And now like 3 months later, I am considering changing this by just...

setting dates to a hundred years in the future. Pretty much nothing else changes. 2018 is the same as 1918

Sorry if someone has already pointed this out to you, but I noticed that most the dates are in the early-mid 21st century, and that doesn't make sense. Chara fell into the underground in 201X (as shown in the intro, which does depict Chara (Apparently some people thinks it depicts Frisk but the number of sprites on the shirt and the lack of flowers at the end prove it's Chara)) and Papyrus was probably born in a year ending with 95. (going by his username coolskeleton95)

It's implied that Papyrus isn't familiar with what a human looks like and that wouldn't make much sense if he was born in 1995, as he would have alive and probably old enough to every time a human fell into the underground before Frisk and to be familiar what a human looks like. It makes more sense if he wasn't born until after the first seven humans fell. Which would put his birth at being 2095 at earliest, and I'm pretty certain he's older than 5, so that would place Undertale in, at earliest, the 22nd century.

Sorry if someone has already bothered you about this before, I just noticed a mistake and wanted to correct it.

I made this AU when I was ten (and did think it was Frisk at the time, I know it's not know), and didn't want to correct it. In Ish, Chara fell down in the 1910s, not 2010s.

You’ve answered a lot of world building questions with “whatever’s is AFAC/ACAF”so is your au like a cousin au to AFAC, like obviously your not as close as ACAF but if I were to make an AU family tree would your universes be close?

Probably. Considering I got a lot of my head canons and world building ideas from TQ and other creators I enjoy. @askfriskandcompany was one of the first ask blogs I came into contact with when I discovered the fandom, so it formed a lot of they way I think about Undertale.

I think if it were on a family tree, it'd be like... a cousin some steps removed or something. Not first cousins, but like, 2nd cousins once removed or something like that.

Ever heard of @ask-duotale-b2fc ? I just found it recently and it's a really good.

The story is kinda new but they at least update frequently and the art is really good.

I think I've seen it around recently, haven't really checked it out though.

In general, I don't usually take comic recommendations, at least not here since I don't wanna clog up the blog with too many non-AtDFF related asked and posts, however I might check it out after I'm finished with this essay. Alright. Time for this one. (First you get more overall votes from the others, now I have to restart making this poll.)

I've said it four times now, but in Ish/The Puppet and the Real Boy, the Addisons (and Spamton) are around the same age and (at least in this friend group) they are not related. This Pink is in the middle age wise of this group and uses he/she pronouns

Name Cred & More HCs under cut

Click is literally the most popular name for Pink Addisons, and I don't blame people. I got the idea from @brightgoat (which is also where I got Cursor) but I know @normalbirb and @rambler-in-limbo have Pink Click's too. Cupid came from a suggestion from @severedfeetpics, Pattern is one of @softobytwt's Addisons, and Match was actually my idea. Also while Fielder didn't get any votes last time, I got that idea from @colliholly. Other ones were just random/off the top of my head.

Pink Addisons primarily advertise romance related stuff. Candy, cards, dating sites, tea, etc. They play to consumers emotions and are often very flirtatious and ambitious. They're advertising approaches often involve a lot of flair. Sparkles, cursive, flowery language, etc. Out of all the Addisons, they might be the ones that focus on individual consumer targeting the most, as they try to toy with customers' emotions and feelings. When it comes to her advertising, this Pink isn't much different. Though he tends to favor selling tea above all else.

Where this Pink does differ from the others is in his personality. A lot of Pink Addisons are jerks and just manipulative, and while this one certainly can slip into those behaviors, relatively, she's a lot nicer than other Pink Addisons. Towards the customer, he's sweet and friendly and kind, and while she is a kind friend, there's often when he gets kinda fed up with the other's bullshit and shenanigans. Mostly because she often has to be the one mediating arguments or keeping the others on task. I like to think this Pink, for as much as her job has him attuned to the emotions and feelings of others, has trouble conveying her own. Pink's feelings on Spamton are... Complicated. He was the one who instigated the fight among the five of them after Spamton made it big. She was jealous and honestly felt rather betrayed by everything, but looking back on how things are now among the group... He's starting to wonder if Spamton really didn't need them after all. Welp, guess there's no use dwelling on it now. Best to just swallow those bitter feelings down with some sweet tea.

AddiNames Round 2 (Yellow)

Now we do Yellow!

Once again, In Ish/The Puppet and the Real Boy, the Addisons (and Spamton) are around the same age and (at least in this friend group) they are not related. Though I do think Spamton is related to some of the Addisons. This Yellow is the youngest of the group, asides from Spamton, who is the youngest of all of them, Yellow being slightly older than him. He uses he/they pronouns

Name credit time! Videon obviously comes from @brightgoat, (you seeing a pattern yet with where I'm getting these names?) Torrence comes from @colliholly's Yellow Addison and is a play on torrent. Circuit I actually got from one of @melerbytes's Orange Addisons, but felt it worked for Yellow pretty well. I also while Spree didn't make the cut, I got that name from Meler too. Flash is a fairly popular name, but I found it from @normalbirb's Yellow. Also though Boost didn't make the cut either, I feel I got it from somewhere, but I can't remember where. Radio I think I got from @rambler-in-limbo? They also have another Yellow Addison named Video too.

Yellow Addisons will advertise just about anything, though they often take on more... out there brands and advertisements. As well as like advertising more popular media. Their advertising approach often come in the form of video ads or big, flashy displays. While the Yellow Addison of this group doesn't advertise that much anymore, he used to have extremely bright and flashy marketing, and liked doing stunt videos as a form of advertising. This Yellow can also sometimes be found hanging our Orange's storefront and energetically yelling at people to by her designs.

This Yellow is the crack head of the group. They're very loud and energetic! Or... At least he used to be. While Yellow is still the same energetic and irresponsible Addison they used to be, after Spamton left, he stopped advertising as much. Rather opting to stay home, or even on occasion search for Spamton. Orange really being the only one who was ever able to get him to do any advertising or get out of the house. Yellow and Spamton were incredibly close, which left them heart broken after what happened. He still very much misses they're little bud and though he knows the other's mixed feelings and reasonings for not looking for Spam after the eviction, they still hold a bit of resentment that he's the only one even trying to look for him. In the end though, Yellow just wants things to go back to how they used to be. With everyone getting along and them spending the night at the Cyber Grill, instead of everyone still being upset or angry and him spending another night at the grill alone.

Next up is Orange!

In Ish/The Puppet and the Real Boy, the Addisons (and Spamton) are around the same age. This Orange is the same age as the Blue Addison, though slightly younger. She uses she/he/they pronouns.

Name credits! Because forgot to credit where I got the names from last time! I got the name Payton from @brightgoat as it's the name of their Orange Addison. Survey I've found to be a rather common name, but I believe I got the idea from @normalbirb's Orange Addison? It was either from them, or more likely I feel I found the name from @rambler-in-limbo's Orange Addison. Cachemere is from @colliholly and is a play on cache and cashmere. Channel was my idea, both channel like a TV or advertising channel, but also it can sound like Chanel, like Coco Chanel, the fashion designer. I'm not sure I got Zip from anywhere in particular... Also though Vogue didn't make it, @severedfeetpics gave me the idea when I asked for suggestions on a Discord server I'm in. Display also didn't make it but I got that one from a post I saw by @lighterium from their twitter that showed up on Google.

Orange Addisons advertise fashion, along with Blue Addisons among also advertising ads and adblockers, trying to put customers in an inescapable loop of adblockers and anti-adblockers. Their advertising approach can be seen as a bit eccentric, but it gets the job done. For this Orange Addison, she loves dressing up their little mannequin, in whatever crazy outfit he's decided will best attract customers to the shops. Or just, whatever they accidently sew onto the mannequin. Whatever, just sell the whole mannequin to the customer! Who can tell the difference!

This Orange is very fun, loveable and excitable. She's incredibly eager to show of their latest designs and oftentimes stays up late trying to finish them (to the points accidents happen when trying to make the products). Also, I know previously I mentioned he butted heads with Yellow, but I've retracted that. They're besties. The only time those two have ever really butted heads was when Spamton was around. Spam and Yellow used to be practically joined at the hip as they were both the youngest and were often the most irresponsible of the group. While Orange still loved both of them, he was often caught up in projects and work and found their antics somewhat annoying. She wasn't all that close to Spamton, before and after what happened, but Orange had always been friends with Yellow, and since what happened left Yellow heartbroken, it still effected Orange. Even though she never quite got to know Spamton all that well, sometimes it's like they can see the little guy in every mannequin he uses...

Let go peeps. I'm taking the 4 most popular names from each of the 4 Addinames polls and polling y'all again. Strap in folks! After this I may just take the two most popular options for the heck of it!

First up this time we're doing Blue since last time they got the least number of votes!

In Ish/The Puppet and the Real Boy, while all the Addisons (and Spamton) are around the same age, within this friend group, the Blue Addison is the oldest. This one in particular also uses he/him.

Blue Addisons mainly advertises fashion and footwear, as well as a lot of other miscellaneous products (and sometimes offer other interesting services to certain businesses and establishments). While each Addison's advertisements are unique to them/what they're advertising, Blue Addis often have a simpler, more clean cut look to theirs. For this particular Blue Addison, he often goes for a sampling approach, and will provide samples of whatever he's advertising, no matter if it's edible or not. He may also attempt to sneak a bite of whatever he's advertising (regardless of if it's edible, or not.)

Over all though, he tends to be rather chill and responsible, though at times can be sarcastic, cold and distant. As for his relationship to Spamton? This Blue Addison, as the oldest of the group, always felt a sort of responsibility for the others and saw Spamton as a little brother of sorts (though, for the record, this group of Addisons are not related to Spamton biologically, the were just friends and co-workers.) Blue cared a lot about Spamton, and was rather hurt about what happened, but instead of trying to reach out or ever talk things out, he distanced himself. After what he heard on the phone the day Spamton was evicted likely traumatized him, and he'd much prefer to just ignore and forget about what happened.

How many types of magic would realistically be possible to learn and master in a Single life time

For the average monster and boss monster 

Let’s just say no specific advantage in any sort of magic from the get go

It would depend on the type of magic learned and the sort of time they have. There used to be those who dedicated their entire life to the pursuit of magic, both Monster and Wizards. However even the most powerful sorcerers and spell casters could even only learn maybe a handful of kinds of magic before their death.

Supposedly, if a Boss Monster were to never have kids and dedicate their life to learning magic, they could learn every kind in existence as they would be immortal and have all the time in the world.

Does tori have any house rules about Magic in the house and where to practice your spells? 

The general rule of thumb is the kids aren't supposed to practice most spells in the house. Fire spells should be restricted to the Kitchen for baking, or to start the fire place. Small spells are okay as long as they don't break anything and aren't being used to fight in anyways.
