Hey so this is VERY different from what I usually ask/post since it’s not fandom related but my sibling just puked in the parking lot because they wanted to prove to one of our friends that they can handle their drinks (even though they’ve been sober for a year now, and not in the alcoholic way more so they used to drink a lot more often way) and our friend kept saying:

“You drink like me”

And my sibling took that and decided they had to prove themselves so now I’m asking what all are some good hangover remedies while my sibling is past the fuck out.

Hey so my grandma and I recently got into watching Hawaii Five 0(2010-to present I think) anddd Steve and Danny have an… interesting relationship. Like, yeah I know their partners, yeah I know that as partners who constantly risk their lives their relationship is gonna be far from normal, and yeahhhh they’ve both hooked up with women, with Steve even having multiple love interests and had that whole thing with Cathrine.

BUT I can’t get over the fact that when Danny is on his- assumed- death bed in Season 8 Ep. 10, he sees his ideal life flash before his eyes- I say ideal because all of it is of future events that Danny hasn’t seen- and he never remarries, he never sees Steve marry- which is odd considering their best friends and you would think he would at least think be Steve’s best man, but whatever ig- and his last “memory” was of him and Steve sitting in Steve’s backyard looking out at the ocean while the sunsets and they’re just talking.

Now… don’t get me wrong, I can understand never remarrying and I can even understand wanting to grow old with your best friend, but never imagining being the best man at your best friend’s wedding??? And let’s talk about that last “memory”. Why in Steve’s backyard? Why with a sunset?? Don’t get me wrong, Hawaii is beautiful and the scene itself proves that so I can understand it but at the same time it’s so… intimate. And maybe it wouldn’t feel as intimate if it wasn’t in Steve’s backyard but somewhere else, but it’s not somewhere else, it’s there and that just makes that scene feel more to private, like it’s just the two of them in that moment frozen in time.

I’m not saying that they’re gay, but I’m definitely willing to AT LEAST head canon that Danny is demiromantic. Idk about Steve but they both already argue like an old couple, hell my grandma even makes fun of them for it. They literally got counseling and went on a couples retreat together, obviously they weren’t aware it was a couples retreat but they experience a lot of the same issues as couples so ig that doesn’t really count but the way they act is pointed out several times in the show.

Something that I think a lot of people have overlooked was the Soup Scene in A Goofy Movie(the first one).

The whole scene is about how when Max was little he would spell out all these different phrases/sentences on paper, or possibly using letter magnets that would be on the fridge.

Goofy is saying simple phrases like “Hi Dad. Maxie. Bye-Bye. I love you.”

Max is saying that he also used to spell out bigger words like “Ambidextrous. Hasta la vista.” And then also the whole American Pledge of Allegiance.

These all have one thing in common; they’re responses.

He could write down “Hi dad,” when his dad got home and would show him that rather than saying anything.

He could write down “Maxie,” when someone asked him for his name/nickname(granted as a kid it doesn’t really matter what it was, he would just know that the name “Maxie” is referring to him.)

Writing “Bye-Bye,” and “I love you,”is also a response or something that could be responded too.

Now with the bigger words/phrases, that could very well show that at school Max stayed non-verbal, especially since he was writing down the entire pledge of allegiance.

It’s never outright said that he was non-verbal so this could more so fall into a head cannon than actual cannon, but it would be an interesting take on Max and Goofy’s relationship as a whole, and it would explain why Goofy doesn’t like surrounded be quiet all the time. He had to keep talking in order for Max to respond to him in writing because that was the only type of communication that he could get from Max at the time.

Idk, I’m rambling at this point but even without the explanation I think non-verbal Max would be a good little head cannon.

If they bore color, surely they'd bleed burgundy. Now, Hobie clutched roses as black as Noir’s himself in that ridiculously attractive trench coat, echoing the haunting allure of gothic masterpieces. His astonishment wasn’t just about the irony of it all, but a ghost from the past – the only other flowers he'd known were those laid on a friend's grave.

The moment his eyes landed on those flowers, he envisioned their fate. A worn-out vase, marked by time and, let's be honest, indifference, stood on the improvised windowsill of his houseboat. In due time, he'd press the black petals between the pages of the very few books he actually owned and didn’t borrow from the library, crafting what he knew was called a herbarium.

Yet he reveled in the drama, taunting Noir with antiquated traditions. Noir, though, with eyes that missed nothing, caught the shadows Hobie always tried to bury. Rooted in old-world charm and serenades like "The very thought of you" or "My time is your time" Noir's actions screamed louder than words. It was evident in the deathly beauty of the bouquet, the embrace of a dance in his dimly-lit kitchen, and gestures as subtle yet profound as an open door or a beckoning hand. On the battlefield, Noir's presence loomed, not out of doubt in Hobie's prowess – they've danced with death together for months by now – but because a gentleman’s heart knows when to shield what it treasures most.

Thanks for clearing this up! It makes sense that it would be yellow.

I will say, if someone were to draw Grian, Jimmy, and Pearl as siblings then the wing color would definitely make for sense if Jimmy’s wings were red; Pearl’s wings could be red easily if you look at her during Double Life.

This definitely explains why he’s a domestic canary though so, again, thanks for explaining!
