Do you have any headcanons if Luis was adopted or put in a foster care after what happened to his grandpa? I'm suprised no one ever talks about this.

Omg! So I actually have this ONE HC that’s sort of in the realm of that!

So basically in the village chief’s journal we learn that Luis just stood and watched his grandfather burn to death in his cabin and by morning he was gone.

My theory is that he kind of just walked in a straight line out of Valdelobos, in a single direction for a couple days until he came upon a main road with some cars. It’s pouring rain out and a farmer is driving in his truck when he spots Luis on the side of the road and stops to check on him and offer him a ride.

He sees this poor young teen and tries his best to ask questions and get some information from Luis so he can better help him, but Luis is silent and doesn’t speak at all. He just looks tired, cold and sad. So the man just decides to take him home to his farm and him and his wife give Luis food, water and some clean clothes and the farmer talks to his wife in private for a moment about Luis and how he doesn’t know anything about him or how to help him.

Eventually they just decide to let him stay with them until they can figure something out and after a couple days, Luis finally starts talking to them and thanks them for being so kind. After some time, they develop a relationship with Luis and they would go on to unofficially “adopt” him as their son.

In his time living with them, he would work in the nearby town where they lived to earn some money and he would help out on their farm too.

My head canon ends with the couple dying somehow. I believe they are murdered, but I forget what the circumstances are that lead up to it. I have not thought about this au in a while XD but I know it’s right before he heads off to college for biomedicine.

Hello friend!! I’m so sorry I didn’t answer this sooner!

I’ve been doing pretty well I think! Some exhaustion here and there but I’m getting by :3 I hope you’re doing well too .

I think maybe the newest single you might referring to is “caramel”? I listened to it and I love it! I think that I love it a little bit less than “Emergence” but I still think it’s a good song.

I can’t wait for them to release the whole album! I heard it was going to happen in May but I’m not 100% sure.

I’ve also been listening to a lot of The Used since I actually saw them a couple days ago!
