tbh, I would prefer if 18+ was part of it but I will be thinking about that a little while longer. the server is still a wip and will be heavily moderated to ensure everyone’s safety, so really anyone could join, but since I’m 18+ it’s definitely something I’m gonna have to think on. when I do post the server I will have my final decision posted as well! 🤍

My new thing is eating nothing until the end of the day where I make myself a 300 cal meal.
I drink a full bottle of water before so I go to bed on a full stomach.
As someone who binges at night it’s the easiest way I’ve found to stick to my calorie limit!

• volume of food keeps you full and satisfied longer
• increases metabolism (body has to work hard breaking down high volume of food)
