4 calamaties+ yin yu as saja boys (white clothed calamity could also just be the head demon and not in the band)

Feng xin, mu quing, and xie lian as Hunterix (or you could even do xie lian, Shi quingxuan, and quan yizen instead which might actually fit better personality wise) (and if you do the second option they could all fall in love with their respective demons 💜)

Xie lian is a half demon--->Meets hua cheng--->Hua Cheng falls in love with him (you could even do the cut out aquarium date/ kiss 😏)

ALSO ALSO imagine the death scene but it's hua Cheng turning into butterflies while he's like " my soul is yours" DOES THAT NOT MAKE YOU WANNA SCREAM AND CRY

I just feel like they would fit so well together!!!!!!! If someone doesn't take this idea I might have to write/ draw for it myself. That is a threat.

GUYS I JUST WATCHED KPOP DEMON HUNTERS!!!

I gotta say, I don't know what I was expecting, but certainly not what the movie turned out to be (in the best way!) Sony did ABSOLUTELY the best job in the movie. It's literally perfect. I cried, the last time I cried at an animated movie was the Miku movie. It was so so good.

(Vague spoilers ahead? Read at your own risk if you haven't seen the movie yet.)

First of all, the love story was amazing. It has been SO LONG since I have seen an animated movie with a good love story. Disney used to be the big brand in love but with them being all "women don't need to fall in love" there hasn't been a good love story in ages. Wish was going to be one, but they really screwed themselves dropping that.

Second of all, AMAZING SOUNDTRACK. I listen to the occasional KPOP but I would never call myself a fan. BUT this movie has amazing music. The quality of movies have not been this good in a LONG time. Especially songs. No one has been able to write decent music, especially Disney (I would rant about them again but we would be here for a while). There were so many songs where I was listening and was like "I wanna listen to this over and over". My favorite was the last song. It was so powerful, it was amazing I cried.

Lastly, can we just talk about how the main girls weren't annoying? Like at all? I remember like watching the beginning of the movie and going 'I AM SO EMOTIONALLY ATTACHED TO THESE GIRLS ALREADY'. I was like 10 minutes in and already I felt such a connection to the characters. These girls are everything big corporations like Disney are lacking right now. They think writing a strong independent woman means she doesn't fall in love, that's she's better than everyone else, etc. People need to write not just women characters like KDH but just characters in general. They are raw, flawed, and that helps make them human so we can connect with them. Even the demons we can connect with, because shame is something everyone feels and we all know it feels horrible.

If more movies were being written like KDH I think we'd achieve world peace fr fr. Disney needs to learn from companies like Sony bc I think if they did they would be putting out some banger movies and people (like me) would be less mad at them (only less, we will never forget about wish or the live action Lilo and Stitch).

i finished book 6 a few weeks ago (just forgot to make a post about it). I got the last two books in the series!!!!! I just read the first chapter of book 7. Love the statue shenanigans lol.
