☥ The Sun is reborn ⦿⠀ ⠀ Today we celebrate the rebirth of the Sun. He has come back from his journey through the underworld (the Southern Hemisphere) to warm up our side of the globe again.⠀ ⠀ In our birth charts the Sun represents our creative expression. 𓁿 Astrology Charts⌇⠀ ⠀ One of the biggest things I try to teach during my readings with clients is how to start the process of memorizing your charts. ⠀ ⠀ Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom. ~ Aristotle⠀ ⠀ It is my belief that Astrology is the ancient system that decodes the language of Source. We all are one mirror piece placed on a disco ball reflecting out one part of the whole. Our natal astrology charts are a map to what we are reflecting and can be read, understood and integrated into our being. When we understand the nature of our Moon, Venus, Mars etc we can learn how to nurture these parts of ourselves. ⠀ ⠀ What we gain by understanding ourselves is confidence to be who we are destined to be.⠀ ⠀ A natal chart can be cast for any occasion so long as you have the exact time, date and location. If the chart is for a person we call them birth charts, if they are for an event (like a wedding or anniversary) we call them an event chart. ⠀ ⠀ These Natal Charts are printed on high quality, deep matte paper and reflect no light which is ideal for framing under glass. They include a 2 page write up of short descriptions explaining which sign each planet is in along with a symbols key so you can start to learn about your cosmological make up.⠀ ⠀ What I find really insightful when first reading charts is seeing how many planets someone has in each element. ☾Ｆｕｌｌ Ｍｏｏｎ ⦿⠀ Virgo 11°21’ March 1 at 4:48 pm (pst)⠀ Swimming through the subconscious. ⠀ ⠀ The moon is one leg of a Grand Earth⠀ Trine with our dark lady Lilith and Pallas Athene. These sky goddesses are in support of the Virgo Moons need to heal the broken pieces of our psyche. ⠀ ⠀ Lilith in Capricorn is a strong placement for us in terms of solving deeply wounding political policy that may be controversial and unpleasant to think about. Of course abortion comes to mind but also the current political agenda of opening up our national parks and BLM for corporate profit, which is just another facet to the metaphysical plundering of the Divine Feminine’s will. ⠀ Since women are so connected to Lilith energy, being able to tackle issues involving women’s rights and mama Gaia’s rights doesn’t seem so daunting now. ⠀ The Sun, along with Juno, Venus, Mercury, Neptune and Chiron are all banding together to co-create a powerful healing service to the collective. If you’ve been overly sensitive to your emotional state, mind altering substances and fantasy you are not alone! This is a time to retreat in and work on connecting to your subconscious.⠀ ⠀ The Full Moon in Virgo is a wonderful time to stop beating yourself up over any small details you fear you got wrong. ☾ Ive been hosting more and more group sessions out here in Joshua Tree and have been loving what manifests from this type of work. I had the honor of hosting Group session for 5 incredibly strong and feisty Mars Square Venus women yesterday out at the @sleepawayretreat while they worked on their beautiful manifestation collage candles. Each group typically has a running astrological theme which I notice during the readings. One planetary aspect or sign will stand out to be the common denominator within the group. I’m excited to do more work with groups to see how each individual brings their unique qualities to a tribe. This Pisces energy has been a powerful time to tap into spirit. I know some of you may be having a hard time with this fluid, ever changing holographic season but remember it is just a phase and can be utilized to connect with your subconscious. After doing 5 - 30 minute mini astrology readings in a row I was high as a kite! I know if I tried pulling this off during a heavy earth sign season (♉️♍️♑️) I would be feeling super heavy. ☋ The Moons Nodes ☊⠀ ⠀ Often times when reading astrology chars i notice a trend in the types of charts/ themes that come up with clients. People born between 1980 and late 1981 have been the vast majority of clients the pst couple of months. Thinking to planetary cycles right off the bat i have to wonder what aspects are triggering these folks? ⠀ It cants be the Sun because his cycle restarts every 365 days, the moons cycle is also too fast. This has to either be a planet with a relatively long cycle or a transit triggering a certain spot in these people’s charts. ⠀ A little investigating made it very clear that those born between Jan 1980 and oct 1981 are having the eclipse heavily trigger their North ☊ and South ☋ Nodes. ⠀ ⠀ These symbols are the nodes of the moon. They are always opposite each other like our north and south poles and represent the karmic access points in our chart. Currently, the north and south nodes are in Leo/Aquarius so those born during the times mentioned above are going through what’s called a “Nodal Return” ⠀ ⠀ Like the Saturn Return these periods indicate big life shifts, serious introspection and questions about your direction in life. It’s the quintessential mid-life crisis. During the Nodal Return Saturn makes a square to its natal position triggering a need to make shifts and prioritize the work you are doing. ⠀ “Does this career really align with my true self?”⠀ “Can i imagine living the rest of my life without children?”⠀ “Is this marriage pertinent to my life path?” ⠀ ⠀ Very deep questions regarding life direction come up and often require big adjustments to re-focus on North Node ventures if the native is falling back on South Node habits. ☾Lunar Eclipse in Leo 𓁿⠀ 11° 37’ January 31st ⠀ 5:27am pst \\ 8:27am⠀ Taking a quick look at the Astrological chart for the Leo Lunar Eclipse we see a big opposition to the Lion. All personal planets including outer planets are stationed on the opposite end of the Moon, this creates a fierce internal tug-o-war. This Full Moon Lunar Eclipse is about feeling the weight of letting go enough to shine through inner doubt.⠀ ⠀ Leo represents the child within, our relationship to showing ourselves off, being in the spotlight, emoting human expression and how the ego is reflected out into the world. One of the biggest inner fears for Leo is to fade away into the shadows of existence, never having had a chance to show its true colors.
