A narcissist’s idea of peace isn’t peace—it’s control. They often mistake love for control, attention, or validation. But real love, in any form, is rooted in patience, understanding, and empathy—things they often lack, perhaps because they rarely received them themselves.

So they speak with force, expect obedience, and lash out when they’re not followed. Their deepest fears? Being ignored. Being held accountable.

But one thing to remember is never let someone who badly needs a fucking therapy destroy your gentleness. 🍃

Someone with problems they’re not getting help for will destroy your life no matter how well you show up for them, and they won’t understand the extent of how badly they treated you. Then they’ll move on like it wasn’t a big deal. Good luck living with the aftermath. People like that should never be in relationships.
