2019. 03. 09 stuck
I’ve been feeling very unmotivated as of late. For the past 7ish days I haven’t exercised or drank enough water. I’ve been averaging about 2k steps a day on days I don’t have work. I’ve also been consuming a lot of sugary and oily foods.
I don’t know what happened I was doing so well. Maybe it’s the winter blues or the fact that my birthday is around the corner (My birthday is a sad holiday) but I don’t know what to do. I can’t seem to make myself get up in the morning. I’m feeling very frustrated with my self especially bc I’m going out of the country in few days and I had fitness related goals that I wanted to reach by then.
I’ve decided not to step on the scale for my own sanity until the of the month. I’m hoping to get my shit together this coming week.

Getting back on track! I did both today’s workout and yesterdays!
I didn’t reach my water goal and I had ice cream for dinner but hey at least there is no more icream in the house lol
Can’t wait until the month is over so I can weigh myself!

Today was such a hard day for me. I really struggled to get up from bed.
I didn’t do my morning workout
I didn’t reach my water goal
I ate half a container of Ben & Jerry’s
I didn’t even walk up my usual 10 floors
It took me all day to reach my 14,000 step goal. I don’t know what happened 🤷🏽♀️

First days back at my part-time job! I forgot how difficult it is to get my steps in when I spend 8 hrs glued to a desk!
Also I think I did really well at resisting temptations (chocolates, cakes, donuts). I now see why all the full timers say that they gain 5-15 pounds the first year working there. Saturday one of my managers kept bringing me chocolates from an event next door! I hate being that girl that always says no but sometimes ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

It’s not official yet but it’s safe to say that I won this workweek hustle!!! I’m super tired and tomorrow is my first day back at work since December!
