Hello, My name is Mosab Elderawi, and I live in Gaza with my family. Life here has become harder than I ever imagined, and I’m writing this with hope in my heart that you might hear our story.

The place where my family and I lived, filling its corners with memories and dreams. But the war left us with nothing; our home was bombed 🥺, and everything we owned turned to rubble. In the blink of an eye, we lost the place that sheltered us and the security that held us together as a family.😔

[Or well, his modern AU self. The main story is a fantasy horror, and Sebastian is its deuteragonist. Whereas, in the modern AU he’s the protagonist & is just a normal human being.]

As i was editing that pfp and header for that fake account it made me lowkey sad cuz I was imagining him sitting in the dark editing them to what he thinks is cute and like that’s so adorable and it made me feel bad for bad for making him suffer so much 😭😭💔

As I was making that tweet, I was also going to include another pic which was like “one of this user’s freaky tweets” but it killed me to type like him. The type of stuff he’d tweet in the middle of night after a sh*tty day is just…. 💀 The CWs were also going to be more specific but I just physically couldn’t

Anyway though, on a good day he’d probably post stuff like this

[Jude is the main character of Sebastian’s fav horror game. In the main story, Jude is the protagonist. However, in the modern AU, Jude simply exists as an MC of a game. Similarly, to the main story he relates to Jude in this AU too… but here it’s nothing but an obsession with a fictional character to cope with his reality, rather than forging a genuine connection with a real being going through similar circumstances as him]

All in all, his hypothetical twitter account would probably be a mishmash of posts of him fanboying over his interests, showing off his figurines, vent posts, and a few other concerning posts that would make one question where this guy’s parents are 🤕 (he’s around 15-16 in the modern AU)

How my OCs would say “Sorry”

Sebastian: Sebastian is the type of person who will either likely not feel like he’s in the wrong enough to apologize, OR even if he does feel really bad/thinks he screwed up, he will just suffer from the internal turmoil & guilt but ultimately decide his apology won’t make up for anything and will only be an unnecessary burden (⌒-⌒; )

Vale: I hadn’t really thought much about his so I had to do it as I was drawing the sketches and I feel like ultimately his way of apologising would not be through words but by doing acts of service for the person he feels he has wronged. I like to imagine that perhaps one time one of Yves’s & his arguments go too far and he feels bad. And so goes around using the information that he’s recording in his journal to collect the types of insects Yves’s like, even though he himself despises bugs ( ；∀；)

Ulan: My poor son TT… he’s the type over apologize for even the tiniest of things. Mostly due to his parents and how they treated him. Though because he tends to be like this, he can sometimes put off other people (/ _ ; )

I think an idol AU with my OCs Jude and Sebastian would be cool

It could start off slightly lighthearted, about the rivalry between two idols who may or may not have shared history and then slowly delves into the harsh expectations & experiences both have faced… or something…

With the way the two are + their dynamic, it could very well fit an entertainment industry setting

Jude is canonically a good singer… but well Sebastian is tone deaf… so ig some minor things will just need to be tweaked haha

I've been resource gathering for YEARS so now I am going to share my dragons hoard

Floorplanner. Design and furnish a house for you to use for having a consistent background in your comic or anything! Free, you need an account, easy to use, and you can save multiple houses.

Comparing Heights. Input the heights of characters to see what the different is between them. Great for keeping consistency. Free.

Magma. Draw online with friends in real time. Great for practice or hanging out. Free, paid plan available, account preferred.

Smithsonian Open Access. Loads of free images. Free.

SketchDaily. Lots of pose references, massive library, is set on a timer so you can practice quick figure drawing. Free.

SculptGL. A sculpting tool which I am yet to master, but you should be able to make whatever 3d object you like with it. free.

Pexels. Free stock images. And the search engine is actually pretty good at pulling up what you want.

Figurosity. Great pose references, diverse body types, lots of "how to draw" videos directly on the site, the models are 3d and you can rotate the angle, but you can't make custom poses or edit body proportions. Free, account option, paid plans available.

Line of Action. More drawing references, this one also has a focus on expressions, hands/feet, animals, landscapes. Free.

Animal Photo. You pose a 3d skull model and select an animal species, and they give you a bunch of photo references for that animal at that angle. Super handy. Free.

Height Weight Chart. You ever see an OC listed as having a certain weight but then they look Wildly different than the number suggests? Well here's a site to avoid that! It shows real people at different weights and heights to give you a better idea of what these abstract numbers all look like. Free to use.

Actually, before I settled on wanting to publish my projects in the form of a novel, I really wanted them to be webcomics… but then I realised the sheer amount of work that be… handling both the art and the writing 🤒

But, in my head, I have specific artstyles that each of these series would have had lol

To answer your question though, probably The Call of the Void? It honestly could work really really well as one

Oh and also Echoes of Lament! It would’ve been so amazing to see that story as a webcomic \(//∇//)\

Not OC related but I just want to say, the stupid vase in this drawing gave me SOO MUCH TROUBLE. Choosing colors that fit the palette was so hard it killed my soul 😭😭

By the end of it I wanted to defenestrate myself. But ultimately, I did end up being happy with how the whole piece turned out so the pain was worth it ig….

Finally got to Penacony in Honkai Star Rail and Aventurine is deffo one of my top favs ^o^

Who is your favorite OC? >.<

For me, it lowkey changes based on my current tastes or mood. Though one of the few that has stayed consistent throughout the years as my fav is Altair. Currently, he’s one of the protagonists of my story The Called of Void, however, I made him about 4 years ago for a completely different story. His character was based on two separate dreams I had (with those dreams being influenced by my favorite tropes and characters lmao). He’s mysterious yet a charmer, but this charm also allows him to be quite manipulative in social situations

Other than him, Alistis is also a character I really like (& ig that should come as no surprise given multiple of my socials are named around him lol 😭). He’s one of the protagonists of my story Masked Light. I’ve had him since middle school and he has gone through numerous revisions and redesigns since then. Once again, he’s a character that suits my tastes to an extent haha. I really want to properly draw him one day…. But I can already predict his outfit giving me trouble 🤕

Honorable mention would be Azalea (from the same story as Altair). She’s my chaotic daughter and I adore her very much. She actually used to have the role Altair has in the current version of The Call of the Void at a certain point in time!
