How do Banner's powers work?

Much like Steve, Bruce is the result of experimentation. He has a shard of another gem forcibly fused with his own, but much less stabily than Steve's. When he gets angry or his life is in danger, the other gem takes control of their fusion.

Is the Silver Surfer like Thanos' pearl?

I don't know much about the Silver Surfer, but I will 100% accept that as canon.

Question- with Steve's gem the way it is- with the added piece, is it harder for him to fuse with the other Avengers?

Steve: So far, I haven't been able to fuse with any member of the team. It can be frustrating, but I like to think it's just her looking out for me, waiting until someone comes along she approves of.

What is Natasha's weapon?

She’s got her dual batons! They’re black with red marks down the sides, and she can use them like tazers to knock people out, or just whack them.

Natasha, what's your relationship with Clint? How did you meet him?

Natasha: I was the second gem SHEILD was able to bring in, and the first not on the side of the rebellion. Clint was assigned to the team sent to investigate where they suspected me to be, and Clint was the one to bring me in. If it weren't for him I would never have seen the homeworld for what it truly is.

Whoa guys, it's been a while huh? I promise I'm not dead, so don't worry. I've realized I just don't have the energy right now to make this a drawn response ask blog. I'm sad to say it, but I just don't terribly enjoy drawing most of these guys- I've never been big on fanart, and that sadly hasn't changed. HOWEVER I do plan to continue this, just as a primarily written response situation. I've written so much stuff for this AU it's embarrassing, and it'd be a shame to waste it. So hold onto you buts for some headcanons and occasional ficlets!

Clint: It gets them every time. Natasha: There was also the time he bought a rock and convinced Tony it was another gem. Clint: He kept it around for two weeks before he realized it was fake.

Is Captain America a fusion? It would make sense, maybe the pre-serum Steve and Buff!Steve fuse to make one complete Steve? That would be actually pretty cute, or would it be harder on the Avengers knowing one gem is weaker than the rest?

Steve: Fusion is one word for it.

Tony: The lovely Ms. Potts was kind enough to allow us to use the New York headquarters of her company as a home base.

A certain sect of SHIELD know, as well as some high ranking government people, but it’s not common knowledge.

Is Asgard like Homeworld?

Asgard isn’t exactly homeworld, but it’s a large gem colony run by Yellow Diamond, so it functions similarly.

Does the rest of the world know about Gems?

Kind of- the gems left on earth after the war kept a very low profile for a while to avoid the notice of either home world or remaining rebels. They started coming out of the woodwork a little in the late 19th century, although stories place them all throughout history. By the time it would have started becoming an issue with the new mass media, SHIELD was created to keep gems out of the public eye.

Now that the Avengers are very publicly saving the world from (other) aliens, the world is finding out about them, but what exactly they are is still being kept secret by SHIELD.

Did crystal avengers have fusions? can we see some? >w<

There will be lots of fusions! It’s gonna be on more of an ‘ask and you shall receive’ basis because just making all of them from the get go would take lots of time I do not have.

I do have a couple already made though, and they’ll be appearing when the time is right ;)
