Day 1: Wednesday, March 15th 3:56 p.m.
I’ve drank 2.25 L/3L of water for the day. I decided to not make a smoothie, but I am eating two hard boiled eggs, 156 calories, and a banana, 105 calories. So I am now at 641/900 allowed calories today. I have to work soon, so I don’t imagine I’ll be eating again today. If I do, I’ll be sure to keep below 900 and record it. I can’t wait until I have some free time to actually work out again, I’ve been so busy and so sick lately I’ve just been wasting time. But I can do it this time.

Day 1: Wednesday, March 15th 12:34 p.m.
I’ve drank 750 mL/3 L so far today. I ate an Oikos Triple Zero Strawberry yogurt, 120 calories, and a bag of Cool Ranch Doritos, 260 calories. So that’s 380/900 calories for the day. I plan on making a smoothie when I get home later, even though it’s super cold 😅If I truly stick to a calorie count I think I can do this. I’m also considering fasting Friday, I want to do at least one fast day a week.
