How can you help?

Reading through the DREDF protect section 504, they have the information needed so that you can understand further what Texas v. Becerra is trying to accomplish. They have a format for you to follow so you don't have a lot to write. They also have a call script for the attorney generals that are signed on this case.

While only 17 states are actively suing to get section 504 deemed unconstitutional, that doesn't mean they will stop at just section 504. The ADA, Americans with Disabilities Act, could be next. There are other marginalized groups that these and other states could begin to target.

If this doesn't affect you now, at some point it will.

You can become disabled at any time. We are the largest and easiest marginalized group to join.
