I’ve always dreamed of preserving produce farms compost or grocery stores throw away and turning it into artful food for greater good. I’m happy to see it already happening as a new food movement emerges. It’s all about #nowaste and using excess ingredients to make meals for those in need. It’s not just food but good food that tastes good in a beautiful space Access to something so fundamental in a way that could change someone’s life for good. I woke up this morning thinking about freedom. There’s freedom from and freedom for...one is an act of avoidance, removing oneself from a situation.
