Some basic inking exercises that Alphonso Dunn explained very well on his channel. No rocket science but it’s good to be reminded.

The fist sheet shows different kinds of shading lines. Note how the shadow is darkest not on the edge but a little inside of the object, because of the reflected light from underneath. This helps a lot to establish the 3D effect.

The second sheet is about the mistakes you should avoid or what to watch out for. So don’t rush, make your lines as consistent as possible and know what you are drawing. Stay tuned.
