A while later, Morana said, “If you have a question, you can ask.”  He debated it as he didn't think the question would go over well, and he wasn't sure it would be answered before he would have to leave; he had barely been able to act normal the last time he had spoken up and asked Oisìn why they were doing this.  Jade didn't trust the kindness, but he couldn't spot the blade amongst it. He knew it would only get worse; hesitantly, he asked, “Are ya sure the pirates aren't cannibals?”  It was something that he had been considering for a while now. The only conclusion he could come to for why some of them eyed him the way they did. Particularly the brown-haired pirate, who seemed to be stern with the crew from the few interactions he had spotted, that wasn't necessarily a bad thing. But the way his eyes seemed to follow him was unnerving, especially since his face was rather untelling; it didn't reveal his thoughts.  “While I'm sure one pirate finds you edible, it's not in that way,”  she snorted a few times. “No flesh-eating on this ship..” She trailed off as she tilted her head to the side. “Well, there once was, but there is no longer…the changed one is gone now.” The words sent a shiver down his spine; perhaps he shouldn't have asked that. What did she mean there once was? What happened to them? Also, what did she mean by the changed one? Was it like a curse, or was it more like a changeling? What other way was there to find someone edible? The very definition meant to eat or consume, and he didn't know of any other way to do so besides for cannibalism. He got up and left promptly as he was uncomfortable with the thoughts flowing through his mind

Happy Yaoi Day!

We'll have the July releases up soon, but we just wanted to wish all the BL, MM, & Gay Romance fans a Happy "Yaoi Day"!

Though Yaoi isn't used regularly in Japan anymore, it was (and still is for many parts of the world) the go to term for people. Western fans in particular might still call it that, haha!

Whether you call it, shounen ai, yaoi, tanbi, juné, boys love, bl, mm, danmei, y-series, gay romance or something else, we're so thankful for it today!

About this Google nonsense...

It seems the problem is about sharing nsfw content moreso than just hosting it privately, and sharing includes with beta readers or co-writers.

So if you have a lot of work in Docs that you're scrambling to back up or move off, it's best to start with anything you've shared links with anyone for any reason as that's most likely to be affected.

Anything else is probably ok for now, although I wouldn't put it past them to delete whole accounts if you have a lot of flags.

Drawing this one made me so emotional. I just love how attentive Damen was in realizing Laurent was fighting with himself in that moment.

I had far too much free time on my hand this week, so I kept going. I wanted to try a cleaner way of drawing a comic page this time. The more rougher "coloring" style worked great for the fight scenes, but I wasn't sure about it for emotional ones... even if it did, I really like to try things out and see what happens.
