Iam writing to you, appealing to our shared humanity, to help me to share and reblog my story and my family’s fundraising campaign. 🙏

Iam Samer Abu Ras, my wife Shorouq, and our three children, including a baby 👶🏻 who is not yet two years old.

We are enduring unimaginable suffering due to the ongoing war, constantly moving from place to place in search of safety. We live in harsh conditions within tents, having lost our home and everything we owned. Our eldest son, Qusay, has had heart problems 💔since birth and urgently needs medical 💊follow-up after undergoing several surgeries. I humbly request a donation of 50 kronor more if you can my friend and if u can’t just support us enough for me.🌹 to help us travel to a safe place where we can continue Qusay’s treatment and provide a better life for our children.

First they were together (pic 1), Then they separated (pic 2). Fast forward 3 hours later, I see Alexander Hermilton (formerly Bubbles) climbing on Scooter's log. Scooter sees under the log, and Hermilton kept climbing on it and falling, so I can see how this could have started. Scooter comes out like "WHO ARE YOU WHY ARE YOU ON MY HOUSE" and begins to sniff Hermilton. Hermilton doesn't seem to care and doesn't respond until Scooter gets closer and begins to start an antennae slap fight with Hermilton. Now Scooter is used to pushing Schmittle around. Schmittle just hides and wants to be left alone, so when Hermilton didn't hide, he got a little upset and tried to push Hermilton off of his house. In a surprise attack, Hermilton leaps forward and knocks Scooter off of the house! This is normal shell fight behavior but then Hermilton proceeded to hit Scooter with his little claw (not the big pincher thankfully), so I tapped the glass and told them to break it up. Hermilton listens to me more than Scooter does, so Hermilton walked to his little corner and left Scooter be. Scooter does not know what to do. He is no longer head hermie. Now I believe there is an understanding. Hermilton is not interested in the shells (sadly. I want him to get out of the painted shell because they're dangerous for hermit crabs), and Scooter only seems to care about the extra shells and his house. Once Scooter realized he was not being threatened for shells, he did not try to engage Hermilton in another attack. However... Scooter is cautious. He does not trust the newcomer quite yet. Hermilton on the other hand, does not care in the slightest. He just wants to eat and climb and pays Scooter no mind. Team Scooter or Team Hermilton? Hm....

My new hermit crab, Bubbles. He was trying to escape the carrier. And when he was being bathed, tried to escape the tub. Only calmed down when he had some peanut butter. He keeps knocking over the water bowl in his isolation tank. Not sure how the meeting between him and Scooter will go...
