Eight weeks postpartum and I’ve never felt better. So proud of my body and I keep reminding myself knowing that I was never ashamed showing my big tummy while I was pregnant and never should I feel embarrased of what was left of it. I’ve never ever compared myself to the type of body social media has been advertising. Perfect mommy body, abs, clear and fair skin and all that. Believe me I have the worst post partum problems ever! Talk about battling my PCOS, it got worsen because of unstable hormones related to breastfeeding. I’ve got the worst acne ever on my face and body, scars after I’ve had unexplainable itch when I was preggy from head to toe, and stretch marks, like you name it! I guess self acceptance is the key and a loving partner @robertvetti who always reminds me that my body is perfect.
