Yall should eat egg yolk and not just egg whites of you want to loose weight. If you want healthy beautiful shiny hair, EAT YOUR YOLK. Yolk has biotin in it which is very important for healthy hair and healthy nails.
ever noticed how you loose hair and your nails start breaking while you are on a diet? It's because of biotin deficiency. EAT YOUR EGGS WHOLE.
