Slowly opening your eyes, you wonder where you could be, heck, you wonder who you could be. You feel like roadkill, one of your wings torn clear off. Your head is pounding from the massive blood loss, all you can remember is…is that…your name, it started with…. and ‘F’. 

You have no idea what has happened, why you have lost your wing. Your body is weakened. Warm blood streaming down your side. You’re lost.
