal who is just as cunning as he is and is super attracted to people with a lot of prowess and big aspirations.
