The Genshin fandom is terrible. You all need to grow up and stop shitting on rarepairs and perfectly illegal ships. You can state that you don’t like a certain pairing which is completely fine.. but why do y’all make it such a big deal if you see someone shipping two different pairings instead of the most popular pairing? This game is not based off of romance at all, I’m sure you all know that Mihoyo is pushing out more ship context to gain more money off of it. I bet they don’t intend on making any ship canon and I’d love for it to stay that way. You guys need to seriously rethink about how completely stupid you look when you shit on someone for shipping something you don’t personally like. In fact, if you run into content you don’t like but enjoy the artwork and such, simply just COMPLIMENT the art and not include the fact that you don’t ship them/you don’t like them… or maybe just don’t comment at all? If you run into content you don’t like then it was simply not MADE for you. Shipping is just for fun, it was no competition as to who will be canon or who’s ship dynamic is better.. those who completely shit on people for their legal rarepairs/ships are honestly the weakest fucking links.. keep your hateful comments to yourself.

The whole “Will Byer’s sexuality” thing going on right now makes no sense. Why are people assuming that he’s gay because Mike said he doesn’t like girls? Will Hasn’t shown interest in guys either. In fact, if he was anything he would be aromantic. Let’s not forget how many times he’s turned down the topic of falling in love, when his mom said he would fall in love eventually and he stated that he doesn’t want to fall in love. He is just interested in keeping his friendship with the boys stable and sturdy. But since his friends are all dating now he feels left out because he himself is not into the whole dating crap. This is probably why everyone thinks he’s queer in the show, because unlike all the other boys in his group he isn’t fascinated or wanting women attention, or any attention at all in fact.. all he wants is to keep playing D&D with his friends. I feel like everyone just completely forgets about Aros at this point... lgbtq is always watered down to Lesbians and gays. Anyways, aromantic lives matter ‼️‼️🤨

Let’s get some things straight about Kirishima. At this point, I’m really starting to believe that Kirishima is also becoming a misunderstood character.. because most of stans (which are also usually Kiribaku shippers) are romanticizing scenes in which He’s shown to be encouraging/protecting his friends especially Bakugo. First off, people who think Kirishima taking the hit for Bakugo is considered “romantic” do not understand Kirishima’s character at all. Crimson’s influence on Kirishima is super undermined when it should be talked about more. The whole Middle school Flashback with Kirishima explained a lot of information that many people must’ve missed because it explains how much Crimson’s actions and words have stuck to Kirishima up until Now. And Yes, I’m aware that everyone knows Crimson was one of his influences but do they understand how BIG of an influence he had? Let’s get this cleared up. Kirishima jumps in to take the hit not out of “romantic appeal” but out of selflessness. In his backstory, there was a specific scene where Kirishima was listening to an interview with Crimson and he states, “when I was a sidekick, there was a time That I didn’t save someone when I could’ve... all because I hesitated for a second. And that traumatized me to this day.” Clearly the reason Kirishima wants to take the hit is because he understands his quirk better than anyone else, and it’s used especially for Defense.. like Crimson. He knows that he can take more blows than any of his friends and that one dumbass of a friend Bakugo is always not paying enough attention to dodge so Kiri pushes him aside to take the hit. And I do not want to hear people say that “why does Kiri always want to be with Bakugo.. sounds fruity to me” because like I said, you must not understand The whole point of Kirishima’s character. Kiri was a character made to bring the class TOGETHER, as Hori stated. Kiri’s influence was a stage of Bakugo’s development... And the reason Kiri is always tagging along with Bakugo is because he’s trying to convert him into a better person. He doesn’t want Bakugo to feel alone or not feel included because he sees Bakugo differently and he wants everyone to see that side of Bakugo. It’s not a matter of romantic interest between the two, but a development of friendship that help convert Bakugo into a better person. We’ve seen Bakugo show more concern over his friends as well.. (Sero, Todoroki, Ochako, Tokoyami, Deku, etc) due to Kirishima’s side of influence. And Deku helped Bakugo realize that looking down on people will not help him in the long run of being a great hero. But ya, Kirishima is naturally a loving and buddy buddy character that wants everyone to stay together as a class including Explosion Boy.

Kiri To the Rescue! (KiriMina)

Mina Ashido was pretty sure she had been stood up.

A boy from class B had asked her out the day before, and she wasn’t ashamed to admit she had been excited. It’s always exciting to be asked out isn’t it? She had gotten her friends to help her get ready, and she might’ve shown up a little bit early. They were supposed to meet at 6:00, so she left around 5:30 and sat in the restaurant, just waiting.

6:30, he still wasn’t there. She had given him the benefit of the doubt and kept waiting.

7:00, okay.. He was running late. No big deal.

7:30, she couldn’t even begin to fathom where he might be.

Mina could feel the pitiful looks from other people burning into her, and she hated it. She felt as if she was gonna cry, and she had almost cried on a few occasions while she was there. This was humiliating beyond belief, and she just decided it’d be best to go home and crawl under her blankets for the rest of the night. She was about to get up when someone sat down across from her. “What the—“

It was none other than Eijiro Kirishima, one of her classmates. He was dressed nice, he had a cute little red bow tie on and had a huge bouquet of flowers. He grinned as he handed them to her, “Hey babe! Sorry I’m super late, Bakugou and I were studying and I lost track of time!” He looked around and leaned across the table. “Jiro told me what happened, and I couldn’t stand the fact that you were here all alone! So here I am.”

Mina couldn’t help but smile, cradling the giant bouquet of roses he had gotten her. “Thanks horn buddy..”

“Of course! You look really pretty by the way..” He blushed and rubbed his neck, smiling sheepishly. “Whoever that douchebag was from class B is an idiot for standing you up..”

“Well, I’m not so sad about it anymore, I’ve got you!”

Eijiro grinned and nodded. “Yeah! Oh, you must be starving!” He raised his hand. “Waiter! We’re ready!”

Mina couldn’t remember the last time she had had this much fun, spending all that time with Eiji had made her completely forget about her real date, and she absolutely couldn’t stop smiling.

They got back to the dorms, and he even dropped her off at her room. They stopped in front of her door, and when neither of them made a move to open the door, she looked at him. “Eiji..?”

“Hm?”

“I had a really great time tonight.. Thank you for doing that for me..” She smiled and reached for his hand, and to her pleasant surprise, he didn’t let go. Instead, he squeezed it and smiled back at her.

“It was really my pleasure.. But you know, maybe next time.. I should ask you out on a proper date.” He smiled and winked at her.

Mina nodded and stood on her tiptoes, kissing his cheek softly. “I’d really like that..” She smiled and opened her door, slipping inside and left Eijiro standing there, completely speechless.

The next day, all of Mina’s friends begged to know how the night went. She told them how she had been stood up, but how since Jiro had told Kirishima about what happened, he had come to her rescue. They all ‘aww’d when they heard he had asked her out on a real date after he had dropped her off.

“Soo, do you like him?” Jiro wagged her eyebrows, nudging her.

Mina blushed as the others giggled, glancing over at Kirishima with a smile.

“Yeah.. I do.”

It was in the second light novel where she explains what she wants in a man/her type... AND HER TYPE IS LITERALLY KIRI BUT SHE DOESNT EVEN KNOW THAT YET DHDJDJFJFJ. “Strong, always by your side”THE fact that Asui literally guessed “dark shadow” kills me 😭 from a readers point of view we can def see that this describes Kirishima perfectly.. and Kiri and Mina were literally SIDE BY SIDE THIS WHOLE ENTIRE ARC LIKE. People who think Bakugo will ever canonly fall in love with someone (especially kiri) right now are actually insane and I’ll be assigning you to a personal therapist.. because Kiribaku is so one sided. Do y’all remember the scene when Kiri came back from that attack and Mina was one of those people who actually asked if he was okay? Guess who didn’t ask him if he was okay.. Bakugo lmfao. I’m sorry but Bakugo really doesn’t deserve to be in a relationship let alone be Inlove/interested in it in the first place. He is one of the most aromantic characters in the show LOL he’d def settle down after he becomes a pro hero. Which is why Kirimina would make much more sense if it were to become canon 🙂.. because if people were to actually pay attention to the way Kiri and Mina converse together instead of worrying about each and every Kiribaku crumb they’d understand that the ship makes perfect sense and has a chance to become canon. Y’all I have a theory about the ship evidence seen in Smash! (Which isn’t canon ofc).. notice how two characters that are usually suspected to be good friends or close to each other are being flustered and shy around one another? I’ve seen Momojirou, Kiribaku, MinetaxDenki (somewhat), and etc bonds/romantic moments being displayed in the Smash spin-off series.. so let’s start off with MomoJirou first. I personally love this ship, it’s a very cute ship although I do not ship it realistically anymore. I just enjoy the content (I’m more of a KamiJirou shipper) but notice how MomoJirou had a strong bond in the beginning of the seasons right? Like that’s when the shipping occurred, and everyone is like thinking it had a possibility of becoming canon just like Kiribaku.. but then Denki came in. And then that was the start of KamiJirou.. just like how now it’s the start of Kirimina! Does that make sense? Like the two lgbtq ships that were shown a lot in smash (MomoJirou and Kiribaku) which raised an uproar in the beginning seasons (1-3) are now coming across new favored bonds such as Kirimina and KamiJirou.. like I feel like they parallel ina Way. Since both Kiribaku and MomoJirou’s friendship was shown a lot during season 1-3 it’s now Kirimina and Kamijirous time to shine.. which is why I’m rooting for these two ships. It just makes sense Now that I think about it! Any thoughts??

I’m sorry.. but how do people see a sibling relationship between Mina and Kiri..? Like fr I don’t understand where that came from. Denki and Mina share that sibling bond- you don’t look at your siblings the way Kirishima and Mina look at each other lmao. I feel like Kirishima is the brother to all the boys and Mina is the sister to all the girls. Kirimina is like the two people that are known to be super cheerful, supportive, upbringing, kind, etc. Making them such a great pair. But this is a genuine question.. why do people actually see them as siblings? Like I’ve seen people say “she’s an independent woman” but it’s canon that she wants to fall in love with someone. And if She’s independent then Bakugo should be considered independent too. In fact, Bakugo IS TOO independent for a relationship at all! How I think Kirishima and Mina started developing feelings (all based off of the anime/manga);

Once middle school Kiri saw how Mina portrayed heroicness when he couldn’t, he despised himself even more than before. It eats him up every day, and that was the start to the one sided Rivalry between him and Mina. Of course, Kirishima had nothing against Mina but he needed some source of challenge to face in order for him to become stronger. Although it was considered a “rivalry” (that only Kirishima had known of), Mina never made him doubt himself again. Her concern and kindness for Kirishima grew as she saw him grow and improve not just physically but also mentally. We can tell she was proud of him.. and It also inspired her to also improve, maybe even as much as him.. competition maybe? As she started to care for him more and more, Kirishima starts to notice, and starts giving her his honest opinion on how he feels overall. Mina may not be good with having deep conversations, but we could tell that when she asked him if he was okay she wanted to say more, but was maybe nervous since everyone was listening in on their convo. She’s never felt this certain type of way for someone? Shown through her screentime she’s never worried about someone as much as she worried about Kirishima. She may not know that she’s developing feelings for him due to her not knowing what it’s like being in love.. but maybe it’s getting to her? She even based her own move on his unbreakable.. “acid man”. “Man”? Did she name it to depict Kirishima? Is he her protector..? Maybe someone she knows who has her back? It definetely meant something. Once her acid man did fail her during the fight, her real “acid man” aka Kirishima comes to the rescue. He really is her protector huh? The moment she realized she had felt something special for him.. remember what Kirishima said? “I guess when you love something, you give it your all”.. when he went to save her, even Tetsu commented on his effort and speed. He was running faster than him, he really wanted to save the acid that kept him together. It’s kind of ironic, since it started from a one sided rivalry, to a great developing and inspiring friendship that neither of them expected to earn, and through that they improved- side by side together- building each other up. Both not having any relationship experience at all..will they figure it out together? I think.. yes. I really do 💗❤️. *added little Kirimina panels to set the mood 🥺*

right tho I’m genuinely tired of krbk in a whole but it’s funny how the shippers bring up the same scenes over and over again like the hand holding scene lmao. At first I didn’t like talking about how I strongly dislike kiribaku publically but now that I’ve seen Kirimina get bashed by krbk shippers for no reason it has gotten me at my reaching point. It makes me so annoyed that this ship is so overrated.. In all honesty Miritama deserves the love.. it’s actually a gay ship that I could see happen. Kiribaku just share a BROTP have people never seen Naruto or any other shonen jump anime? it’s called being Besties smh it makes me so uncomfortable when people make nsfw art with them too bc I see them as brothers...

yeah maybe i’m just a petty b!tch but i love the fact that kirishima and bakugou haven’t interacted at all in the manga since centuries, that horikoshi probably doesn’t care at all about their relationship, that they’re not canonically best friends but just normal friends/classmates, that bakugou cares way more about deku than kirishima and that krbk shippers are sad and angry about all of this. i hope that kirishima and bakugou will never interact again and i can’t wait to see krbks’s face when kirimina will become canon and bakudeku will be best friends and a hero duo.
