Grillby chuckled, “I jest, I jest.” After he nuzzled the other back, he stretched and made his way back behind the bar. Kettle in hand, he gradually increased his hand’s temperature. As the flames licked the cool metal, he bent to retrieve two mugs. “So, how have you been as of late? Anything new..?”

If Tenebris ever wanted to wear a warm mane without growing his own fur out, who else to go to but his old friend Grillby. Easily towering over the elemental, Tenebris wrapped his arms around the shorter and laid his chin on Grillby's head, a purr rising from him as the flames painlessly tickled his cheeks, though immediately flushing his face with heat. Soooo niiiice~ “Your hugs are warm. We should do this more often.” he purred to the bartender shamelessly

Grillby noticably gets warmer, a slight flush spreading across his cheeks.

“Tenebris…” He couldn’t help but feel the slightest bit embarrassed as the other leaned against him, grip tight, though luckily he began to close down his bar before the scientist arrived. It definitely wasn’t unpleasant though, and the familiarity of the other was comforting after a long day at work, something he welcomed openly. Still held in the other’s robust hug (though he’d describe it as more crushing than anything), he tilted his head to look at the other behind him. 

“Why don’t you let me finish closing up and I’ll start up some tea..?”
