Chapter 2 - Definitely No Saw This Coming.
TW: Mentions of Blood, Open Wounds, Mentions of Guns, Dead Body, Bad Language, Alcohol, Obsession, And Uneasy Behavior. If You Are Sensitive To This Or Don't Like That. Don't Read. You Have Been Warned.
(If You Think I Should Add Or Miss Something, Please Tell Me And I Will Add)
I carefully slid the cold metal of the gun beneath my shirt, feeling its familiar weight press against my side. With practiced ease, I adjusted my long-sleeved shirt, making sure every fold covered the weapon securely, concealing it from prying eyes. Maggie's back is pressed against the door, ensuring the peeking tom doesn't try that again. She smiles at me. "You ready?" Pushing herself off the door and towards me. I stare at her with mixed emotions. I don't know how to think about all of this. She picked them for me. She knew what I was going to do to them. She knew yet still invited me. Knowing what I would do to them. Did she know from the start?... Or did she find out along the way? If she knew why, wouldn't she have told anyone? Why is she with me?... Why is she helping me? "Star?" I was forced out of my train of thought when I heard Maggie's voice. I then feel her hand cup my cheek. I look down at her, meeting her brown eyes. She was still holding the smile, but her eyes filled with worry.
No, it can't be... You can't be doing all this for me. You can't be falling for me! Stop doing that! Stop looking at me with so much- I stare back at her for a second before pushing her hand away. Let her in. I can't. I walk past her to the door. Go back to her. I won't. I open it and make my way back to the living room. I hear her sigh before faint footsteps are heard from behind. You know you crave her touch. Shut up. As I step into the living room, my eyes are immediately drawn to the sight of three figures gathered together, each one adding to the atmosphere in their own way. Peeking Tom is on the couch, fidgeting with his shirt again. Chad is across from Peeking Tom and chugging a beer bottle. The smell hits my nose again. Charles is next to him, biting his nails and bouncing his leg with a huge backpack next to his feet. Sam is the only one missing. Odd.
Peeking Tom is the first to notice us before quickly averting his eyes when he meets mine. I glare holes in the back of his head. I know he can feel my gaze since his fidgeting gets worse. So bad that he seems to have torn small holes in his shirt. I suddenly feel a hand placed on my shoulder. DANGER! I yank myself away from the hand, turning to face the culprit. Seeing Sam's hand hovering over where I just was. The other was placed on Maggie, who also looked shocked before quickly smiling. "Sorry, ladies, I didn't mean to startle you." Lower his hand and take his hand off Maggie. Stuffing his hands into his pockets. I didn't even hear him... He has light steps... Watch him.
The glint in his eyes says otherwise. "You didn't startle us... More as caught us off guard." She turns her whole body to him. Still holding her smile. "I was told y'all guys are going to show us something?" She continues. From the corner of my eye, I see Peeking Tom and, weirdly, Charles also flinch. Sam also glances at them before returning his eyes to Maggie. "Yes. There is a cool, really old shack. The guys and I found it a few years ago." He glances at them again. "Oooh! A little adventure!" Maggie clapped her hands and bounced on her feet. Sam smiled amusedly. Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go!" Maggie grabbed my hand, holding it softly as she led us outside. "You heard the women! Let's roll out, boys!" Let the fun begin.
~~~
Sam is the one leading us deep into the forest. He's now wearing the backpack that was next to Charles. Speaking of him, Charles is next to him. As he listens to whatever Sam is saying. Chad and Peeking Tom are in the middle of our little group. Chad is holding a beer case and chugging down another beer bottle. Tripping over his own two feet every once in a while. Peeking Tom's eyes are on the ground as we walk. Whose name I have yet to get. Like it matters once I'm done with them. Knowing their names doesn't change what I'm going to do to them. And finally, at the back of the group are Maggie and I. She is still holding my hand as we walk. Her hand is so warm...
All that is heard is the snow crunching and the strong breeze following through the trees. Snowflakes are still falling down, but very lightly now. The sun is barely visible from how thick the clouds are, giving the sky a gloomy look. But it started to clear up as the sun went down. Charles looks to the sky before turning to Sam and telling him something. Sam then stops, and Charles unzips the backpack. He pulled out three flashlights that looked like they came from a security movie. He hands the first one to Sam, and it looks like he is about to give the second one to Chad. But he saw how... busy he is.
So he looks to "Tom" like he's debating something before handing it to him. As the sun sets, all of them turn on their flashlights. "Tom" is the last one to turn his flashlight on. He fidgets with it before he finally decides to turn it on. He's not even holding it where any of us could see. Just holding it loosely in his hand. It looks like it's about to fall from his hands. Maggie seems to notice, too. She lets go of my hand and throws herself onto his back. What is she doing? Catching him completely off guard. His face turns a bright red when their eyes meet. She seems to smile more before leaning into his ear. And whisper something into it. It's fine. She can do whatever she wants. His face gets redder the more she whispers. He starts to stutter and whispers back to her. I open and close my hand. It's not like we are anything. You want to be something, though.
She puts her hand over his before sliding the flashlight into her hands. She leans to his ear one last time to tell him something. She turns on her heel and makes her way back to me. "Tom's" eyes follow her before he meets my eyes. He flinches hard, and the color from his face drains, becoming a pale white. Quickly turning his head forward, she's back on my side. Where she belongs. She looks at me, then at what I'm "staring" at, then back to me. She hooks her arm to my arm before sliding her hand down to my hand. She taps at my fist quietly, asking me to open my hand. Which I didn't even know I was doing. I do so, and she intertwines her hand with mine.
But as she does that, she leans towards my ear. "Jealousy doesn't suit you. But you sure do look cute being all possessive of me." I turned to her, giving her a slow blink, which made her smile more before she turned forward and used the flashlight to guide us. I continued to stare at her before looking forward as well. I feel my face start to burn up.
...
Shit.
~~~
“God, please no!” The desperate cry echoed through the stillness of the forest. The air was filled with the rustling of bushes as something—or someone—was clearly pushing through the underbrush, followed by the sharp crunch of snow beneath hurried footsteps. The sounds indicated a small group on the move. More than two but fewer than six. I glanced at my companions, but their calm faces betrayed no hint of concern. It seemed I was the only one who had picked up on the cry for help in the serenity of the woods. The faint but urgent noise drifted in from a distance. Meaning only we can hear them. How far away? Can we avoid them? Definitely, not. Heading straight towards us. Dang it. This got complicated.
A piercing scream echoes through the dense forest, sending a chill down their spines. Instinctively, we all swivel our heads toward the source of the noise. I take the flashlight from Maggie, its beam cutting through the darkness as I shine it toward the rustling bushes. They quiver violently as if something (or someone) has stirred them to life. As I reached out instinctively for my gun, my hand found nothing but the empty air behind me, tracing an uncomfortable path along my back where I expected to feel the reassuring weight of the weapon that should have been there. The familiar grip that usually provided a sense of security was absent, leaving my fingers to close around nothingness, and a creeping sense of vulnerability began to settle in. Shit... Shit.
Suddenly, out of the dense, shadowy depths of the underbrush, two girls and a boy emerge, their presence both jarring and haunting. The girls, appearing no older than college students, have hair matted and tangled, with bits of foliage caught in the strands, while their clothes are tattered and stained as if they have fought through brambles and the elements. Their skin is smeared with a mix of mud, blood, and sweat. The boy appears equally disheveled, his face lined with dirt and exhaustion, eyes wide with fear. Each ragged breath he takes is filled with an urgency that speaks volumes about what they have escaped. As the trio stumbles forward, the silence is deafening.
The girls exchange frantic glances, their expressions a blend of hope, while the man scans the area as if expecting danger to pounce from the shadows. Then, like an unwelcome intruder, a sharp, metallic scent of copper penetrates the air around me, catching in my throat and sending a wave of instinctive dread coursing through me, amplifying the sense that something truly horrific lies just beyond the edge of the trees. Shit.
The shorter of the two girls throws her arm over the other girl despite her poorly bandaged leg soaking in blood through the missing chunk in it. The girl being carried shows signs of abuse, her eye swollen and colored in dark pinks and purples. The guy, less battered than the other two, however, is covered in slashes that litter all three of their bodies. The lacerations pour from each wound, and the girl with the wounded leg has the brunt of the cuts. The blood is going fast, and the cuts are like that of a hatchet? No axe.
"Oh my god!" Gagging is heard in the background no doubt from Tom. "Please you have to help us! There is this crazy fuck! H-he killed all of her friends!" The shorter girl is quick to ask for help. Forcing both of the girls to move closer to us. I feel Maggie wrap her hands around my arm. "Killer?!" Charles screamed. " Well, this just got a lot more interesting." I could practically hear Sam's smirk. "Listen we can't just stand here! We need to keep moving!" The guy says quickly. Looking around this almost pitch-black forest. Killer, huh? It wouldn't surprise me, especially with the campers going missing. This just got a lot more complicated... Pet. What? Someone's pet is near.
"What do we do, Star?" Maggie whispered to me while she gave me a small tug. I turn my gaze to her. For a normal person, they would be scared or be ready to run. But not my Maggie. Her face looked at me for the next step. It is as if our dinner plans have been messed up, and they are looking at me for what to do next. I stare at her for a moment before looking at this new group. I usually try to stay away from another killer's target. Not my target, not my problem. But from this group running into our group, the killer will most likely want to kill us as well. If they are a smart killer. So it means I need to kill them before they kill us. But one of these bastards took my gun. This has just become a pain in my side.
"Damn it. Another fucking bunch of annoyance." Snarls a gruff voice some ways away from the new group. "Don't be-be such a drowner *click*, just means n-new toy to b r e a k." Replies another voice, giving a sharp cackle. I turn my head towards the forest and start to scan it. To the best of my abilities. Two killers? Dang it. It seems that this killer and I can agree on this. This is really fucking annoying." I don't want to kill people I don't have to." The gruff voice snapped at the other. "How are there even people here? I thought no one came here anymore." The gruff voice continued. "Don't know. *pop* D-don't care. Bet I can hit the b-big guy." Big guy? I turn to our group. Chad and the new guy are the only big enough guys here.
Now actually looking at the group Charles and the new girls are chatting. Charles and Tom do the best they can. To bandage up the girl's injuries. Tom gagging almost every second. Chad had slumped against a tree still drinking away. Sam is just observing until his eyes meet mine. I break eye contact almost immediately to look at the last guy. Who's biting his nails rather hard. Blood poured down from his fingers all the way to his forearm. His eyes never leave the forest as he looks crazed. "Star?" I return my gaze to Maggie's and we lock eyes.
Maggie has the faintest smile and eyes filled with wonder. Like she is watching a grand art piece be made in front of her. Just ready to look for the deeper meaning I have to give. To find out what secrets it hides under its paints. In a way, I am an art piece to her. I lean slightly closer for her ears to hear only. Her face turns lovely a shade of red. I stare at her and let out a sigh. My cold breath surrounds her face before vanishing. "When I give you the signal. You run as fast as you can back to the cabin. My duffle bag has a knife you can use. You meet me there, understand?" I pull my face back to make sure she understands. She stares at me. Her face is still red before nodding.
I look back at the group and focus my hearing on the killers. " Come o-on. *Cracks knuckles* It would b-be funny to see them scatter like m-mice." Ticking voice argues. "Rogers." The gruff voice gives a warning. Well, I got one of their names. "We need to separate the groups to deal with ours first." The gruff voice lets out a sigh. "I can't take it anymore! We can't just be standing out in the middle of the open! They're going to catch up to us... or they already have!" The bleeding finger guy suddenly shouts. Panic rises the more he speaks. "F-fucking idiot with all DIPSHIT this yelling we w-would have *pop* found them even *Cracks head* without standing h-here in the open." The ticking voice annoyed at the finger guy. " Screw this! I'm out of here!" The finger guy quickly turns to the forest, getting ready to run when...
My eyes catch something whiz by through the trees and lodges itself into the back of the head of the guy trying to make a run for it. I couldn't even tell it was an axe until, like time was frozen, the guy's body was shoved forward by the force. I can see his body twitching as the blood leaves his brain, painting the snow in a deep crimson. I finally get a good look at the axe. The head seemed to already have dried blood on it, and its hilt was worn with use. There are no sounds except this guy's blood pouring out of him until the silence is broken by everyone's panic, and I command one word, "Go."
Maggie swiftly turned and sprinted back the way they'd come, her movement filled with steady determination. I watch her go, pushing myself towards the soon-to-be-dead man. I seize the handle of the axe and brace myself to yank it out. With a firm tug, I pull it out, it's heavyweight, steadying my resolve. I press my boot sturdily into the ground before sprinting deeper into the forest where this axe comes from.
What a pain. But where's the fun in it being easy? Speak for yourself.

Chapter One - A Cabin & The Unknown
TW: Bad Language, Mentions Of Past Abuse, Alcohol, Obsession, And Uneasy Behavior. If You Are Sensitive To This Or Just Don't Like That. Don't Read. You Have Been Warned.
(If You Think I Should Add Or Missed Something Please Tell Me And I Will Add)
One would think having a perfect marriage is all you need in life. That after that you don't need to worry about anything. Some may say that a child is the last thing you need for it to stay perfect. Some say that having the perfect marriage is enough. It's really a coin toss. At least for the outside world. To the outside world, they will only ever know the perfect marriage. But behind the scenes of that perfect marriage is a monster destroying a human being.
The monster can destroy you in many ways. Its words could be daggers always aiming where it will hurt you the most. Making those words actually feel like daggers hurting you. The monster will keep throwing those daggers until the human believes they should have been thrown at them. They deserve every hit because what the monster said was true.
The monster is only trying to help them be their better selves. It's not the monster's fault that the little human took it as stabbing them in the heart, or that the little human is so weak. It's NEVER the monster's fault. But let's not be childish. There's no such thing as monsters. A monster won't be as bad as this disgusting creature. So what is the creature hurting the little human? Maybe the big bad wolf? Like our cliche villain of stories. As I said this isn't some childish bed time story. No, this is something far worse...
Another human. A human is hurting its own kind. A human is ripping apart another human. Why? For the fun. It is not for survival like a bear protecting their young. Or a lion killing another animal for food.
No, a human destroyed another just because they could. And we humans are supposed to be on top of the food chain. How are we at the top of the food chain when humans hurt or kill other humans for the heck of it? Just for the thrill of it? What a load of bull.
~~~~
I press my face against the window. The coldness of the window has made my cheeks numb. Through the foggy glass, the small white flakes fall down. The radio is playing some country music. Maggie and I are on our way to a cabin in a forest. Her latest fling had invited her to come and hang with his "bros". Maggie being somewhat reasonable asks if I could go with her. Of course, I'm going with her.
I would've preferred if she didn't go at all. Especially how weird the whole situation is. Maggie was only on three dates with this guy. And he's inviting her to a cabin in the middle of a forest with a few of his guy friends. Yeah, like heck I'm leaving her alone with them. She didn't even see the obvious danger. She just wanted to have a sleepover buddy for "Girl talk". Since there would be a bunch of guys there, she wouldn't have anyone to talk to.
This girl is going to get herself killed for being that naive. Or how she likes to call it "Positive Thinking" or whatever. Which is even more stupid. I don't know why I hang out with her. Her type always gets themselves into trouble. And I'm the one who usually has to pull them out of it. That's how we met.
She was in a toxic relationship with her girlfriend and I helped her get away. That bitch would beat her black and blue. And she would still defend that thing to her grave. If I hadn't intervened she would be in one. Still defending that monster even though it put her there. I guess she clung to me. For taking her out of that environment with nowhere else to go.
I usually tell them to go to a family member or friend they trust and explain the situation to them for further help. If they don't have anyone, I tell them to go to domestic violence shelters. Usually, they do something of the latter. But Maggie refused to leave me. When I asked why, she said, "Seems like you need company more than me." I still don't understand what she meant. I think she was self-projecting on me. "Astrid! Are you alive?!" I jolt away from the window. Turn to face her having a big old grin on her face.` I give her an annoyed look and turn back to the window. " What do you want, Maggie?"
I see us past a billboard reading "Welcome to Rosswood Lodge!" From endless plains turned into miles of forest. As she turned into a clearing. "I was going to tell you that. We are only a few minutes away!" I could feel her enthusiasm oozing from her words. If she could jump up and down she would. I give her a tired sigh before leaning my face back on the window. "You know you love me~" She sang. I give her a groan as a response.
From what Charles said (Her date), it used to be an abandoned park. In 2020, they remodeled it into rental cabins. There are about five cabins, and the rest of the land is camping grounds. Apparently, doing that got a lot of business but also a lot of rumors—rumors of killers lurking in the woods. It doesn't help that people have been going missing. But that's common for any plot of land, especially for how big this forest is. Something deep inside of me is telling me something is going to go horribly wrong. I just know it.
Maggie makes a few turns before pulling up in one of the cabins. Next to it, a sign reads "Cabin 3" in small print, "Enjoy your stay!" I see a black truck and a mini red car. Maggie parked her car next to theirs. The cabin in front of us is cozy-looking. Looks like it's made out of the forest itself. From the windows, I can see a warm light coming through. I can see a few guys chatting away and laughing with one another inside. I can see them holding bottles and cans of beer. Great. We are not only in the middle of nowhere with random guys but with drunk random guys in the middle of nowhere. Just great. "Come on, Astrid! Let's get inside and party!" Party? This is a disaster waiting to happen.
Maggie kicks open the car door and steps out with a little hop. I reluctantly follow her, opening my door too, and stepping out. She is already at the truck, opening it. She throws her backpack over her shoulder and grabs a bright pink suitcase, letting it drop to the ground as she pulls the handle up. I grab my brown duffle bag with a few patches on it. "Come on! I can't wait for you to meet Charles! He's definitely the type you go for." Highly doubt it. I shut the trunk as Maggie started to lead us to the cabin. Just as she was about to open the door, it swung open unexpectedly.
The door opens, revealing Charles. He wears a thick winter coat, long snow pants, and hiking boots. His fluffy hazel hair is shoved into a black beanie. His brown eyes meet my light blue eyes before his gaze returns to Maggie. He gives her a big smile and forces her into a hug. "My love! So glad you made it! Didn't know we were bringing company. Thought I only invited you." He laughs as he stops hugging but keeps his hands on her shoulder. Stop touching her.
Maggie gives a small chuckle. "I guess it slipped my mind." "A heads-up would have been really nice since, again, I only invited you." Still holding the smile and hands on her. Get your hands away from her. "It's not really fair since you invited your friends last minute. I think it's far I brought my friend." She reminded him. "Yeah, but I didn't invite her." His hands tightened on her shoulders. I open and close my hands. Feeling my fingers start to go numb. Yeah, that's the reason.
"It's fine; she can room with me. Besides, I wanted someone to talk to other than you. I doubt your friends or you would want to discuss periods or make-up. Hey, that's starting to hurt. Can you let go?" As she tries to pry his hands, I take a step forward. He looks lost in thought before letting her go. "Sorry about that baby! You know how I am with my plans. Please let's go inside from this freezing weather." He turns on his heel and starts to go inside without sparing me a glance. Double standards. I don't know where Maggie thought he would be my type. He's just like the bitch she used to date. Why would she try and date someone like him again? Hell! I thought she only liked girls!
Maggie leans towards me and whispers "See? Told you he would understand." She winks at me as she follows Charles inside. How on earth was that understanding?! But I reluctantly follow her inside. When we entered the cabin, it was interesting, to say the least. Three different-colored couches didn't even match each other. It was like someone went to three-yard sales and grabbed the first one they saw with various mysteries of stains. A coffee table in the middle looks like it's about to fall over. Underneath it is a fluffy rug. That should honestly be in an old lady's bathroom rather than a living room. But that's not what caught my attention. It's the litter of beer bottles and cans, that are all over the place. It's the first smell that hits my nose. I cringe at it. Maggie gave a sympathetic look. I don't need your pity...
The second thing I noticed was the very drunk "man" on the couch. He wore an old-school jersey that boldly read "Chad Adam," with his face firmly planted in an old granny pillow. He has dirty blonde hair and summer tan skin. "Chad, wake up now!" Charles approaches the unconscious Chad, sounding slightly annoyed. Hitting him on the back of the head. "ACK!" Chad exclaimed, wincing in discomfort. Either from Charles yelling or from the hit, no one will know. Chad stood up abruptly, anger radiating from his expression as his jaw clenched tightly. His eyes narrowed, filled with fire. He was more than ready to confront Charles. Every muscle in his body seemed ready to throw the first punch.
Before Chad could respond, Charles cleared his throat and pointed at us. Shocked, Chad coughed into his fists and glared at Charles. "A warning would have been nice," he muttered, pushing past us into another room."Sorry about him, girls! He's a bit jumpy," Charles said. Maggie leaned in and whispered, "Awkward." I nodded in agreement. " Hey, Why is Chad all pissy-" A "guy" with long black hair, whose hair is in braids enters. He stops and stares at us before his shocked face turns into a smirk. "Well look at these lovely ladies!"
Don't call us that. "Hello! You must be Sam. Charles talks the most about you." As Maggie steps forward to offer her hand for a handshake, he surprises her by grasping it firmly. With a warm smile, he leans down and softly kisses the back of her hand. Get your disgusting lips away from her. Maggie looks taken aback before giggling. "Well, aren't you a charmer!" Sam smiles. "Only the best for you, darling~ I hope Charles has only spoken good things about me" Sam gave Charles a side glance. Stop it. "Only the best things." Maggie lets out another giggle. "And who's this beautiful woman?" Sam turns to me his face still holding that smile. But it doesn't reach his eyes. Maggie's smile drops for a moment and a dark gleam in her eyes before returning to normal. Hm.
"I was only told the lovely Margaret would be here." Maggie tensed for a moment. "I would like to introduce you to my best friend, Astrid! My very beautiful and amazing gal! She's someone really special to me, and I invited her to join us. I hope you’re okay with it!" Maggie quickly comes to my side and wraps her arms around mine in a hug. And for a moment it seems she might have glared at Sam. "I would never deny a beauty such as yourself." He goes to grab my hand most likely to do the same thing he did to Maggie but I yank my hand away from him. Maggie seems to smirk at that. But again only for a moment.
He doesn't seem fazed and simply stands tall. "I hope my friends and I can help you have a great time here. I know I certainly would." He smiles widely, but there's a dark glint in his eyes—something much more sinister he has planned for us. Maggie tends to overlook the signs that are so obvious to me. (But then again my view of the world differs greatly from normal people's.) She remains blissfully unaware of the dangers that lurk around her. I often step in to protect her from situations she doesn't see. But one of these days I won't be able to save her.
I just didn't know it was going to be this soon.
~~~~
Currently, Maggie and I are in one of the rooms. It's the smallest room. The things in here barely fit. The bed is a queen-sized model pushed into a corner, with a chunky, old-fashioned wardrobe next to it. Additionally, a desk is squeezed in right beside the wardrobe, making it nearly impossible to open the wardrobe doors. An unattractive green lamp sits on the desk, alongside a bright pink stool that is tucked underneath it. The stool is so small that anyone sitting on it would likely struggle to reach the desk. I'm curious as to how these cabins are so popular with how horrible they are put together.
From my research, this place has only 5-star reviews. Not a single star lower. Which is not humanly possible. Some random teenager would put a 1-star review and write "First!". Or a Karen whining about how the roads are so uneven. But nothing. Another weird thing is that all of the reviews say some version of how you definitely should come here. "You have been real quiet since we got here," Maggie noted. She placed the suitcase on the bed. "Nothing to say." I put my duffle bag on the desk.
"So I take it you don't like them?" Maggie lets out a chuckle. "No." I unzip it and I start to dig through it. Maggie sighs. "I guessed. So that means I choose right then?" I stopped digging before turning to her. She sat criss-crossed, her elbows propped onto her knees and face propped up by her hands. Her face was neutral as she stared me down. "What do you mean "choose right"?"
Before I could receive an answer, I heard the old, creaky door shift slightly on its hinges. I turned my head toward it and caught a glimpse of an eye peeking through the narrow crack. The low, heavy sound of his breathing filled the silence, a reminder of his presence as he stared us down. I knew there was another man with us, and here he was. Our eyes locked, and I could see his smile stretching across his face. To a normal person, the sight would be utterly terrifying—eyes wide with fear, breath caught in their throat, perhaps even a scream escaping their lips. But I wasn’t a normal person anything but that. In fact, I wondered if I was even capable of feeling fear... Get out of your head and fouses.
I marched straight to the door and swung it open. With such force, It caught the peeking tom off guard. He stumbles forward a bit and barely catches himself. I don't give him a chance to recover before I start to interrogate him. " What are you doing and why are you spying on us," I demanded an answer. "Oh! I-I um." The "guy" looks pathetic as he tries to come up with an excess. Losing all the "confidence" he had early. I call him out on it. "Where did all that confidence go? You were stupid enough to peek at us. What were you hoping to see? Us showing? Or maybe us changing?" I mocked him.
His face heats up as he fidgets with the ends of his shirt looking anywhere but me. He's a bit shorter than me. Him just barely reaching my neck. Which I noticed every once in a while he looked at my chest. All the same. He had very matted brown hair and brown eyes that refused to meet mine. " I'm sure he didn't mean any harm. He was probably just looking for us." I felt Maggie wrap her arms around my waist as she held me tightly. Her head peeking over my shoulder as she stared down the boy in front of her. I could feel her smile on my shoulder. "Right?"
He swallows hard as he repeatedly nods his head. "Y-yes! The g-guys and I want to s-show you something!" I'm still glaring him down while Maggie is simply smiling at him. "We will join you in a moment. Just let us... fresh up." Maggie thought for a moment before speaking. "G-got it! Take as much t-time as you need!" He practically threw himself down the hall before disappearing from view. I sigh as I let my fists unclench. "You should get your stuff," Maggie mumbled into my sleeve. Still, holding me close. " When you said "choose right" you meant you chose them for me, didn't you?" I feel her smile- no smirk grow.
I guess you're not as naive as I thought you were.

I miss the smell of Pigsy cooking. I wish I could tell you how much I improved on making your recipe. I hope you would like it. Everyone I make it for says they love it. I hope you would be proud of me. I wish I could cook with you again...
I miss Mk's smile. It was always so bright even when it got so horrible for him. I am glad I was able to keep it bright. I wonder would you still smile that brightly at me? I hope you would. I could use your smile right now...
I miss Tang's rants to me. About all the stories you read and think I would like to. I wonder if Tang still writes. Did you write about me? You probably did. You always said you would add a special mention for me. I don't really deserve that. I just took what I knew of the story and gave it to you early...
...
...
...
 I want to go home. I want to go back to you all so bad.
Why couldn't you let me stay with them?
Please...
I want to go home...
Please...
There seem to be wet spots on this page

Chapter 2 - New Friends
Tumblr media
We stop in front of... You guessed it, Pigsy's Noodles! "This is where I work! And I personally know the boss. So I bet I can get you a job here!" He spoke with so much enthusiasm and a bright smile. Oh, this poor sweet summer child. You really should not trust strangers this much.
Fousces. You Need To Keep Your "Act" Up.
Right! "Oh please, dear! This is way too much. We literally just met! I don't even know your name." Mk looks like he is staring through me. He probably just realized he dragged a stranger to his job. He opens his mouth like he is going to say something but is interrupted. "MK!" We both turn to the doorway of the restaurant. And you guessed it Pigsy. Pigsy looks pretty much the same. He has his white chef outfit. It's a pink pig with fuzzy arms and a chin.
He looks at Mk and practically charges at him. "Where have you been?!" Pigsy screams in Mk's face. But Mk looks at him blankly. "You were supposed to go get my delayed shipment! So I could continue making noodles for my customers! But for you taking so  long  I had to close early!" Pigsy wacks him with his spoon.  "Oh. I knew I was forgetting something." He rubs his head.
"You just need to walk down the street!! How were you gone for 5 hours!?" "Well, you see. I was going to the shipment. But you won't believe what I saw! There was a bright beam! And no one else seems to see it!" Mk makes the motions of the beam. Wait, beam? I don't remember any beam. "So pulling a page from Monkey King! I decided to investigate it. I ran towards but it was starting to fade away. So with my quick thinking, I jumped on a bus."
Mk makes motions like he is parkouring over things. Then throwing himself in a "bus." "And I was so close to figuring out what it was! But by the time I got there, the beam was gone." MK looks defeated. "So I stayed on the bus to take me home. Where I helped my new friend." He shows me off  and I give a small wave. Pigsy seems to have finally noticed me. "Oh, yeah. Before I forget she needs a job, so I was wondering if you could hire her." Pigsy stares at the both of us blankly for a moment. "WHAT?!"
Tumblr media
And now I'm just sitting here with a cup of tea, which I don't even like. So it's just sitting with me here. I look down at it and see my reflection for the first time. Hm. This is the new me now. I don't know how to feel about this. Um! Stsyem distract me!
Tumblr media
Would You Like To Keep Your Old Name? Or Do You Want A New Name?
My old name? I mean it wasn't unique. It wasn't a bad name. But it was my name. I don't know. A new name would be fun. Also, I could get to pick my name. But-
Starting Random Name Gentoar...
Hey, Rude! I was still thinking! A hand waves in front of my face and I jerk away from it. I turn to the hand's wielder. And see Tang! He is wearing a long white shirt with a red vest over it. Dark blue pants and brown shoes. with of course his thick black glass. He sits next to me and places a brown tote bag beside him.
"Are you okay? You have been staring at the tea for a long time. You didn't even hear me when I called you." I could feel my cheeks heat up. "Sorry about that. I get lost in my thoughts a lot." He pulls out a notebook and pen. He gives me a small hm. "Do you know where the cook is?" "Oh yeah, he's in the back with MK. So he might be a while." I point to the back door where they are talking now.
Now that I think about it. They have been reticent. I turn back to Tang. And he is eating a bowl of noodles. Where did he get that? "So what brings you here?" I decided to ask. "I know the cook personally. And I enjoy his cooking. So come here often. How do you know Mk?" He gives me a side glance. "I just met Mk at a bus stop. I have been struggling a bit so MK paid for me."
"As soon as he learned that. He dragged me here. And is trying to get me a job here, thus why I am here." I look back down at my tea. That is starting to get cold now. Tang smiles fondly, looking back to his noodles. "That's just MK for you. He is a really good person. I think you will get the job. Pigsy is not one to leave someone when they need him." I turn to him. "So do I. But back to you. What do you do for a living?" Tang places the noodles next to his notebook and takes a sip of his tea. Which once again where did he get that?! "I teach literature at a nearby college. As well as trying to write a book. But besides that, I teach a bit of everything but mainly focus on mythology, history, tragedy, fairy tale, folklore, and drama." He takes another sip.
"I'm currently teaching "The Journey to the West." He picks up the bowl and starts to eat from it again. Bingo. "What do you think about it so far? I lean on my hand as I look at him. "Well, I won't lie I have been intrigued. It doesn't help there is so little on the Monkey King. Like his last where about. He just vanished." I could practically see the shine in his glass. " Ah. Sorry. The Monkey King is but a myth. So he might not be even real." Those same glasses cracked when he remembered I was still there.
"Your tone tells me you might believe he is real. You don't need to go all natural on me. If it helps I think he does exist." I snicker. "As my students call it I went teacher mode on you. But yes I do believe he exists and I have reason to believe he is on Flower Fruit Mountain. Especially since it is the hardest thing to find! And if you even do find it there are so many challenges before you even get to the actual mountain!" He slammed down his bowl on the counter and stood up. I jerk upwards from me not expecting it. Putting my hands up like I'm about to be arrested.
I sweat dropped. "You seem really passionate about it. Why don't you write your book on that?" I suggested. Tang seemed to snap out of his trance. He gave a nervous laugh before sitting down. "Acullaty now that you say that. it's not a bad idea." He looked deep down. He then started to write a bunch of stuff down at record speed. His glasses had a full shine to them. Then he slammed down his pen. "I got it!" He grabs my hands with a bright smile and stars in his eyes. "Thank you. I have been struggling for months. Trying to figure out what to write. But you gave me the best idea."
"O-oh it's nothing. You would have probably figured it out yourself before I even suggested it." I gave a small nervous laugh. I knew Tang was obsessed with Monkey King. But lord I didn't know it was this deep. "Still! You probably speed up months of my thinking. By the way, my name is Tang." He sits back down and goes back to the noodles. " Nice to meet you, Tang! My name is-"
Kylie.
"Kylie!"
You Have Meant Tang.

Love: 0/10
Friendship: 1/10
As he goes to take another bite of the noodles. A spoon comes flying at Tang and hits him square in the face. Making him fall off his chair and drop the bowl. I grab onto the noddle before it falls on the ground. Kind of impressed I was able to catch that. "Stop eating my noodles, you freeloader!" Pigsy yells at Tang pointing another spoon at him. What is it with them randomly getting items?!
"And you!" Pigsy points his spoon at me. "Y-Yes?" "Do you know how to cook noodles?!" "K-kind of! I know how to make decent broth but never homemade noodles before!" The noodles I have even made are instant noodles and only sometimes do I add stuff to it. "Have you worked as the cashier before?!" Pigsy continues to scream at me. "Yes, I'm very familiar with working as a cashier! As well as taking orders!" Is this an interview!? "Good, I expected you here tomorrow at 6 am to start your shift!"
You Have Met Pigsy.
Trust: 0/10
Love: 0/10

"Yes sir!" I salute him. MK throws his arms around my neck like a hug. "See told you I would get you the job." He gave me a cheeky smile. "You indeed did. And I'm internally grateful. This gets rid of one of my problems." I patted his arms. "Well, I'm about to solve another! You can move in with me with you get back on your feet!" He lets go of me and shows me some keys which I could only assume were his home keys. I shake my head and hands no. "Oh! That's too much! I kind of have a place to stay at. Plus we again just met. We are practically still strangers!"
"Well, my name is Mk! I work at Pigsy Noodles. And you are my new roommate!" He says with the brightest smile as he offers me the keys despite how amazing this is for me. I can't help but see how unreal this situation is. No one in real life would be this nice unless they were trying to kill me. But then again this isn't real life anymore and I might as well make the most of it! "Name is Kylie and I guess I'm your new roommate." I take the keys.

Chapter 1 - Where am I?
Tumblr media
As I tried to open my eyes, they stung with a burning sensation. I could only see pitch black, but a faint light shone above. I struggled to swim towards the light while my lungs burned from holding my breath. I finally reached the top and took a deep breath. I threw my arms over a nearby ledge and stayed there for a while, catching my breath. As I looked around, I realized I was in a park. Also, it was the dead of the night. I suddenly realized that instead of my feet floating. I was now sitting on the floor. As I looked down, I was indeed sitting on the floor. Curse the weird infinite foundation.
Behind me was a three-layered foundation with a woman on top. She had long hair, she wore a simple short dress, a white veil, and her eyes were closed. With her hands raised to the sky. As the water falls down her hands. I stand up and throw my legs over the ledge. I realized that I wasn't wet at all. I look around this park. Nothing about it is familiar. I couldn't tell at all which world I was thrown into. In the corner of my eye, something shined. I turned to the foundation and looked down to see that dang coin.
I go to pick up the coin; however, my hand doesn't feel like I put my hand in the water. When I pull my hand out of the water with the coin. My hand and the coin remain completely dry. I examine the coin that put me in this situation in the first place. It looks different than the last time; instead of being blank, it has a sparkle with three gems connected to it. So, what should I do now? I am still determining which world I'm in! It's the middle of the night, and I have nowhere to sleep! Do I even have any money on me?! I dig through my pockets but realize that my outfit is different. Oh! Of course, every Isekai character gets a new look! Maybe it will give me a clue as to which world I'm in!
I have a yellow jacket, a white shirt with gray trim, light blue shorts, a yellow belt or ribbon tied around my waist, orange socks that barely stay up, and white tennis shoes. Never mind! That wasn't helpful at all! I look at the coin in my hands. The lady said something about me making one wish per world. But what do I even wish for or do I want to use it this soon!? AHHH! Okay, calm down. What usually helps iskai characters. There is usually a higher being that transfers them to the new world. Check! However, "The Lady" is not helpful at all. The second one is they have a universe that helps them; however, I haven't even met anyone. All the other ones figure it out themselves. I'm not that smart! Wait no. There was the manhwa who had a game system-style thing and helped them. Maybe I can wish for something similar but remove the locked things. It can help me figure out where I am, my friends and love interests, my levels, and all my notes.
Yea! That's it! "I wish for my own game system style!" I flipped the coin in the air. As the coin falls, my head starts to ring. I fall to my knees. I feel a burning sensation in my eyes along with a screen appearing. A loading screen with G.G. on the front. Ok, that was a lot more painful than I thought it would be. "Hello. I am your personal Game System Style. How can I help you today?" In front of me is a golden see-through screen and a robotic voice speaking to me. Displayed on the screen is a character sheet, resembling that of D&D. It has a character profile but no picture as well as the name. "How can I help you?" The Game System asked again. Stop zoning out me! "Oh, right! Can you tell where I am?"

The World You Have Entered: Lego Monike Kid
*Gasp* "Season 4 is already out but I was waiting for the next season!! Do you know which season I'm in?"
Scanning...Scanning...Scanning...
Season 1 Has Not Started Yet. You Are In The Prologue.
"The prologue? So Mk hasn't got his powers yet. All I understand is, that Mk was abandoned at Pigsy when he was young. But that is about it. Shoot! Do we know how far back we are?"
Scanning...Scanning...
There Is No Available Information At The Moment. To Require More Information Leave The Haven.
"The Haven? Is that what this place is? What can you tell me about this place?"
The Heven Is A Safe Place Where You Can Go. You May Use This As A Place To Hide, Comforted Yourself, Or Get Connected To The In-Between. However, I Can't Guarantee You Will Get A Response.
"Good to know! So is me being in here preventing you from getting information?"
Yes And No. No, Because For Me To Get You Information On The World. You Need To Be Exploring The World. As Well As Interact With The World And Characters. Yes, Because In The "Haven," I Collect Other Information You Don't Need Right Now.
"So, how do I leave this place?"
Just Walk In The One Direction. You Should Be Able To Exit. But I Should Suggest You Stay Until Morning So You Don't Have To Worry About Getting Hurt By Anyone. Also, Before You Ask, Yes, You Can Return Here Anytime You Need To.
"Your guess was correct! I was going to ask that."
You Tend To Ask A Lot Of Questions.
"True. I am an inherently curious individual. Well, better get comfy." I lay on the floor. The seat may not be the most comfortable, but it is sufficient. "Night System." I lay on my hands before closing my eyes.
Tumblr media
I feel the warm sun on my face. I raise my hand over my face. I slowly open my eyes.
Morning. We Should Get Moving.
I jerk upwards. "Lord! A warning would have been nice!"
Sorry. I Will Remember This Next Time.
"Well, I'm wide awake now." I stand up. Stretch my arms out. Lord, my body hurts. "You said I just need to walk in a direction then I would be out?"
Correct.
I begin walking down a path. The once bright green trees are turning brown and orange, and many leaves are falling to the ground while others are piling up on each other. The air smells organic and earthy with a hint of cinnamon. Suddenly, a strong breeze blows at me, causing my hair to blow wildly in the wind. I hug myself to keep warm because it feels freezing outside. Eventually, I came across a bus stop. The sign next to it says "One Way." Just then, a bus pulls up and opens the door. "You getting on, kid?" asks an older man sitting in the driver's seat. "Oh! I am," I reply. And get on the bus as it drives away. Outside the window, I see trees turn into city buildings. This looks more familiar to me.
In episode 1, when Mk makes his deliveries to the underground. The bus comes to a stop, and I go to get off. "Ma'am, You need to pay." the driver reminds me. "Oh, right! Um..." I dig through my pockets but find nothing. "Umm. I don't have any money..." "What! You need to pay!" the driver insists. "I'm sorry, but I have nothing on me!" I start to panic. "I can pay for her," a voice suddenly speaks up. I turn to see the one and only Mk.
He has a very tan complexion with golden eyes, which could be a foreshadowing of him acquiring Monkey King's powers. He has dark, fluffy hair that I wish to mess up. He is wearing a small yellow sweater paired with orange baggy pants and his red shoes are left untied. You know I didn't think he would be so tan. Don't get me wrong he looks good tan but I don't know. I thought he would be yellow like a lego. Mk hands him some money. The man counts the money and then opens the door. We both get off the bus. The doors close and the bus takes off.
"Thank you so much! How can I repay you?" Putting my best acting face. Like, I didn't know all the trauma this kid goes through. "Please don't worry about it!" He sheepily smiled and rubbed the back of his head. " Just glad I could help." "You helped more than you realize. I have been struggling for so long." I put my head on my hand, leading on it. Closing my eyes and putting on my best sad face. "Oh really?" "Oh yes! I have been fired from my job! My house burned down with all my important papers. So I can't even get a new job!" I sighed. Hoping Mk can buy this. Even though some of it is true. I open my eyes to look at him. He has a sad smile and looks like he is thinking really hard. Before he snaps his fingers and shouts. " I got it!" He then grabs my hand and starts to take off. Well, this is a good start!

Prologue - A Coin.
Tumblr media
Well..., I don't know who I made mad, but someone or something is angry at me. This morning didn't go as planned. First, my apartment building experienced short-circuiting last night, which caused my alarm to reset and not go off. Consequently, I had to rush to get ready for work. However, when I went to get my clothes from the dryer, I discovered burned clothes due to the circuit issue and struggled to find something decent to wear. So, I ended up missing the bus. Having to run to work and being an hour late! The worst part? It rained on the way to work! But nevertheless! I made it! Barely...
As soon as I entered the main area, my boss approached me. "Miss [Redacted]! I'm so sorry! You would not believe the morning I have had. But don't worry! Once I dry myself off, I will start cleaning the rooms." I started but was interrupted by my boss. "I'm sorry to interrupt you. But we need to talk." She glances to her side as some of the other employees whisper to each other. "Preferably in my office." Her eyes returned to me. "No, it's okay. We can talk here. If my lateness was the issue, I assure you it won't happen again!" I said, a little more desperately than I hoped for. I was praying it wasn't what I thought it was. Maybe she is going to promote me or wants me to transfer! "It's not about that. It's about our company's policy. Can you please come to my office?" She asked again. Grabbing my bag tight, I responded, "No. You can tell me here." My boss sighed before saying, "Fine, I regret to inform you that you are being let go."
And now here I am. Walking home. In the rain. Without a job. Dang, I sound like a telenovela. I don't know what I'm going to do next. This has been my job for 15 years! *sigh* But then again, with my noisy butt should have expected to be found out. I have to start the hunt for a new job. But right now. My problem is getting out of this stupid rain. The job problem is for another day. I continue my dreary way home. This rain really came out of nowhere. I reached my city's little park. Which seems to be hosting an event. Horrible timing on their part... Well, it's better than being out there in the rain.
As I approach a large tent, I carefully lift the flap and step inside, where a soft, golden light bathes the area. The glow from the lanterns illuminates a series of small booths lined up in front of me. Despite the pouring rain outside, the tent feels surprisingly spacious and inviting. I also noticed that there are only a handful of visitors scattered throughout. Some people eagerly approach the booths, their faces glowing with curiosity as they explore the tempting displays. Others linger nearby, watching the lively interactions with keen interest. The booths are filled with a delightful array of food, from warm, freshly baked pastries to savory snacks sizzling on hot grills. Colorful merchandise catches the eye. Showcasing handmade crafts and unique souvenirs. Nearby, a games booth draws the most attention from the crowd. The atmosphere buzzes with an undercurrent of excitement, contrasting the dreariness of the rainy day outside. This place is lively. More than I thought it would be.
A lively group of children wandered from booth to booth, laughter echoing through the air, and the youngest among them spotted me. Her wide eyes sparkled with curiosity as she made her way over. Her small feet shuffled across the pavement. With an innocent tilt of her head. She asked, “Why are you wet?” I glanced down at my damp clothes and replied, “Oh... it’s because it started to rain, and I didn’t have an umbrella.” Her brow furrowed in confusion as she persisted, “Why didn’t you bring one?” Caught me off guard, I stammered, “Um, I didn’t know it was going to rain.” I noticed the attention of the other kids shifting, their playful chatter fading slightly as they realized that their youngest companion had strayed from the group.
The oldest girl catches sight of the little girl next to me and swiftly approaches us with a determined look on her face. She grabs the child’s arm, dragging her away as she delivers a stern lecture. “What did I tell you about wandering off!? Especially when you’re talking to a foreigner!?” Okay, rude. As the older girl pulls the younger one along, the little girl with soft brown hair glances back at me and waves goodbye, a small smile lighting up her face. I instinctively return her wave, feeling a bittersweet sense of connection.
Then, a gentle blue light flickers briefly in my peripheral vision. Curiosity, I turn to my left and notice an empty booth, devoid of customers, with a solitary blue coin placed on its surface, gleaming in the light. Well, that's not suspicious at all. I make my way over to the booth and lean in to examine the coin closely. It stands out in its simplicity—smooth and featureless, without any design or markings. As I look around the deserted booth, I realize it hasn’t even been set up yet; the atmosphere is quiet... I scoop up the coin and after a final glance around. I decide to pocket it and make my way out.
Tumblr media
The rain had stopped, so I started to make my way home. I continued to examine the weird coin. But as I waited for the green light to cross the street. The light shines on the coin right to see "Make a Wish." A wish? This might have been for some wishing well at the event. Maybe I should have looked around a bit more before leaving. Hmm. What would I even wish for? Maybe a job? Nah, that's too boring! Let's put on my weeb for a moment. Okay, if I was some opening to an anime. Maybe I will be cliche and say I want to be stronger and destroy my enemies with the power of friendship! Hmm. If this is my protagonist moment, I want to be somewhat unique. Oh! I know! " I wish I could go to all my favorite fandoms! It would be cool to get to know the characters and explore their worlds!" I say as I flip my coin in the air. For a brief moment, the coin glows. Before I could catch the coin. Someone shoves me aside and grabs my purse. "Hey!"
Ba Bump, Ba Bump.
Everything around me seems to stretch and slow down, each second dragging out like a heavyweight. A surge of frustration courses through me as I try to chase after the figure who just vanished into the distance. My heart pounds in my chest, matching the urgency of my thoughts. Suddenly, without warning, a pair of dazzling headlights cut through the dimness, blinding me on my right side and enveloping my vision in a piercing glare. The brightness is overwhelming, leaving me momentarily disoriented. My mind races, a whirlwind of thoughts colliding – confusion, anger, regret. Drawn by the blinding light, I instinctively turn my head toward it, and in a rush of adrenaline, my body lunges forward, propelled by an urge I can’t quite comprehend. My head towards the light, my body moves forward.
Ba Bump, Ba Bump.
I heard the screech of tires as the driver slammed on the brakes, desperately trying to swerve away from me. But it was too late; everything seemed to freeze in that heartbeat as the world around me blurred. In the next instant, the powerful impact hit me like a wave, and the vehicle collided with me. The sound of metal crumpling and the sheer force of the crash resonated in my ears as everything went dark.
Tumblr media
I jolt upright, my heart racing as I draw in a quick, sharp breath—air rushing in and out in frantic gasps. Memories flood back: the frantic chase, the blaring horn of the truck barreling toward me, and the overwhelming wave of pain that followed. Was that it? Am I dead? As I survey my surroundings, a sense of disorientation washes over me. I find myself in a dimly lit cavern, the walls rugged and jagged, glistening with moisture. The earthy scent of damp stone fills the air, and I can make out several dark tunnels branching off into unknown depths, each one a silent mystery leading to the shadows.
However, one of the tunnels has a faint blue glow. I stand up unsteadily and walk towards the gentle blue light. My steps are slow and shaky. At the end of the tunnel, I see an underground lake with all different types of blue crystals on the ceiling. Despite how beautiful it was, it was not what caught my eye.
It was the woman sitting on top of the lake. Which is already weird enough! She had a long blue gown with trims of gold all around it. It is so long that you can't even see her feet. She also had long dark blue hair that reminded me of waves crashing into each other. And on the top of her head is something close to a crown. It is attached to the back of her head with a circle headpiece that has two rings in it with many gems. Her dark skin is also decorated with gold. "You are here early." The woman softly spoke.
I jumped when she suddenly spoke as I wasn't expecting it. "You were supposed to help her. But I should have expected this since you humans are so flawed. I need to rework the plan for you to take her home when she comes of age." The lady stands. And turns to me. I finally get to see her face. She has the crown continue to the front of her face where it dangles. She has her eyes shut. Is she an anime character? The heck. Her lips are a dark blue. However, her eyelashes are light blue. Dang, this woman really likes blue. "Since you have some time before you are needed, where do you want to go first?" I jumped again. Lord, I need to stop dozing off. Wait. "Huh?' I blinked slowly at her. Which she probably didn't even see.
"What do you mean? Actually, where am I? I'm dead...?" It's now just hitting me that I died. Pun not intended. "You are in the in-between. Yes, you died. Now, where do you wish to go?" She continues to speak softly and flatly. "The in-between? Like in-between death and life? Since you know, I have passed away." I am now curious about this in-between. "Yes and No. You are also in-between worlds but not. We are higher than gods, but not. We are just in-between." She whispered. "Do you wish to stay here? Or do you wish to go to another?" She continued.
"To another? Do you mean another world?" "Of course. You can go to any world you wish. Just tell me its name." "Wait! Am I about to be iskaied!? OMG! I even got hit by truck-kun! And I can choose which world I can go to!?" I screamed. "Their so many to choose from! I'm having my anime/manga mommet! Wait! Can I have powers?! Or love interests?!" I exclaimed. "You can have that if you use your wish coin. And even more." She has been taking steps closer to me without me realizing it. "But only once per world. So choose wisely. If you would like, I could choose a world for you to go into."
I take a step away from her. "Wish coin?" "Yes, a wish coin. It's how you got here." She snapped her fingers. And that familiar coin appeared in her hands. "When you took my wish coin. As well as making a wish with it. You accepted my deal. Thus making you my newest wish child. And until I need you. You may have your fun in the other worlds." "A deal? What deal?!" I asked. "I am bored of this conversation. I will be sending you to a random world now. I will talk again soon." She turned away from me and started to walk back to her lake. "Hey! I'm not done asking -"
Before I could finish my sentence, I noticed her raising her hand and snapping her fingers with a swift motion. Suddenly, a brilliant glow erupted beneath me, illuminating the dim surroundings. An overwhelming sensation of weightlessness swept over me as I felt myself plummeting through the air, enveloped in a radiant light that seemed to pulse with energy. Panic surged through my veins, and I let out a terrified scream as the familiar darkness of the underground cave faded away, making way for the expansive blue sky above. My mind raced with confusion and fear. Is she trying to kill me again!?!? I was caught in a surreal moment, suspended between the two worlds, as the ground rushed up to meet me. Most unexpectedly, I broke through the surface of cold water with a splash, the shock of the icy temperature jolting my senses and awakening my instincts.
"WHAT THE HECK LADY?!"

Well... I got my wish...
She got her wish, but not the way she expected. This is the story of how Shenuw became an Isekai/Self-insert character in billions of fandom worlds, complete with reverse harems and game systems to billions of fandom worlds. But let's not get ahead of ourselves. Let's start from the first ever world she went to - Sincerely [REDACTED]
After having the worst day of her life, [Retracted] finds a coin that changes her life for the worse better. She jumps from fandom to fandom. Meets her favorite characters. Even romantic some of them. And collects special abilities along the way. Why did I pick up that coin? Enjoying every bit of it. Before we get ahead of ourselves let's focus on this one. The first world ever.
[Retracted] is is through into her first world. Which is Lego Monkie Kid. Oh, I must stop calling her that old silly name. Her name in this world is Kylie. She will do everything in her power to change the course of this story. Making friends with the protagonists and antagonists. Please I miss them so much. Romance the characters. Learn new skills. Maybe even get some powers. Can she romance the lonely king? Can she befriend the evil spider? Can she save the warrior?
Well, read this to find out! Please let me go back to them. I can't do this anymore, please.
